Nice to sit down, delicious food and friendly service.

The food was absolutely outstanding! The best risotto I've eaten in a long time. Service could be improved, not very attentive and little things that could have made the stay nicer.

Not worth the price. Menu says pita bread with hummus, but cheap premade wheat tortillas were served. Staff made unnecessary comments and didn't apologise for the mistakes (plural!) they made. My truffel pasta was not seasoned at all and didn't arrive at the same time as my company's dishes. The same happened to all tables around us. They admitted the pornstar martini was not made correctly, but not when I made them aware of it but only after I complained after too many mistakes were made. The only good thing was the seafood pasta. They excused themselves of the terrible service saying they have four new staff but even then you limit the number if guests to train or test the new team. Instead utter and compete chaos. At least they took my pasta and the cocktails of the bill. Still an evening ruined and the rest wasnt worth the price either.

The dishes were tasty but nothing special. A bit too expensive for the taste and portion size.

Restaurant with beautiful interior in a great location. Likewise the covered outdoor area. Small and fine menu that leaves nothing to be desired. Hummus starter and truffle pasta in the main course were very good. Super pleasant & friendly service that was always available at the right time.

A nice location. Service ok. Unfortunately the food was very disappointing. I had a wild herb salad with shrimp. I thought for 28 euros I would get more than just a pile of salad mix, 3 cucumber slices, 3 cocktail tomatoes and 3 shrimp. 🤷‍♀️ Really a shame! 😕

Nice service, nice atmosphere, but the food was soo bland. I had the lime risotto and it had no flavor. Really just none. And for 9 euros extra you get 3 prawns - these too have no seasoning. My companion had one. Salad - again 30 euros for a few leaves with 3 shrimps, no special dressing - just some vinegar and oil. Go there to have a drink, but please not to eat - money wasted

We had some of the best ribs available, and the service was the best we had in all of Frankfurt. Thank you Kevin for servicing us, what a legend.

Service and ambience were good. But the prices are absolutely not justified. We had pasta with seafood. There were five small mussels and a small shrimp as “seafood” for EUR 29.00. very very disappointing

Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is not right here at all. My seafood pasta was barely seasoned and the tomato sauce was watery, as if it hadn't been cooked down at all. For 29 euros you should be able to expect more here. We actually wanted to have dessert, but we were so disappointed with the main courses that we decided to save the 15 euros for a portion of Kaiserschmarrn. The ambience itself is nice, and the service is also courteous and quick. It's a shame that the food wasn't convincing at all. We won't be coming back again.

Food tastes medium. Quantity insufficient. My food wasn't fully delivered. Service very nice. Toilets are a disgrace. Conclusion: Price-performance ratio is not right here.

We were there with a closed group, the service was excellent, and the Aperol was also good. Unfortunately we were disappointed with the food. The starter of three tomatoes was good, the char for the main course was too firm, the taste wasn't good, the skin wasn't crispy and the dessert had a rather indefinable mousse... what a shame!

We were there with a larger group. The service was extremely friendly, the drinks came quickly and tasted great. Unfortunately we weren't that impressed with the food. Of course, it is difficult for a large group to cook everything perfectly, but the roast beef was so tough that it was more than less in your mouth.

Big disappointment. The Pinot Gris was sweet, then the tagliolini and risotto (which didn't taste good) were ridiculously small for the price. Not recommended.

For a hollow tooth! The taste is subpar, the price is high, the portions are microscopic. Never experienced it before. A lot of money for nothing.

Unfortunately we were very disappointed today. We were really looking forward to the food, which tasted very good 6 months ago. Now the portions have been halved, but the prices have increased. In addition, the food was served lukewarm and the taste was not even remotely comparable. The truffle pasta was loveless and definitely not worth almost 27 euros and the baby calamari came with spine. When we gave nice feedback, we were more or less fobbed off. It's a shame, but that was probably the last visit. For the money you can eat much better in Frankfurt.

Despite the satisfactory food and drinks, the experience was unfortunately tarnished by what feels like unnecessarily overcharging for a basic. Upon seating, waitress offered bottled water, but served tap water in a bottle. Unlike upscale venues where (usually filtered) tap water is complimentary, the final bill included an exorbitant €7.50 charge for the tap water. Left a sour and scammy taste.

I was there for the first time earlier this week. I very rarely write reviews but the service at “Salt” was stunningly charming and is one of the absolute best Frankfurt has to offer. Friendly, attentive and accommodating, I immediately felt very comfortable. Then the food was excellent and we were invited for dessert because we would have had to wait a little bit - which, to be honest, we didn't notice at all - and the dessert was actually perfect. I look forward to the next visit and would like to thank you again for the warm and friendly hospitality!

