We went there after completing a 14-KM hike in the area. Reserved a table through messenger and got a nice table by the window. Super fast and informative service. We enjoying a few tasty own-brewed beers and a delicious meal. (Nachos and bier-schnitzel + dessert for sharing). The location and the vibe indoors are perfect, and we can only recommend.

Wir waren mit Freunden an Silvester in der Marktwirtschaft. Und das Essen war ausgezeichnet. Sehr zu empfehlen. Der Service war perfekt Ich war schon öfter in der Marktwirtschaft und immer mit Freunden und wir sind alle begeistert. Gerade die kleine Karte der Gerichte finden wir toll. Wir waren zu Sylvester da gestern und waren begeistert von dem hervorragenden 5 Gänge Menü, der Atmosphäre, dem Service und der netten Tischdeko. Ein toller Abend, nicht nur kulinarisch.

The salad was delicious and something very special, the service was attentive and friendly, the atmosphere was cozy and the prices were reasonable.

We came across the restaurant spontaneously on Boxing Day and we would definitely come back! In addition to the beautiful, modern furnishings with a great integrated kitchen and large copper kettles in the restaurant, what was immediately noticeable was the super friendly and typically North German, relaxed service. The food (Spätzle and Tagliatelle) was delicious, as were the brewed beers. Price-performance very good. In addition to the particularly nice service, I also noticed (as a childless man) that families with small children are taken into account in the concept. In addition to a children's card and high seats, there is also a lower mirror on the toilet. I think that's really nice and shows that a lot of thought and effort was put into the furnishings. Keep it up! :)

Auch die Marktwirtschaft Glücksburg besuchten wir in unserem einwöchigen Urlaub und konnten von Glück sagen, dass wir im Vorfeld für sechs Personen reserviert hatten, denn als wir unter der Woche um 18.30 Uhr ankamen, waren alle (!) Tische restlos besetzt. Bis auf den einen Tisch, den wir reserviert hatten. Zu sechst haben wir uns relativ abwechslungsreich durch die Karte gegessen und es gab u.a. Glücksburger Bierschnitzel, Käsespätzle und ich hatte die sensationell leckeren Bratheringe. Und natürlich haben wir auch das selbst gebraute und sehr süffige Lykke Bier verkostet. Absolut empfehlenswert und wir kommen wieder.

We took a tour of the small brewery, followed by a tasting, and then stayed for dinner. It was a great afternoon and evening! It's exciting to see how great beer is created with a lot of passion and craftsmanship in a very small company. Nils' leadership was great. The food was also excellent and we spent the whole evening here in a great mood. Highly recommended!

Were once again guests in the market economy and thrilled with the Glückburger Bierschnitzel. Price/performance ratio was excellent. We would love to go there again when we are nearby. The monthly beer “Winterbock” was a delight.

Sehr rustikales stylisches Ambiente, mit Sicht auf die Brauanlage. Wir waren in einer großen Gruppe da (> 20 Personen), vielleicht etwas mehr als angemeldet, war aber kein Problem, es wurden Stühle und Tische für uns herbei geholt und so gestellt, dass alle Platz hatten. Sehr nette aufmerksame Bedienung, da arbeiten die richtigen Menschen für diesen Beruf. Gutes Essen mit viel Auswahl, westfälisch angehaucht (der Inhaber stammt aus Münster). Da kann man allein oder auch in großen Gruppen hingehen. Ach ja: das Bier ist sehr gut, der Geschmack außergewöhnlich, ich empfehle den Kellertrunk.

We have been here several times and have always been very impressed. We had reserved a table for the kale evening. This evening completely convinced us. Not only were we surprised by the set tables, but also the dishes on the 5-course menu were really well prepared and very tasty. As always, the service was very friendly and attentive. All in all it was a very successful evening. We hope that this is not the last evening under this concept. We would love to visit this location again and again. Unfortunately I can't say anything about the quality of the products because they didn't pay any attention to us. The shop was well attended but it probably took a long time to supply the guests who were already waiting. No greeting, no look... nothing and when we left after about 15 minutes there was no reaction either... It's a shame, a short comment would have been enough, such as: B. Unfortunately it takes a little longer... that would have been an appreciative gesture... but perhaps only regular guests are served on Fridays. No fear! We won't be coming back. Many thanks for the quick response. I really appreciate it and we will stop by again soon. Have a nice weekend.

