For a chain, the sandwich I ate wasn't bad, a fast food type place but with fish.

The fish burger was great, and the service was fast. The prices were reasonable. If you want to save even more, you can get the daily special. We also got a table inside. There are also restrooms available.

I recently visited the NORDSEE branch on Sögestraße in Bremen and was completely satisfied. As soon as I entered, I was struck by the clean and inviting atmosphere. Despite the central location and the corresponding rush of customers, everything was very organized, the processes were efficient, and the service was friendly and attentive. I would particularly like to highlight the fried fish I ordered – it was truly excellent. The breading was beautifully crispy and fried to a golden yellow, while the fish remained wonderfully tender and juicy on the inside. You can tell that attention is paid to the correct preparation here. This was accompanied by roasted fried potatoes, which were also delicious: crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, perfectly seasoned, and with pleasant roasted aromas. A real highlight that you won't find in every fast-food chain. The dish was rounded off with a classic remoulade, which went perfectly with it. Creamy, spicy, not too overpowering – just the right accompaniment to fish and potatoes. All of this combined resulted in a truly harmonious and delicious dish, the quality of which is well above average. Overall, my visit was a very positive experience. If you're in downtown Bremen and craving a quick but high-quality fish dish, NORDSEE on Sögestraße is definitely the place to go. I'd love to come back!

We ordered two fish dishes with the vouchers. The taste was good and satisfying, and the price was also reasonable. The food is good. Good and high-quality fish dishes as for a chain fast food. Nothing outstanding. Service is very fast. You can literally walk into a restaurant and eat your meal in 30 seconds. Prices are adequate. You can eat for €7. You can eat for €14, and eat out for €20 per person. The atmosphere in the institution is not very good. It smells like fish, but you get used to it over time. During peak hours, the facility becomes dirty because the staff does not have time to clean. Some tables and chairs are worn by time.

First of all: We love the North Sea as an alternative. For years. It's a shame that Nordesee (at least we only became aware of it yesterday) offers chicken nuggets and, upon explicit request, fries them together with the fries and prawns.

Unfortunately, the paella has little to do with the original - it's better to leave it out. And salmon in the burger? An absolute no-go

I didn't like everything, ambience etc. like the fast food chain MC...... The food was lukewarm and very greasy. That was much, much better! Too bad!

This is just saving money. There's only a small dollop of ketchup on the Bremer, and hardly any lettuce - just enough for the eye.

Es war ca. 19Uhr, Schließzeiten des Einzelhandels. Die Stimmung erzeugte auch die Filiale. Die Atmosphäre: alles muss raus und dann tschüss. Vorweg sei gesagt, dass wir das Personal in der Ansprache als freundlich und zuvorkommend erlebt haben. Aus zeitlichen Gründen wählten wir Produkte aus der Auslage. Die Scholle: optisch ne Mischung aus überfahrenem Iltis. Geschmacklich egal und haptisch trocken. Ja, wir hätten unsere Verantwortung nutzen sollen, das Produkt umgehend umzutauschen. Der Rotbarsch in Panade eine Mogelpackung: innen teils hohl, wenig Fisch, viel Luft und Fett. Der Zander ähnlich. Die Bratkartoffeln eine seltsame Mischung aus hart, fest, trocken und ölig. Einfach alt. Lange gelegen. Dann den vollen Preis dafür verlangen? Das Gefühl nach dem Essen: ein Tritt in die Magengrube. Einfach nur fettig und – es tut uns leid, das so sagen zu müssen – wirklich ekelhaft. Es lassen sich viele Erklärungen dazu finden, weswegen uns das zu dieser Tageszeit widerfahren ist. Das zu beurteilen oder über Arbeitsabläufe und Standards nachzudenken, überlassen wir Ihnen. Der Besuch bleibt uns schlecht in Erinnerung und wir fühlen uns darüber bestätigt, dass es manchmal doch passender und besser ist, zu einer räumlich nahegelegenen amerikanischen Fast-Foodkette zu gehen, wenn’s mal flott und geschmacklich sicherer gehen soll. Who likes simple dishes containing delicious fish for fair prices, this is the place where you should go. Within the pedestrian area, close to historic places it offers good value for the money. Down to earth and definitely not posh. Credit card accepted. We spent 23 Euros for two people eating and drinking.

