TRINITII West in Frankfurt am Main

Here today for day drinking. Poor gastronomy!!! Zero organization. Service and counter completely lost!!! Guests sit for more than an hour and wait for drinks and food. If you want to generate sales, you should start with a functioning team. The more chaos there was, the louder the DJ became. 🤣🤣🤣 It could have been so great!

We celebrated a birthday at TRINITII West this weekend, and it was simply fantastic! The service was not only attentive and quick, but also incredibly entertaining – you can tell the team is passionate about what they do. The absolute highlight was the new "brunch dog" – a creative and incredibly delicious surprise that we highly recommend. We'll definitely be back!

Very, very nice café with a great atmosphere. The decor and music is perfect for a relaxed café date. The food was super tasty, I can especially recommend the lox lover sandwich and the homemade matcha snickers bar. The staff are all lovely and happy to recommend new things on the menu and make sure you are well looked after :) On nice summer days you can even sit on the beautifully furnished terrace. Price/performance is perfect, I would love to come back ❤️🫶

Beautiful ambience, great service

I really love this place but they need to update their sofas and chairs. They are dirty and in a bad condition. However the food and the iced matcha is superb. I usually eat shakshuka and get an iced matcha on the go

Very tasty food and perfect spot for brunch. Unfortunately, the shop is very popular, so not only does the service suffer but also the quality of the food. If you manage to get into phases where the store is not overcrowded, you feel very comfortable there. During those times, the food is perfect as usual and the service is also top-notch. Unfortunately, it is of course very difficult to offer good service to everyone in the phases with high numbers of visitors and orders, so I have great understanding for that. Unfortunately, the quality of the food also suffers and you sometimes leave the restaurant disappointed. But all in all a very good shop for brunch or lunch, especially the sandwiches are very good.

The food was quite good, but it took a little longer even though it wasn't a rush hour and I didn't think it was nice that you couldn't choose your seat even though, as already mentioned, the shop was empty. The two of us had to sit at a table for two, the lady next door sat alone at a large table. Quite funny

Quite loud inside. The tuna sandwich was so hard that it was really hard to eat. Slightly toasted would definitely be better than getting such a hard board. The prices for the bowls are too high. All in all ok, but also too expensive.

I've never been there but I've ordered quite a few times. The pastrami sandwich is just so delicious! I could eat these every day! The only point of criticism: You close the tabs on the Box of Silence the wrong way around on both sides every time 😭😂

The food is quite good, especially the coffee, I ordered cappuccino. HOWEVER, the male server always seems to be in a very bad mood. Have been there twice, and when I asked for a lid for my coffee, he just threw it to me. He did not even give me my receipt! Just FYI, never again.

Cafe itself was very nice, conditions were also very friendly and nice. But the price-performance ratio of the breakfast just doesn't fit much too expensive. Next time I would just have a coffee. You won't be satisfied if you're very hungry.

I think a total of €11 for a 180ml chai latte and a 250ml glass of hot chocolate is really steep. In addition, the cream on the cocoa had expired and had to be sent back (the second one had no more cream because it was empty), and the service was at best so-so I won't visit again

First of all: I love the crew and the shop. The food was always delicious and I have recommended Trinitii to all my friends. But today my love ended. From now on, all sandwiches will be served in a cardboard box and will no longer taste good. Dry, impossible to season and incredibly hard. The concept has something of fast food and doesn't appeal to me or others at all. While I was a guest, the same thing happened at two other tables: the new sandwiches were left behind, maximum surprise and disappointment. Same with me. I didn't even eat half of my sandwich. And since I came mainly because of the delicious food, I unfortunately have to say: I probably won't be a regular guest any longer. By the way, I also addressed the feedback to the staff. It was recorded very professionally and apologies were made, because as I said: the crew is simply wonderful!

We had lunch at Trinitii West yesterday. Although it was very full, we were immediately noticed and greeted by the gentleman at the counter and were soon able to take a seat. The service was very friendly and able to provide us with extensive information about the menu. Since it was our first time at Trinitii, we were unfamiliar with the concept of the lunch menu. The selection of drinks and food is very extensive; There is sure to be something for everyone. Both the food and drinks tasted very good and were also beautifully designed. It is not for nothing that it is said that the eye eats too. This was certainly not the last time we visit Trinitii.