We had 3 meals (beer schnitzel, potato pancakes and kässpätzle). The taste is good but the quantity is mixed. Although you get a reasonable portion of the main course, you get ridiculously little of the additions (side salad, potato salad, etc.). Since this point is even pointed out on the website and the offer of being able to reorder at any time, I did so. Unfortunately, I was unlucky that the (otherwise nice) waitress forgot it on the way from our table to the kitchen. After we asked, I actually got another small portion of potato salad. We decided not to order the side salad (eaten with two forks). Price/performance ratio is inadequate for us compared to the surrounding area. Too bad. Had potential...

The service was consistently very attentive and friendly. There is a good selection of vegetarian dishes. Fortunately, these are not just meat-free but creatively prepared.

We really enjoyed our visit. Even I, who usually prefers wine, liked the beers (there were a few very mild versions), the owner really took a lot of time to talk to us and the food???? A 12 out of 10!!!! 😂 So delicious!!! You would even have received a second helping, but the portion was already so much that we went home full and satisfied. A very successful evening. We can highly recommend the brewery. Everything was perfect here!

We also became aware of the restaurant through Maike Süßer. Unfortunately there was no greeting from the two service staff who stood behind the counter and we were initially ignored. There were only two other guests there besides us, so everything was actually quite relaxed. The menus should be replaced with new ones because they were very dirty. Our food was average, the beer wasn't to our liking. The prices are quite high, both for food and drinks. It was an experience, but we wouldn't come here again.

The beer of the week was delicious, the bread was prepared with attention to detail and was particularly tasty. Also a dessert offered for two with two spoons was fantastic. We also became aware of the market economy through My Local, Your Local and ate there during our short vacation at the sea. The ambience suits the brewery perfectly and the Lykke Pils is also delicious and fresh. We guess that there weren't enough staff in the kitchen, otherwise we wouldn't have had to wait 90 minutes for our food. But the nice service kept us happy and we did a good job.

The staff are friendly, but it's not possible to wait over an hour for 2 a la cart meals.

A small but nice brewery. In addition to the menu with small snacks and creative cold dishes (good bread as a basis for very creative smörebröd), there are changing dishes. The quality is good and the prices are reasonable. The home-brewed beer is excellent. Those who brew here know exactly what they are doing. Large selection that can be tried first without being completely drunk afterwards. The service team is friendly and you feel comfortable, regardless of your age. The ambience is pleasant, which is also helped by the selection of music. Always good live events. A visit is definitely worth it. Dogs welcome if they are well behaved. Update 2024: The kitchen, like the entire gastronomy, has been further developed very professionally and skillfully. Highly recommended as the concept ensures that different generations can feel comfortable.

Read here that there is supposed to be the best beer in the area and tested it myself. Yes, it's true that Lykke beer, especially the lager, deserves to be called that. There are also interesting dishes on the menu and friendly staff. A cool idea is to convert a cable drum into a “bar”.

We were there to celebrate our 3rd anniversary. Great staff and great bosses always with good service and an open ear. I tried 3 types of beer and all 3 are incomparably good. I haven't had such good beer in a long time 💪🏻👍🏻🤘🏻. For the anniversary we had suckling pig with sauerkraut...really delicious. Keep it up. Thank you for letting me be there. We will be back.

Today was the 3 year anniversary of the market economy. The anniversary celebration with music and good food. Suckling pig with sauerkraut and rolls. Very tasty, I loved the sauerkraut, it was great. But also the pork, tender and juicy. Even with my stomach operated on, they understood that I could only eat very little and they accommodated us in terms of price, which is not a given. Our waiter was very friendly, as was everyone in the entire team. There is a small menu that is completely sufficient. My husband really enjoyed the home-brewed beer. We would be happy to come back and would be happy to recommend this restaurant.

Having become attentive and curious because of a program on Kabel 1, we visited the restaurant. We weren't disappointed. Everything was wonderful, we would love to come back. Price-performance ratio perfect.

Glücksburg Center does not offer lunch even though it is high season. We were turned away today, we won't come a second time!

Both of our pasta dishes were very tasty, the staff was very friendly & attentive. We just found the beer prices to be a bit high.

