Unfortunately, our visit was very disappointing. The staff were unfriendly, especially the cashier. After we politely inquired about several missing items from our order, he became irritated and insisted everything was there, which wasn't true. He also said something negative to his colleagues in his own language, while making very rude facial expressions. We even received the completely wrong bucket, which was meant for other customers. Other customers were also missing items. After a long wait, we finally received our correct order. The negative atmosphere and the staff's behavior unfortunately made it impossible to enjoy the food properly.

The service staff seemed unfriendly. Not all kids' meals were available at the terminal. When I asked, they claimed they were there. When I asked for help, despite the low number of customers, I was told they couldn't help me and that it supposedly wasn't possible at the checkout either. Only when the shift supervisor arrived did it finally work.

Very bad experience. The staff is extremely rude. They insult us and make comments in their own language. We arrived at 7:40 pm to order a small meal and were told they were already closed—20 minutes earlier? And this isn't the first time. Every time you try to order something 15–20 minutes before the official closing time, you are refused service. Hygiene also seems to be nonexistent.

The service was terrible; our food was cold and delivered an hour late, but the staff were very arrogant.

The absolute worst place! The food tasted only of pepper, and the fries were so soggy! I went up to them and politely asked if that was normal, and they laughed at me, saying it was normal. Even though the staff don't really understand German! Please, please, please, people, don't eat there! Go somewhere else. It's a waste of money! And you can't even go there alone as a woman; they're so eager to please! It's a terrible place!

The cashier was rude. She gave us the cola cups without straws or lids. When we asked her about them, she said they weren't available or that they weren't there. I was there with my children, and the cola spilled onto the table and the floor because there were no lids. I urge those in charge to resolve this issue. We pay for this – it's not free.

Hand was too greasy and I like fat but that was too much my burger cold and sauces forgotten

Once and never again. The fries were inedible, some chicken pieces were raw. The Pepsi Max from the pump had no flavor. Two burgers were okay. The third was terrible. Barely any toppings, very little sauce, a tiny piece of chicken. Quality seems to be a foreign concept here. Oh, and the coleslaw (salad) provided by the manufacturer was quite tasty.

I ordered a latte macchiato for €4 (way too expensive), and only got a third of it in a paper cup. A small caramel ice cream for €2.50 was way too expensive. The iced tea tasted extremely sweet and, on the lower end, like a stale cola.

I wish I'd read the reviews beforehand. Truly the last question. It's annoying considering the €30 we paid.

The food was delicious; it was actually our first time at KFC. My kids had burgers, fries, and chicken pieces, and I had fries with cheese sauce and fried onions. I would have liked a bit more sauce and definitely a fork. They offered refills on our drinks. Everything was great, we'd love to come back ♡

One star is still too many!! It's dirty right next to the KFC stand, especially at the drink station. I had the "Super Deal Box XL"—well, super deal doesn't look like that to me. A small chicken fillet with a touch of sauce?!? There were also a handful of fries (that was the large fries), two more chicken fillets, and a large drink. But the burger!?! Sorry, you can't be serious, can you? I also had a Double Crispy Classic Burger, which at least had two fillets with a bit of salad and a touch of mayo on top. A complaint about the burger will also be submitted directly to KFC headquarters because that can't be right, especially since the individual price is €2.29 for the thing. It should cost a maximum of €1, even these days. The employees only speak Arabic and simply finish work early; you can't get anything 30 minutes before closing time! Addendum: There hasn't been any response from headquarters yet!!

Hello, I would like to complain about KFC. I ordered a crispy dish, but it took a long time to arrive. The order arrived cold, and the meat wasn't cooked through.

You order greasy takeaway food and don't get any wipes. What's the point? Oh yeah, saving money. Dishonorable. I'd rather go a few shops further, where the duck tastes dry, but I get wipes. And the whining is justified when you order takeaway food. But apparently, you're supposed to use the terminal with greasy fingers if you come back and order something else. So I'll order something else right away; I don't have to clean it up.