This afternoon I had a great experience at Nordsee in Sögestrasse, Bremen. The boss was particularly attentive and took the time to prepare my order exactly how I wanted it. I wanted freshly fried shrimp, nice and crispy and brown, and he prepared them that way especially for me - that's really not a given. The prawns were incredibly tasty, perfectly fried and beautifully crispy, just as I imagined. The boss was also extremely friendly, which unfortunately you don't experience everywhere. A big thank you for the great service and reliability. I will definitely come back.

The service is very friendly, the prices are cheap, it is located in the middle of Bremen's pedestrian zone. Many shops, arcades and historical sights are in the immediate vicinity. The transport connections are very good, the tram stops nearby, and parking is centrally available in the many parking garages in the city center of Bremen. Bremen is always worth a trip. The Weser is a few minutes' walk away.

NORDSEE Bremen Sögestraße We bought a menu that was offered with different drinks, from which we chose a sprite but when it came to paying and receiving the drinks they told us that the drinks on the menu are only on tap and that the sprite has run out. Seeing that they have bottled sprite in the Refrigerators for public display, we told them that since they offer it with the menu that they give us a bottle instead of serving it on tap and they refuse. When I asked to receive the sprite displayed on the menu, he told me that if I didn't want another drink, I should return the food. Also, when I told them to clean the table on the terrace where we were going to eat since it was dirty from previous diners (they were all dirty) they limit themselves to passing A DRY NAPKIN AROUND THE TABLE!!!

Unfriendly service, the fish was limp and tasteless. Likewise the fried potatoes. Everything was oily, no lemon. An incredibly bad meal. Please don't go there, the store is an imposition. The only highlight was the incredibly nice cashier.

I visited this branch twice in March 2024. Both times I found the young to middle-aged male employee with a beard to be very approachable and service-oriented. I was offered a good alternative - also in terms of price, because the product I originally wanted was no longer available. In addition, the food was always hot and aromatic. One star was deducted because the floor in the toilet area was unfortunately unpleasantly sticky (but thank you for making sure soap and paper towels are available).

This place is good for a quick snack. The service is appropriate. You can eat inexpensively and deliciously. I really love their baguette with pink herring and thin onion rings. But tables need to be wiped more often and more thoroughly.

I don't think the employees were in the mood... I got two spoonfuls of greasy fried potatoes and ended up paying almost €30 for two people 🧐 The fish was good. The furnishings are old and worn - all in all a bit too rancid for my taste. Finally, I had to go to the toilet - it had something like a train station toilet. At the pee basin I stood in urine and the pool was stuck - I'll upload the picture of the throne right away. Conclusion: never again

Food moderate, but edible. Tables partly dirty, toilets very dirty three quarters of an hour before closing time. This has been completely different and much better in other North Sea restaurants.

It is better not to eat fries, they are old and tasteless. The middle-aged male employee was quite dominant.

I have gone to this Nordsee on Sögerstrasse many times and have never been disappointed. Simple but good sandwiches, at very fair prices. Try the Bremer, with Fishfrikadelle (fish ball), onions and ketchup. Another Fischbrötchen (fish sandwich) is the one with Matjes, very soft and good herring, they do not have the intense flavor that is often associated with herring but they are very delicate. In short, obviously it's a fast food restaurant, but it's great for tasting classic fish sandwiches while staying in the center of Bremen.

The Nordsee on Sögestrasse is a clean branch of the Nordsee chain. The food tastes excellent and is well prepared. The staff is friendly and approachable. Price performance ratio is ok.

Totally unfriendly and said right from the start that I had a few vouchers but I didn't really pay any attention to them because that was too stupid for me. I canceled the purchase after redeeming 2 vouchers when I wanted to redeem 3 Change money was just thrown at me

Drei richtig coole Typen, stehen hinter dem Thresen und bedienen lächelnd und locker aus der Hüfte (zumindest sieht es so aus, der Job ist echt nicht einfach) die Kunden. Gut besucht und trotzdem keine Warteschlangen. Wenn ich mir da die Crew im Weserpark oder in der Front anschaue, stehen die da zu fünft oder sechst, und kriegen immer noch nichts gebacken. Jungs, ich finde euch klasse. Und das Essen ist gut.