We became aware of this restaurant through television and stopped by during our stay in Glücksburg. We had reserved in advance, which might not have been necessary, but it is recommended on the weekend. We got a nice seat on the terrace. We ordered a sample board of beer, a schnitzel and a sandwich (the Luxe). The beer came quite quickly and our food also came in a reasonable time. Both tasted really good, but I was expecting the sandwich to be a little bigger, so unfortunately I wasn't completely full... This restaurant is definitely recommended and if we are in Glücksburg again, we will definitely come back.

I can hardly put into words my euphoria about the current beer of the month. I had the privilege of drinking the best red ale in the world. This beer alone is worth a trip to Glücksburg. It is possible to have beer bottled in 1l bottles. The red ale I took with me still tasted great when I got home about 5 days later.

Update: April 24 We were looking forward to the food. Unfortunately, some of us were disappointed. The “eggs” that came with the salad plate probably came straight from the very cold refrigerator. Hattan at most 2°. The consistency wasn't that great. You've seen it too. Have complained about this. The owner then explained to us that due to regulations the refrigerator had to be so cold. Oh well. But then I take the eggs out of the refrigerator first so that they come to room temperature. It was stupid. Unfortunately it ruined the meal. They apologized and reduced the price. It's OK. The rest was actually good. My currywurst ok. Beer as always. Price-performance. You can argue. But everyone has to know for themselves. It's not bad. Beer tastes good. I especially like the house drink. To eat... lard bread... bread with a hard crust. And was too cold. And Fehu. Was OK. Unfortunately, when my wife ran out of beer, no one asked for another one. Faux pas But all in all it was ok.

We enjoyed various good beers from our own brewery and the food was great. Beer can be ordered in sample portions and the service is very friendly. Modern and friendly brewery atmosphere.

Uns hat gelockt, dass in der MarktWirtschaft selbst gebraut wird und deswegen sind wir hier auch zum Essen eingekehrt. Das Essen und das Bier waren wirklich sehr lecker und auch der Service war gut. Wir mussten weder auf die Getränke, noch auf das Essen unverhältnismäßig lang warten. Die Speisen sind nicht 08/15 wie in jedem anderen deutschen Lokal. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen sicherlich noch mal wieder, wenn wir nochmal in Glücksburg sein sollten.

A good friend from Flensburg reserved a place. Well...they were only shown on Kabel Eins. Positively pleased that they serve from the right :-) The food was very bland and so was the drink. Here you can easily take in fluids and food.

A great evening in the market economy where we felt very comfortable. The beer schnitzel was just as excellent as the “Stramme Moritz”, the veggie version of the “Strammen Maxes.” The beer is great and it's worth starting with the tasting board and then simply ordering your favorite(s). The schnapps are also great. A small criticism of a dish was handled very well and a great solution was found immediately. This is service at the highest level - we'll be back!

We had a very tasty and relaxed lunch here on the sunny terrace (we were probably lucky with the weather...). The dishes on the menu all sound very tasty. Individual requests were perfectly addressed. We say thank you and if we're in the area again, we'll be happy to come by.

Disappointment! It's a shame, I had expected more from the previous reviews. The dishes were fried herring with fried potatoes, sherry onions and a side salad. The second meal should be a farmer's breakfast! The fried potatoes could be bent, but the fat would drip out (almost certainly from the fry). I don't understand why simple red onions are called sherry onions. The pegs were OK. The farmer's breakfast was carelessly fried to death, only the two slices of ham that came with it were tasty. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the boss actually didn't charge for the drinks.

Nice atmosphere, delicious food, great beer, but the "air" in the interior urgently needs to be worked on, super stuffy and unfortunately you have the feeling of sitting in the kitchen due to the smell.

The service was very attentive, the buffet was first class and the musical entertainment was great. No loud brewery hall, but everything tastefully decorated and super clean. Anyone who appreciates delicious, home-brewed beer has come to the right place. My personal beer favorite is the “Lager” & the “Haustrunk”. The food is also very tasty 😋 The decision was actually very difficult for me... today I decided on the cheese spaetzle. I will gladly come again... You can tell that there is a lot of attention to detail here. Great, keep it up!!!

The only thing missing from the gin and tonic was the orange slice... But we just didn't want to complain. As a brewery, the focus is on beer and it is definitely very tasty! The service was super friendly and attentive, almost too dedicated. The menu is varied and appropriate; everyone will definitely find something here. The ambience is very stylish in the brewery style. As a family with a dog, we had a very pleasant stay and can only recommend the restaurant!

