Fantastic Japanese cuisine of excellent quality and sophistication with interesting own creations. Warm and friendly service. The standard menu was completely sufficient for us in terms of quantity.

I visited many sushi restaurants in Frankfurt, but this was the highest quality Japanese sushi restaurant. The chef is like an artist and prepares each and every menu item with great care. The team I work with provides a very high level of service! It is said that different courses are prepared every month. We visited for an anniversary and it was the perfect dinner! I'm looking forward to seeing what menu will be served on my next visit! Highly recommended :)

We ate here for the first time today and certainly not the last time. The menu was prepared by the chef in front of our eyes with a lot of love and know-how. The boss is a true artist! The food - all courses - were excellent. The recommended wine for the courses was very well selected. Very friendly and unobtrusive service. An absolute pleasure and an enrichment for Frankfurt. I had the omakase sushi lunch. From appetizers to sushi, miso soup to dessert, each dish was carefully prepared, pleasing to the eye, truly delicious and filling. I think 45 euros is a good value for this content. We were able to spend an elegant time in a special space.

I think it's the best restaurant in Frankfurt. The sauce of the ingredients was all handmade, and the plating, the texture, the combination of the taste, the quality of the food, and the service were perfect. I think this is the reason to go to Frankfurt only for visiting here. If it comes out on the menu of Shimesabazushi in winter, I will definitely revisit it. I was touched by the chef's passion for cooking and his talent. I think it's the best restaurant in Frankfurt. I liked that all the ingredients, even the sauce, were homemade, and the plating, texture, harmony of flavors, food quality, and service were perfect. At this rate, I think I could go to Frankfurt to go here. If Shimesaba Bousushi is on the menu in winter, I will definitely come back. I was impressed by the chef’s passion and talent for cooking.

Amazing food! One of the best „a la French style“ Japanese restaurants! The pictures speak for themselves! Also wine combination is chosen very exquisitely. Pricey? Yes! But totally worth it!

We tried the 5 course June menu. It was very delicious, special and creative. Especially the composition was very impressive. Our favorite was definitely Wagyu nigiri and fried lotus flower. Wine selection is also extensive. People are extremely friendly. 5 courses made us actually quite full. We left with very pleasant feeling and will surely come back. Thank you!

It's such a shame that this restaurant can't bring itself to offer vegetarian options. The cuisine, the products and the style would be absolutely predestined for this. Especially in a city like Frankfurt and if you are enthusiastic about modern international cuisine, this is a bitter setback. The restaurant is still fairly new, so I hope they catch up soon.

Cagla is a very nice sushi real omakase restaurant. The chef is a sushi master and knows very well how to prepare sushi dishes. Fish is of excellent quality as the rice. The place is very respectful of japanese tradition and being there feel like to be in an omakase in japan. Highly suggested also for lunch where the price is very competitive.

Very fine menu with well-selected products. The Wagyu sushi is a MUST! Very nice and courteous service and a great sushi master who could tell a lot about the individual courses. Gladly again!

We were very happy with our visit. I was called in advance and asked whether the reservation was current and whether we had any allergies; We were also asked about the reason for the visit and whether we would like to sit at the bar. I have now gained some experience with Japanese cuisine. I really liked the combination of Japanese and Western dishes. The service on site was great and accommodating. She spoke mostly English to us, with a few words in German, which was perfectly fine with us. She even gave us a little Japanese language course. Every dish was explained to us by her and the sushi chef. The food was delicious and beautifully prepared and the presentation was great. When reading the other reviews, I had the feeling that the employees took the criticisms to heart and tried to implement them better on site. So all in all a worthwhile visit!

Even as a Japanese person, I was very satisfied with the taste, service, and style. Another Japanese restaurant was registered at the same address, and we were able to accommodate 5 people without a reservation. Despite this, they have courteous customer service, a wide variety of alcoholic beverages, and the best sushi! It was wonderful. The clerk is beautiful.

Was there both times and unfortunately it (food) was better before.

I wasn't particularly impressed with the two starters, but this was some of the best sushi I've had here in Frankfurt and the sirloin was really perfect. The mochi was also great at the end. I found the service excellent, perhaps they could have known a little more about the dishes prepared. Great!

