We were there on Saturday. The food was good. Tables were not wiped and smeared - even the wife and husband. One employee should consider not wearing a hairnet. Long hair is great, but not when a woman is handling food. We had something warm in our stomachs - but the deficiencies mentioned should be reconsidered.

In the middle of the outlet center, ideal for a small snack

Always delicious. Fish n' Chips was disappointing as there were only 3 small pieces of fish. Nevertheless, the food is very tasty. The staff is still quite friendly and relaxed despite the constant rush. The ambience is more of a snack bar style. Clean and comfortable but with little flair.

Food good. but the outlet price here is higher than at any other North Sea store that I know of. Therefore no more than 3 stars

The staff, initially friendly and accommodating, but after a criticism and returning the food, they were no longer so friendly. Scamis were probably in the frying pan for the third time. No customers but we waited 20 minutes for new ones. They probably just remembered it because I went to the counter If the staff weren't behind the counter, you'd think it was a kindergarten. The way they scream at each other and shout around the area. You don't do that. No respect for the customer.

Very angry and rude service. The food is nothing special. But the prices are something special, namely very high compared to what you get. Cannot be recommended

Unfriendly staff and food tastes like old fat.

The fried fish only tasted like an old deep fryer, and unfortunately it was also very unfriendly and dirty. Not recommended

Very empty and relaxed in the mornings during the week, but when there are more it spreads out well. Food a bit expensive but also tasty.

Super friendly, delicious food, what more could you want

Rip-off, everything here costs almost twice as much as the other North Sea branches. There are flyers for the Nordsee app throughout the restaurant. If you choose something using the app and want to pay at the checkout, it says the app doesn't work in this restaurant. So just a Turi rip off. A menu that costs €8.99 in Hamburg costs €17.49 here. Never again !!! Not recommended. The €5 discount doesn't work here either.

Very good place for quick bite. We took the following items (shared the img). Taste, service both are good. Recommended inside the Designer Outlet.

Self-service, you get your food quickly

Actually, people are used to good fish sandwiches from the North Sea Here the rolls were sticky and not of good quality. The atmosphere is typical of the North Sea. Service behind the counter OK.

Actually like everywhere else in the North Sea. Nice employees. Priced slowly but at the limit.

There are no new products, you will find them suitable and you will not regret it when you go.

We ate at the outlet at Nordsee on Saturday October 5th, 2024. Even though it was just before closing time and everyone still wanted to eat and it was full, we were able to experience super nice and friendly service. The store manager was nice, competent and as always She made our day perfect with a smile👍❣️thank you very much.

Large, delicious center with many good shopping opportunities

Staff was really very slow. We are actually always very relaxed. But last time we went again.

Nordsee delivers a perfectly average seafood experience. The fish is decent but lacks the freshness and flavor that would elevate it above standard fare. The fish and chips were serviceable, with a slightly soggy batter that could've used more crispness, and the fries were bland and unremarkable. The menu offers the usual seafood staples, but nothing really stands out, with the grilled options feeling a bit dry and the sides, Iike coleslaw, tasting rather plain. While the portions are fair for the price, there's nothing particularly memorable about the meal. The service is quick and friendly, but overall, the experience doesn't leave much of an impression. It's a fine choice if you're hungry and nearby, but not worth going out of your way for.

Nice Outlet.. Much like in the USA.. We found cheap shoes..

I'm very surprised that the opening times are stated until 8 p.m., but shortly after 7 p.m. the entire sales counter is cleared out, so that as a customer you can no longer eat there.

I don't want to be there when there's a lot of people.

My child (15) got a fish roll and wanted it without sauce, communicated this and then got one with sauce. There are reasons why a customer, whether adult or child, orders something and expresses such wishes. When I described the case at the checkout, there was no apology or response. I could buy a new one. Dad had to eat the rolls out of necessity, rolls were hard, and fish wasn't particularly good either. Very unfortunate.

Very friendly. There was an Arab who had a sense of humor. He was polite and fair at the same time. His name was Younas or something? I hope he has much success

Really good place if you fancy some well-prepared fish. Has a good large selection. Take your coffee somewhere else. It comes out of a regular vending machine.

I found the prices too high throughout the sales for the place it's not normal I have the impression of being in a normal store with -10% whereas it's -30 or more. In France prices are much lower

I didn't try any food. All in all, a very chic outlet center with a good selection.

