Typical Nordsee restaurant. Food not really bad as such but can have been kept warm for a while, which typically doesn’t help.

That was the last time I'll ever encounter such a tone from the salesperson; I won't tolerate it again. Perhaps they should invest in training to be able to offer at least a minimum level of service.

Food: standard various breaded fishes, that can taste oily in the end, but the food have flavors even the rice and potatoes. Price is not on the lower range Service: they try to be fast, sometime without enough time for a newbie to choose what one truly wants to eat/mix and match the menu Atmosphere: is standard but spacious

It's a shame all the doors were open even in winter; there was a draft. The food and service were good as always.

Delicious and fresh fish sandwiches

I ordered a fish fillet topped with mushrooms and served with fresh potatoes. Unfortunately, the fillet was overcooked in the pan and the potatoes were canned. The restaurant is very dated and unclean. The service was not very attentive.

I stopped in out of necessity due to price. I ordered a chicken burger with very few fries as a meal deal; the meat was very dry and overcooked. Hunger makes you eat it. The best part was that the seat was dry and inside.

Freshly prepared curry is placed in a bowl containing completely dried-out, old curry residue and thoroughly mixed. In another dish, the potato salad is simply added to the fish and placed on the plate. Overall, not recommended.

Open Doors in november w 8 degrees outside. Potatoes from a can and salmon tasting far too fishy for me. Also small servings. I recommend you stay away !

An extraordinary encounter at Nordsee 🤩 Huge praise to Mr. Wagasch! I ate at Nordsee on November 7th and encountered by far the friendliest, most attentive, and most positive employee I have ever met in a branch. This man doesn't just do his job, he lives it! You can immediately tell that customer satisfaction is truly important to him. He genuinely went out of his way to check if everything was alright and ensured that the food was served perfectly and fresh. You rarely see so much warmth, dedication, and joy in your work. While many simply "go through the motions" on their shift, here you had the feeling that someone was truly passionate about what they were doing. AMAZING! Even shortly before closing time, he was still full of energy, with a broad smile and sparkling eyes 😊 It's simply contagious! I got his name from another employee: MR. WAGASCH (I hope that's spelled correctly). It's clear to me: this man has the potential to take on a leadership role! He's a true role model; you don't find someone like him every day. My friend and I were thrilled and are still talking about this positive encounter. If he works there, I'd love to come back, because he really makes you feel welcome. Thank you so much, Mr. Wagasch, and please, Nordsee, recognize this talent!

Nothing special. The fish had been pre-fried for a while. The menu was stuck to the table. Not cheap.

Stopped at the Designer Outlet Neumünster for refreshments during my shopping marathon. I thought the fried fish sandwich was €5, and a box of breaded shrimp, fish nuggets, and wedges for €10 was okay. Expensive: soft drinks for just under €5. It was fine; my son and I had some quality time while my wife was shopping.

The food here is truly a "typical" North Sea restaurant! The service was very friendly, and even the English-speaking section was good. The prices, however, were significantly inflated. Everything was more expensive! Annoyingly, they also couldn't heat up "Bremer" or other items in bread rolls on-site. Which is a shame, considering the price increase compared to other restaurants in the chain. Unfortunately, the app didn't work again. Typical North Sea food inside. Outside, it was quite nice, even with blankets for guests.

My first time to dine here with my small family amazing. The food is tasty and yummy.

North Sea, of course. The food was good, but unfortunately, everything was a bit lackluster. Ordered two identical dishes, one was apparently frozen, one fresh from the pan, no lemon, portions were very different, etc. It's a shame. As I said, everything was fine in terms of taste and quality.

Functional furnishings. Questionable value for money.

Everything is delicious and fresh. Prices are unfortunately very high. A 0.5-liter bottle of Coke with a deposit costs €3.74. It's no longer acceptable for me. Finally, there's no service or glass, just the bare bottle at the counter (self-service). Of course, everyone has to decide for themselves, but not for me anymore.