My husband invited me here. He is a Japan fan and therefore liked it. Maybe I'm just not a fan of the finer Japanese cuisine. I was rather irritated myself. I found the food relatively bland and reminded me of bland food. The wine accompaniment basically had too much acid - I had to return one wine because it almost tasted like apple cider vinegar. The wine was at least easily taken back. The sake was better chosen. Personally, I only enjoyed the sushi course and the dessert. Why we managed to get the table to the toilet and kitchen in an almost empty restaurant despite having a reservation was a mystery to us. It's very loud there and the hustle and bustle of employees is quite unpleasant. You can go there - but you can have a nicer evening somewhere else for the money in Frankfurt.

I would like to recommend CAGLA restaurant to everyone who visits Frankfurt! I went there to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday, and as I told her in advance, she kept my gift for me and gave me a small event on the dessert plate. I added a piece of wagyu sushi to the 85 euro course, and I really recommend it. They also kindly recommended sake, and they criticized the food, atmosphere, and service. It was a perfect experience. The menu is not easy to experience even in Japan, so I recommend giving it a try.

Unfortunately no revelation, to use my husband's words, the wine accompaniment was "thin", one wine unfortunately not at all and the dessert, from my point of view, even had a dairy dish. Price performance unfortunately inappropriate.

Was my 3rd or 4th visit to this restaurant, but sadly the last time I went wasn’t a very good experience. Until now every time I went they had very nice service so this might get better in the future. Despite the price, I felt like the understanding for each food was not sufficient at all, they could not really explain what ingredients they use and how they are cooked. (In my opinion, description of each cuisine is pretty important for course meal like this, especially if you’re with a non-Japanese people) This is same for Sake, they did not explain well about the differences of each sake even though they have so many variations which I think is a pity. Also, when I book the reservation by phone call they did not mention that I will receive a confirmation email. However it seemed like they have sent a email which I am totally not aware of and my reservation got cancelled automatically. They still somehow made the seat for us which is very kind of them, but when I went to the restaurant nothing was mentioned from their side for this confusion which I think is not very professional as a Japanese high-end restaurant. But I would still guarantee the quality of food here and would highly recommend. Just hoping some service issues to improve.

Perfect evening! We thought the food was incredibly good and it was a lovely experience. I'm a vegetarian and didn't tell you beforehand, all the staff and chefs were super friendly and spontaneously conjured up a wonderful course menu for me. The wine pairing is very worthwhile. Everyone was thrilled!

Cozy and sophisticated Japanese restaurant. They have a set courses menu which is very well thought out and a good distribution of food portions that leave you satisfied by the end of it. Wide variety of alcohol pairings and really fresh ingredients for the meals. The service was stellar with the waiters being extremely kind and friendly, willing to explain everything and provide good service.

What can I say? It was a journey into a world so far away and it's just around the corner. The evening was a clear contrast to the current hard everyday life and I enjoyed every minute in this "little Japanese oasis" in Sachsenhausen. The food was exceptional and touched almost all the senses of taste without being intrusive, just as I imagine Japan. Plus exceptional wines, some from Germany, and service that really doesn't have to be hidden. We would love to come back and are already looking forward to our trip to Japan or to “Little Japan in Sachsenhausen”

Employees are very friendly, tuna is with good quality and greasy, the beef is tender and matches house made miso sauce,but the dessert is on average,cookie’s taste covered matcha’s original taste. The duration for the whole 9 courses took around 4hrs.

Excellent restaurant with outstanding staff. The personal greeting was friendly and a first impression of how exclusive the evening would be. Eating here is a real experience. The chef cooks directly in front of the guests and explains the dishes in detail. The ingredients are incredibly high quality and the plating is a true art. The waitresses were very attentive and accommodating. Prices are upscale but understandable. The only point of criticism: it was a bit cold in the restaurant.

