The bread just doesn't taste great (rather old and poorly baked). The salad is old (some brown spots) and the toppings are very poorly prepared. FC has really gone downhill! For these prices, you'd definitely expect better quality.

Order came way too late again. Despite a pre-order time of 65 minutes. Food arrived cold, baguettes were wrong and the size too. When asked, it was said that there was a lot going on and another delivery would take too long. Instead, they verbally offered to deliver twice as much on the next delivery... Disappointing

Possible consumer fraud, see pictures. As a ghost kitchen from Loco Chicken: It is advertised with a two for one promotion. The item in question is not available! It was all about the mix bucket! I will avoid this shop in the future and prefer to cook myself. Adjusted after complaint, even though I was told they couldn't!

Delivery has proven difficult. First they said the food was on the way, then the delivery arrived, but not to us and we were told the lie. When the delivery person arrived, he was very unfriendly and threw his garbage into the bushes and asked us to dispose of it. We then received another call that the supplier needed our address to deliver the delivery. When it was noted that the order had already arrived late and was cold, he also became rude and abruptly ended the phone call. After two hours we received the correct or incorrect delivery cold. First and last time, thank you 🙋🏽‍♀️😂

Unfriendly service and very late delivery.

Ordered crepes in the evening, stated delivery time 30 minutes, delivered in 1.5 hours. On the first call the driver was supposedly sent out 5 minutes ago, after half an hour the second call, the driver was supposedly there and handed over. We wanted them to do it again and send it off. The man on the phone wanted to deliver it personally, at that moment the other delivery person came and said he had supposedly intercepted the food and delivered it. He simply crumpled up the receipt that we didn't want and threw it into the bush. When we asked him that it wasn't possible, we should get it out. Driver rude, employees lie. Ordered there for the first and last time.

I always enjoyed eating there. But the portions are getting smaller every now and then and I haven't had any chilli cheese fries like this yet. Far too little sauce, a shame. (It was to be picked up, which is why I unfortunately only saw what it looked like inside when I got home.) In addition, the pick-up discount was reduced.

So far we've always been happy, but today it didn't work out at all. Three quarters of an hour late...ok. The fried mushrooms and red onions were missing from all of the burgers; they weren't actually cut, but rather chopped into XXL pieces. Unfortunately it wasn't worth the 40 euros today.

I ordered the large Chicken Deluxe Baguette a few weeks ago and was more than satisfied. The baguette was ordered to take away on site from a friendly employee. Waiting time was exactly 10 minutes. Afterwards I drove home with the baguette. It was still quite warm at home because the packaging is made of thick cardboard and is very tight. Much better than other fast food baguette shops! I have a good comparison because a few weeks earlier I was at the most famous baguette chain and was anything but satisfied. I ordered almost exactly the same baguette from French Connection and was just thrilled with the taste. All ingredients were fresh, juicy, delicious and perfectly balanced. I also think it's very good that you get the extra sauce and can decide for yourself how much sauce you want on your baguette. It's not like that in other stores. The €9 baguette filled me up enormously and left a decidedly positive impression on me. The shop can also compete with the one in Walle, both taste very tasty. I will definitely be an existing customer in the future.

Ordered 3 dishes, only 1 dish correct. Finger food box packed incorrectly (very heavy with 3 variations) and 1 baguette of wrong bread! Not possible to eat due to allergies. Thanks for nothing! The other baguette tasted good though...

Don't understand the negative reviews here. The food is always delivered warm. I fully understand that there are sometimes delays. The drivers can't fly now!! One thing you shouldn't forget is that this branch apparently supplies a large radius according to my request, so you don't need to complain straight away!! Food good, everything good! I order from them often and have rarely waited very long. I can recommend French Connection in Horn. 1 point deducted because of the ambience, it could be furnished a little better.

Too bad! Delivered at 4 p.m. and only arrived at 7 p.m. It wasn't even written in the app that there was a delay once and never again!

I won't order here anymore. The lady on the phone said a delivery time of 40 minutes when ordering. The XL baguettes arrived after a little over 1.5 hours. Accordingly, they tasted bland and limp. But what's most annoying is the fact that the XL Baguette is sold with a length of 30cm, but in reality it only measures 25cm. I find that to be latently fraudulent. Photo attached.

French Fries: Perfect! Thin, crispy, hot, well seasoned. Nice Classic: ham, tomatoes, cucumbers, egg, Gouda. Everything fresh. Just too little. Very dry. Please work like Subway with cheese spread. Messenger nice. Delivered earlier than expected. Sauce is super spicy.

I've been waiting for my food for 1.5 hours, 30 minutes ago I called and asked how long it would take and was told the food was on the way. I live less than 30 minutes from the branch...

We are very dissatisfied! Every time we order something, something is missing... either a sauce or extra paid ingredients. If you unsubscribe from things, they will still be added. For example, if burger buns are missing, you simply use baguette instead. If rösti fries are missing, you simply mix the ones that are still there and still sell them as these. With the greatest respect, when you sell burgers for just under €13, the customer can expect everything to be right. There's absolutely nothing wrong with no longer having certain ingredients in stock, but why don't you communicate this? - Especially if the person is on site. If you call them to complain about something, no one answers. I went back once because I had had enough and even though I was there shortly after 9 p.m., the store was closed. I'm very disappointed because I would have liked to have this clarified, but I'm unlikely to go there every day to address recurring deficiencies.

Ich bestelle hier immer Baguettes. Die sind sehr frisch und lecker. Auch die Pommes sind lecker. Ich habe auch schon Burger probieren bzw. Chili Cheese Burger. Das war ok aber Burger Brötchen wurde selbst gebacken. Brottuch war sehr frisch und lecker. Aber würde ich empfehlen für Baguttes.

Geschmacklich wie immer super. Aber zum einen war mein Baguette anstatt 20 cm nur 16 cm lang( fiel Optisch gleich beim Öffnen der Box auf) zum anderen wird mit 20% selbstabholer Rabatt geworben, den ich auch leider nicht bekommen habe.

Angegebene Lieferzeit von 20-50min war am Ende 2 Stunden . Nie wieder

Wir haben jetzt zum 2. mal hier bestellt und ich muss ehrlich sagen die Burger und Baguettes sind wirklich sehr sehr gut. Das Preis-leistungsverhältnis ist ebenfalls Top! Und für Selbstabholer gibt es außerdem 20% Rabatt. Von nun an sind wir Stammkunden 😊

Wenn ich ein Baguette bestelle und verschiedene Dipps zur Auswahl habe, verwundert es mich doch sehr, dass bei einem Baguerre Knoblauchsosse dabei ist und bei meinem Baguette die Remulade sich angeblich bereits auf dem Baguette befindet. Ich habe die Remulade trotz intensiver Suche nicht finden können, ist aber nicht schlimm, denn ich werde hier nichts mehr bestellen / kaufen. Ich werde das allerdings weitererzählen. Schade, die Hamburger waren immer sehr gut.

Preislich schon höher angesiedelt überzeugen die sehr guten Baguettes durch hochwertige Zutaten und breite Auswahl (Belag, Brotsorte). Der Knaller sind allerdings die Burger,die sind Note 1 (in jeglicher Hinsicht). Da kann manch auf Burger spezialisiertes Restaurant nicht mithalten. Abholtermine sind auf die Minute genau und das Personal freundlich.

Habe heute (In der Woche 18.00 Uhr) das erste Mal bestellt. Karte bietet reichlich Auswahl. Das Essen kam schnell und pünktlich. Fahrer ein wenig wirr aber freundlich. Essen war lecker.