I originally like this place, therefore I went there again. But the service experience is worse than ever. After two service people rearrange my seat two times, I asked them to bring me the menu. They managed to bring the menu to the people coming after me, sitting at the next table, but without giving me one. I have limited lunch time due to work. I come to the front desk and ask could you give me a menu? The one at front desk said do you mean I should give you? And then the waiter came and said, “ coukd you be nice? Otherwise you can go” I think the request is very neutral. If he is insulted by a simple request and drive guest out, I can only say don’t go to this restaurant. I am a very respectful person to the service people, but they should be able to take guest’s request, instead of making themselves the king.

It a nice cafe with good food and nice drinks. The French toast was not really a French tost but still yummy. It could use more fruit as it had like 5 blueberries on top, and loads of Nutella inside.

Delicious bowls, stylish restaurant, friendly service.

The atmosphere is very chic and stylish - many guests take photos here for their Instagram. Coffee totally ok - but food rather poor. At the weekend there are a lot of guests and most of the tables are occupied. The audience is rather young and most of the guests are very fashionable. Personally, the feel-good atmosphere is missing - it's rather uncomfortable and the volume level is often high. In addition, the service staff is also very stressed. My tip: It's better to go in the morning or afternoon during the week.

The restaurant looks very cute, as we were the only ones we were served quickly and friendly. I had the Shakshuka, which for me had nothing to do with Shakshuka. The finished canned pepper sauce was spicy and just tasted artificial. Then they just slapped two fried eggs on top without cooking them in there as usual. And I think €14.50 is very cheeky.

We had a very nice time in this cafe. We can only recommend it, the food was very tasty, the service was friendly and the atmosphere outside in the courtyard was very nice. We cannot understand some of the very bad reviews. Be sure to visit this breakfast place when you are in Frankfurt!

Yesterday I stopped with my friend at your place for a drink for the first time.The young man who approach our table was very polite, and we are looking forward to come back in your garden, but also to try the food. Your wine selection by the glass is very good, and prices are correct for a such cool location in Frankfurt city centar.

Great location to switch off for a while. Great location in the Westend. Relaxed music in the store and great service 👌. I especially have to praise the likeable, tall gentleman from the Balkans. He always greets us very friendly and by name and he already knows the orders by heart. Great guy and great load. Always happy 👍😎

This morning I went to this restaurant for the first time and was deeply disappointed. The food was good, but the service was an absolute nightmare. After we paid €1.50 (after the first request). After giving us a tip, the waiter shockingly confronted us: "Only so little? Don't you want to give a little more for the kitchen?" This outrageous demand was incredibly bold and completely uncalled for. I firmly refused. The staff behavior was unacceptable and ruined the whole morning. A truly terrible experience.

We had a very good time, the food was delicious, the drinks too, the service was very friendly, the small shady garden is an oasis. Thank you!

Ich hatte mir eine Bowl zum Mitnehmen machen lassen. Es war eine reine Katastrophe. Ein absoluter Fraß. Die Granatapfelkerne alt und glasig, die Walnusskerne ranzig. Die Avocado matschig. Auch optisch nicht ansprechend und mit Soße komplett zugekleistert. Schade, 21 Euro in die Tonne!

Too expensive. At lunchtime you will be tempted with a bowl for €15. In the end I paid €24. Many came out of the restaurant and complained about the prices. I had to keep drawing attention to myself in order to even be served. The waiters think they're too cool. I didn't like it.

I had an awesome breakfast! The croissant was super flaky and buttery, just perfect. The flat white coffee was amazing, with rich, smooth flavor. But the highlight was the egg muffin! it was spot on! Perfectly cooked egg in a fresh muffin, just delicious. Can't wait to go back!

I celebrated my 50th birthday as a ladies brunch at Trinitii on Sunday and it was a wonderful celebration in a beautiful atmosphere with delicious food and great service. I can warmly recommend Trinitii as a location. Everything was super professional, warm, tasty and friendly. Very special thanks to the entire Trinitii team and especially to Steffi, who responded to every one of my wishes.

This GEM was a 30 minute walk for us and I'll admit it was worth every step. The food was healthy AND tasty. There are tons of options for all taste buds. The staff was professional and courteous. This will be a stop you won't regret.!