Clean, nice, delicious food. Yes, fish is expensive, but 5 chunks and chips for what feels like a whole salmon...

Enttäuschung pur!! War bis vor ca 6 Monaten noch richtig gut. Nun ist es leider so, dass die Portionen extrem klein sind. Ich war mit meinen 4 Töchtern (6-13 Jahre) dort und musste 5 Portionen Fish & Chips zu 8€ nehmen, damit meine Mädels auch nur ansatzweise satt werden. Kaum Pommes in der Schale. Dazu kommen noch knapp 4 Euro für ein Getränk zB stilles Wasser oder auch eine kleine Flasche Sprite ist überzogen. Die Pommes nicht gewürzt. Wir haben Salz bekommen also kein Problem:-) Wir waren immer sehr gerne dort. Wir werden nicht mehr hingehen. Schade aber wer weiß, vlt ändert es sich ja irgendwann mal wieder.

Were there today: the crispy fish roll was ice cold, the baguette roll was sticky and there was no sense of “crunch” in the fish. The extra portion of fries was also totally cold and floury. Only the shrimp box tasted okay, the cocktail sauce was delicious. Small bottle of water costs €3.54, really steep!

Beautiful outlet. Many brands present their goods in a facility like a small city. We were there during the sale and were able to buy really cheaply.

Always worth going there again and again. You can go anywhere with a dog 🐕 and great shops.

Not even lukewarm food, fish with fried potatoes. Neither the fish nor the fried potatoes were seasoned. The ambience, cold and loveless.

Rarely have I experienced such unfriendly service as here! The staff here should be trained again in dealing with customers!

Die Auslage war leer, dafür konnte man bei einem Hauptgericht zwischen Pommes und Pommes wählen. Das gleiche galt für Saucen ,es gab genau eine zur Auswahl. So hatte ich dann Scholle, die allerdings reichlich eingekürzt wirkte mit Pommes und Remoulade. Furz trocken. Leider gibt es in diesem schlechterem Imbiss nicht einmal ein Stückchen Zitrone zum Fisch.

It is a really nice place which is definitely worth a visit. There is something for everyone. The place is unusually clean, neat and well maintained. There are several options to get something to eat. Not the greatest culinary experiences, but excellent "cardboard food".

Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. And the shrimp, really tasty.

Lukewarm roll with frozen fish. You get what you order. Could adapt to the times a bit if you ask me. But you can treat yourself to a snack.

Long waiting times for the food to be ready even though the shop was empty. Quite expensive, as the food is not of particularly high quality, it is a restaurant chain and the prices should be lower than in a "normal" restaurant. The tables were not wiped down. Staff was friendly.

Simply catastrophic!!!!When we were there there was hardly any activity and the waitresses just talked about their private stuff and simply ignored us and didn't serve us at all

It was a nice experience to be there. It was wonderful, everyone was very nice and friendly. Can only recommend it!! I can only recommend the ice cream. It was so delicious!!!!

It was very crowded and only one waitress. Something was wrong when ordering, just like other guests. That one tasted very watery. Unfortunately not as good as before.

Employees were in an extremely bad mood. There were three of us there, my two friends ordered their dishes normally, but when I wanted to order they said there was nothing left. I have never experienced anything like it.

Of course, the North Sea chain is ultimately a kind of fast food restaurant... But no matter what you choose from the delicious range, you still have the good feeling of having snacked on something that is largely healthy... The atmosphere is nice and invites you to eat Stay a while - but it's not a real restaurant and is more designed for walk-in customers. In my opinion, it's still the best alternative to the burger competition...🙂 In terms of price, however, it's hardly worth it, because fish has, as we know, become extremely expensive...😔 But here, as elsewhere, you don't eat every day...😉

Das Servicepersonal ist freundlich.Daa Ambiente ist einfach und schlicht gehalten.Ich habe dort Scholle mit Bratkartoffeln gegessen. Eine Stunde später fingen bei mir Übelkeit an. Diese Erfahrung habe ich bei anderen Besuchern in anderen Nordsee-Restaurants noch nie passiert.

Qualität und Geschmack waren in Ordnung, natürlich keine Spitzenküche. Bedienung freundlich. Wir fanden es auch für einen Nordsee ziemlich teuer.

Ambiente sehr steril, nicht gemütlich. Essen auf der Wärmeplatte, ziemlich trocken.
