Kritik wird hier nicht gerne gesehen. Nachdem bei unserem ersten Besuch noch alles in Ordnung war, wurden bei unserem zweiten Besuch zwei von acht Essen auf Nachfrage (War alles zu Ihrer Zufriedenheit?) gemängelt. Nachdem die Kritik weitergegeben wurde, kam der Inhaber zu unserem Tisch, hat sich aufgeregt, das Essen vor unseren Augen mit den Fingern auf den Tellern auseinandergerissen, um uns von der tollen Qualität zu überzeugen, und hat sich ziemlich unmöglich benommen. So unprofessionell auf Kritik zu reagieren muss man sich in einer Kleinstadt wie Neumünster leisten können. Wir werden das Steak-House in Zukunft meiden und in anderen Läden Essen gehen.

I came for a holiday and I wanted to move to Germany because of this restaurant.

Great food. Excellent quality meat, perfectly cooked. Very polite service. Prices are high, but (unfortunately) it's hard to find anything else these days. I'll be back – I was very satisfied!

Stuck in time. The price is high. The salad with diced turkey is poor quality and carelessly put together. The salad bar is unimaginative. You'd expect more from a steakhouse.

Today, we went to the Angus Steak House in Neumünster with the family. The food was excellent, the service extremely attentive, and the value for money was absolutely justified.

The chef, with his warm personality and passion for his job, offered us an unforgettable experience. The steak was simply outstanding – perfectly grilled and tender as butter. It was worth every penny. The homemade sauces, which the chef served us on his own initiative, deserve special mention. Although they weren't necessary, they complemented the dish pleasantly.

A steakhouse with consistently excellent quality and very friendly service. It's worth noting that there are no off days, so you can enjoy the food here every day. Unfortunately, the beautiful terrace is shaded in the evenings. Since it's very busy, advance reservations are recommended.

ich bin 1000 km mit dem Auto gefahren und hab mich den ganzen Tag auf das Abendessen dort gefreut. Ich wurde sehr enttäuscht! Das Salatbüffet - geht so aber nicht gut. Das argentinische Steak war nicht scneid oder kaubar. Eine mittlere Katastrophe. Darauf angesprochen sagte die Kellnerin, das sei normal.

Also meine frau und ich wahren nun etwas öfter hier und es ist immer wieder aufs neue ein Genuss es schmeckt immer wieder herausragend gut und der Chef und die Angestellten sind immer sehr nett und gut drauf und recht schnell also hier trifft das Sprichwort ins schwarze "Klein aber fein" was nun meiner Meinung nach sowieso das angenehmste ist da es etwas persönlicher ist als in so einem riesen Laden

Typical of a steakhouse. Rustic decor. Top-notch beef, toasted bread, and baked potatoes. Prime parking behind the building. And unlike competitors, the prices have only been adjusted moderately. The friendly, attentive staff also accommodated special requests excellently. See you next time.

The food was very, very tasty, beautifully tender meat. I don't normally eat baked potatoes, but luckily it tasted really good. The service is really nice and friendly. The boss 1A makes you feel at home.

Short form: This was the BEST steak I have ever eaten! A little more precise: I decided on the sizzle steak and, for a fair extra charge, took a 300g steak instead of 200g. Plus baked potatoes and bread. First of all, I ordered a goulash soup because I think that's always a good way to recognize the quality of the restaurant. And the soup was a dream. Just tender meat, not a piece of fat or even tendons. Great seasoning and the meat can be crushed on the palate with your tongue. Then came the sizzling steak. Served in a flat cast-iron pan, it comes to the table in a bubbling white wine sauce. Here it is advisable not to wear your best clothes, as a little splashes on the table and legs. When you first cut it, you notice how incredibly tender the meat is. The first bite explains why you pay about 20% more here than in the other steakhouses. I ordered medium and received that in perfection. Unfortunately, this is not something that can be taken for granted everywhere. The sauce tastes fantastic, but as a meat fan you are seriously tempted to leave it out completely in order to be able to taste the meat in all its nuances. It almost goes without saying that the baked potato is great and the bread is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Tip: use the special sauce, a mixture of the sizzling sauce with white wine and the pepper sauce. This combines the best of two worlds! My wife had turkey breast with Bernaise sauce and also baked potatoes and bread. The turkey was well seasoned and also fantastically tender. The sauce is served in a separate bowl so that you can enjoy the meat without having to search for the taste in the sauce. The owner and the staff are very friendly and anxious to ensure that the guest is completely satisfied. The owner loves his restaurant and is rightly proud of his food and it shows. With this meal he gained two regular customers! A quick word about the prices. You pay a little more than in well-known chains, but you get such stunning meat that you can only describe the price-performance ratio as very good. A restaurant not for every day, but for every special occasion or when you want to treat yourself. Thank you very much for this great evening!! Update: We were here again on July 30, 2020 and the same applies: This is the best steak I have ever eaten and the goulash soup is worth a visit. If the steak wasn't so great, I would just come here for the soup and eat it until I was full 😉

I would be happy to write the umpteenth good review about this location... in short: excellent meat cooked to perfection. We had lamb and rump steak - both absolutely delightful. The spinach with olive oil and garlic was delicious. All dressings/dips are homemade and vegetarians will also get their money's worth. Even at a late hour, the service was incredibly friendly and accommodating - we even asked very politely several times whether the cooking level was as desired. I'd love to come back next year!

