Great experience at the Nordsee branch in Mülheim! I would like to share my positive experience in the Nordsee branch in the Rhein-Ruhr-Zentrum in Mülheim! The atmosphere in is always welcoming and friendly. The team is extremely helpful and attaches great importance to customer satisfaction. The selection of fresh seafood and fish dishes is impressive, and everything I've tried so far has been of excellent quality. I was particularly impressed by the delicious fish sandwich – simply a delight! The cleanliness and attractive presentation of the food are also remarkable. You can tell that the work here is done with love and care. I can only warmly recommend the Nordsee branch in Mülheim and am already looking forward to my next visit! Many thanks to the entire team for the great work!

There are days near the North Sea when I think I'm with you on the wrong day... I remember too well a lady in a black shirt... She's very unfriendly... I'm still very unfriendly To put it politely...I was called by her name...When I pointed out that I didn't want it, there was no response at all...In my opinion, the quality of the fish was poor...There were also four small potatoes... .. I was asked about further requests which I answered no...Nevertheless I was constantly asked if I had another wish...In the end I was no longer hungry...I really like going to the North Sea...Of course I don't always want to wait for the time when this woman is not on duty... ..So I decided to go to another branch....

I was here on St. Nicholas Day in the middle of the pre-Christmas hustle and bustle. Despite the stress, the employees were super friendly, cheerful and quick. You can really see how the team works hand in hand. My plaice was fresh and hot, and the potato wedges came straight from the deep fryer. My special request regarding the sauce was also fulfilled. I was completely satisfied and would love to come back.

I ate at the Nordsee branch in Mühlheim RRZ on November 2nd, 2024 and was unfortunately disappointed. My girlfriend and I ordered fish dishes, but the fish was cold in the middle and not fully cooked. After a friendly response, we received new dishes, but here too the fish - especially my friend's - was cold and undercooked. We actually appreciate North Sea for the freshness and quality of the food, but this visit made us doubt whether we would eat here again.

The North Sea restaurants and here representatively the one in the Rhein Ruhr Center (RRZ). I'll keep it short! Price and performance absolutely do not match. Even the simple Bismark roll is available at the local weekly market with better toppings, freshly prepared and cheaper. This is how you lose your customers. Too bad, no longer recommended!

I was just at the North Sea and ordered a Bremer (€3.49) to have on hand and I have to say I was only able to take a bite on the way to the car because I felt like vomiting 🤢 afterwards. Because there were small flies in the Bremen. If I hadn't been so time-constrained, I would definitely have gone back. I immediately deleted the North Sea app on my cell phone. ...NO MORE NORTH SEA.

Very tasty. But it seems that the size of the portion depends on the mood of the seller and whether they give you everything in one plate or in different ones.

For me the best North Sea branch compared to around 9 others such as Dortmund-City, Essen-Center, München-Pasing. I usually take the "big hunger" - a menu made up of several components. The fries, potato wedges, fish cubes and shrimps have always been prepared fresh. This makes these parts particularly crispy and hot. I'm happy to accept a short waiting time for this. It simply tastes very good HERE. The product presentation appears appetizing, clean and tidy. Very friendly staff.

When I recently ordered a pollack fillet from the North Sea shop, I had high expectations, but unfortunately I was extremely disappointed. The fillet that was served was anything but edible. It was unusually hard and simply inedible. When I made my complaint, I was disappointed that there was no option for a refund, only the option to have the same dish again, which was not an acceptable solution given my first experience. It's unfortunate that my spending of money (I could have thrown the money down the drain or treated myself to some nice skins with vbucks) wasn't matched by adequate quality and customer service. I hope that Nordsee works on their product quality and finds a more customer-friendly solution for such situations.

