An absolute outrage! We had to wait almost two hours for our order, while the stated delivery time was repeatedly postponed. Several calls were ignored, and there was no response to the chat function – a complete customer service blackout. When the food finally arrived, it was still warm, but the chicken wings were completely charred and absolutely inedible. The accompanying sauces were not only ridiculously small, but also thin as water – completely worthless. To deliver such abysmal quality and organization for this price is simply unacceptable. If we had seen the Google reviews beforehand, we would have avoided this disappointment. Never again!

More than 10 orders and more than a year ordering here, today 1h and 30 minutes, still not even the order is here, 45 minutes ago someone called to tell me they don't have enough chicken and that it would take another 45 minutes, saying that I live 7km from the restaurant, where they had always delivered my food via Lieferando in 20 minutes, I will never order here again

The interior and service of the store are honestly lacking, but the taste and cost-effectiveness are really great. Especially, if you go and eat directly, you can definitely eat freshly fried chicken, and if you take some seasoned salt with you, it tastes great. You have to order hot wings.

The restaurant is quiet, beautiful, and suitable for families, children, and young people. The food is healthy, and there is vegetarian and animal food. The service is excellent, the place is beautiful, and the food is prepared quickly.

Ordered there last night for delivery (falafel burger, garlic bread, chili cheese nuggets, buffalo wings, and breaded wings). Before the food was delivered, we received a call saying the garlic bread we'd ordered wasn't available, which was a real bummer for me (as a vegetarian). Well, I switched to chili cheese fries. The food was then delivered within the specified timeframe. The quality of my meal was below average by my standards. The wings were okay, according to my partner (quote, "they've been better"). The fries on my chili cheese fries were lukewarm and overseasoned, and the cheese seemed to be cheap sliced ​​cheese, which, for me, was rather borderline tasty. The falafel on my burger was unpleasantly hard, and the burger was otherwise mediocre. Not terribly bad, but not a standout either. The chili cheese nuggets we ordered were completely missing. When we asked by phone whether they could be delivered later, we were told "no, that would be too much trouble, and we'd get our money back." We responded that that was a shame, but they relented and said, "Yes, they could be delivered later, but it would take a very long time." (Happy Fried Chicken is 2.6 km from our apartment, and according to Maps, the drive time is 6 minutes). Given the time of day, we declined the delivery. The money was refunded that same evening. We won't be ordering from there again.

Ordered the bucket of chicken tenders, which came with fries and a drink. This time the chicken pieces were a bit too dark, but still good and not dry. There were plenty of dips, and you could mix and match them. My favorite was American garlic. The fries were crispy and delicious. And the iced tea was ice-cold. The price was absolutely reasonable. The remoulade sauce on the fries was homemade.

The food is great, but the response times are terrible. I've already walked out of the store twice because no one was there for 15 minutes... Twice they ignored a phone order... If the food wasn't so amazing, I would have given it only 1*. I highly recommend the buffalo wings and all the chicken burgers! If you can reach or see someone there 😂

The worst restaurant ever in Mülheim. They won't answer the phone, never give you an answer or anything. The food is uncooked and unhygienic.

Currently the best chicken snacks you can get in Mülheim and the surrounding area. Especially if you don't want to go to the other three-letter restaurant. I can absolutely recommend the food here without hesitation, as I've bought food here several times. Please stay with us, thank you for the great work.

I have ordered from Happy Fried Chicken several times and have always been satisfied. The burgers used to be really great, the food was delicious and the staff were friendly. That's exactly why I decided to order again this time - expecting to have an equally good experience. Unfortunately, this time I was completely disappointed. My order had a clearly stated delivery time, but even 20 minutes after that time there was no information - no call, no message, nothing. I then tried to follow up by phone to see if there was a problem. But despite several calls, no one answered the phone. Even after 40 minutes the food wasn't there. It's understandable that there are stressful days in the catering industry. Delays can happen. But what is absolutely not possible is to simply ignore customers. Neither a notification of the delay nor a subsequent apology - nothing. I ended up having to cancel the order myself via Uber Eats and was left without food. Good service not only means delivering good food, but also dealing with problems professionally. Communication is the least you can expect - and that's exactly what was completely missing here. If I order again in the future, it will only be in the hope that something has changed: punctuality or at least honest communication in the event of delays. Simply doing nothing and remaining silent is not customer service. Very disappointing.

We ordered the Happy Chicken menu for two people and 8 filet bites. The chicken burgers were okay; the chicken was a bit too thin and the flavor wasn't anything special. We liked the filet bites much better, and I would definitely recommend them if you plan on eating here. Overall, we didn't think the food was bad, nor was it particularly good. We thought the price for the food was a bit too high. Eating here is a good option, but it's not essential.

Ordered 3 times, forgot overpriced drink 3 times and 0 goodwill. Bordering on fraud

I ordered there for the first time today and I'm really impressed! I had ordered "snacks" (buffalo wings, hot wings, fried fish, chicken popcorn and cheese fries, I was pleasantly surprised as everything arrived hot and crispy, despite the distance. The buffalo sauce for the wings, just so delicious, perfect spiciness, beautifully fruity and homemade. The other sauces were also very good! The fish was baked perfectly, not greasy, nice and crispy. Just the fries with the cheese, I might recommend making a good cheese sauce yourself. Always happy, the service was also great and friendly! We'll definitely be ordering more often!

