The food really doesn't live up to the rather high prices. Undercooked, too salty, strange combinations. The service seems extremely stressed.

We were really looking forward to visiting Gudlak in Glücksburg – we'd heard so many good things about it, and our expectations were correspondingly high. Unfortunately, they weren't met in almost any way. First, the atmosphere: The restaurant itself is stylishly furnished, but the ambiance quickly soured – mainly due to the completely unservice-oriented staff. We sat there for almost four hours, and five out of six of us only had one course. Most of the time, empty glasses sat on the table, and no one came by. Of the three servers present, hardly any of them really attended to the guests – we almost felt unwelcome. When the drinks finally arrived, they tasted good – the cocktails, in particular, were excellent. Unfortunately, that was the only highlight. The food was a huge disappointment: • The truffle fries were nothing more than plain fries with truffle mayo and a bit of Parmesan – hardly any flavor. • The tomato carpaccio turned out to be just an ordinary tomato salad with thick slices – visually appealing, but not what one would expect. • The miso ramen were practically tasteless; even with lime and crispy chili oil, there was no change in flavor. Given the high prices, this was simply unacceptable. What was particularly disappointing was that even after honest feedback (“Unfortunately, we didn't enjoy it”), there was no response whatsoever – no offer, no compromise, not even a complimentary coffee. The dishes were beautifully presented, but unfortunately, the taste was lacking – and the service completely ruined the overall experience. It's a shame, because the concept had potential. As it stands, our only conclusion is: Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this restaurant.

The three of us ate at your place, and it was excellent. The portions weren't huge, the food was healthy, the service was pleasing, and the food was a painting on the plate—that's what gastronomy should be like. My Local, Your Local's first place is absolutely deserved. Service was excellent, impeccable. The ambiance and Kathrin Geller's paintings fit perfectly and rounded off the whole experience perfectly! It was a sensation to be able to come here for dinner. The online reservation was quick and easy. I also really liked the menu concept. It's varied and small, making it possible to prepare everything fresh and yourself. The high tables by the window offer a fantastic panorama of the beach and the activity in the restaurant. Since the competition had messed up our booking (two birthday children), we asked Intermar at the Gudlak at short notice if we could have breakfast. Great service, no problem at all, tables were put together. We felt truly welcome! Thank you! The value for money is very good, the buffet is varied and delicious, and the food is replenished frequently. We were all very satisfied and will come back when we have the chance, perhaps to stay overnight, but definitely for breakfast.

We were guests at the hotel and wanted to round off our vacation at the restaurant. The bottle of wine we ordered was delivered, but we had to open it and pour ourselves. Oh, and I put the napkin down to prevent drips. The food was okay, but quite expensive.

last night I was eating with my family at the gudlak restaurant. The food was very tasty and we didn't have to wait long either the service was a dream we were super advised and that's why we are happy to come back. what was also very good was the Pina colada I've never had such a good pina colada before thank you very much for that and thank you for such a great evening with you.🥰

However, there could be more vegetarian options, as it generally feels better when no living creature has died for your meal. The team was attentive, warm, and at the same time pleasantly unobtrusive. You can tell the passion goes into their work here—both in the kitchen and in the service. A place to sit back, enjoy, and return. If you love sushi (or want to get to know it), this is the place for you. I recommend making a reservation in advance.

Great location – but unfortunately, service is always disappointing We're locals and often go to Gudlak – mainly for the sushi, the view, and the beautiful location right on the water in Glücksburg. Yesterday, on a warm summer evening, we wanted to end the day there. Unfortunately, it was a rather sobering experience. The terrace was only sparsely prepared – tables unset, no napkins, and little atmosphere. This great place could have been made much more, especially in summer. The first impression was unfortunately cool: The reception was impersonal, and the first thing we were told was, "The kitchen closes in 30 minutes." That was neither friendly nor inviting – but more like a warning that we'd better order quickly or leave immediately. We then had to wait for the menus, which put additional pressure on us given the approaching kitchen closing time. Our table was shaking so much that we had to change it just before dinner. We (and our dog) weren't offered any water either – for a restaurant with an outdoor area, this is a small but unfortunately indicative point about the generally lacking attentiveness of the service. The sushi itself was okay, solid quality. But the overall experience was just not right: little warmth, little service awareness, hardly any hospitality. For a restaurant with such a great location and potential, this is disappointing – especially if you're consciously looking to spend a pleasant evening. We sincerely hope that the team will focus more on the guest experience in the future. Because this place truly deserves to be not only "well located" but also "popular."