Wir hatten schon einmal vor Jahren in Japan das Privileg, Kaiseki-Küche zu genießen, und wollten zu einem besonderen Anlass deswegen das Nihonryori Ken in Frankfurt probieren. Die meisten japanischen Restaurants bieten überwiegend Sushi und Miso-Suppe. Hier wird allerdings ein komplettes Kaiseki-Menü geboten. Es stehen eigentlich drei Menüs zur Auswahl (klassisch, Sushi-orientiert und ein veganes Shojin-Menü), aber es wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass an diesem Abend kein Shojin-Menü angeboten werde. Wer als Vegetarier oder Veganer nur dieses Menü essen möchte, sollte also bei der Reservierung nachfragen. In etwa drei Stunden wurden zahlreiche Gänge gemäß der klassischen Speisenfolge serviert. Die Bedienung war sehr aufmerksam und perfekt. In einer früheren Bewertung wurde bemängelt, man habe die Beschreibung des Essens nicht verstanden - die Bedienung erklärt die Speisen mit japanischem Akzent, aber mit etwas Konzentration ist das kein Problem. Das Menü spielt eher mit subtilen Aromen. Wer intensiven Geschmack à la Thai-Curry oder Barbequesauce sucht, ist hier definitiv falsch. Wir fanden alle Gänge perfekt zubereitet und wundervoll serviert. Ein Abend, der seinen Preis hat, aber diesen Preis auch wert ist.

Yesterday we had dinner at KEN on the occasion of an anniversary (you won't find the name Nihonryori at the entrance). In short: the food was very good (5 stars for that), the wine was unfortunately far too expensive and bad on top of that (no star - a Riesling and an Aramon red wine were ordered). Tip: It's better not to dine at the counter. Unfortunately we were not offered a seat at a table. It's not exactly comfortable to sit at the counter, even if you can watch the chef chop the food. We also found the ambience of the restaurant a bit spartan - but OK and well-kept. The menu (120€) is ambitious and it tastes excellent! Great flavors, excellent ingredients, and we were served food that was great to look at too. You also get full, which surprised us given the manageable portions. Unfortunately, none of the staff spoke German or English well enough, which is why we didn't complain about the terrible wine. In the future, water, tea or beer at the Japanese restaurant - how are they supposed to know what wine tastes like ;-)? Overall, a benevolent 4 stars - but the food is actually too expensive given the deficiencies described.

Everything was excellent, the service was very pleasant, and the menu was exquisite. I recommend it for a special dinner and to lovers of Japanese food. We ended up completely satiated. More than in other restaurants of the same category.

Nach langem Anlauf endlich mal geschafft... Grossartige Küche, bis ins Detail optisch durchkomponiert. Über alles erhabene Qualität. Freundlichkeit des Service, einschließlich des Meisters hinter dem offenen Tresen. Ausgesuchte Weine. Das alles hat natürlich einen Preis, aber der ist im Anbetracht der dahinter stehenden Arbeit überaus gerechtfertigt. Wir hatten das 7-Gänge-Menue, das völlig ausreichend war und mehr wäre für meinen Magen weniger gewesen. Chapeau!

Das Menü dort war wirklich hervorragend und jeden Cent wert. Die 9 Gänge waren liebevoll angerichtet und es wurde immer erklärt was es ist. Teilweise wurden die Gerichte an der Theke vor unseren Augen zubereitet. Insgesamt gab es sehr viel Fisch, was in der japanischen Küche zu erwarten ist. Die Gänge waren alle köstlich, als Highlight würde ich den gebratenen Heilbutt oder die geschmorten Ochsenbäckchen nennen. Die Weinkarte ist sehr groß und bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas. Alternativ kann man auch passen zum Menü eine Wein- oder Sakebegleitung wählen.

Es war eine Reise der Sinne. Sowohl für die Augen als auch geschmacklich, begleitet von aufmerksamen Angestellten. Einfach nur schön 🥰

Ich kam spontan in das Restaurant, was jedoch ein Fehler war. Es ist kein Restaurant für kurze Malzeiten, eher handelt es sich um eine Nobel-Küche mit 3 wählbaren 9-Gänge-Menüs. Für einen dementsprechen hohen Preis (~120€ pro Menü, pro Person!). Ich musst den Laden wieder verlassen, da ich nicht gewillt war, so viel für Essen zu bezahlen. Das Restaurant eignet sich für besondere, einmalige Anlässe und für Menschen, die dazu bereit sind, einen ordentlichen Preis zu zahlen. Trotz allem präsentiert sich das Team sehr vornehm und japanischer Tradition entsprechend respektvoll.

Die leckere Vorspeise verhiess Großes. Leider stellte sich danach eher Ernüchterung ein. Das Highlight der folgenden Gänge war die Brühe. Gefolgt von überaus fischigem Fisch (welcher eigentlich? Verstehen konnte man die Beschreibung jedenfalls nicht) , fader Miso Suppe und Fisch mit Reis, der jegliche Würze vermissen lies (nur ein Auszug der Gänge des gewählten Kaiseki Menüs). Wir sind ziemlich desillusioniert aus dem für das gebotene in unseren Augen heillos überteuerte Restaurant gegangen. Für ein Wochenende war die Auslastung des Restaurants auch eher überschaubar. Das wundert uns nun nicht mehr.