The meal, in my case 15 fillet bites, was very tasty. The breading was tasty but no longer 100% crispy due to transport. Maybe it would have Can stay in the deep fryer for 1 minute longer. The meat was tender and not dry. As a dip I had the lemon pepper sauce, the samurai sauce and American garlic. The first two were very tasty, but I personally didn't like the third one. At €12.50 the price was very affordable compared to the big competition. The biggest and only negative point is the ambience. The shop looks a little dingy and doesn't invite you to linger, but it looked clean so far. I will definitely get something here more often.

Hallo, Am liebsten würde ich garkeine Sterne geben !! Ich bin richtig sauer über die Lieferung und die essensqualtiät undzwar sollte erstens meine Bestellung normaler weise um 19:05 kommen und sie kam einfach erst um 20:15 an !!!!! Worauf hin ich genau um 19:31 das Restaurant angerufen haben wo mir mitgeteilt wurde das, das Essen anscheinend in 5-7 Minuten ankommt was nicht stimmte.die Lieferbedingungen war das er das Essen vor die Tür stellt wurde auch nicht angehalten, und jetzt kommt das schlimmste das Essen war zum kotzen alles war kalt die Pommes waren richtig richtig laprig ungewürzt, die chicken pops ebenfalls richtig kalt,laprig und weich wie auf dem Bild zu sehen ist,der Burger war überfüllt und alles ist raus geflogen und war ebenfalls kalt und ekelhaft, zu dem habe ich und mein Bruder richtige Bauchschmerzen und ein Ziehen in der Brust nach dem Essen und wir fahren warscheinlich gleich ins Krankenhaus,ich habe die sauce sweet onion bestellt und bei mir kam eine gelbliche falsche Soße an ( ich vermute es war die joopie Sauce).das Essen war wirklich eine 0/10 nichts wurde zu Ende gegessen wir haben alles weg geschmissen, ich habe es bereut das ich 20€ dafür gezahlt habe und verlange auf jeden Fall mein ganzen Beitrag der Summe zurück Und eine Entschädigung. ( ich habe weitere Bilder wo die minderte Qualität des Essens zu sehen ist z.b bei den Chili Cheese Pommes hat man gesehen das das Käse noch roh war und und garnicht geschmolzen zu dem war es noch kalt,weich,laprig. Und einen Screenshot Beweis das ich den lieferservice um 19:31 kontaktiert habe.) 🤢🤮

Wir haben Chickenburger, Pommes und die Filet bites bestellt. Burger und Pommes, sowie die Saucen und der mitgelieferte Krautsalat waren okay bis lecker. Leider waren die meines Erachtens nach teuren Filet bites kein bisschen knusprig und schlecht gewürzt.

Haben meine Kinder vor Ort gegessen, lecker chicken bites, Große Portion zum fairen Preis, Personal nett und freundlich, kann ich nur empfehlen

Wir haben gestern zum ersten und definitiv nicht zum letzten Mal dort bestellt. Das Essen war super lecker und von sehr guter Qualität. Die Preise sind wirklich moderat. Vielen Dank, empfehlen wir gerne weiter.

Meines Erachtens nach besser als der Marktführer. Hat nicht nur super geschmeckt sondern war auch noch günstiger.

Heute zum ersten Mal über Lieferando bestellt. Leider hat es nicht wie angekündigt 1stunde gedauert sondern 2 Stunden. Leider war die komplette Bestellung dann auch kalt.

Schade, 2Std Lieferzeit ist wirklich heavy, als Entschädigung gabs Gutscheine ( is ja nett) Burger tatsächlich ganz gut, yie Zubereitung der Buffalo Wings versteh ich nicht, statt in Barbecue sosse tropften sie aus einer chilli sosse aus der Flasche die sehr scharf war, alle gelieferten dipps (4stk) nicht lecker. Die Zwiebelringe hatte ich jetzt nich knusprig erwartet, aber sie waren sehr sehr hell und laberig. Hot Wings und Chicken Popcorn waren völlig ok, auch der Herr am Telefon war sehr nett, der Fahrer eher nicht so.

Super lecker Etwas versteckt aber es lohnt sich

Workers don't speak English, service is not the best, and the restaurant is located in a dead quiet residential area that I thought would get me mugged. The food turned out to be quite good (crispy chicken burger), and is worth a visit if you're craving fried chicken.

Die Lieferzeit ist in einem mittleren Maß geschehen ungefähr 55 Minuten bei angegebenen 60. Die war soweit in Ordnung. Die Burger sind ausbaufähig könnten auf jeden Fall besser vielleicht besser belegt uns etwas frischer das Popcorn chicken. Allerdings das ist eigentlich echt lecker. Macht mehr Chicken weniger Burger und vergiss diese Saucen die sind eigentlich echt ranzig. Kauft irgendwelche Soßen die schmecken besser

Sehr Lecker 🤩 Bisher habe ich immer nur zur Lieferung bestellt. Immer pünktlich, das Essen gut warm und einfach nur lecker. Die Mitarbeitern sind richtig freundlich, zuvorkommend und aufgeschlossen. Das Essen war innerhalb einer halben Stunde fertig.

Hier schmeckt alles super! 😊 Zu jeder Portion darüber hinaus großzügig Soßen zur Auswahl. Wer hier bestellt, erhält gut verpacktes, heisses, leckeres Hühnchen geliefert - top! 👍 Auch im Vergleich zur direkten Konkurrenz (😉) braucht sich Happy Fried Chicken nicht zu verstecken! Aufgrund der grossen Auswahl, dem guten Preisleistungsverhältnis und nicht zuletzt dem guten Geschmack ziehen wir ab jetzt HTC der Konkurrenz vor! 🙂 Macht weiter so, wir hoffen noch oft bei euch zu bestellen und leckeres Essen zu erhalten! 🙂 👍