On our journey from Dresden to Denmark, our first stop was at a campsite near Flensburg. Since we watch a lot of "Mein Lokal dein Lokal" on Kabel1 and save the best ones on Maps under "delicious food," this restaurant was naturally on our list. Yes, this restaurant more than deserves first place on "Mein Lokal dein Lokal." Our meal was so delicious, simply fantastic. The reception and service are all thumbs up. Unfortunately, I didn't finish my meal; perhaps it would be good to offer senior citizen portions here—unfortunately, not possible at the moment. This place simply has to be five stars! The staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive. The sushi is super fresh and simply delicious. The salmon and tuna melt in your mouth. The dessert is unbeatable! We thank you again and will definitely recommend Gudlak and happily visit again!

Second time at the Flensburg Gourmet Weeks. This time at Gudlak. The restaurant is located right in the hotel. It has a very nice interior, and especially in the back of the restaurant, the tables are not too close together, making it easy to chat and enjoy the evening. The menu, this time for Valentine's Day, was absolutely top-notch. Salmon tartare for starters, two Husum beef dishes, one cooked pink and one beautifully fried with lovely marbling and a delicious nut butter purée. Dessert was cheesecake and ice cream. It was our first time here, and definitely not the last. We would love to try the menu outside of the set menu again. Many thanks to the kitchen and service for a wonderful, delicious evening. Surprise menu disappointing and uninspired. The expectations after the TV report (my local, your local) were not met. Great view of the Baltic Sea, nice decor. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio doesn't match.

The food was generally good. The ox cheek was delicious, but more sauce would be better, the fish was also good. The sushi came late, but there was a great bruscetta on the house, the sushi was considered good. I definitely cut back on the organic tomahawk pork steak, which was very dry! The fries had no chimichurri flavor, the cucumber salad was pale and watery, but spicy, probably with Sichuan pepper, and lacked acidity. The fusion vitello wasn't enough for the price, the coriander chimichurri was at most half a teaspoonful and all the other ingredients were also minimalist. The breaking bread was too dry with the risk of injury, and the miso butter had almost no taste. The sake pear hardly tasted like sake and had no sweetness, I couldn't detect any sesame crumble, it was just roasted sesame and didn't suit my taste at all. Coconut ice cream tasted good together with the very good lime jelly. Overall: Nicely presented, good view, but the food still has some room for improvement for this price.

This time the sushi finally worked out, the last time the sushi master was unfortunately on a well-deserved vacation. I have never experienced such great fish quality. The tuna was a poem, the freestyle sushi platter was fantastic, and my daughter also had a saddle of veal from the charcoal grill with excellent teriyaki sauce. With the delicious Lugana and a great dessert we had a perfect evening, topped off by pilot whales that we discovered in the bay. Great!!

We were there once last year and everything went well. This time it wasn't just a disappointment, it was a disaster. Two adults ordered a 3-course surprise menu, the children ordered something from the children's menu. After the appetizer was put in front of us without a word and without explanation, the children still had nothing. Then we had to wait 40 minutes for the main course. These came at the same time. Again without explanation. The steak was completely cooked and tough, the vegetables were almost raw. As an apology we were given two types of sorbet. After another 35 minutes we asked if we could still get dessert. Questioning faces and loud arguments could then be heard in the background. We then broke off the evening and were supposed to pay the bill as a three-course menu, even though these were not delivered. No excuse, just complete overwhelm. That went really wrong. It's a shame because the atmosphere is really fantastic. .

