My absolute favorite restaurant. Super tasty food and very friendly and sometimes even funny waiters. Highly recommended.

Ate here last night. The first impression was very nice. Service was friendly. We waited over 1 hour for the food. It arrived and the first thing missing was the bacon on the burger. The steak was well done instead of medium. The Rachotel plate was very small and the meat was very well done here too. The fries were unfortunately cold and the ingredients for the cocktail were all too😳🙈🤷‍♀️all in all...unfortunately it turned out very bad and we won't eat there anymore . Too bad...

The food was cold and not freshly prepared, it was cheeky to offer something like that and take money for it. There were six of us and four dishes were cold and not freshly prepared. Kale, goose leg and the soups all just……..

Unfortunately we were very disappointed, some of the food was cold (sauce, kale). When trying to correct this, things were simply forgotten. The kale came out of the microwave and was inedible. At our request, the manager appeared, who offered us a new meal, but seemed very uninterested

Unfortunately the steak was cold, you can expect more for the prices.

We like to be here when time allows. Service, ambience and quality of the food are good to very good.

Great location and good lunch menu, on weekdays until 5:00 p.m. From 4 p.m. onwards, the waiter prefers to only bring the evening menu. But it's worth asking. Lunch menu can also be viewed online. Unfortunately service is poor. Burger offers also on weekends until 5 p.m

First you go up a flight of stairs and then come to the restaurant, which has beautifully arranged tables. We were greeted warmly and our food order was taken nicely. We had a nice chat until our food came to 7 people, all at the same time, so that we could start together. Every plate looked very tasty, the food of course.... 😂My Rancho salad was really a lot and very tasty, but unfortunately I didn't finish everything 😌but my table neighbor also ate some of it, the prices are really good . Everyone was very happy with the food and left full. We would be happy to come back to be pampered🤗

We always enjoy coming back. Steak and fish are delicious and the prices are still reasonable compared to other steak houses. The staff also seem to still know service and notice that you are sitting in front of empty glasses, which is no longer a given today.

Great steaks and fantastic service in English. The order was taken swiftly and served in almost no time. Our dog was allowed inside as well. Definition of a 5 star experience.

The food is generally tasty, although the fried potatoes could be a little less oily. The service was very good, special requests from one member of our group were all fulfilled (although a lot was asked for). The staff was always very polite, helpful and accommodating. Dessert, main course and starter were all good, but nothing special. Restaurant is definitely recommended.

Extremely disappointed, the portions are getting smaller and the staff is overwhelmed We used to come here regularly and that has been resolved since today. Had to have drinks we wait longer than 20 minutes to check the quality is just enough. It's a shame that it turned out this way.

Unfortunately, the rancho hasn't been what it used to be for a long time. Service is rather careless and somewhat planned, of course not all of them. The food is really not worth the money, steak is super tough, the knives could be sharpened or replaced. Received a mojito with lemons instead of limes, Pina Colada tasted super watery (the waitress said that there might have been too much ice added). When swapped, it tasted much better.

The staff likes to be busy with their cell phones, but unfortunately their focus on the customers suffers... Be careful, because we were brought to the table three times with food or drink or dessert that we hadn't even ordered. Of course we rejected that, but people???????? It doesn't work at all. For the main course, the fried potatoes were forgotten, which were recreated in 3 minutes. These were glass potatoes with fresh onions. Stop the nonsense and just reorganize yourself!!!!!!! We customers just stay away...

It was my first time here and I had only heard good things, unfortunately no, unfortunately not at all. The meat was hard to chew, more like a Hubba Bubba with tendons, the whole thing also had a sour sour note as if lemon pepper was used. Expected something completely different in terms of taste. The espresso, on the other hand, was very good. The dish is called Rancho Grande Teller.

I've been a guest at Rancho twice recently with a good friend. Both visits were excellent. Very good, attentive service. Especially on the terrace with a nice atmosphere. In addition, the beef fillet was very well prepared! I can fully recommend the Rancho.

The steak was well done as ordered medium rare. The food was slapped down carelessly. The fries were floating in the meat broth. So our snack gets better prepared. The staff was inattentive, you almost had to go to the waiter to order something.

A reasonably good but still a bit mixed experience; staff was very friendly, location looks quite good. Orders were taken swiftly and food was served pretty fast except for the dessert which took relatively long. I didn’t care much for the Chardonnay which had a strange smell - almost beer-like. The entrecôte was OK but not special. Next time I’m going for a burger.