Wirklich ausgezeichnet, vielschichtiges Menue mit einer besonderen Leichtigkeit, beste Sushis sehr aufmerksamer Service, dabei ganz unaufdringlich sehr zurückgenommen eingetrichtet, es unterstützt aber die Konzentration auf das hervorragende Essen

Ein wunderbares Restaurant. Das Essen war ein Traum, das Personal ließ keine Wünsche offen. Auch eventuelle Allergien werden berücksichtigt. Wir durften an der Theke bei der Zubereitung der Speisen zuschauen. Die einzelnen Gerichte und die Sake-Begleitung waren fein aufeinander abgestimmt. Zu guter Letzt bekam ich zu meinem Geburtstag noch ein “Dessertfeuerwerk” und ein wunderschönes kleines Blumenarrangement. Ein rundum perfekter Abend! ありがとうございました！

I like how they added a twist to traditional Japanese cuisines, and their efforts don't feel superfluous. The sashimi is a special mention! The combination with lime, salt on the side tasted even a little south american. Thoroughly enjoyed our meal there.

We took the 124 EUR menu per person, and were satisfied. Menu is normally changed every 2 months, sometimes the website doesn't provide the latest info, a call to the shop can be helpful. One little disappointment was, there are not many choice of drink for non-alcohol drinking. // Revisit in April again. We had one member whose birthday is in April, therefore our dessert came with special decoration. The staff told us, if we could have informed them of this earlier, they would have prepared flowers. The service is really dedicated. If i really need to be picky, i would suggest the restaurant to equip the staff with better language skills. Although the dedication of staff is apparent.

Definitely a wonderful experience and perfect valentines date night for us! They called me before the reservation time and asked if we have any allergy. The atmosphere in the restaurant was very pleasant, not too dark and not too bright. Service was very nice, staffs were friendly and accommodating. Interior was just simple Japanese style but nice. We both took the large menu 9 courses for 124€ per person and we almost couldn’t finish it. The food came out really well decorated and elegant. I love it how some courses were served cold and warm, raw and cooked, it’s just many different types of food we got to try. Sashimi was nice and fresh and of course nothing fancy like Otoro or Chutoro compared to the price. The food was really worth the money. Service was very outstanding, from the chef to all the staffs they were very friendly and knowledgeable as we just randomly asked about something. I was really impressed! Nevertheless, we spent a very relaxed and delicious 3 hours in the restaurant and the time went by very quickly. We are very satisfied. Highly recommended and we will visit again.

Sehr authentisch, viele Japaner gehen ebenfalls dort essen, Restauranteinrichtung japanisch-schlicht Service extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend, man fühlt sich ganz schnell sehr wohl Essen ist ein Kunstwerk sowohl handwerklich, optisch als auch geschmacklich. 1000% empfehlenswert

Es war nicht nur gutes Essen, es war ein 4 stündiges Erlebnis. Die Einrichtung ist sehr minimalistisch. Wir sind erst an dem Restaurant vorbeigegangen, da es von außen als solches kaum zu erkennen ist. Das Essen ist sehr frisch und schön drapiert.

I chose the full menu which has nine courses. I have to say that the food may be too much for me. Every entry is like a main entry. I could finish an ordinary full Michelin level menu with extra bread, but I could not finish Ken’s menu. After the fifth course, my mini skirt started to move up and become shorter and shorter—- yea, this is because my belly grows bigger and I am too greedy to try every piece. Overall I think the food is not bad. I have tried omakase or high end Japanese food at many places, and i know it is really hard for the kitchen to offer extraordinary seasonal food with reasonable price. But usually I would expect at least better tuna(maybe just one piece blue fin belly) or one piece interesting white fish( not vanilla choice of yellow tail or cod or anything, but Madai or buri in Winter) for the price over 120. The starter or the seasonal dish is kinda too much and the flavor does not connect with each other. I will not try again. And if you wanna try I do recommendation the dishes in the premium menu….though it will be too much food. (I like the white miso and sukiyaki sauce offered in the premium menu only, and the salt for the sashimi. Ken has great taste on seasoning.)