The pizzas are always delicious. It's usually very busy around lunchtime, but the wait isn't too long, so you can still enjoy a good, relaxed meal.

The food was okay... but expensive. The service wasn't great. The young adults were unenthusiastic, and it showed. If you had a question, they ignored it and only answered it the third time. And it wasn't just me. The people in front of me had the same experience. Too bad.

Unfortunately the food was not very good and not really hot

In my opinion, the price/performance ratio is absolutely not right. My plaice fillet was unfortunately very fatty, and the very small portion of fries were only lukewarm and soggy. They had obviously been sitting for a while. The plaice was also already cooked and had just been reheated in the fryer. So, nothing here was fresh at all. For that price, I could have gone to a better restaurant. I wouldn't eat here again.

Fish burger with fries, ketchup, and a drink for €10.99. The burger is quite small and, like the fries, was only lukewarm. What a pity.

We were there around 2:00 PM on August 26, 2025. The food was acceptable, not bad. The tables were very dirty. They may not have been wiped down for a few days. The clerk didn't offer the drink listed on the menu. We asked for it later, but the shift had changed. That person had left. He might have forgotten. It was a bit busy, but not excessively so. The prices seem reasonable, but the portions seem a bit small. It wasn't filling. I'm writing this paragraph based on your response. We passed by the restaurant around 11:00 AM and decided to eat there, and it was empty. We passed by again at 12:30 PM, and it was empty again. There were very few people. When we arrived around 2:00 PM, the terrace was full, but there were only a few tables inside. So we sat inside. The fact that the tables were dirty despite the restaurant being empty all day contradicts your response. I don't think you're being truthful, or the staff isn't doing this. I also work in a food and beverage restaurant and have 25 years of experience in this industry. My experience tells me that these tables don't get wiped for at least a day or two. The rest is up to you.

Yes, there is a wide selection, you can find some nice things.

In addition to the fish burger menu, there were other dishes available. The food was delicious, there was no wait, and the staff were very friendly. There was plenty of seating inside and outside.

I've never eaten such a bad fishcake roll (Bremer), unfortunately. It was simply slapped together without any love, the roll soft and wobbly. The ketchup was only a milliliter, and you could count the fried onions. On top of that, the fishcake was neither hot nor cold. I understand that you have to pay for the whole thing, but still... for €3.99, it was nothing.

Not all dishes were available. The food was cold and rather disappointing in taste, but quite expensive.

Alot of noise from other people and the kitchen. I asked for no mushrooms but they still put them in the dish. When I went to tell them they apologies and quickly made a new one, so even tho mistakes was made, they made up for it. Good service. Sidenote: I even left my bag inside the restaurant by accident and they chased after me to deliver my lost purchased to me.

A completely normal Nordsee at the Neumünster Outlet, quite busy depending on the time of day. Food as expected, friendly staff.

The tables were completely filthy. Everything was sticky. The fish tasted of old fat. The food was presented with complete lack of care.

The food at Nordsee is always good

Everyone knows the North Sea produce, so I'll spare you the description. The menus aren't particularly lavish, but the price is worth it: €14.95-17.95 for a modest, very fatty portion. Everything in this restaurant was sticky, and there was too little cutlery available.

You can watch the view for hours. There is no such view. I wish the whole view could fit into the photo frames.

These days, despite many promises of discounts, it's almost impossible to find bargains – except perhaps in marginal sizes like XXS. And some sizes are practically non-existent. So the trip is only really worth it if you're specifically looking for something and, with luck, it's available in the right size. And if you accept that special discounts only apply to additionally discounted items, and that "nothing is additionally discounted this weekend"...

terrible store high prices I do not recommend buying food

This North Sea restaurant was very good. The fish sandwiches were well-filled and fresh. Unfortunately, I've experienced something different from other restaurants. The service was friendly, with a smile and a quick joke. The restaurant was clean.

Contrary to what the name North Sea promises, the fried fish sandwich with barely any remoulade and a single lettuce leaf was unfortunately not convincing.

Classic nordsee. Prices are average.