Ich gehe jetzt nun schon seit 4 Monaten regelmäßig zu Nordsee in die sögestr und wurde noch nie bis jetzt enttäuscht! Mein lieber Mahmud der Filialleiter ist immer hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. So mögen wir des! ♡

Gehe sehr gerne in meiner Pause hier Mittag essen. Gute Qualität. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und. Kann ich jedem nur weiterempfehlen 💪🏼

Gutes NORDSEE- Fischrestaurant in der Innenstadt. Gutes Essen frisch zubereitet. Mochte am liebsten immer den frisch gegrillten Lachs. Der war sehr saftig - nicht trocken. Ambiente könnte etwas mehr hergeben,

Das Essen war nicht heiß und dir Toiletten sind in einem grotenschlechten Zustand. Schmutzig,kein Toilettenpapier und der seifenspender wohl länger leer

Samstag 18 Uhr, Drei Angestellte gelangweilt hintern Tresen, die 3 Gerichte lauwarm und nicht frisch zubereitet. Der Gästebereich leer, doch die Platzwahl eher schwer, da alle Tische dreckig waren. Schade eigentlich wieder einen Kunden verloren.

Vielleicht war heute ja ein schlechter Tag beider anwesenden Mitarbeiter, keine Ahnung. Die Bratkartoffeln vom Fett triefend, der Backfisch vom lange Liegen krustig. Die meisten Tische schmierig und viele unaufgeräumt. Es war fast leer am Nachmittag und die beiden lustlos wirkenden Service Kräfte hatten kein Auge für Sauberkeit. Selbst der Kühlschrank für Getränke war nur halb gefüllt, die leeren Stellflächen darin unsauber und schmierig. Bestecke ohne Schmier- oder Wasserflecken Mangelware. Hier ist wirklich sehr viel Luft nach oben zur Besserung. Ein Stern, weil null geht hier technisch nicht. Ich kenne sowas von Nordsee eigentlich nicht. Hat Nordsee kein Qualitätsmanagement? In den Rezensionen von anderen Gästen ist das hier immer wieder der Fall, der angesprochen wird. Unternehmen, die sich sowas leisten können, den geht es noch zu gut....

Selbst dieser eine Stern ist zu viel. Ich habe das Alaska Seelachs Menü mit Petersilienkartoffeln und eine Kartoffelbox bestellt. Nach einer Wartezeit von einer Stunde ist die Bestellung eingetroffen. Es fing schon damit an, dass die Verpackung schmutzig war. Zunächst einmal haben alle Soßen gefehlt, sodass das Gericht, welches ohne Soße viel zu trocken ist, ungenießbar wurde. Mithin sind die Petersilienkartoffeln bereits hart geworden. Die Kartoffelbox ist ein Witz. Die letzten Reste wurden aus der Pfanne gefischt und eingepackt, vgl. Anhang. Für eine Liefergebühr in Höhe von 5,00 € kann erwartet werden, dass die Bestellung vollständig und genießbar ist, davon trifft leider nichts zu. Mit so einer Bestellung fühlt man sich als Kunde wirklich verarscht. Essen werde ich dort nicht mehr.

Wartezeit rund um 5 Min., wobei nur ein Mitarbeiter an der Kasse tätig war. Premium-Portion ist ganz gut, nicht zu groß oder klein, für solchen Preis aber habe ich mehr erwartet, als Student kaum zu empfehlen.

Haben zwei Matjesbrötchen gekauft. Die Bedienung war so dermaßen unfreundlich. Der Herr hat die Tüte mit dem Brötchen über die Theke geschmissen, so dass alles in der Tüte lose rumflog (Brötchen separat, Matjes, Salat, Tomate, Gurke) ich bin zurück gegangen und habe gebeten, dad Brötchen wieder so zusammen zu klappen, dass man es wir ein Brötchen essen kann. Wer kein Bock hat auf seinen Job, sollte sich woanders umschauen. Geht gar nicht! Es war ein älterer Herr und ein jüngerer hat kassiert. Unglaublich! So muss man sich nicht behandeln lassen als Kunde. Schließlich hat es auch seinen Preis!

Selten komme ich mir derart verarscht vor. In einer Portion Fish and Chips 3 Stückchen trockenen und totgegangen Fisch…… Nie wieder Nordsee!

Essen war super. Ambiente hab ich nicht drauf geachtet. Zum Service: die Mitarbeiter waren super. Allerdings ist der Andrang für 3 Mitarbeiter kaum zu stemmen. Dadurch kam es teilweise bis zu 60 Minuten Wartezeit. Mit mind. 1 Mitarbeiter mehr wäre der Fluss viel besser.

