Ein Update 15. August 2026: Heute wieder beim Frühstück gewesen mit drei Personen. Super toll. Perfekte Brötchen von Ripken. Beste Aufschnitt und super nette Gastgeber. Vielen Dank für alles. Gestern bin ich wieder mal beim Frühstück gewesen. Samstag der 7.9.2024. Es war wieder ganz hervorragend. Da gibt es nichts zu meckern. Schauen Sie sich einfach die Fotos an es war toll. Da stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir haben Heute, Sonntag 25. Sep 2022, im Nordisch gefrühstückt. Es war toll!!! Das BESTE Frühstück was wir in den letzten 7 Jahren in der Wesermarch/Friesland bekommen haben. Regionale Produkte (Erzeuger/Bauern werden genannt), guter Kaffee, aufmerksame Bedienung, super schönes Geschirr, sehr schöne Einrichtung und und und...... Es gibt so gar nichts zu meckern. Einfach nur RICHRTIG gut. Das war den Preis wert! Vielen Dank für ALLES Hans Quaken

Sehr nettes Ambiente. Wurde gerne von jungen Familien besucht. Buffettangebot klang laut Speisekarte sehr ansprechend. Der Kellner ist auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen und hatte eine alternative Lösung als es keine Waffeln mehr gab. 😄 Wir kommen bestimmt mal zum Buffetessen vorbei.

Wie wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, als wir spontan dort einkehrten. Selbst als bei unserem Kind die Stimmung weit unten war, behielt sich das Servicepersonal seine Freundlichkeit bei und blieb geduldig. Für unsere Bestellung erhielten wir ohne Nachfragen Empfehlungen und mussten nicht lange darauf warten. Insgesamt war das Essen lecker und wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.

Absolut empfehlenswert! Das Buffet ist einfach top – super lecker, immer frisch und es wird ständig nachgefüllt. Freundlicher Service, tolle Auswahl und ein rundum gelungener Besuch. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Beste mattjes das wir seit langem gegessen haben. Schmackhafte Bratkartoffeln dazu und toll dekoriert. Dazu ein sehr freundlicher Service. Klasse!

Wir waren gestern Mittag dort. Einfach nur Spitze. Das Essen Spitze der Service Spitze. Es war alles super Spitze. Geht hin wenn ihr in Dangast seit. Es lohnt sich.

Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Portionen waren gut. Der Service war sehr freundlich und schnell. Alles in allem waren wir bei sehr gutem Wetter und tollem Ambiente, absolut zufrieden.

Hier stimmt alles... Küche, Ambiente, Freundlichkeit, Sauberkeit.... einfach schön. Wenn ich könnte würde ich 6 Sterne 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 geben. Ob Mittagstisch oder Abendbuffet. Frisch zubereitete Speisen, sehr schön angerichtet und mit Liebe serviert. Wir haben uns schon lange nicht mehr soooooo wohl gefühlt als Gast wie hier. Einfach toll.... macht bitte weiter so.

Wir waren Gestern zum 1 mal im Nordisch Essen, Und das wir nicht zum ersten Mal in Dangst sind, ärgere ich mich, das wir nicht schon mal dort waren!!! Wir können es nur empfehlen. Tolle Atmosphäre und Ambitionierte. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und auch wirklich sehr aufmerksam, zb fragte er , ob wir dich die Abend Sonne geblendet werden, oder ob es zu kalt wäre( da die Türe geöffnet war) Wir haben uns gestern beide fürs Schlemmerbuffet entschieden, und es war wirklich sehr gut! Tolles Salatbuffet, alles frisch, Brot , Dressing Soonenblumenkerne usw, alles da. Es gab Reis, Pommes und Kartoffeln, Rindergulasch 👌👌👌, Lachs , Schnitzel und Hähnchen , Gemüse( Blumenkohl, Brokkoli 🥦 und noch 2 weiter Beilagen. Und 3 verschiedene Soßen. Dann noch Nachspeisen ( 4 verschiedene) Ketchup, Majo stand auch am Buffet bereit. Es war wirklich ein schöner Abend , mit Gutem Essen👌👌in einer tollen Atmosphäre 🫶🏻🥰 Wenn ihr in Dangst seit, geht dort hin zum Essen, es lohnt sich wirklich. Ein tolles Restaurant mit sehr nettem zuvorkommendem Service. Das Essen (Schlemmerbuffet) war top. Nur die Schnitzelchen waren nicht frisch. Ansonsten sehr sehr lecker. Vor allem die Salate und Desserts. Preise waren auch ok.