Nice presentation of the dishes. Hummus starter was delicious and so was the cod main course. Very friendly service and nice atmosphere. Reservation is recommended. Restaurant was full on a Thursday evening.

Very nice restaurant. Delicious food and very attentive service. I was brought the wrong main course but to make up for it, the dessert was on the house. Therefore 5 out of 5 stars for everything. I will gladly come again.

Sehr cooles Restaurant, netter und aufmerksamer Service. Wir waren zu dritt dort und haben alle die Tagliata vom Roastbeef gegessen, das Fleisch war wirklich wahnsinnig lecker und super zart. Ganz klare Empfehlung

Das Ambiente ist schön, für meinen persönlichen Geschmack etwas zu dukel aber sehr interessant und kreativ dekoriert.

Food was ok, menu is limited but special. Waiters are very friendly and considered. Atmosphere is also very cozy and warm but they have open kitchen and it makes around little smell. In overall, I enjoyed my evening there

Gleich vorweg: egal wie gut das Essen ist, leider riechen die Toiletten so stark (nach Urinstein, Kanalisation etc), dass das ganze Restaurant schon beim Betreten danach riecht. Die Mitarbeiter haben auch jedesmal beim Hinuntergehen die Brandschutztür zu den Toilettenräume aufgemacht und offen gelassen, dass es das Essen sehr stark beeinträchtigt. Das Essen ist lecker, die Bedienung freundlich, nur der Geruch macht es unerträglich, schade. Wir kommen nicht mehr.

Das Sylvester Menü war eine Geschmacksexplosion. Alle fünf Gänge waren eine Klasse für sich! Besonders das Zitronenengras-Basilikum Sorbet war ein Traum. Wir hatten einen sehr tollen Abend und kommen gerne wieder.

Hervorragendes Essen, freundliche Bedienung und eine gemütliche Atmosphäre. Alles in allem ein rundum gelungener Abend. Wir kommen gerne wieder!"

Das Essen war okay, der Service war noch das beste. Leider hat es latent unangenehm gerochen und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt einfach gar nicht.

We went there on a Saturday evening and it was pretty full so make sure you book in advance; we were seated on the heated terrace. There is no menu in English, which is disappointing for an are so popular among tourists or expats :( Not sk many options for people with food restrictions; most of the dishes have either gluten or dairy products and there's no flexibility in changing ingredients - "the menu is fix". The staff spoke good English and were professional.

Grundsätzlich ein schönes Restaurant mit gutem Essen, in der Vergangenheit auch mit einem passenden Gesamtpaket - wir waren bereits öfter dort. Allerdings hat man jetzt wohl die Portionsgrößen umgestellt - die Größen sind leider ein Witz. Um satt zu werden, müsste man 2-3 Hauptgerichte essen. Ich hatte nach Hauptgericht + Dessert nicht annähernd das Gefühl einer beginnenden Sättigung. Qualitativ ist das Essen gut, der Service ok. Schade!

