There was a really good selection for vegans, but even as an omnivore, I had a hard time deciding. You could watch the food being prepared or wait at your table until your name was called. The only thing I can criticize was the cleanliness of the tables.

Cheap is definitely possible elsewhere; €21 for two fries and two Cokes is quite a hefty price tag. Okay, you know that beforehand, but it's steep for a quick snack. The seating situation during peak hours is stressful. The food quality is decent, but nothing to write home about. A deep fryer is a deep fryer.

Dear owners of Frittenwerk at the Neumünster outlet, I'm not usually inclined to leave bad reviews on Google. However, I feel compelled to express my dissatisfaction today. I was at Frittenwerk in Neumünster today and ordered a portion of fries with mayo. The fries cost €4.50!!!! and there were (I counted them for fun) a whopping 17 fries in the tray! You can't be serious!!!! Mayo was €1.00! I'm happy to pay a higher price, but not for 17 fries!!! I'm sorry, but that's a rip-off! I have no complaints about the taste, but you can't really go wrong with fries! This was my last time being your customer.

The food was unfortunately not tasty at all. I didn't enjoy it, and I won't eat there again.

Absolutely delicious meals - snacks, but really tasty, good service.

Unfortunately, I'm so deeply disappointed with the service from the staff that I deliberately gave only one star in all categories. Our request for the dish without parsley was enthusiastically accepted but not implemented. When we complained, we were rudely turned away. Incredibly, we took note of this and will never buy anything from here again.

First time eating fries at Frittenwerk here in Neumünster. Nice and friendly service, but the fries were a bit bland. Otherwise, it was okay.

The staff are super friendly, explain everything, and accommodate all requests. I highly recommend it 🥰 I'm here for the second time today, and everything is still great! Very tasty and super friendly.

Mwga food at Frittenwerk! 🍟🔥 I simply love this concept – fresh fries, delicious sauces, and creative toppings. The portions are large, everything is made fresh, and served piping hot. This time I tried the shawarma and fries – simply Mwga! 😍 Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, perfectly seasoned. The staff was also super friendly, and the atmosphere was totally relaxed. Clearly: Frittenwerk = next-level fries! 💯🍟

This is truly "fast food" again. I ordered contactless, and a minute later I had my tray in my hand. The food was good, not outstanding, but I wasn't expecting that.

The fries were delicious, and ordering at the kiosks was okay. However, because it was so crowded and loud, it was hard to hear your name being called.

The French fries were satisfactory at best. Some were soggy under the salad. The quantity wasn't large. The price was high. So, either the quantity was too small or the price was too high. The pulled pork was mediocre. Cleaning the tables occasionally would have been good.

Delicious dishes and a diverse selection. Anyone who visits the Neumünster Outlet should definitely stop by for a snack 😀

Unfortunately, there wasn't a currywurst like you'd expect from a snack bar. The portion was very small and "dry"—there was little sauce—and the fries were bland. The tables weren't wiped clean. A shame.

Nice waiters, although it took an extremely long time to get food and the food was not worth it for the price…

My mother and I came today and ordered two Currywurst specials – with drinks and two sauces, the total came to €31. We waited 20 minutes for our food (during which the staff preferred to chat and make obscene gestures at the customers). Nevertheless, our fries were still floury and undercooked. Complaints at the restaurant are skillfully ignored, by the way. Once and never again.

It's not cheap but everything is very tasty

The ambiance would actually be nice if it were clean. Many tables were dirty, and there were papers and food scraps on the floor. The staff seemed rather listless and unmotivated; a little more friendliness would have been appreciated, even though there were very few customers. Recipe ideas are great, but the execution leaves something to be desired. Fries have to be cooked hot and crispy, but these were cold and soggy. For the price of almost €10, we wouldn't recommend it. We won't be visiting next time.

In a very pleasant atmosphere, you can find a wide variety of delicious creations at FrittenWerk in the Designer Outlet in Neumünster. I was absolutely delighted to choose the new extra-spicy fries, which I personally didn't find too spicy, combined with fresh coleslaw, fried chicken bites with a fruity, spicy sauce, and seasoned with jalapeños and fresh herbs! A unique culinary delight that I would gladly return to anytime! I also ordered a tomato, cucumber, and avocado salad, which had a tangy touch thanks to the onions, but could have used a bit more. The wait for our food was very short, as there were significantly fewer customers due to the mixed weather. We were absolutely thrilled, pleasantly full, and simply grateful for the delicious, fresh food!

This was our first time at Frittenwerk. We weren't that impressed. The currywurst sauce was too spicy for me. Not everyone likes spicy food, but unfortunately, there was no alternative. They only serve vegan mayo...all the sauces are layered on top of each other, which quickly made the delicious fries go soggy. At the ordering terminal, they ask you whether you want to add a 5%, 10%, or 20% tip. I found that cheeky, because it's just a snack bar. Unfortunately, I found the prices too high for the menu. We won't be back.

We were tourists, and the food looked really good—and yes, it tasted really good too. Unfortunately, the value for money was disappointing: the portions were too small and definitely too expensive. Furthermore, drinks weren't included and cost an unreasonable amount on top. Overall, we would have expected much more for the price.

Freshly prepared food of very good quality. The staff is friendly, and I always enjoy coming back.

Perfect even for vegans! We were absolutely thrilled. We had the Tijuana Street Fries with guacamole and the Istanbul Street Fries with falafel. They even had vegan sour cream. Absolutely fantastic 👍 It was delicious, and the outdoor seating was comfortable.

Tried the churros couple days ago and thought to give their fries a try but sadly it was not something special like their churros , the fries wasn’t giving any crunch and turn to mashed potato very fast I only suggest getting : Chili cheese fries (6.5/10).