My experience at KFC WESERPARK was unfortunately very disappointing. There was an error in my order—which can happen—but the behavior of the staff was unacceptable. The cashier was rude and unfriendly. When I asked to speak to the shift manager, things got even worse: The supervisor was even more disrespectful and spoke loudly in front of other customers. I went there with my son, and we couldn't enjoy our meal—the whole experience was very unpleasant. Such behavior is unprofessional and shouldn't occur at a well-known brand like KFC. Perhaps it would be better to hire friendlier and better-trained staff to protect the company's reputation. I will definitely not eat there again.

Simply no. We ordered a simple 6-bite meal. What could possibly go wrong? Four of the 6 bites were undercooked, still slightly pink in the middle, and half the meal was left behind. The fries were soggy and barely salted! The 7up drink tasted like... Stay away from it!

Unfortunately, it was very bad; the chicken was undercooked and still raw. This was the second time. The staff could have been a bit friendlier and quicker. The sauces on the sandwiches were rancid and smelled bad as they were served. They need to be a bit more careful. The smell made me feel sick while eating. Thank you.

This is simply awful. This was my favorite restaurant, but the way they treat their customers is simply awful. I asked for bacon and cheese on my burger and repeated the request three times, but they made me a burger without cheese or bacon. It was cold, and as a bonus, there was a hair in it. This isn't the first time they've ignored my request.

Perfect place to get salmonella. I had dinner there with a friend last week and we both got salmonella there. There was a lack of hygiene in the whole store and the staff. Puke and diarrhea were awesome 🤝🏻

Ordered 1 kids menu with a chicken part. I got some kind of lump of meat. When asked, it was completely fine for the employees. It's 1 piece of chicken. So the object pictured is far different than what my 5 year old son got. An absolutely unappetizing lump of meat with gristle. Will be avoided in the future.

Food doesn't taste good, there's no carbonation in the drinks dispenser, so drinks don't taste good, and of the two ordering kiosks only one works at all. Our order was canceled in the middle, then we had to wait a few minutes and start again. Absolutely not recommended, just don't go and save yourself the agony.

Food was absolutely disgusting, burger bread tasted like Lidl bread and was dried out as if it had been sitting there in the air for 10 days, absolutely disgusting, burger only consisted of a blob of ketchup and some other sauce that tasted like cheese foot, with a small chicken piece. Fries were also disgusting and wobbly, my girlfriend and I had sweats at night afterwards. The only thing that was tasty were the chicken fillet pieces. never eat that again!!

Hinter der Theke arbeitet ein hasserfüllter Choleriker, der mich angepöbelt hat, weil ich mein Essen angeblich eine halbe Std lang nicht abgeholt habe. Allerdings war das ein Problem mit der Bestell-Anzeige. Bitte, KFC, zieht Konsequenzen. Ich bin sicher nicht der erste, der diesen Typen kritisiert. Essen war ganz gut;)

Wieder mal ein sehr leckerer Besuch bei KFC. Ich war das erste Mal in dieser Filiale. Das Essen, war sehr lecker und sehr frisch und heiß. Es gab statt 6 Hot Wings, einen mehr, und bei den 9 Filet Bites gab es auch zwei kleine mehr. Also alles sehr angemessen. Hier ist tatsächlich ein großer Vorteil, dass wenn man an den Terminals bestellt, man auch trotzdem in Bar bezahlen kann. Das ist in zwei anderen Filialen die ich kenne, leider nicht der Fall. Service und Mitarbeiter sind freundlich. Sehr viele Plätze da auch Plätze weiterweg genutzt werden können in der Essmeile. Ambiente etwas gehobener und moderner als im Vergleich zu der Essmeile in der Waterfront und dem KFC Restaurant dort.

Ich fand der Besuch war eine Bereicherung für meinen Gaumen. Das Hühnchen was das Hauptgericht in diesem Imbiss ist, war sehr lecker, also gut knusprig und wie ein Hühnchen sein sollte. Auch wenn es ein offener Laden war war es sehr edel und es gab viele Sitzmöglichckeiten.Das Essen wurde außerdem schnell zubereitet und wer nicht mit den Mitarbeitern interagieren möchte, kann auch über einem von mehreren Touchscreens bestellen.Ich kann es nur empfehlen.