We were there on Saturday last week and were able to reserve a table for 5 people quite spontaneously on Friday. We had both hot and cold dishes and tried the beer. Everything was really great! The food was very tasty and in good portions, the beer was great and the service was on point and very friendly despite the fact that it was quite busy. We have found our new favorite restaurant!

The market economy in Glücksburg is definitely worth a visit for everyone. Great location, nice staff and very good beer. The concept is based on a traditional story of the ancestors from the northern region and is playfully taken into account in individual details in the design, concept and name of the restaurant. An exciting journey for everyone through the emergence of the market economy. My personal recommendation is the Hasselnuss spirit and the Lager beer. I will definitely come back!

Now more than 2 years have passed and if you don't reserve, you're missing out on a lovely evening! The small micro brewery is the center of the city of Glücksburg. The kitchen has a lot to do with delicious food. I haven't been there for dinner yet. But the beer 🍺 is delicious 😋And you should call, it's not always open until midnight!

The card is something special. There is a culinary connection to the region and even when “pimping” supposedly standard dishes. The prices are very reasonable for what you get. The personnel is very friendly and courteous. Even with a full restaurant. The atmosphere is authentic. And even if the restaurant is completely full, you can still chat, relax and enjoy.

Ein sehr schickes, gemütliches Brauhaus. Beim Eintreten wurde man freundlich begrüßt und auch sonst war das Personal zuvorkommend und nett. Die Fehu-Stulle hat mir unheimlich gut geschmeckt und der Haustrunk ist definitiv ein Grund um wieder vorbei zu kommen.

Wir waren zum Mittagessen hier und hatten das Bauernfrühstück und die Glücksstädter Stulle mit Matjes. Beides sehr lecker, vor allem die Stulle war optisch sehr schön angerichtet. Das Bauernfrühstück wurde extra vegetarisch zubereitet. Der Service war sehr freundlich, das Ambiente ist toll. Rustikal, modern und gemütlich. Es gibt auch einen Biergarten Uhr Straße hin. Wir können die Marktwirtschaft sehr empfehlen!

wie schon so oft.... in eine Stadt gekommen und eine interessante Örtlichkeit gefunden. leckeres Bier und leckere Speisen. was will man mehr?? der Haustrunk ist mein aktueller Favorit.

Schönes Ambiente. Leckeres Bier. Wir wurden sehr gut bedient. Haben auch gut gespeist. Die Gerichte waren mit frischen und guten Zutaten. Für unsere Kinder war man auch so flexibel die Portionen aufzuteilen. Man sollte wegen Kindertellern nachfragen, denn es steht leider nix auf der Karte. Die Portionsgrösse ist für gute Esser fast ausreichend. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist angemessen. Können wir bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen. Besucht haben wir euch bereits am 20.08.2023.

Ein sehr schönes kleines Lokal bzw. Brauhaus. Das selbstgebraut Bier hat sehr gut geschmeckt, das Essen war auch gut es gab beim Essen nichts zu meckern die Zwiebelsuppe hat gut geschmeckt und das Brot war schön mit Käse überbacken für die Portion an Suppe waren es zu viele Zwiebeln in der Suppen an sich aber trotzdem sehr lecker, der Wurstsalat war auch gut aber haben zu dem Wurstsalat eine kleine Portion Pommes bestellt und die hat dann genau so viel gekostet wie die Zwiebelsuppe was etwas zu teuer war aber ansonsten war es richtig schön man könnte gut sitzen und der Service war sehr nett.

Ein schöner Platz im Glücksburger Zentrum mit hauseigenem Bier und einer kleinen Speiseauswahl. Die Marktwirtschaft hat eine moderne Einrichtung im industrial Style – passend zum Brauereithema und vor allem gemütlich. Auch die vielen kleinen Events, die hier veranstaltet werden, beleben den Marktplatz in unserem sonst eher ruhigen Städtchen. Leider fehlt es regelmäßig an Parkplätzen, da diese mit Edeka und einigen anderen Geschäften, Restaurants, Boutiquen und Praxen geteilt werden. Es empfiehlt sich gerade im Sommer, mit dem Rad oder zu Fuß zu kommen.

Sehr, sehr nette Bedienung und Ambiente ist auch wunderschön. Das Essen war perfekt!!!