Gestern 2 Backfischbaguette zum mitnehmen gekauft. Zuhause dann festgestellt, dass die Brötchen hart, der Salat vertrocknet und Remoulade kaum vorhanden waren. Da verkauft man Ware die mindestens 2 Tage dort gelegen hat. Nie wieder!

Essen schmeckt ganz ok.Bin so einmal die Woche da.Preise sind auch ok.

Ich weiß nicht, welches Management nun NORDSEE in der Sögestraße unter sich hat, aber man kann nur sagen: Katastrophe, wenn man es vergleicht, wie es bis vor 3-4 Jahren einmal war. Fisch zu trocken, Panade versalzen, Kartoffeln alt, Personal unpersönlich - der Vergleich mit McDonalds ist hier wirklich angebracht. Die Preise sind absolut überhöht und in keinster Weise gerechtfertigt. Augenfällig ist auch, dass hier nur auf positive Rezensionen reagiert wird, aber nicht auf die kritischen. Schade, wieder ein Traditionsunternehmen, das auf dem Weg nach unten ist.

Ausgetrocknete über Stunden warmgehaltene Nordseescholle mit fettigen Bratkartoffeln, die schmeckten als wären sie durch die Spülmaschine gelaufen, für 15,90 ist schon sehr kess. Das Personal ist dazu passend und die verbrauchte ungepflegte Einrichtung zeigt, wie erfolglos der Laden ist. So etwas mitten in der Innenstadt. Ihr habt einfach die Zeit verschlafen.

Nordsee-Restaurant mitten in Bremen. Der Fisch war gut und einigermaßen frisch, obwohl es schon später Nachmittag war. Auch die Bratkartoffeln waren voll in Ordnung, die Remouladensauce sowieso. Das Personal war freundlich und wenn etwas erst gerade frisch zubereitet werden muss , wird es an den Platz gebracht. Die Toiletten sind die Treppen herunter im Untergeschoss und waren okay.

Das Backfischbrötchen, welches ich heute Mittag gekauft habe, war eine Enttäuschung. Es war trocken und schmeckte gefühlt wie von gestern. Ich esse häufiger bei Nordsee. Dieser Standort ist jedoch überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen.

Super unfreundliches Personal, nie wieder

Tør og kedelig mad. Har været mange gange på Nordsee hvor alt har været perfekt; men dette var bunden.

Heute gegen 18:30 Uhr gingen wir zu dieser Filiale um Fisch zu essen. Wir bestellten 2 Menues von Seelachs. Als wir in den Außenbereich platz nehmen wollten wurde uns gesagt, dass dort geschlossen sei. Es gab 10 Minuten Regen... Den Tisch im Innenbereich mussten wir erstmal selbst wischen, da sich offensichtlich niemand dafür zuständig hält. Der Laden war leer (Nur 1 Tisch besetzt)! Nachdem wir nicht satt geworden sind, bestellten wir für Außer Haus noch 2 Backfisch Baguettes. Zum Preis von € 3,99 (Coupon/App). Wir gaben € 5,99 in Stückelungen v. 3 × 1 ct., 3 × 2 ct., 2 × 5 ct., 4 × 10 ct. und 2× 20 ct. in Verbindung mit einer € 5 Banknote und baten um Herausgabe eines 2 Euro Stückes. Die Mitarbeiterin gab uns das hier aufgezählte Kleingeld wieder plus €1,01 aus der Kasse. Wir wiederholten unsere Bitte. Dann begann diese Person mit erhobener Stimme, dass wir gefälligst das nehmen sollten. Daraufhin haben wir die Annahme der noch unberührten auf dem Thresen befindliche Bestellung verlangt. Diese Person wurde noch lauter und hat uns unser bereits bezahltes Geld nicht wieder herausgegeben. Sie sagte wörtlich: Sie haben hier gar nichts zu sagen! Hier habe ICH das Sagen (...). So ein unterirdisches Personal wie hier habe ich noch nie erlebt. Leider gibt's im Roland Center keine Coupon- Einlösung, die sind da sooo lieb, lustig, freundlich und kundenorientiert. Sögestraße? NIE WIEDER! Schmutzig und arrogant, fernab jeglicher Kundenorientierung.