The location may not be perfect on the main street, but sometimes you can't choose the location. However, inside it is quiet and cozy. I can only recommend the steakhouse, especially when it comes to the quality of the meat. Even two days later, my husband is still raving about this perfect steak.

Have been there more often in the past and have found that the quality of food and service has deteriorated. Maybe it was just bad luck. But my steak was bloody, contrary to what was ordered, and my wife's ground steak was no longer what we were familiar with from previous visits. We will definitely eat there again. If the experience happens again, it will probably be the last time.

I can only recommend it, the food is delicious, everyone is very friendly. I'd love to come back.

My husband and I ate at Angus Steak-House Neumünster for the first time last Sunday. The food seemed to be of high quality and was really tasty, the steak was tender and cooked to perfection. The service was absolutely friendly and attentive. The restaurant is not very large and has a cozy and harmonious atmosphere. What struck me particularly positively about this was that there was no distracting or too loud music playing in the background. (Unfortunately, I've been noticing disturbing and far too loud background noise in more and more restaurants lately, which means that a relaxed meal is out of the question and I tend to lose my appetite.) Everything at the Angus Steak House was perfect for us. And the price-performance ratio was also great. We will come back! :-)

Unfortunately we didn't get the steak as requested, the side dishes were a bit sweet and tasteless. The boss was also on site and very nice and accommodating, which also applies to the service. Steak wie bestellt, lecker, schmackhaft, gut gewürzt, eine Folienkartoffel mit Sourcream, tolles Röstbrot. Wir haben den Abend dort genossen, werden weiterempfehlen. Eine Enttäuschung! Das Essen meines Mannes - das Fleisch war OK aber nicht so gebraten, wie bestellt, sein Broccoli nur lieblos mit Käse überbacken, nicht frisch und schmeckte nach Nichts. Mein Steakspieß war teilweise nicht durch oder ein Brikett und nicht wirklich gewürzt und die Pommes rochen und schmeckten nach altem Fett. Was wirklich lecker war - das Brot. Das Essen sah auch nicht schön aus. Von der Qualität eines Steakhouses darf man hier nicht Mal träumen. Die Portionen sind viel zu klein für das Geld und eine Imbissbude dekoriert das Essen schöner. Ein Hauch Petersilie und 1/8 einer Tomate - das war alles, was der Koch hinbekommt. Fazit - viel Geld für ein schlechtes Essen. Wir kommen nicht wieder

Ich konnte mich nicht entscheiden was ich bestellen sollte. Der Chef kam, nahm mir die Speisekarte weg und sagte lass dich überraschen! Was ich dann zu Essen bekam war der echte Wahnsinn! Wir waren das erste Mal hier, mir ist das Restaurant im vorbei fahren schon mal aufgefallen, aber das wars.... Zum Glück hatten wir reserviert, denn es war sehr gut besucht. Freundliche Mitarbeiter und ein sehr freundlicher Chef, der all seine Gäste am Tisch persönlich begrüßte. Das Essen kam zügig und war wirklich sehr gut.!!!!! Uns seht ihr wieder :-)

Seit Jahren mein Lieblingsrestaurant in Neumünster. Steak und Sourcreme schmecken hier einfach einzigartig und gut. In einem einzigen Fall war das Fleisch nicht wie bestellt - mir wurde umgehend Ersatz beim Folgebesuch sowie einige Extras vom Haus aus angeboten. Hier ist der Chef regelmäßig persönlich vor Ort und kümmert sich. Ich kann dieses Restaurant im speziellen für Steakliebhaber nur weiterempfehlen.

Waren wieder einmal dort und diesmal war es super. Nettes freundliches Personal, gut temperiertes Bierchen und ein perfekt gebratenes Filetsteak. Gemütliches Restaurant. Kann man bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

Rustikales Ambiente, ein sehr freundlicher Service. Wir sind seit mehreren Jahren Stammgäste und das Essen war immer super. Zuletzt haben wir dort unsere Hochzeit gefeiert, das Restaurant hatte für uns länger geöffnet und der Tisch war zu unseren Wünschen gedeckt. Das Fleisch ist immer von bester Qualität und alle Gerichte die wir bzw. unsere Gäste dort gegessen haben waren immer zur vollsten Zufriedenheit. Es gibt mehrere Biere vom Fass. Das Angus Steak House ist ein absolutes Muss.

Sehr leckeres Steak, freundlicher Service, Chef selbst steht noch hinter dem Tresen. War seit vermutlich gut 15 Jahren mal wieder dort, werde wiederkommen.

Wir haben heute das erste mal hier gegessen. Es war sehr lecker und die Steaks zart. Die dazu bestellten Beilagen waren reichlich und schmeckten auch sehr gut. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Es ist gemütlich und sehr sauber. Wir werden bestimmt wieder dorthin essen gehen. Kann ich zu 100 Prozent weiter empfehlen. Ach ja, man kann auch draußen sitzen.
