Friendly, clean, the food was freshly prepared especially for us. Fast, cheap and good.

I like the concept, 100% fish fast food for a change with a lot of variety including fresh fish

Today I ordered two rolls (Bremer) and both of them were still rock hard. The salad on the fish was no longer fresh either. Absolute impudence!

Had salmon with rice for 14; 60 euros distorted. Very expensive. Then bought a salmon roll at the counter for 4.99 euros. An expensive pleasure as a pensioner. I can't afford any more visits. This is part of reality and truth.

Got double the price. Unfortunately I noticed this too late.

On November 23rd in the afternoon I wanted to buy a shrimp box.. I was yelled at at the checkout by an unfriendly young man.. that's not possible.. I then canceled the purchase.. I won't eat there anymore.. there is other restaurants in the Ece Center .. where you as a customer are treated better ..

I just ordered a savings menu and was supposed to pay for a classic menu. (Difference at least 4€) no excuse, no good appetite. The tables could have been wiped down every now and then and the kitchen sink was just far too slow. Nordsee used to be a restaurant where I liked to eat, but today I can't recommend it to anyone to eat here

Very poor reception, many products were missing and the cashier ripped us off.

Just had the worst North Sea experience ever. Were charged incorrectly (of course too much), then incomplete order. Then I just helped myself to the drinks, no one was interested. I paid for it too. Everything dirty. Communication zero.

Disgusting, everything filled with oil and the service is so unfriendly and alienates people. You have to pay more than it says on the ad, everything is unfresh NEVER AGAIN!

Once again I had a very good experience at Nordsee Ettlinger Tor. Here we cook with heart and soul. What particularly caught my attention was a young gentleman named Mustafa, who works very professionally and attentively and is always friendly. I will come here more often 👍

Heerlijk broodje tonijn pikant gegeten

Mein Fisch burgette war echt ekelhaft, das Brot war sau Hart und das Salat Blatt hat ausgesehen als wäre es schon 3 Tage gelegen. Fisch war auch nicht mehr warm

16,95 Euro ein absoluter Witz für eine Hand voll Bratkartoffeln die zum Teil sogar ungenießbar waren weil sie verbrannt waren der Fisch tot gebraten und dann noch Stunden lang unter die Wärme Lampe der Theke gelegt. Das Personal unfreundlich und genervt. Und was unfassbar ist da kommt eine Mitarbeiterin aus der Spühlküche reibt sich ihre Hände an ihrer Arbeitskleidung ab um dann tiefgefrorene Fischfilets in die Friteuse zu werfen! Habt ihr mal etwas von Hygiene gehört das wenn man zuvor verdecktes Geschirr in der Hand hatte sich die Hände reinigt und desinfiziert und Handschuhe trägt? Ich für meinen Teil habe genug von Nordsee gesehen und sage als langjähriger Kunde Lebt wohl !

Hatte zwei Matjes- und ein Backfischbrötchen. Salatauflage: welk und wie aus der Mülltonne gezogen. Matjesfilets: besonders sparsam belegt, mit interessantem altem Fischgeschmack, Kühltemperatur war absolut ok. Die Qualität entsprach mehr einem durchschnittlichen Tankstellenimbiss als einem Fischrestaurant. Zumindest hatte ich mir davon keine Lebensmittelvergiftung eingefangen, dafür vielen Dank! Trotzdem werde ich ich zukünftig von weiteren Besuchen in diesem feinen Fischrestaurant absehen.

I always like eating in Nordsee! But I will recommend people not to visit this place as they don’t have a great service nor good ethics! I asked the lady at the Kasse for a grilled fish, potatoes and if possible I can get some mushrooms? She didn’t answer made the bill for 17 bucks and asked me to wait for 15 mins. Later when I was getting the food she gave a full portion of mushrooms for which I requested if she can keep it back as none touched it she said you paid for it and go throw the food if you don’t need! With an unapologetic way. Nordsee should be proud that they got the money but wasted food unnecessarily.

Leider hatten wir dieses Mal kein Glück. Wir waren wohl etwas zu spät um 15.30 Uhr. War schon vieles von den Menues Ausverkauft. Nach Aussage des Verkaufmitarbeiters hat NORDSEE Lieferschwierigkeiten im Moment. Die Tische waren schmutzig und nicht abgewischt. Dem Personal war das wohl egal. Die Qualität der noch freistil zusammen gestellten Menue war dem Namen NORDSEE nicht würdig. Der Fisch war kalt, die Pommes sehr hart, der Salat hatte noch Erde drin war nicht sauber gewaschen, die Garnelen waren wie Kaugummi. Das war nichts..., Nicht zu Empfehlen wenn man Nachmittags was Essen möchte. Sehr Schade, das waren wir schon besser gewöhnt von NORDSEE.

Diesmal waren wir nicht zufrieden,der Fisch nur lauwarm und nicht knusprig,die geschirrrückgabeststionen beide voll,auf den Tischen ließen da natürlich die Gäste ihr Geschirr stehen, Personal hat nur gequatscht . Es war ungemütlich.

Nach 14.00 Uhr kaum noch ein Angebot. Essen ging.

Die Bedienung ist freundlich, dennoch gibt es zwei Probleme: 1. Beim Anbraten der Fische und Bratkartoffeln wird zu viel Öl verwendet: Damit die Mitarbeiter weitere Aufgaben erledigen können und nicht nur beim Anbraten bleiben müssen. Das macht das Essen fettig und schwer. 2. Die Esstische werden nicht abgewischt und die Gäste müssen diese selbst sauber machen.

Man wird schnell bedient und die Produkte sind frisch vorbereitet.

Wir haben beide Fisch gegessen, die waren leider nicht heiß genug für uns.

Eigentlich super Menü Auswahl, leider kam es aber ab und zu mal vor dass Codes vom Handy aus nicht gelesen worden konnten, und der Fisch etwas roh noch war.

Wir wurden hier äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend begrüßt und bedient, die Auswahl an Gerichten war groß und der Fisch war wirklich lecker. Die Portion war für mich genau richtig. Alles Tiptop sauber. Hierher kommen wir gerne wieder.

Sehr unfreundliche Bedienung, schlechte Auswahl und das zur Mittagszeit. Das Essen hat uns auch nicht geschmeckt, es war alles hingeklatscht. Remoulade hing überall nur nicht da wo sie hingehört. In den Boxen war alles aufgeweicht und ebenfalls die Remoulade in diesem Waffelbecher. Die Fish & Chips Box ein Witz ?!? Mit Sesampanade und satt wird da keiner mehr. Backfischbaguett null Geschmack, Bremer matschig null Geschmack nur Ketchup. Wir waren früher gerne Kunde das hat sich nun geändert das war das letzte Mal.

Ich wollte ein Seelachs-Ei Baguette kaufen. Habe von weitem schon gesehen das dort sehr viele Zwiebeln drauf sind. Beim Essen dann bemerkt das KEIN einziges Stück Ei dort drauf war

Naja... War schon in besseren Nordsee-Filialen. Getränke Fanta o. Cola schmeckten gar nicht, nur nach Zuckerwasser. Backfischmenü nur nach Panade und trocken. Anstatt Seelachsmenü kam für meine Frau nur ein Schollenmenü! ...Müssen wir nicht mehr haben!