Im Rahmen der Frankfurter Schlemmerwochen durften wir einen ganz besonderen kulinarischen Abend mit kreativer, hochwertiger jspanischen Küche und perfekter Weinbegleitung sowie sehr aufmerksamen Service und Küchencrew erleben.

Das Ken hat weder das exklusivste Restaurant-Ambiente in der Stadt, noch die umfangreichste Weinkarte. Es gewinnt keinen "wer hat den günstigsten Preis" Wettbewerb, noch spielt es in der Liga eines Masa in NYC oder eines Ikory in London (bei welchen man auch ein vielfaches ausgeben wird). Und doch mag ich es sehr. Es ist, mit seinen kleinen Schrulligkeiten, sehr authentisch. Und die Küche ist sehr gut gemacht. Am besten reserviert man einen Tisch direkt am Tresen. Zwei Menüs stehen zur Auswahl, das grosse zu EUR 149, eine verkürzte Variante zu EUR 128; welche ggfs. mit gewissen Extras (glasierter Aal, Ozaki, ..) ergänzt werden könne. Dazu gibt's eine Sake und eine Weinbegleitung. Die Weinkarte ist klein und für mich nicht ganz so schlüssig, die Sake-Karte kann ich nicht beurteilen. Doch das wichtigste ist das Essen. Sowohl optisch wie auch geschmacklich wird da eine Menge geboten (und im grossen Menü ist die Menge auch auf die Anzahl der Gerichte bezogen). Man geniesst von Starter über Suppe zu den Sashimi, dann ein gegrillter Wolfsbarsch, danach eine riesige Auswahl an saisonalen Kleinigkeiten, ein gekochtes Gericht; Fleisch zum Hauptgang, ein Reisgericht, und dann Desserts. All das ist sehr authentisch-japanische Küche; versucht nicht, europäsche Geschmacksbilder nachzuahmen, sondern ist oft subtil und im Geschmack klar und dezent. Der Service ist gleichfalls japanisch. Und so findet sich das Ken ein wenig in einer Nische wieder. Für den Japaner um die Ecke ist das ganze zu authentisch und preislich zu gehoben. Für den Michelin Sternejäger ist das ganze vielleicht nicht geschliffen genug. Doch ein 1. Platz in der Japan Kategorie von Frankfurt geht aus und 6+ Punkte im Gusto zeigen, dass es diese Nische nicht nur gibt, sondern das sie auch ihre Berechtigung hat. Auch für mich. Das Ken ist authentisch, es hat ein paar kleine Schrulligkeiten, aber es ist sehr sympatisch. Und die Qualtität der Zutaten gefällt, die Geschmäcker sind subtil und klar, das ganze ist japanisch auf eine sehr feine Art!

In Erwartung eines japanischen Kaiseki-Menüs, das einer anspruchsvollen europäischen Haute Cuisine entspricht, freuten wir uns auf diesen Abend. Eine geschmackliche und ästhetische Perfektion liest man in den Definitionen dieser Kochrichtung. Doch wir verließen nach den 7-Gängen eines hochpreisigen Menüs das Restaurant fragend. Das Auge war befriedigt ( bis auf den Reisgericht-Gang), aber wo blieb der Rest des zu erwartenden ganzheitlichen Sinneserlebnisses? Der Magen war dank dem zum Abschluss angebotenen Reisgericht gefüllt, aber die Geschmacksnerven hatten weitgehend einen ruhigen Abend. Es fehlten, bis auf wenige Ausnahmen, intensive Noten. Da hatten wir etwas anderes erwartet. Schwierig war auch das Verstehen der einzelnen Gänge, die uns fast geflüstert, meist in englischer Sprache, angereicht wurden. Ingesamt ein enttäuschender, teurer Abend. Die vielen positiven Kommentare sind für uns nicht nachvollziehbar.

Wir haben anlässlich unseres Hochzeitstages gebucht und uns für das 10-Gänge Menü entschieden. Bisher habe ich mit japanischer Küche immer Sushi assoziiert. Was uns hier kulinarisch geboten wurde kann ich kaum mit Worten beschreiben. Jeder Teller war optisch ein Kunstwerk, das Essen war nicht überwürzt, so dass sich die eigenen Aromen der jeweiligen Speisen voll entfalten konnten! Meinen Hinweis, dass ich glutenfrei esse, wurde versucht vollkommen Rechnung zu tragen. Jeder Gang wurde liebevoll von der Bedienung erklärt. Wir haben fantastisch gegessen. Zum Abschied gab es Blumen für mich und eine liebe Schriftrolle, auf der uns sowohl auf Japanisch, als auch auf Deutsch zu 15 Jahren Ehe gratuliert wurde! Es war sicher nicht das letzte Mal, dass wir hier gegessen haben. Der Preis mit 135 Euro pro Person für das große Menü ist absolut gerechtfertigt. Vielen Dank für einen schönen Abend!

