Sorry, unfortunately it wasn't really our thing... very nicely presented & good selection. Unfortunately the fries were completely covered in sauce at the bottom which was very soggy..

Nice place, cozy. OK food and quick service. But I ordered a dish with fritters and shawarma, you had to look for the shawarma.... My wife got a bowle with salad and chicken. It was super nice. Everything tasted fine. I could come back again.

The chilli cheese fries are good but I don't really like the taste of chilli con carne. 😅 Maybe I could just order a simpler chilli cheese fries. The fries are great as always!

Unfortunately not good for the second time in a row. Like last time, it was very crowded and the quality seemed to suffer as a result. We ordered for around €70 and all the fries were still way too raw. When we asked if we could get new fries, we were told that we would have to go back to the back of the line. When there's less going on, the fries are very good. However, when it gets busier, we won't order any more fries.

Unfortunately my order was recorded incorrectly. After receiving the order, I unfortunately couldn't get the lady at the checkout to correct the mistake 🫣 Still delicious food. The normal portions are enough to fill you up!

Discriminatory! The forks that are available are clearly right-handed forks, as the lettering on the forks can only be read in the right hand. I feel discriminated against as a left-handed person.

Very lovely staff! As always, the food was delicious and ordering via the terminal was quick and easy. The shop was busy at lunchtime on the day we were there and unfortunately it was very cramped... A bit difficult, especially with a small child.

good vegan currywurst, but too spicy for us because of Chilly, fries tasty and fresh, the sausage really tasted like ham sausage, chicken balls with avocado were good, but could have tasted even more strongly like avocado, the cheese sauce was very good, despite being spicy. This was less spicy than the curry even though it was labeled with the cheese sauce. :D The ambience is all modern, but cardboard food with wooden disposable forks, when I eat on site I don't find it sustainable at all and not appealing either. Service was quick, but seemed very stressed. Eating took a long time and you were called at some point.

The poutine when I visited today was delicious as always. An internal inspection was taking place at the time of my visit. In my opinion, this could have taken place more quietly and invisibly. Due to the way the check was carried out, the staff was indirectly paraded in front of the guests. I also had the impression that there was no background knowledge as to why such checks were carried out. For example, it was discovered that the cutlery station needed to be refilled, which was immediately done. Item checked off on the checklist. But I couldn't remove all the crumbs in the same breath. Another point on the checklist was the cleaning condition of the lamps. Yes, it has to be done sometimes, but I think the focus on the tables would be much more appropriate here. I could observe that several points were loudly criticized. I have never experienced an employee being bored at this chip factory. They need to be protected here. Perhaps Frittenwerk should question its organization, processes, structures and personnel ratio.

Tasty food. We'd love to come back!

Tasty but already expensive. However, we were fed up with the portion size here, which is not always the case at Frittenwerk branches.

We've had it delivered online several times in the last 12 months and each time something was missing. It can happen from time to time, but when our avocado chicken bowl (A WHOLE DISH) wasn't there yesterday and it was the fourth time that something was missing, I felt really ripped off. No matter what time it is, no one ever answers the phone and now I have spent €40 and €11 of that I have paid for NOTHING. Please train your staff and make proper handovers with the delivery service. I used to really like Frittenwerk, but I definitely won't spend a penny on this business again.

Für ein schnelles Essen im Designer Outlet in Neumünster ist das frittenwerk vollkommen in Ordnung. Natürlich war es stark frequentiert und die Wartezeit entsprechend aber es war alles noch im Rahmen. Die Pommes sind okay, die Variante mit der Currywurst ging so. Warum muss es eigentlich vegane Majo sein? Verstehe ich nicht und ich kann mich damit nicht anfreunden - ist aber meine persönliche Meinung. Alles in allem, okay aber auch nicht mehr.

It was a very pleasant atmosphere. The service was very friendly and accommodating. The food was very tasty. We just ordered too much as everything looked incredibly delicious. 😅😋

We were at Frittenwerk with three people, nice atmosphere and a very friendly team behind the counter! When we had any questions, we were helped very friendly and kindly! The fries were fried to perfection and tasted really good with the dips! The next time we visit the Neumünster outlet, the frittenwerk will be our point of contact again!