Wir haben heute Abend spontan am Schnitzelbuffet teilgenommen. Wir waren begeistert. Unproblematisch haben wir einen Tisch für 5 Personen bekommen. Das Essen war hervorragend und eine vielseitige Auswahl wurde angeboten. Das Salatbuffet sowie eine schöne Dessertauswahl boten ein schönes Genusserlebnis. Der Service war hervorragend: sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir können einen Besuch von Nordisch Dangast nur empfehlen. Zur Hauptsaison ist eine Reservierung sicherlich empfehlenswert.

Die Büffets sind abwechslungsreich und reichlich. Zu empfehlen.

Nordisch Dangast Schon eher gehobene Gastronomie...gut gelegen...tolle Gaststätte...schön und gemütlich Eingerichtet tolles Ambiente...wir waren zum ersten mal Wild Abend Essen an einem Sonntag hier und hatten das all you can eat Buffet... selten so gut und schmackhaftes Wild und Beilagen gegessen...auch das Salat und Nachspeisen Buffet ein träumchen... das Personal nett freundlich und zuvorkommend...alles sehr gepflegt sauber und hygienisch...Kinder sind hier auch willkommen...das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis ist auf jeden Fall in Ordnung...von uns daher ein sehr Empfehlenswert !!! Und gerne alle 5 Sterne ( -.; Leider ist es mir nicht möglich hier ein paar schöne Bilder zu posten da google es nicht fertig bringt diese auch einzustellen ) - :

Sehr schönes Restaurant. Die Bedienung ist tatsächlich ein Bienchen. Waffeln oder Kuchen können sich sehen lassen. Wer in der Nähe ist sollte dort einen Stop machen.

Waren Frühstücken, alles sehr gut angerichtet und der Umfang lässt keine Wünsche offen. Kann man kaum besser machen.

We went to the gourmet buffet on short notice without a reservation. Delicious food, including fish and game. The service was excellent; it was a pleasure to be a guest there. There were also special options for those with a smaller appetite.

We enjoyed the breakfast buffet there. The selection is excellent; there's something for everyone. They have everything you'd expect from a classic breakfast, such as scrambled eggs, bacon, yogurt, muesli, spreads, various breads, and so on. There's also a crepe station and a chocolate fountain. The service was very friendly, and they were constantly replenishing the buffet, even when all the tables were occupied. We found the atmosphere very cozy and modern. Even when it was full, the noise level was never uncomfortably loud. Overall conclusion: Really very good, especially compared to other breakfast buffets we've visited.

Service & Food - The Best! Love it!

I ate at Nordisch Dangast today and I'm absolutely thrilled! I ordered the herring fillet "housewife style" with fried potatoes, and it was simply fantastic! The fish was incredibly fresh, the sauce wonderfully creamy, and the fried potatoes golden brown and crispy. The pictures show exactly how delicious the dish was; it tasted just as good. The service was also friendly, attentive, and very welcoming. You immediately feel at ease and well taken care of. Overall, a beautiful restaurant with a great atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a meal and relaxing. Highly recommended and definitely 5 stars!