Super delicious food and with the warm, naturally cheerful and very nice young woman who served us on Sunday, the Gudlak was a stroke of luck

Well, that's how it works! Maybe I'm old fashioned, but I would like to be brought to the table in a restaurant by people and not by self-driving trolleys. Especially when the restaurant is almost empty and various guests were personally accompanied to the table after us. Our waitress was too inattentive for me, empty glasses scream for service. The food was ok but not more than that. The highlight of the evening was the appetizer platter, but that also lacked finesse. Unfortunately, the vegan coconut curry was not worthy of a curry! Absolutely tasteless. Actually everything was missing, including salt. My saddle of veal was ok, the highlight was the vegetables... Our children had Label Rouge salmon. It was very good, the coconut rice, which tasted little, was simply too flavorless. All in all, at €260, we think it's too expensive for what's on offer.

The service was great and the ambience is great. We drove there specifically because we saw the restaurant on a TV show and were curious. But the “best Asian buffet” totally disappointed us. For 39.90€/person we had the feeling that we had only eaten dry rice. The shrimp was done and the schnitzel was not appropriate. Everything without sauce - dry affair. Tofu without taste! Dessert only sweet...I have no idea what the a la card meal is like but we won't try it for now.

We stayed at the Ostseelogde and visited this partner restaurant on recommendation. We had Fusion Vitello as a starter and both vegetarian main courses. Unfortunately, the seasoning was too weak and too dry, and the coconut milk was barely noticeable. 😏 The chef needs to improve on that. 👨‍🍳 Our wines were very good, as was the espresso. Service was friendly, and our online reservation worked. 👍 But from a culinary perspective, the value for money wasn't right. 🫢

We had a two-course menu which was included with an overnight stay in the hotel. There was soup as a starter. After waiting 40 minutes for it, it was lukewarm. The taste was good, but stupid only when it wasn't hot. The second course should then follow immediately. Equal is a flexible term, here it's a good 25 minutes. Here too, the hottest dish was cold, the mashed potatoes were cold, and the chicken was lukewarm and dry. Unfortunately, the drink replenishment that had been ordered in the meantime was also forgotten. Anything can happen, it depends on how you deal with it. Unfortunately we didn't think it was that good. Especially if you mention the food that isn't warm after the starter. The long waiting time for a previously ordered and scheduled menu remains incomprehensible to us. Strange that a la carte guests received their food very quickly. The following day we decided to go to another restaurant. Everything fit there.

Very classy atmosphere and incredibly lovely staff. We were there for the buffet, it was very tasty and high quality. Shrimp, salmon, a small area where you can put together a bowl and desserts. There are also vegan options. Not a huge buffet as the focus is on quality, but you'll definitely get full.

We were in Gudlak Essen on Saturday in conjunction with two nights at the Hotel Intermar. The reception in the restaurant was very nice and friendly. We had booked a two-course meal as part of our overnight stay. The food was absolutely top notch and tasted very delicious. The portion was sufficient and absolutely sufficient for this price range. We were at Gudlak for the first time on Saturday as part of the Flensburg Gourmet Weeks. What can I say, the food was delicious, well prepared. A really great restaurant with nice staff and very tasty food. We spent a good two hours there with three courses and can only highly recommend the mixed starter platter “Sixpack”. The food is definitely on the pricey side, but totally worth the money. We would come again and again!

We cannot share the euphoria for this restaurant. The staff accompanies you to the table...afterwards nothing more. After 25 minutes we asked if we could place an order. We waited another good 30 minutes for the food. The cola came in a bottle but without a glass. Breaking bread, not crispy, but with a black crust and hard and dry on the inside... When we asked, we were told that burnt was correct because it was sourdough...?! Unfortunately not edible. Crispy tempura vegetables, sashimi mix and chicken teriyaki roll were okay.

Almost everything we ate there was very tasty. They do sushi really well there. The presentation of the ox cheek with the vegetables was very nice. Only with the Pad Thai I would have liked the classic flat rice noodles instead of these thin rice noodles.

We spent a wonderful weekend at the Intermar Hotel. We went to this restaurant for dinner. The food is super good. The dishes are presented like a work of art. The special touch of European and Asian is a culinary masterpiece. The service is 1 with stars. We'll be back in April and are really looking forward to it.

The food was good, I was just a bit unlucky on my visit - I wanted sushi and steak, both were not available that day - the rest of the selection was clear. We had sushi and schnitzel as the main course, sashimi and truffle fries with a GonTonic and a good bottle of wine. Completely successful. Fresh ingredients, good quality and service good and unobtrusive. A very nice evening that we will definitely repeat. Location by the sea does the rest.