Det er ser ud til at være et godt sted. Vi fik hurtigt anvist et bord til to. Og fik spise kortet udleveret med det samme. Vi fandt ud af hvad vi ville have. En peber steak (vel done) med pommes frits og en rib eye steak (medium) med en bagt kartoffel med creme fraiche. Vi fik en salat som forret. Efter vi havde spiste vores salat ventet vi i 40 minutter uden at der skete noget. Derefter kontaktet vi personalet som kunne fortælle at deres “bon” maskine var løbet tør for papir, så vores bestilling har ikke printet, men der ville gå 10 minutter så ville det være klar. Da vi endelig fik vores mad, var peber steak medium stegt og den skulle have været vel done og rib eye var vel done den skulle have mediumstegt. Begge steak var ikke varme, pomme frits var kedelig og den bagt kartoffel var ikke varm. Vi gjorde den ansvarlig opmærksom på, at tingene på ingen måde var det som vi havde ønsket. Da vi fik regningen lød den på 45 euro til trods at den ansvarlig, havde sagt at vi ikke skulle betale for maden. Men nu var forklaring at vi ikke skulle betale for peber steak Så vi vil på ingen måde anbefale dette spisested. Vi føler os i den grad taget ved næsen. Bordet ved siden af os oplevet, at de havde glemt at bestille deres mad og det var åbenbart ikke første gang at parret havde haft en dårlig oplevelse der.

- Fries were no better than the bad ones from McDonald's but they were colder - Steak was dry but at least the cooking point was as required - the mushroom and onion vegetables were good Almost €80 for food and drinks for two people was not appropriate in terms of quality and value.

We ordered Wienerschnitzel and a dish with various types of meat. Serving was quick and smiling, almost too quick as it became clear that the focus was more on a quick flow of guests than a fine dining experience.

We had dinner with six adults. Schnitzel with fried potatoes, salmon with spinach, sliced ​​meat with rice and vegetables, burger with fries and then ice cream etc. The service was good and courteous but not intrusive. Ambiente ist toll Personal ehr Semi professionell. Da könnte viel mehr gehen. Geht schon damit los, daß die Eingangstür nur mit grober Kraft zu öffnen ist.. evtl. ist besser so 😂 Freundlich.. ja! Naja! Steaks sind unsere Leidenschaft? Steaks sind ehr was Leiden schafft! Medium bestellt… Schuhsohle bekommen. Carpaccio bestimmt keine Lende Dafür aber in fake Parmesan und Champignons begraben.. Null Gewürze Kein Balsamico.. usw Personal sehr freundlich aber auch sehr semi professionell! Alles in allem mehr Schein als sein Ambiente sehr schön.. da könnte so viel mehr gehen. Schade! Preise für das was man bekommt viel zu hoch!!!

We always enjoyed going to the Rancho. The service has always been so-so but yesterday it was really subpar. The meat was cold but was immediately remedied. When we were clearing up, we were asked once if we wanted to order anything else, which wasn't the case at the moment, but later we couldn't have ordered so easily because no one even looked in our direction. I had to shout loudly, which is always very uncomfortable for me. The fact that we wanted to pay was forgotten in the meantime and the table next door didn't even get a menu for 30 minutes and then left again. Which wasn't even noticed. It is very loud in the restaurant.

The restaurant is centrally located and looks good from the outside and inside. The staff were very friendly. We had a rancho salad with no extras and one with turkey. Both salads were generous and fresh. However, the dressing should be significantly more. The turkey meat was on the flame for far too long and was tough. When we said this in response to the final question as to whether it was tasty, we were offered two cocktails as an apology. Very good complaint management! The employee asked for forgiveness and remained friendly. Compliment, things can go wrong sometimes.

The front door is not so easy to see if the restaurant is open. Especially now with the two ice cream shops, it's going under a bit. There is a lunch menu. various dishes, grill plates or burger side dishes reduced.

Völlig unabhängig vom Essen für Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen und ältere Herrschaften nicht zu empfehlen, Seit Jahren schon wird bemängelt das es z.B. keinen Treppenlifter gibt. Das Angebot : Dann tragen wir sie eben nach oben ist inaxeptabel, auch die Stufen oben im Restaurant sind schlecht zu sehen und nicht nur für Senioren sehr gefährlich und haben auch schon zu schweren Verletzungen mit langen Krankenhausaufenthalten geführt.

I've been eating there 2 or 3 times a year since 2017. It's always nice to go there. The food is great, the staff is friendly and what I particularly love is the terrace. When the weather is good, the best place to sit is outside. If necessary, they have protection against the sun so that everything doesn't get on your face. I can only recommend it. Worst steakhouse in the world. Steak completely done, pork medallions dry, fried potatoes swimming in oil, citizens with cheap frozen meat, cold fries, etc. The food was complained about and re-served. But it was just as bad the second time. No apology, nothing... Never again.

Rancho Grande blev en uventet dejlig oplevelse. Vi bestile ribeye steaks og det var noget af det bedste kød nogensinde. Perfekt krydret og tilberedt. En god Soufflé au chocolat som var fast udenpå og løbende indeni. Gode cocktails, både med og uden spiritus. Det eneste jeg lige kan sætte finderen på er salaten, som serveret med thousand island dressing... det burde være en god olie i stedet. Personalet er yderst flinke og nærværende, også gode til engelsk. Kæmpe anbefaling herfra.