Very tasty fries in various variations with great side dishes on top. There's something for every taste, and you can also have the dishes customized to your liking (veggie, etc.). Original concept with funny sayings on the wall, shirts, and postcards. Friendly staff. Unfortunately, the tables weren't wiped down. We also didn't like the fact that they used paper bowls and disposable cutlery (albeit wooden ones) instead of plates. Since this is a "fixed" snack bar and not a food truck, reusable items should be used.

A nice place for a delicious meal and a short break. The little ones can have fun on the playground while you enjoy some delicious fries. How you feel about the noise level is up to you. There's one minor issue, though. Smoking at the tables—you can't prohibit it, but being bombarded with smoke from left and right over a long period of time wasn't the best experience.

Every time I shop at the outlet, I eat at Frittenwerk. I don't let anything go wrong with the food. I usually have the garlic fries with guacamole, among other things. They're incredibly delicious and you're really full afterward. However, the service is really lackluster. Not unfriendly, but not particularly friendly either. It seems like a lot of Gen Z employees here have no clue about service and friendliness. If you're going to spend a double-digit amount on "fries," then I also value the extras. And unfortunately, that leaves a lot to be desired. It also seems like Gen Zers can't agree on who's going to clean up. Because everything is often pretty messy and dirty. It's a shame, because the food is really very good.

It was a very nice first time at Frittenwerk in the Neumünster Outlet. We didn't have to wait two minutes before our food was served. Anna, in particular, really made our visit more enjoyable with her friendly manner and infectious smile. I was there with a friend I hadn't seen in a long time, and the atmosphere was pleasantly loud, allowing us to chat without feeling like we weren't allowed to raise our voices. Overall, thanks to the service, especially from Anna, it was a very pleasant experience.

The food is as always delicious, especially the Istanbul fries :)

I didn't think I'd get my food at the Neumünster outlet in just 10 minutes – especially on a day as busy as July 25th with sales 🤩 The best fries with chicken (I think shawarma) in the world! 😋 With so many people there, I really didn't expect it to be so quick – and the quality was simply top-notch! 🙌

Today I tried the Frittenwerk at the Designer Outlet in Neumünster. Cool concept and a very large selection of French fries. You can order at the cash register (cash or card) or at terminals (cashless only). Orders are processed quickly, and there are plenty of staff on hand. It was very tasty.

Delicious fresh homemade fries (not frozen) with lots of different tasty toppings, it's really worth having a snack here.

The food was ready super quickly and extremely delicious. I always order the same thing (fries with guacamole, sour cream, and tomatoes), and each time I find it tastier than the last.

Went there for dinner on late night shopping, top service, despite such a high demand, I really enjoy eating at Frittenwerk :)

Super delicious, HIGHLY recommended. The music is a bit loud and edgy, which isn't really my taste... But I can easily overlook that given the food.

I wish the delicious sauces could have been served separately, rather than the food being drenched in a uniform sauce. I also missed proper mayonnaise with egg and would have gladly done without the woke vegan paste. I just like my fries with mayonnaise, not ketchup. The young, blonde lady at the checkout could also be a bit friendlier to customer questions. The best part was the location, right next to Giovanni L. Furthermore, a visual/written sign indicating which food is ready for pickup would have been a significant improvement. With the noise level in the store, the dispatcher's shouts are unfortunately all too easily drowned out. All in all, the food was OK, albeit quite expensive, despite the annoying sauce-splattered topping. Among the blind, the one-eyed man is king...

We were at the Designer Outlet Neumünster today and at Frittenwerk for the first time. It was a delight from ordering to the food! Forget about Germany being a service desert; we felt very comfortable. We say thank you and will definitely be back!

Why do you make it so expensive

Unfortunately, it was a bit too hot and I burned my mouth, but it was still delicious. I would just recommend using a bit less sauce on the special currywurst. Still, it was a great visit (delicious).

Very nice dining place that lives up to its name

The fries were not done or crispy at all. Which is probably what you would expect from a grill that has fries as their main ingredient. But then you are also lucky to pay an extremely high price.

It's actually a nice restaurant, but unfortunately the waiting area is too narrow, so customers constantly have to move aside. The food is very tasty. The ordering machine is faulty and should be reviewed.

Located in the Designer Outlet, right next to a very noisy children's playground. The staff is super organized and very friendly. The food is okay if you're not familiar with the Canadian original ;-)

The supposedly XL potions were more like XS, way too expensive. The food didn't taste that good. The fries were cold. The first and last time.

Delicious! This fast food joint is highly recommended. Your mouth will start to water as soon as you walk past. The combinations with the fries are very inventive, and the menu names allow for witty conversations. The wait time isn't too long at about 15 minutes, and the food is absolutely amazing. I've been there once and I'm already a huge fan. It's a shame there isn't a place like this around my corner.

If you're at the NMS outlet, then eat here. An imaginative selection of fries in various variations. Super fresh and delicious. Great, friendly, and motivated staff. Nice place, cozy. OK food and quick service. But I ordered a dish with fritters and shawarma, you had to look for the shawarma.... My wife got a bowle with salad and chicken. It was super nice. Everything tasted fine. I could come back again.

Unfortunately not good for the second time in a row. Like last time, it was very crowded and the quality seemed to suffer as a result. We ordered for around €70 and all the fries were still way too raw. When we asked if we could get new fries, we were told that we would have to go back to the back of the line. When there's less going on, the fries are very good. However, when it gets busier, we won't order any more fries.

Unfortunately my order was recorded incorrectly. After receiving the order, I unfortunately couldn't get the lady at the checkout to correct the mistake 🫣 Still delicious food. The normal portions are enough to fill you up!

Discriminatory! The forks that are available are clearly right-handed forks, as the lettering on the forks can only be read in the right hand. I feel discriminated against as a left-handed person.