My wife and I had dinner there yesterday for my 48th birthday. It was our second dinner experience and I have to say the first was worlds better! Yesterday was just too experimental. Nothing was right in yesterday's dinner. I had an Asian creation / combination of a breaded schnitzel, with tarragon mashed potatoes, but that didn't work at all, too pungent tarragon taste. A mashed potato refined with some celery and some butter would have been perfect, The duck breast as an appetizer made me want to vomit. I don't know what was in there, but a freshly fried duck breast doesn't taste like that. I think for that much money it just has to be right! So before we go there next time, especially at a birthday dinner, you don't want to be disappointed, I'll take a look at the menu first and see what experiments are coming up this time. However, I also have to say that there were a few things in the starter in the six pack that were OK/good. The dips and the bread were delicious, very fluffy and yet crunchy, the dim sum was okay except for the fish version, which smelled very bad. I'm sorry, but unfortunately that's my opinion and feeling from yesterday and I'm an amusement of the highest order.

We expected freshly cooked food and were quite disappointed. For the price category you simply expect craftsmanship from the chefs and not “bag cutting” from Chefs Culinar! The starters were very good (tuna + duck) the main courses were really mediocre, a piece of beef for 50€, lamb with strange side dishes and you can immediately tell that no one here has cooked anything fresh! The Kaiserschmarrn was totally dry, probably frozen and had never seen a pan with butter... the service was trying hard, but the main course was served and the starter plates were still there. For the money of €220 I just expect fresh cuisine and no ready-made products - we definitely won't be coming back.

The service was friendly and tried hard when it showed up, but unprofessional. We would have liked to order more drinks, but we didn't see the waiter too often. He found drinking a Rosé Secco as an aperitif and later choosing white wine for the main course unusual and amusing (?). He didn't know what fruit brandy was. The food was nicely prepared, the starting products were good, but the six-pack starter plate also contained fried mini spring rolls (frozen), for example, which I find to be unreasonable given the price level. The mashed potatoes had a rubbery paste consistency (a craftsmanship error), the jus for the lamb was too salty. Otherwise it tasted ok, but no sensation. Creme Brulee was delicious, Kaiserschmarrn was probably frozen. Overall, our expectations were not met. It will stay with this one visit.

Absolutely recommended! We are very excited about the Gudlak! The food is first class – simply A1! The quality of the food, the preparation and the taste completely convinced us. We have eaten here several times now. Each time we had different experiences. The food, in terms of taste, was always good to top. It should be upscale, at least in terms of price, then I also expect that the service is dressed accordingly, there are no leftovers from the previous day under the table, the chairs are not worn out and, above all, the seat covers are clean. I always ask myself why that nobody and above all, why isn't it cleaned? We tried several times but now we won't be coming back. It's a shame because the food is really very good.

In the Internat Hotel there is the "Gudlak", a very tastefully decorated restaurant. It impresses with its very friendly employees. Orders were taken and served quickly. The food is of very good quality We'd love to come back.

Quite chilled but still upscale atmosphere. When it's darker, the lights come into their own, which makes it even more beautiful. I don't rate service here because I know many of them and can't rate it beforehand. Eat! The food is absolutely amazing! I emphasized it when I was still working here, and I'll emphasize it again now. Simply good. Had the "Pink Duck Breast Sweet & Sourgu." The duck goes perfectly with the peanut flavor. If you want to spice up the taste of peanuts a little more, you can add peanut sauce. But you don't need to do this that often because you don't want to destroy the taste of the wok vegetables. The head chef comes up with very good dishes. Talent is very important in the kitchen!

We were there with 6 people on a Friday evening around 8 p.m. When we arrived we ordered a drink with our food, but by the time the music started at 10:15 p.m. our drinks had long since run out. But the waitress didn't even come to the table to ask if we would like something more to drink... Service is something else... The steak I had was a bit dry but the fried potatoes were very tasty. None of us would go there a second time... It's a shame it had potential...