Ich kann die negativen Bewertungen meiner Vorgänger absolut nicht verstehen. Die Mitarbeiter /innen dort in der Filiale sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und fachlich gut. Das Essen ist stets frisch zubereitet und warm. Die Auswahl ist für die kleine Größe der Filiale sehr groß. Das man nicht alles in die Auslage packen kann was angeboten wird, ist wahrscheinlich dem minimalen Platz geschuldet. Es wird jedoch trotzdem nach Wunsch alles frisch zubereitet. Frisches Essen dauert nunmal n Moment jedoch habe ich dort noch nie " 20 Minuten" wie hier beschrieben wurde, warten müssen. Und selbst wenn, mehr als zubereiten und kochen können die Mitarbeiter dort auch nicht. Entweder ich möchte es vernünftig zubereitet haben oder ich geh woanders hin. Da warte ich gerne mal, kommt ja auch auf den Kundenadrang an. Es wird auf die Optik der Auslage geachtet. Bedeutet wenn etwas schon länger liegt und nicht mehr ansehnlich ist, wird es entfernt und vermutlich leider entsorgt. Dies wird aber eine Vorgabe sein, meine persönliche Meinung ist, es ist zu schade zum weg werfen. Dies ist ist wohl eine andere Sache für die Restaurants allgemein, dass viel weg geworfen werden muss. Wenn man richtig beobachtet, sieht man, dass die Mitarbeiter ebenfalls alles geben um alles bei den vollen Räumchen und wenigen Platz den sie selber als Mitarbeiter haben, sauber zu halten. Auch vorne an der Theke wird alles sauber gehalten und darauf geachtet, dass es über Tag so bleibt. Ich selber bin nicht der riesen Fischesser und Kenner und sehr skeptisch was das angeht. Durch die Mitarbeiter dort und die sehr gute Beratung habe ich ein wenig Vertrauen gefasst. Und wenn ich einer Niederlassung vertraue, dass ich Fisch esse, dann dieser!!! Sie machen vieles möglich und gehen auf die Wünsche der Kunden ein. Ich persönlich bewundere, dass sie bei manchen Kunden noch so super freundlich bleiben! Viele würden anders reagieren. Und wo bitte ist es nicht teurer geworden?! Jemandem wegen seiner Figur zu beurteilen und sie darauf herablassend zu reduzieren , ist für mich ganz erbärmlich lieber Vorschreiber! Immer wieder gerne dieses Restaurant

Sehr leckeres Essen. Jedoch liegt häufig nur das aus, das die Kundschaft in dem Moment nicht wünscht. Daraus resultierende lange Wartezeiten sind hier normal, weil man meistens nur die aktuell bestellte Menge zubereitet. Ansonsten ist es erstaunlich, wie überfordert Mitarbeitende bei der Bedienung einer Kasse sein können. Ich denke, dass hier dringend an der internen Kommunikation gearbeitet werden muss, damit die Mitarbeitenden darüber informiert sind, wie die Kasse bedient wird. Auch sind sie meistens überfordert sobald es neue Coupons gibt. Den Mitarbeitenden selbst ist dies nicht anzulasten. Sie versuchen stets das Beste aus dem Kommunikationsproblem und den (vermutlichen) Vorgaben oder auch aus den platzmäßigen Einschränkungen zu machen.

Nicht empfehlenswert. Seelachs lauwarm, Panade pappig, Pommes matschig und salzfrei, Cola ohne Kohlensäure. Bedienung hört bei Bestellung nicht zu. Schade, dies war mein letzter Besuch.

For me as a foreigner it was hard to order cause workers couldn’t understand English, but we managed this. And food was good, we chose fish and pommes, it was great!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem "Klassik Combo" Menü. Alles frisch. Auch die Bedienung war sehr nett. 👍 An der allgemeinen Lautstärke im RRZ kann Belegschaft auch nix ändern. Daher nur 4 Sterne ;-)

Essen lecker wie immer, da gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Aber man sollte an der Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter arbeiten. Kein Lächeln, keine Lust zu arbeiten, einfach mega unfreundlich. Wenn man das auch nicht mehr erwarten darf als zahlender Gast, dann komm ich nicht mehr wieder.

Die Mitarbeiter sind nett aber das Essen ist für mich nicht so gut. Ich habe mir letztens eine Pommes geholt und die Pommes hat so geschmeckt als würde sie aus einem Kartoffelauflauf gemacht.

Haben uns das Essen über Lieferando bestellt .Essen war nach 40 min da .Alles war noch warm und lecker .Ich hatte Fish and Chips und Backfisch Baguette meine Frau Burrito Tuna .

Schlechte Pommes mit zu wenig Sauce und lange Wartezeiten bei wenig Kundschaft

Standard Nordsee Lokal Wenn man bedenkt dass 2050 mehr Plastik als Fische im Meer sind sollte man hier vielleicht das Produktangebot überdenken.

Ich habe mir letzte Woche eine kleine Fisch und Chips Box gekauft und ich muss sagen, dass war die bisher beste Box, die ich gegessen habe. Sie wurde frisch zubereitet, die Fritten waren top gewürzt, der Fisch war lecker und triefte NICHT vor Fett. Volle 5 Sterne von mir :) Weiter so!