Went to the gourmet buffet yesterday. Absolutely top-notch value! Lovely salad bar/selection for starters. Main courses ranged from fish fillets and vegetables, to all sorts of side dishes, schnitzel, and a buttery beef goulash. And then there's a wonderful selection of desserts (rice pudding, chocolate mousse, crème brûlée, etc.). The restaurant's ambiance is also very inviting. The friendly, unobtrusive, and attentive service staff deserves special mention. Therefore, an absolute recommendation and an unconditional 5 stars :-).

We went to the gourmet buffet at the restaurant today. NONE of the negative reviews are understandable. The concept is perfect; everything is transparent: offerings, selection, and prices. The food is prepared with love, all containers are regularly refilled, and the available quantities are more than sufficient for all guests. It's impossible to eat everything on offer. There's something for everyone; everything was delicious. The entire staff is attentive, hard-working, and very friendly. All in all, full stars, highly recommended, and we'd be happy to return.

Absolutely perfect service. We were allowed to take-out dishes, even though the Nordic restaurant isn't designed for that. A day later, we returned for the grill buffet. It was very manageable, and therefore of high quality, but the selection was also very good. Absolutely recommended, without exception.

Far from the hustle and bustle and somewhat hidden away, we chose the fish buffet today for €32.50 (starter and salad buffet with bread and cold fish, main course, and dessert). The ambiance is very cozy, modern, and tasteful, and the service is friendly and attentive, making us feel very welcome. We think the concept with the various buffets is very successful! Highly recommended.👍

We went to the gourmet buffet at Nordisch at the end of July and were very disappointed. The goulash was unseasoned, and unfortunately, so was the schnitzel. The cauliflower was overcooked, the peas were shriveled, and the hollandaise sauce was from a cardboard box. The fish, on the other hand, was excellent, as was the service.

Beautiful restaurant with exceptional service and very good food! My steak from the daily special was perfect, and my mother also loved her fish dish! We'd love to come back. Thank you very much!

We were here last night for the "asparagus buffet." Very attentive, friendly service. The salad buffet selection was okay. Our favorite was the kohlrabi and radish salad. The hot dishes were also good. Unfortunately, there were only green and white asparagus as a side dish. For an "asparagus buffet," I would have expected at least two other dishes (e.g., asparagus soup, asparagus casserole, etc.). The price-performance ratio was good for us.

We had breakfast at Nordisch over Pentecost. It was simply perfect; there's nothing to complain about.

We participated in the asparagus buffet on June 1, 2025. It was delicious. We were at the breakfast buffet on February 8, 2025. It was super delicious and very plentiful. We were there for the game buffet on November 2, 2024. It was super delicious and highly recommended. The service was very friendly.

We went to the gourmet buffet on Monday and the breakfast buffet on Thursday at Nordisch and were very satisfied with our visit. The quality of the food was very high and the food tasted very good. Great emphasis is placed on regionality and sustainability. For breakfast, there was, among other things, a large selection of homemade jams in unusual varieties, as well as sausages and cheeses from regional producers. My gluten intolerance was perfectly catered for. The gourmet fillet included two types of fish and fresh asparagus, which was a pleasant surprise, as the fish and asparagus buffet is offered on other days. The first-class, courteous, friendly, and attentive service is particularly noteworthy. Unfortunately, you rarely experience something like this these days. Hats off! The decor and ambience are modern and tasteful. The restaurant is highly recommended.

Personally, I think €4.20 for a 0.35L Coke is pretty steep. I can understand that, though. BUT... I wasn't asked what size I wanted, which I find very unprofessional and rude for a restaurant like that.

The cake was delicious and a really large slice. The price was top-notch. The outdoor seating is lovely, as it's nice and quiet outside and not too windy.

I've been in Dangast for several days and I went to Nordisch once for coffee and cake and this morning to the breakfast buffet. Both times Nordic gets an A+ from me, the service is great and the cake is fresh and very tasty and the breakfast buffet is fresh, rich and has something for everyone! I'll definitely come back on my next vacation!