Hm. Essen war miserabel. Pampig zusammen geschmissen und kalt. Personal absolut unfreundlich. Sauberkeit hinter dem Tresen habe ich erst nach der Bestellung gesehen. Sonst hätte ich nichts dort gegessen. Ist ein Fall für die Kontrolle durch das Gesundheitsamt.

Ich mag es überhaupt nicht negative Beiträge zu Schreiben. Aber leider ist nicht alles ein like wärt nur weil etwas da ist. Personal ist unaufmerksam , desinteressiert und freundlich ist anders. Essen ist kalt und pappig als wäre es vom Vortag. Nie wieder...

Das Essen war gut ,das Personal nett aber mit der Verständigung war es nicht so gut .Die Sauberkeit im Essbereich lässt sehr sehr zu wünschen übrig.Wir haben uns nicht so wohl gefühlt .

Andere Fastfood Ketten haben ansprechenderes Ambiente und die Auswahl ist doch sehr reduziert. Die Kommunikation mit dem Personal ist einsilbig und in die Getränkeautomaten sollte man evtl. von Zeit zu Zeit mal Konzentrate nachfüllen. Online Bestellung noch nicht verfügbar. Bestellung am Terminal ist OK.

Bestellung über das Terminal ist kein Problem, das größte Problem sind die faulen Mitarbeiter der Filiale, denen ich gerne bei drei lächerlichen Bestellungen in den Hintern getreten hätte. Hauptsache man kriegt seine Kohle am Ende des Monats. Die Pommes waren ungewürzt und für "Fast Food" einfach alles zu langsam abgelaufen. Bezahlt die Typen mal nach Leistung....echt richtig schlecht!!!

Halbgare Chicken Bites aber perfekte Pommes Anmerkung: Das Konzept Menschen gegen Automaten auszutauschen gefällt mir persönlich überhaupt nicht weil reine Profitgier dahinter steckt. Personalkosten sind nun mal der größte Kostenfaktor in einem Unternehmen. Bei ständig zunehmender Weltbevölkerung ist das meiner Meinung nach aber der falsche Weg.

Neulich zum ersten mal dagewesen! Mir ist ausversehen mein Tablett mit dem Menü runter gefallen! Wollte wie sich das gehört selber alles vom Boden aufsammeln. Das Personal war schnell da und wollte das selber machen. In der Zwischenzeit hatte schon ein anderer von diesem tollen Team mir ein neues Menü fertig gemacht wofür ich auch nichts zahlen musste. Ich habe mich für die Extrabemühungen entschuldigt. Ich kann diesem Team nur in allen Punkte volle Punktzahl geben! Ihr seid wirklich klasse! Danke.

Mein Besuch bei KFC war eine absolute Enttäuschung, und ich fühle mich verpflichtet, meine äußerst negativen Erfahrungen zu teilen. Von überhöhten Preisen über unendlich lange Wartezeiten bis hin zu unvollständigen Bestellungen - hier ist, was meinen Besuch zu einem Albtraum gemacht hat. Zunächst einmal waren die Preise bei KFC völlig unangemessen. Ich habe eine beträchtliche Summe für eine einfache, ungesunde Mahlzeit bezahlt, die keineswegs den Wert widerspiegelte. Es fühlte sich wie eine regelrechte Abzocke an, und ich war enttäuscht über das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Doch damit nicht genug. Als ich endlich meine Bestellung aufgegeben hatte, begann die Tortur der endlosen Wartezeit. Die Schlange bewegte sich quälend langsam, und das Personal schien überfordert und desinteressiert zu sein. Ich fühlte mich, als ob die Zeit stillstand, während ich hungrig und frustriert darauf wartete, bedient zu werden. Und dann kam der Höhepunkt des Elends - meine Bestellung war unvollständig. Trotz der langen Wartezeit fehlten Beilagen und Saucen, die ich ausdrücklich bestellt und bezahlt hatte. Es ist inakzeptabel, dass man für etwas bezahlt, das einem nicht geliefert wird. Die Unachtsamkeit und das Desinteresse seitens des Personals waren offensichtlich. Insgesamt war mein Besuch bei KFC eine der schlechtesten Erfahrungen, die ich je mit einem Fast-Food-Laden gemacht habe. Die überhöhten Preise, die endlosen Wartezeiten und die unvollständigen Bestellungen haben mich tief enttäuscht und lassen mich daran zweifeln, ob ich jemals wieder diesen Laden betreten werde. Es gibt zweifellos bessere Optionen für qualitativ hochwertiges Fast-Food zu angemessenen Preisen.