I recommend it. There are other Nordsee stores on the Autobahn, but everyone has to form their own opinion.

Fairly large outlet, unfortunately only the non-standard sizes in stores. Many small sizes!!!

The place was absolutely packed, the communication between the front desk and the kitchen was seamless, and I ordered a delicious burger—which I received in just about 2 minutes! --> speed of service was incredible. Despite the busy and high-pressure environment, none of that stress was passed on to the customers. The atmosphere remained positive and professional.

The best place to buy seafood; everything is fresh and delicious. For anyone who likes a quick bite and seafood, this is the perfect place. The selection is huge, and there's always something to choose from.

The food was great and tasty. The cleanliness of the restaurant, however, leaves a lot to be desired. The tables are so dirty that you're stuck to them. Still, eating here is a must for us. Maybe we're just going through a bad phase?

Hey, That's what they say in the north, but this experience was anything but Nordic, so they can throw the name in the trash. Tables nicely smeared, two drops of sauce on the €10 burger with maybe a maximum of 10 fries. The chip shop next door delivers better service. Nevertheless, the service was good and very friendly.

Typically North Sea – solid, but with room for improvement. The food is as expected: delicious, fresh and especially the small snacks like fish sandwiches are always good. If you know what you're getting, you won't be disappointed. The service experience is less pleasant: the staff regularly seems overwhelmed - unfortunately there is rarely any sense of being friendly or customer-oriented. And the ambience? Well, functionally it's probably best - but if you're hoping for comfort at North Sea, you're in the wrong film anyway. Conclusion: OK for a quick fish craving - but without charm and with service that makes you get used to it.

Ordered three To Good to Go bags. Two main courses and one snack to take away. Pickup time was 7:45 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Were there a little earlier (7:30 p.m.) and took advantage of the free parking hour at the outlet parking lot. When we asked at the counter, we said we were there for TGTG and were waiting. At 7:50 p.m. we went to the counter again because nothing had been put together for us. A few guests came and grabbed a little something beforehand and we waited for that. We just want to save things that are left over. But then a discussion started that we should wait until 8 p.m. Unfortunately, this was not possible for us because otherwise we would have used the free hour of parking and would have had to pay €4 for the day ticket. What was really good was that we were able to choose the two main courses from the items available. Class service. After further clarification, we were also able to freely choose three snacks and take them with us. Quality and taste very good.

Best place for shopping and fast food

Generally quite happy with Nordsee, which I consider the fish's answer to fast food. The food is excellent, the prices quite reasonable, and the food is ready quite quickly. Definitely a place I would like to eat again.

One of the best places where the best and most famous brands are collected. The prices are very good. After the New Year in January, they give everything away almost for free. I recommend it.

1 matjes roll for €6.79...but it tasted...

For me, the ambience is typically north, reminiscent of the North Sea, and therefore rather cool, cold and uninviting. Sure, the North Sea is cool, but you can still make it a little more comfortable. Service is a disaster. The employees are often irritable, stressed and look annoyed, and as a customer you don't even know why or why. Service is virtually non-existent other than preparing the food. There is definitely no friendliness here. The portions are disgraceful. I don't expect huge portions like in the USA, but I'm sorry to just slap 10 pieces of fries on your plate, but that's embarrassing, and that's at the prices, even though they're just fries, with some fried fish sandwiches... nothing out of the ordinary. People don't feel like working anymore... Then don't be surprised why everything is becoming more and more automated, or look for a new job. It couldn't be more embarrassing. When customers come in, you as an employee have to control yourself and not let your frustration out on other customers.

Fried fish rolls fresh and delicious

Fast food buffet. All products are sold in the form of sandwiches. Beer prices are high, buy it yourself from the supermarket and it will cost you 1/3 of the price.

The worst fast food that I’ve seen in Germany. Shrimps&Chips, costs 7€, and for that price you receive one box of chips with 3 little shrimps, in that case I think this menu position needs to be named as a Chips with a little bit shrimps 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️