Wir haben den Abend mit hohen Erwartungen auf uns zukommen lassen und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Die hohe Kunst des Kaiseki wurde aus unserer Sicht hervorragend umgesetzt...echte Japanische Haute Cuisine. Qualitativ hochwertige Zutaten, genussvoll zubereitet, perfekt arrangiert und mit dem zu den Gängen passenden Sake abgerundet. Überragend! Die schlicht gehaltene Einrichtung passt optimal und die typisch japanische Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit des Servicepersonals komplettiert das Gesamtbild.

Die japanische Küche gehört schon seit längerem zu unseren Lieblingen, und das nicht nur wegen Sushi. Wir hatten schon das Glück im Land der aufgehenden Sonne essen zu können und deswegen ist uns auch die Keisekiküche nicht fremd. Umso mehr freuen wir uns, dass es nun auch in Ffm nun die Möglichkeit gibt. Der Empfang und Service war, wie nicht anders zu erwarten, voll und Ganz auf das Wohl des Gastes ausgelegt. Wir wurden durch den ganzen Abend kompetet, freundlich und zuvirkommend begleitet. Die Küche selbst war sehr lecker, auch wenn es natürlich Gerichte gibt, die einem besser schmecken als andere. Die Darbietung, um dies hierbei auch geht, ist von so einfacher wie komplexer Schönheit, dass wir erstmal den visuellen Aspekt haben wirken lassen, bevor wir die Stäbchen ansetzten. Die Qualität der Zutaten war hervorragend und so ergibt sich ein sehr gelungenes Gesamtbild. Hierher kommen wir gerne wieder.

Wir durften Nihonryori KEN an unserem 20järigem Jubiläum mit Freunden genießen. Das Zehn-Gänge-Menü edles Meisters ist immer wieder eine Überraschung und stets hervorragend. Ein persönlicher Gruß des Meisters mit handgeschriebenen Glückwünschen rundete den tollen Abend ab. Es gibt bestimmt viele Arten japanische Kochkunst zu genießen, bei Nihonryori KEN ist es einmalig und absolut authentisch. Moderne Interpretationen sehr fantasievoll umgesetzt und geschmacklich immer wieder top. Sehr gute Sakeauswahl. Sehr aufmerksamer und unaufdringlicher Service im stilvoll schlicht gehaltenem Ambiente. Einer der besten „Japaner“ der Stadt! Gerne wieder.

Once you find the small entrance to this restaurant you will enter into a minimalistic restaurant with only a few tables. The decor is very Japanese and the emphasis here is on the food and nothing else. There is only a set menu available and the preparation, the presentation and the taste of the different dishes are all outstanding. A truly enjoyable experience with very good service personnel. Recommended!

This is easily the best Japanese Restaurant in Frankfurt and one of the restaurants overall. This is the closest thing to actually being in Japan. Both the lunch and dinner where great. The pictures are for the 10 course dinner menu. Staff and the owner/chef where also friendlier and more outgoing this time. Overall a great 4 hour dining experience with a typical simple Japanese atmosphere with the focus on the beautifully crafted courses. If my budget allowed it I would be here even more regularly. 😁

Ich habe den 10 Gang Menu bestellt. Es hat sich sehr gelohnt statt 7 Gang 10 Gang zu bestellen weil man doch mehr exquisitere Gerichten bekommen die ich deshalb froh war 10 Gang bestellt zu haben.

Wir gönnen uns den Besuch hier jetzt schon wiederholt zu besonderen Anlässen. Es gibt ein festes Menü, jahreszeitlich angepasst, und die einzige Wahl ist, ob man lieber 8 oder 9 Gänge möchte. Dann startet ein wahres Feuerwerk der japanischen Küche, selbst mein Mann, der sonst nur widerstrebend japanisch isst, war begeistert. Sehr aufmerksam und liebevoll.