We stayed in the hotel above with our baby for a long weekend. The complete package included a breakfast buffet and dinner in the Gudlak restaurant. The breakfast was extremely extensive, so that no wish was left unfulfilled. There was even fresh decaffeinated coffee straight from the barister. The staff was always friendly and attentive. That was very pleasant. The team consisted almost entirely of young people under 30, all highly motivated and in a good mood, which was very refreshing to experience. The dinner was great! My husband doesn't eat fish, but there was only fish or vegetarian to choose from. Even he was enthusiastic about the vegetarian curry. And as a meat fan! We would love to come back!

A dream on the Baltic Sea, from the service to the food it was excellent!

We came here because of the good reviews on our Baltic Sea vacation. But we were very disappointed. The service in particular was weak given the price category. We were assigned a place outside, which was great because of the weather. However, we had the feeling that the tables outside were virtually ignored. After 15 minutes we asked inside for a card, which we had to look for first. After ordering the drinks, they were put on the table so quickly and the waitress left again that it was not possible to order food and there was probably no interest in it. After another 10 minutes we went back in to ask if it was going to happen today. The food took some time, but it was very tasty. But given the price, that's what I expect to a certain extent. However, due to the negative experiences with the service, I would not come back again.

When we entered the restaurant, despite many empty tables, we had to wait almost 5 minutes until we were escorted to our table. Window seat, view of the fjord. On the way there, the service person asked us how we got there. We were slightly irritated because we live in the surrounding area... But okay, it's not written on anyone's forehead! The menus were handed to us quickly. It should have been noticeable here that the table was obviously full of crumbs. This has not been remedied. Unfortunately, the wine glasses at the seats weren't really clean, as was the selection of vinegar, oil, salt and pepper. For starters we ordered the six pack. In principle it was a great idea, but the price was actually very high for the fact that products from the deep fryer ended up on the plate. A pity. We would have expected more here. For the main course we ordered the Argentinian beef fillet. My wife medium rare, I medium. Both fillets were well done. Of course you could have objected to that. But that would probably have resulted in the fillet being thrown away. That would also have been a shame. The whole thing was garnished with 5 pieces of asparagus and a nice decoration of various sauces. There was no explicit supplement. Nevertheless, here's some praise: The fillet was still tasty, even if not as ordered! Other service staff who gave us more drinks in the meantime surprised us. The drinks were simply pushed through from the end of the table. I know this “service” from bars and pubs. When paying we asked to pay by card. After we received the bill, we waited a few minutes to pay, but unfortunately no one came. So we paid in cash and added the sum, plus tip, to the bill. And still no one came after another few minutes. So we let the counter know. Bottom line, perhaps complaining at a high level, at this price range we expect not only a view of the fjord, but also the rest of the ambience of an upscale restaurant. To explain the asterisks: 3 for the meal because the fillet tasted good, but only three because it wasn't prepared as desired and the six pack would actually have been enough for only 2 stars. 2 for the service... When the service person was there she was very nice. However, additional training would be welcome here. 2 for the ambience... crumbly layer, unclean glasses and last but not least the look when walking under the table which told us that the floor had been crying out for attention for a while. Maybe we'll give the Gudlak another chance at some point... In principle, we like to visit local restaurants, but unfortunately the first visit was rather disappointing.

We had a dinner included in our booking. It was simply fantastic. It tasted incredibly good, even though it was a vegetarian main course. You could, for a small amount, buy additional shrimp, chicken or something else. The starter was also very tasty. Can definitely be recommended. 👍

We know the Gudlak from previous holidays and have always been thrilled. We went there again with these expectations and were unfortunately disappointed. The service was a disaster! In detail: We had reserved for 4 people, the table was only set for two people, which went undetected by the service. We were brought three cards with the note that the fourth was coming soon. Nothing came, but you can also make do with 3 cards. Starter ordered from the “hot starters”. The starter and main course came at the same time. It doesn't work at all! The starter (“hot starter”) was the size of a main course. A note in advance would have been nice. By the way, the table was still only set for two people. When I pointed out that we needed two more place settings, “I’ll bring them straight away.” And nothing happened again! After two minutes I got two place settings from the service cart because the starter and main course were still in front of me. In the meantime I noticed that two people at the next table also had problems with the service and had the bill come early because their food wasn't ready after an hour. To be fair, our food was good, as expected. After the meal, the plates were cleared away promptly and coffee was served, but then the service was no longer visible at our table or nearby for another 20 minutes. Finally I went to the bar to order the bill. “We'll come right away.” After 5 minutes someone actually came, but only to ask if everything was okay and if we needed anything else. I described the points described here. We were then given up on coffee. Hmm, nice, but I would have much preferred good service. Conclusion: Contrary to our original plans, we didn't go there again on our vacation. Maybe again next time, but then only on probation.