The atmosphere and interior are good. A beautiful female staff welcomed us and she was very nice. Food was OK. Very unique taste. (I ordered Peanut chicken bowl) At the end, when we were paying, a male staff came instead of the female staff. We asked to pay separately, but he refused. Plus, he saw us leaving, but he didn’t even say ANYTHING. What a rude attitude as a waiter.

Good prices for Frankfurt Brunch standards

We met friends there for brunch and I have to say that we were all very disappointed and can't recommend this place. The service was extremely overwhelmed, we had to wait about an hour for food and another 30 minutes for drinks. Tables weren't clean. Only when asked to clean them were they quickly wiped off with a dirty rag. About food: First of all, it's nothing special, a piece of toast with cheap cheese and ham or the sweet version with a few bananas and syrup. Also the sandwich with smoked salmon 08/15. It didn't taste good at all. The bowls were all splattered with some disgusting sauce and some of the vegetables didn't taste fresh. A lot of savings are made on salmon despite the overpriced prices. About the drinks: Only the water was good.. 😆 The cocktails tasted extremely sweet and there was hardly any alcohol. Just cheap juice or syrup with ice. Conclusion: There are a million better places where you can have a good breakfast, only wannabe Instagramers do something like that who just take photos of the food and then leave it there. We definitely won't be coming back.

What looked like a wonderfully healthy bowl from the get go was ruined by excessive amounts of horribly sweet paste / so called dressing. It was awful. My advice, serve dressing separate from salad…and problem solved.

Pro: The Coffee is okay and the WC is pretty Con: I did not like the food at all, it was so bad that I only finished half. The Service could also be more friendly.

Food was great and the atmosphere was great too. Is a real influencer hotspot. However, one star deducted because there was an “Aesop” soap in the bathroom but there was definitely another soap in it…

We were there for breakfast and the food was expired, old or rotten. We noticed strange tastes when eating and thought it was normal. My girlfriend vomited and vomited right after eating and me a few hours later. Then 3 days we were still sick.

Best brunch spot and restaurant/bar for after work drinks in town! The food is incredible, great interior and one of the best club sandwiches in Frankfurt.

Chic café and cozy atmosphere, but with poor price-performance ratio. The breakfast is not special and the price is not justified. The French toast for 13 euros is relatively simple; The bread was delicious, but it was only served with maple syrup and a few pieces of banana. It would be better if it was offered with more variety of fruits. The ham and cheese sandwich is really expensive for what you get. A sandwich with a few slices of tomato and cheese without any side dish. It's presented quite simply, reminiscent of a simple €6 poolside sandwich, albeit for €9. The shashuka was actually delicious and can be recommended. I would advise against the other dishes. Overall, not a special experience; Prices are relatively high for the quality offered, and service is normal but not particularly attentive. You often have to look for the service staff to order something. Unfortunately I wouldn't come back here for breakfast again. I also can't really recommend it for breakfast in Frankfurt.

If I could give everything 10 points… I would! The food is excellently prepared and tastes much better than it looks. To be honest, I've never had a breakfast as good as I did here. The best thing here is the extremely attentive and warm people who work here! A colorful bunch with a lot of charm. If you want to get really good advice and feel completely happy, you should definitely come here! Reservation is worth it! Just as it was recommended to me, I will continue to wear it outside!

Came here based on a recommendation... and didn't give any of the stars lightly. Nice atmosphere, quality accessories, super delicious food. What is particularly outstanding is the staff, warm, welcoming, super caring with the necessary distance to still enable a private atmosphere. Thank you very much for the nice experience. Best bowl restaurant in Frankfurt Grüneburgweg. Food was amazing. Recommend the grilled Salmon bowl. My friend had a Waffel Avocado combination and that was also great. Beautiful luxury ambience. Great service. Arrived during busy lunch hour and they were able to get a table for 3. The staff were very professional and happy.

War noch nie in einem Restaurant wo das Essen auch so gut schmeckt wie es aussieht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern gehalten. Etwas teurer aber ich hab’s nicht bereut dass Geld dort ausgegeben zu haben.