We have been to the frit factory several times and in most cases we have always been satisfied. Also during our visit to Neumünster a few days ago: I was full and happy after eating the Currywurst Poutine and the Istanbul Street Version. The fried sweet sticks gave me the culinary finishing touch because they were so tasty. Good thing we didn't go to the “5 guys” for hamburgers like we first thought. The visit made our day impressively sweeter. We would love to come back and look forward to fried sunshine again.

Order at the terminal. Each receipt is given a name that is called out when the food is ready. There are not enough seats when there is a big rush. The food is great and is recommended. Take a quick breather while shopping, this is a good opportunity.

My wife ordered from the machine on 01/03/25. When she picked her up she was talked to stupidly and said: next time with a tip. The person can be glad I wasn't there. This is an absolute no-go and would have earned 0 points. Food was ok, nothing you can say... oh yes, I could do it more often. Ambience was crowded. But that's logical given the weather.

Mega tasty, food is ready quickly, good portions, can recommend pretty much everything including the sauces. Order in advance on the computer, you get a name that is called out when the food is ready, I think it's really good. For me it's pretty loud there and the seating is too small for me, but ok, you just have to endure it, but you get delicious food.

Don’t get me wrong the food is great, but the lady in the front is just stupid. Got our order wrong 2 times and we had to basically yell because she had AirPods in her ears while eating gum?! For the cherry on top she acted annoyed when we wanted to order and spoke very unclearly. It’s a real shame. Utterly disappointed and we will not come here again until this service changes.

Since I often go to the Hamburger Frittenwerk, I had a pretty clear idea of ​​what I wanted. Unfortunately the fries weren't really crispy. This is where you expect something great. Too bad. The rest was okay. Everything deliciously prepared. In Hamburg, despite the stress, people are friendlier. If I didn't have the comparison, I would be certainly less critical.

The food and service is great. Even if it is petty, a deposit is charged for the drinks bottles if consumed on site. You can only get this back upon request; almost all customers simply put the bottles in a box by the trash can. That's really cheeky to collect the deposit for this. Therefore only three stars instead of five.

Consistently good quality of goods and service. We live nearby and eat there regularly. The staff is consistently well trained in dealing with allergens. Even in times of peak occupancy, the quality of the food is consistently good. The staff is friendly and well-coordinated at all times, and the handles are confident even under pressure. I know Frittenwerk from Neumünster Holstengalerie. Compared to the Frittenwerk, DOC is pretty dirty and run down. The food didn't taste good at all and there were little fruit flies flying around my food the whole time. I really can't recommend it here.

Fries/currywurst was really bad. Fries soggy, sausage cold and without any taste. Pullek Pork doesn't deserve its name. Plus 2 cokes paid almost 30 euros. Price/performance is not right here at all. The store is not recommended!!!

Completely overwhelmed employees. Ordered and paid at the terminal...waited for over 40 minutes, I find that a disgrace. I don't understand the value for money. I once had the currywurst with house fries and once the currywurst fries dish. Tasteless, wobbly bratwurst as currywurst, you have to manage that first. There was no seasoning on the fries, without the curry sauce and curry powder it wouldn't have tasted like anything. This has been done once, but definitely not again.

Delicious fries variations at a reasonable price. Seating available inside and outside. Young staff. Ordering is also possible at the self-service terminal. Overall worth a recommendation.

Me and my friends were driving through area and we tried to find some place that serves vegan food so we can all eat together. We checked online and it seemed that there is a restaurant still open here. Right upon arriving it seemed like a tourist trap with stupid parking system. Still decided to go in because we were so hungry. The food we got was not very good. This place is full of generic shops and soulless atmosphere. We certainly did not find anything interesting here. Toilet was clean but hand drier smelled really bad

Been there three times now and been disappointed three times. Today's highlight: The store is almost empty - there were two people sitting there besides us. Almost all the tables are dirty, the floor is full of fries, the trash can is overflowing and no one cleans there. The fries that were served were cold and after a short discussion ("Well, they're a bit warm!"), I received a new portion.

I was impressed by how the employees managed this rush and remained very friendly despite the stress.