We were looking for something other than snacks and fast food for dinner in conjunction with a walk along the promenade and came across the "Gudlak" by chance this evening. (That's why we can't say anything about the parking situation.) And what can I say: we haven't eaten such excellent and exquisite food for years! First on the beautiful terrace with a view of the water of the Flensburg Fjord and the attractive beach activities, it was no problem at all to move indoors when it got a little cooler. Enjoyed the sumptuous starter "SixxPack" for 2 people outside (including a sensational Togarashi butter!), and continued inside with "Baked Fish Gudlak Style" and "Argentine Beef Fillet". It wasn't a problem to get freshly prepared vegetables instead of a side dish of potatoes. This was of exceptional quality (like all the food we had prepared!) and cooked to perfection (including the fillet!), fine, aromatic, perfectly seasoned and a visual feast for the eyes. The staff was very concerned about our well-being. We really felt so comfortable that we would like to share this with everyone who is still thinking about whether they should eat there. Treat yourself to something special and tasty! It goes without saying that this is not available for the well-known "apple and egg"... Just in passing: It's clear on the menu that there isn't sushi every day! Therefore, this criterion is not considered a point deduction in other evaluations! The ambience and the view are second to none! We were lucky and were able to watch the sun go down from the huge panoramic windows. Thank you for this magical evening! We will always have the happiest and dreamiest memories of this! Keep it up! We will be back!

We sat outside on the terrace and wanted to order something from the handwritten “additional menu” that was next to the entrance to the indoor area. Unfortunately, it was easy, it was only for hotel guests :-(! Then you either have to write it down or put it somewhere else if you make such differences. Changing something from the current menu (for all guests) is also not possible, for example . from baked potatoes. It's calculated like that... I can even understand it. The food was delicious, but you can't rest on your laurels after 8:15 p.m. There were still hotel guests who were told that The kitchen is already closed. Luckily, the ambience on the terrace could definitely be improved.

Best sushi in town. Service is a bit disorganized.

Really highly recommended! We also wanted to be convinced by the Gudlak and just tried our luck. The courteous staff made for a fun and relaxing evening, not to mention the ambience: sea view with sunset in the background. We were really excited. The food also met expectations. Unfortunately, we were also unlucky that we were there at the wrong time of year for the dish we wanted - that's a shame, unfortunately we'll have to go there again in the winter;) Always happy again :)

The Gudlak restaurant has a truly fantastic location directly on the beach in Glücksburg and impresses with its stylish and harmonious ambience. Unfortunately, these positive aspects could not completely save our visit. Unfortunately, the employees seemed very hectic and sometimes overwhelmed. Initially we were told there would be a wait of around 40 minutes for sushi platters. Shortly thereafter, this waiting time increased to 1.5 hours after ordering two plates. Another record was reluctantly recorded. We were initially told that the table was not only reserved for two hours, as communicated by email, but had an open end. This statement was revised again during the waiting period. The sushi platters ended up arriving well before the other orders at our table, resulting in another wait. The food was beautifully presented and visually appealing, but the quality left a lot to be desired on this day. For the steep prices, location and ambience, we were honestly disappointed. In addition, we were not asked during our stay whether we would like any more drinks or dessert. Rather, the waiter came later with the words “I have to stop here now and collect”, which we found very difficult. Unfortunately, there will probably be no further visits to the Gudlak restaurant. The beautiful location and the pleasant ambience could not compensate for the organizational deficiencies and the poor quality of service.

We went there for dinner today. Everything was very tasty and plentiful, only the portion of the BBQ ribs was sparse. When asked, the restaurant manager immediately brought a second helping. The prices are a little higher, but absolutely reasonable for the quality, service and ambience

My family and I go to Gudlak regularly. The food is very good, especially the sushi is second to none. The menu changes a bit too often in my opinion, but you can always find something tasty. The view right on the water is of course great. The staff is very friendly, especially the trainee Lasse, who always creates a pleasant atmosphere with his friendly, cheerful and competent manner, so that you as a guest always feel welcome and in good hands!