Essen war kalt und auch einfach nur auf das Tablet geworfen. Die hähnchenteile lagen verteilt drauf und die pommes flogen auch Rum. Wie am Anfang erwähnt war alles kalt. Beim Kindermenü war kein Spielzeug dabei, bei Nachfrage kam. Haben wir nicht da. Auch war der Service generell sehr unfreundlich. Ich kann es nicht empfehlen dort zu essen. Klar ist es dort voll und bestimmt auch stressig. Trotzdem zahlt man dafür.

Mehr vergessen als ausgegeben. Katastrophe.

Musste tatsächlich 3x zum Tresen gehen, bis die Bestellung vollständig war. Habe vorher darum gebeten, nochmal zu prüfen, ob die Bestellung vollständig ist.

Das Ambiente ist in Ordnung, aber nicht das Highlight an Örtlichkeiten. Das Essen war gut, die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend

Die Bestellung war zügig fertig. Gewohnte Fastfoodqualität an gewohnt beengten Sitzmöglichkeiten. Der abgezogene 5. Stern resultiert daraus, dass man als "bestelltes Getränk" einen Pappbecher bekommt und sich an einem Wasserautomaten selbst bedienen soll. Ich fand das unnötig und nervig. Sonst war alles gut.

Hervorragendes Hähnchenfleisch. Essen heiß und sauber serviert. Getränk nach Wahl. Nettes Personal. Sehr gut weiter so!!!!!!!

Das Brot ist Trocken, und die Burger sehen aus als würde dadrauf eine Runde Prügel ausgeübt worden sein. Die Filets aus dem Bucket sind einfach Fett pur und haben ebenfalls kein Geschmack. Pommes sind weich und ekelig… Tut mir leid für die Ausdrucksweise, aber das Essen war so schlimm, dass ich mein Geld am liebsten zurück hätte.

Ich wurde um 5 vor 11 weg geschickt. Wir öffnen erst um 11 Uhr hieß es und nicht um 10 wie hier angegeben. Bitte Öffnungszeiten aktuell halten. Dann esse ich halt nebenan einen Döner.

Ab 10 Uhr offiziell geöffnet, man wird aber weg geschickt und soll um 11.15 Uhr wieder kommen ... Warum? Preis/Leistung ist bei KFC naja, die Händchenprodukte sind dafür echt super. Pommes waren versalzen. Service war wohl unterbesetzt, dafür aber sehr freundlich.

Die chilli cheese Pommes waren eine Enttäuschung Außerdem mag ich kein Huhn

Das Hühnchen war sehr weich, nicht all zu knusprig.

Hätte gerne gegessen, aber 10 vor 8 wurde uns gesagt: wir haben geschlossen! Wobei auf dem Schild steht bis 8 Uhr. Aber die Mitarbeiter hatten um 19:50 schon alles sauber geputzt und ihre Jacken an.....

Sehr gutes Ort und Essen . Die Leute dort Arbeiten sind nett und im Hilfsbereit.

Ein kleiner KFC im Food-Court des Weserparks. Der Service war in Ordnung, mehr aber auch nicht. Ausreichende Anzahl an Mitarbeitern. Die Hähnchenteile waren vom Fett getränkt und die Panade vollgesogen.

Ich würde Minuspunkte verteilen wenn es das gäbe. 3x bestellt - 3 Chancen vergeigt. Jedesmal werden sämtliche BEZAHLTEN Sossen vergessen. Das Essen wartete beim 2. Besuch mehr als 10 Minuten offen auf einem Tablett bevor denen einfiel es KALT einzupacken, Ausrufen der Nummer wurde vergessen (!) und man schob mir die Schuld zu. Absolut inakzeptabel. Ständig funktioniert irgendwas nicht, oder ich bekomme etwas falsches oder etwas fehlt. Bis jetzt schuldet kfc mir quasi über 5€. Das reicht um dort nicht mehr zu bestellen.