Kurz zusammengefasst: Schönes Ambiente, Essen enttäuschend Das Ambiente: wunderschön, einladend, fast schon familiär (auch aufgrund der Größe). Die Inneneinrichtung mit unverputzten Ziegelsteinen, rustikalen Holztischen und interessanter Deckenbeleuchtung treffen den „Industrial Chic“. Der Service: netter junger Mann, mit angenehmer und passender freundlich-distanzierter Art. Die nötigen Details haben leider nicht den Erwartungen entsprochen. (z.B. das eindecken für den Hauptgang vor Servieren der Vorspeise oder die Positionierung der Gläser.) Fällt auf, ist aber sicherlich nicht ausgeschöpftes Potential. Die Getränke: Weiß- und Rotwein waren wie erwartet sehr gut und fair bepreist. (Grauburgunder und Cabernet Sauvignon) Bei 1L Leitungswasser für 7.50€ kann sich denke ich jeder sein eigenes Bild machen. Die Vorspeise: Rettichsalat. Präsentation: die Scheiben Rettich waren schön angerichtet. Das Farbspiel aus rotem und weisem Rettich hat Lust aufs Essen gemacht. Der erste Biss brachte dann die Enttäuschung: ungewürzte Rettichscheiben, rot leicht warm, weis kalt. Komisches, unverständliches Zusammenspiel ohne Gewürze oder geschmackvolles Dressing. Leider hat Rettich allein im Geschmack auch nicht ausreichend überzeugt um als „Highlight“ das Gericht zu retten. „Die Würze“ wurde mit diesem Gericht auf jeden Fall nicht nach Sachsenhausen gebracht. Für 14.90 fast schon frech. Der Hauptgang: Tagliata vom Roastbeef. Roh in der heißen Pfanne serviert, schöner Hingucker auch aufgrund von der Geräuschkulisse. Das Fleisch war von guter Qualität und in die richtige Dicke geschnitten um einen Medium (ab der Hälfte Well Done) Gargrad zu erhalten. Die Portion Kartoffeln war lächerlich für den Preis, Zwiebelchen haben gefehlt. Hier fehlt aus meiner Sicht zur Rechtfertigung des Preises (und vorallem der beworbenen Qualität) entweder eine angemessene Portion Kartoffeln oder „kulinarische Kunst“ in Form einer treffenden Beilage. Das Fleisch als Highlight roh und ungewürzt in die Pfanne zu legen finde ich sehr treffend, wie beschrieben kann leider auch hier alleine das Fleisch das Gericht nicht retten. Hauptgang 2: Das Graupen Risotto ist war das leckerste Gericht das wir hatten, ein angenehmes Spiel aus der Süße des Apfels und dem intensiven Kürbis. Leider zu mächtig für die Portionsgröße, als Beilage oder Zwischengang optimal, als Hauptgang sollte Parmesan am Tisch auf Wunsch dosiert werden. Trotzdem ein Wink in Richtung der Erwartung die wir aufgrund der Website/ Präsentation des Restaurants hatten. Zusammengefasst kann man sagen: Das Restaurant ist das Geld nicht wert, die Gerichte benötigen mehr Tiefe und Präzision. Ich hoffe das große Potential des Ambientes und Personals wird in Zukunft genutzt. Eine zweite Chance gerne in ein/zwei Jahren, falls Veränderung sichtbar ist.

Trendy Restaurant im Herzen von Sachsenhausen. Junges Publikum. Das Angebot an Speisen ist überschaubar, dafür umso interessanter und überraschender in der Kombination von Zutaten. Die Portionen sind nicht groß, aber das Essen ist köstlich und ansprechend angerichtet. Der Nachtisch aus Erbsen und Möhren (!) ein Traum. Die Bedienung ist aufmerksam, zuvorkommend und professionell. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist gut. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Die Erwartungen waren den Preisen angemessen hoch. Leider war der Service unterbesetzt und die Anwesenheit kaum spürbar. Wir warteten sehr lange auf das Essen. Das Hähnchen war nicht richtig durch und langweilig. Vielleicht haben wir nur einen schlechten Tag erwischt.

Wir haben sehr gut gegessen und die Bedienung war nett.

Uno dei migliori ristoranti di Francoforte. I piatti con sapori portati alla perfezione. Il servizio impeccable. Tutto in una cornice calda, accogliente e particolare. Prezzi si può considerare anche bassi per la qualità e servizio offerto. Mi piacerebbe tornare.

Das Essen war eigentlich ganz gut, aber die Preise sind schon sehr gehoben, dafür dass die Portionen dann noch recht klein sind. Die Vorspeise Trio Tel Aviv kostet zB 14,50 für 3x Pita Brot und ein paar Dips und ich will gar nicht erst davon anfangen, dass sie für Leitungswasser mMn unverschämte 7,50€ verlangen. 1L Wasser kostet im Schnitt 0,2 Cent, das ist finde ich nicht in Ordnung. Der Service war aber gut und die Kellner freundlich und zuvorkommend, aber insgesamt ist das Gesamtpaket die hohen Preise nicht wert.

Super schmackhaftes Essen in ruhigem Ambiente, Weinkarte die viele Gaumen zufrieden stellen kann, freundliche Bedienung, Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis angemessen. Meine Empfehlungen heute, Ziegenkäse auf Feige mit Feldsalat und Walnüssen, anschließend die Spaghetti mit Meeresfrüchten.

Das war gar nichts!!!!!!! Limetten Risotto ohne Geschmack ohne Butter ohne Parmesan das war einfach nicht zu Essen und das für über 20,00€ Spaghetti mit Meeresfrüchte 2 Muscheln in der Schale 3 Babycalamar 2 Stücke Fisch 3 Mini Garnelen Und eine Handvoll Muschelfleisch von schlechter Qualität Preis € 29,00 Nie wieder Der Preis für das "Risotto" wurde nicht berechnet

Die Location war recht nett. Der Service war in Ordnung. Das Essen war leider nicht so wie erhofft. Habe mir mehr versprochen. Wenigstens die Lage der Location ist gut.

Sehr gutes Restaurant. Extrem kleine aber feine Karte. Spitzen-Personal. Nicht günstig aber dafür immer ein schöner Abend.