1970s “chic” from the outside, very modern from the inside. With a few exceptions, the service is very friendly and accommodating. Always attentive and very quick :) The food was great, except for the burger, the meatballs tasted warmed up. However, the bacon jam from the burger was excellent. Drinks and cocktails are above average. The whiskey sour in particular met my taste exactly.

Very good food. Today I have become a sushi fan. But the asparagus, meat and fish are also very good. Everything was deliciously seasoned and beautifully presented. Nice ambience. Relaxed and not aloof. Service friendly and attentive. Definitely recommended 👍

Short and on point: We had the Mediterranean buffet with 80 wedding guests and it was perfect! The roast beef was perfect, the salmon was the best I've ever had and the desserts replaced the cake incredibly well. The service was outstanding - on every level. The longer version with thanks to the team: The fantastic team prepared absolutely everything - from the table decorations to the Lego edition for the children. Even two weeks later, our guests are still raving about the roast beef that was sliced ​​thick as requested and the salmon cooked to perfection - I can't even get started on the desserts. In addition, everyone was enthusiastic about the service team - friendly, attentive, flexible, quick and open to new, creative drink ideas from our table 7 aka "Tisch Bloom" - sorry again for that. :) Our special thanks go again to Alex, who has put together a really great, committed team - and of course we were also happy about the contribution in the snap box, I hope you also printed out the pictures directly. We ate at Gudlack three days in a row. We were always served and treated in an extremely friendly and courteous manner. Unfortunately, the quality and presentation of the food did not reach the quality shown on the Kabel1 television show. On the first and second days my food was really good. I don't know what it was, but the food on the third day was bad. A rump steak was ordered medium, but unfortunately it came out divided into two pieces and was unfortunately also tough. I want to write fairly and honestly here. I hope it was a failure, because the team in the restaurant has already proven that they really master good cuisine. I think the idea of ​​Euro-Asian cuisine is great. I wish the team continued success.

Very nice restaurant! It is modern and equipped with maritime decorations/murals. We were there on two evenings and were greeted and served in a very friendly manner each time. It's a pretty young team and everyone has a saying on their lips, but always remains very polite. The food is excellent - deserved first place in “My Local, Your Local”! The sushi is freshly prepared on site and is very, very tasty! Likewise the food for the kids, served simply but very attractively and it tasted great. The house gin (Skin Gin) also definitely convinced me here, even though I'm not a gin fan. 😅 The price is a bit higher, but for the view of the sea and the atmosphere + friendliness of the service staff, that's quite reasonable 👍🏻

We wanted to register for breakfast. We were told that it wouldn't be a problem and that we could just come over. A reservation is not necessary. We set off for Glücksburg. In the restaurant we were then told in a rather unfriendly manner that there was no room for us and that we could try again in 1.5 hours. When I complained by email, I was told that they were very sorry and that they would contact me for a personal conversation. We haven't heard anything since. That's not how you treat customers. The dessert (2 x a scoop of ice cream without any decoration) was a long time coming and was also billed twice. Unfortunately we noticed this too late because we didn't receive an invoice! Very unfriendly on a Sunday lunchtime, not even offering a place for walk-in customers to have a coffee. There were 7 people. It said no, opening time only for hotel guests was 4:30 p.m. Although the whole restaurant is empty, it seems that they don't want to make any sales here or they don't value it.

They're doing something right: We were there on two consecutive Saturdays and both times we had nice, funny waitresses who clearly enjoyed their work. The starter ("Sixpack") is sensational - don't ask for long, order blindly! Everything else too, right down to dessert.

Very nice restaurant with stylish furnishings, great and attentive service. The onion roast is an absolute recommendation, the sauce and meat are really great! The only mistake we made was ordering an additional starter (truffle fries), which we didn't need, the portion of roast beef with the cheese spaetzle was really very fair! Aperitif also good selection and at the end you got two espressos on the house. Completely satisfied, will be happy to come back at any time!