Schwierig, wenn man um 19.45h reserviert und man dann erfährt, dass die Küche um 20h schließt und auch keine Minute länger Essen rausgibt- Wein gab es um 20.05h nur noch nach intensiven Bitten. Um 20.30j wird dann pünktlich abgeschlossen… Wie kann man dann noch um 19.45h Reservierungen vergeben????

Zu scharfes shakshuka, Eistee war eher eine Limonade statt ein Eisteee. Natürlich rechtfertigt der Preis nicht die Leistung, die angeboten wird.

Waren zum Frühstück hier. Waren sehr zufrieden. Haben auf der Terasse im Hof gesessen, sehr nett eingerichtet hier, alle sehr freudlich, Essen ist etwas ausgefallen, kein Standardfrühstück, uns hat es gut geschmeckt. Kommen wieder.

I was initially sceptical about this place because of the average reviews here on google. However, I genuinely loved this place! Food was great (had the Laugencroissant with goat cheese and figs) and the homemade lemonades were very unique. The waitresses were super kind and quick. Would definitely go here again.

Aber was alles kaputt gemacht hat, muss ich sagen sind die extrem krassen Preise. Die Getränke 0,2ml Cola 4 Euro, geht nicht,das das sind keine inflationspreise das ist Abzocke....Schade ,dass hat mich tief getroffen,daher werde ich die Location wechseln. SCHADE

Geschmacklich wirklich top & schöne Atmosphäre!

Das Essen war super und die Bedienung waren sehr zuvorkommend. José und Ali haben uns den ganzen Abend sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend behandelt. Das Essen war super serviert und hatte einen exzellenten Geschmack. Die Empfehlung waren erste Klasse und die Weinauswahl ist auch überwältigend. Das Ambiente ist sehr schön her gerichtet und das Restaurant schafft den Spagat zwischen neumodisch und elegant. Definitiv eine Empfehlung. Sobald ich mal wieder in Frankfurt werde ich definitiv wieder vorbeikommen.

Essen & Service super. Aber kein Wickeltisch in 2023 gibt mir immer wieder das Gefühl als Mutter unerwünscht zu sein. Bitte darum kümmern - der Platz für einen klappbaren Wickeltisch ist da. Danke

Schicke Location, Mitarbeiter freundlich. Frühstück war ok, French Toast lecker. Das Brot der Egg Muffins waren leider einfach gekaufte Toasties. Bei dem Preis nicht angemessen. Generell Preise, das ist hier der knackpunkt. Ja, alles ist teurer geworden, aber Preis-Leistung muss stimmen, das sehe ich hier leider nicht.

Leider kam zuerst das falsche Essen. Nach Reklamation wurde es dann aber nochmal neu zubereitet. Das Essen ist gut, das Restaurant ist vor allem sehr schick eingerichtet! Das Mittagsangebot ist gut, ansonsten wahrscheinlich etwas zu teuer.

Ich hatte vor reserviert und mich wirklich auf den Abend im Trinitii gefreut, denn ich mag es dort sehr ! Jedoch gab es an dem Abend eine geschlossene Gesellschaft oder Veranstaltung. Das war natürlich enttäuschend, denn ich hätte wenigstens erwartet, dass, wenn ich schon reserviere ich auch entsprechend informiert werde. Dies war leider nicht der Fall. Auf meine Nachfrage, warum ich nicht kontaktiert wurde kam tatsächlich erst einmal die Antwort: die Buchung wurde nicht gesehen und andere hätten auch reserviert und wurden anscheinend nicht informiert. Und er dachte, jemand hätte die Stornierung bereits übernommen. Sorry, eine Buchung die mir über Open Table bestätigt wurde, nicht gesehen zu haben….hmmm Ich hätte mir hier eine bessere Organisation / eine bessere Kommunikation gewünscht, wenigstens Gäste darüber zu informieren, dass ein Essen an dem Abend nicht klappt

Ein super schönes Restaurant von außen, die Bilder vom Essen sehen auf Social Media wirklich toll aus. Aber nachdem wir einen Tisch reserviert hatten zum Brunchen an Christi Himmelfahrt und vor einem geschlossenen Lokal standen, sind wir leider mehr als enttäuscht!

Essen sehr lecker aber leider schlechter Service, sehr lauter Musik und es wurde nicht auf 2G kontrolliert.