Dangast has developed amazingly in recent years. This also includes the establishment of new restaurants and cafés. One of the restaurants that has been in place for several years now is the Nordic. It impresses with its extremely modern and tasteful furnishings. The service is very friendly and personable. The lunch menu offers a good selection of German classics. The schnitzel with fries and side salad was fairly priced at EUR 16.50. Quality wise it was good; But I can't give it full marks because it could be better. When served it looked too dark and fried, which initially disappointed me for a moment. However, the taste was good - crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. The side salad was also tasty. The chocolate mousse for dessert was great. All in all, definitely a restaurant that you can safely visit in Dangast.

A breakfast that left nothing to be desired. We were greeted so kindly and shown to the place. There was enough space for my husband because he is in a wheelchair. We were there with children and grandchildren between 0 and 6 years old. Children's chairs were no problem and there was a plentiful selection of treats for the little ones too. The highlight was the warm rice pudding, pancakes to bake yourself and the chocolate fountain. We definitely scored points with the grandchildren. But the breakfast overall was of such high quality. Everything was regional and only of the best. Toppings, for example, from the Bruns butcher's shop in Steinhausen. Bread, rolls, etc. actually from the bakery Ripken. So much choice - a variety of cheeses, cold cuts, salads, fish variations, eggs in all variations, bacon, grilled sausages, sweet spreads, everything Cereals, compotes, yoghurts, quark, 9 different juices, even sparkling wine. The coffee was also very good. It was fantastic, rich, friendly, super cozy and clean. The price-performance ratio is absolutely top.. Many thanks again to the entire Nordic team

Today we spontaneously reserved a table for the breakfast buffet by phone. Half an hour later we received a very friendly welcome. A pot of coffee was already available at our table, as was a high chair for our little one. There was a short and friendly explanation of where we could find things. I don't really understand some of the reviews here. The buffet was really rich in selection. Everything was attractively presented and small signs indicated which regional supplier the cold cuts came from, for example. A mega great selection of juices, mineral water, sparkling wine and various loose teas that you can prepare yourself in a pot are included. Fresh fruit, pancakes, yoghurt, semolina porridge, rice pudding, chocolate fountain, muesli bar and much more form a nice conclusion. The nice gentleman in service is impressive, he takes care of the guests and incoming telephone reservations on his own, without seeming stressed. On the contrary! Friendly, smiling and super attentive without being intrusive, this man feels present everywhere in the store. The ladies from the kitchen top up the buffet before something is gone and are really nice about it. We enjoyed it very much and the service was impressive. The price is perfectly fine at €26.90. Children from the age of three pay €1.80 per year of life, which is also fair. We practically live in the neighborhood and will definitely come back. Thank you for the pleasant Sunday morning.

We were on vacation in Dangast and visited the restaurant for the evening buffet on Monday and Thursday. The service is extremely friendly, careful and attentive. Just in time for the off-season 😅 I just took a trip to Dangast and took a seat on the terrace of Nordisch Dangast. I came between breakfast and lunch, so there was a lot of seating to choose from☺️ The very friendly employee turned on the waffle iron especially for me and brought me a very tasty waffle. I can only recommend Nordic Dangast! Update: I was there recently for the breakfast buffet on a Saturday. The buffet was really great! The selection was huge! There were also various very tasty dips for vegetarians, the fish and sausage were very tasty, mild and fresh, and the cheese (not sliced ​​cheese from a package but regional product) was really great. The fried eggs were perfect and the tea in small pots and with loose tea leaves that you could fill yourself, great! Other restaurants can definitely learn something from this. Today was my first time having breakfast here with friends, but definitely NOT the last time. At first glance, the price is very high, but definitely justified. All drinks (even the sparkling wine) are included, the buffet is as rich as I have rarely seen anywhere and the service deserves more than 5 stars. Friendly, courteous, attentive without seeming pushy or artificial. The 45 minute journey was totally worth it

Great atmosphere, very nicely equipped and modern. You can also sit outside nicely. Service is great, very accommodating. Food very tasty. There are also toys for children. We'd love to come back.
