Great place to eat. First time here. I'll definitely be back.

Only place I go to now to get a wrap.

This is really a good spot. If you like meat and specifically lamb, I think you should try it. I am mean for more dishes. The personnel is ultra friendly, which is really good. Limited parking but worth it.

The only kebab or where you can get something late in the evening in Landstuhl - apart from the two well-known fast food chains. Large selection of pizzas, kebabs and whatever else you can find there. The taste was ok, the waiting time was also ok, the price was within the usual local range. You can eat on site and take away.

I recently landed there while passing through. The large kebab tasted great, the price was very good at 6 euros, they cost significantly more elsewhere. Meat was spicy and well done, vegetables were crisp and fresh, sauce was well balanced, bread was good. Staff was friendly. The shop was a bit dark and uninviting, but practical and clean. If I'm in the area again, I'd like to go there again and try some of the more unusual offerings.

You have to be really careful ordering food he really after your money. He do total on calculator , and make his own price for drink, fries , be really cautious. I suggest not to go there, but if you go ask the price before you order.

This place for the years I have lived here has always been the best. I have tried hundreds of different places and nothing can compare. They have a lot of options even if doner isn’t your thing. The owners are so nice and accommodating. If I could rate 10/5 I would!

Good kebab but because of such unfriendliness from the boss you won't go there alone anymore.

Delicious doner on crisp bun, made to order. Hot fresh frites. If you love doner kebab this is the place for you. Huge menu. The big kebabs are huge. €19 minimum for charge card. Parking can be tricky. But the food is worth it!

This guy simply wants your money. There have been 3 times where I order my food and he doesn’t care to prepare how I order it. 1 of those 3 times, he purposely uncharged me. I asked for a box, he prepared a plate, which up charges the cost. 2 of those 3 times, he had a lot of customers and didn’t care to prepare the meal as asked. It seems as the guy gets overwhelmed and does what he wants or the “way it should be”.

Doner kebab and yufka were very tasty and everything was fresh.

Ich war mit meiner freundin da und Ich habe für käse bezahlt auf dem döner heute und es war keiner drauf. Ich hab gefragt ob er es wirklich drauf gemacht hat er sagte ja jetzt bin ich zuhause wollte ihn essen und es ist kein käse drauf wofür ich geld bezahlt habe. Und der döner schmeckt mir auch nicht so gut

The food was alright but the owner handed me change which included a fake 2 euro coin. I honestly dont really care, im just not going to go there anymore. You cannot trust that man.

Döner war groß aber geschmackvoll war er nicht.

Best place in the area.... huge menu... also some choices for vegetarians. Staff speaks English, German and turkish. Always nice, if u can't decide just ask. Very happy with this place and will always come back here :-)

Great pizza and I had a lamb wrap that knocked my socks off. Affordable prices for the area and a great New York accent from the staff.

Lamacun sehr lecker aber ein wenig ranzig. Besitzer leider Empathielos. Preis für die Qualität zu teuer.

A little like the soup episode of seinfeld! You don't pay until you are finished (but if you've never been there, you don't know). It was good food though!

Food is really good. However, I’m almost positive the man in there is just making up prices if you’re American. For my order according to the menu it should have cost eight euros. I paid 10. Next time, I ordered the same thing, I paid 12. Happened to my friend too

We started coming here in 2012 and 10 years later, it is still very good! I always get a döner teller, with everything, and make it spicy (the pepper flakes, not the spicy curry sauce). I highly recommend it!

Love this place. Every time I visit Mackenbach I have to have a Doner.

Went there in the afternoon, it was slightly crowded. The owner took the order first and let everyone wait. He served first come first. I took parcel a rahm schnitzel and a Donner teller. Both were tasty and spicy, Worth Trying. Will visit again for sure. Also, super sweet chyros are also available there give ashot. But it is 3€ a piece 😜

Good kebap, ordered the 130 which was like a kebap gordita, it was tasty and decently spicy. French fries were tasty, they also had a pinch of spice. Prices were reasonable, staff was friendly, and service was quick. Will come back again!

Döner oder Lamacun schmecken ganz gut, allerdings sind die Portionen schon wieder kleiner geworden. Der Inhaber bereitet das Essen ohne Maske zu und unterhält sich während dessen am Telefon oder mit Gästen, ich möchte mir gerade im Moment nicht gerne ins Essen spucken lassen. Ich habe nur die Befürchtung, daß es niemanden Interessiert und sich da sowieso nichts tut.......

This is hands down my favorite döner spot. I'll even go as far to say the best one in the Kaiserslautern area. The food is remarkable and you can count on them to not be stingy with the meat. Always fresh and an enjoyable experience with the staff.

We live 10 Minutes from the Doner place and the food arrived cold. The so called Chef( More like cook in a doner stand) said that he knows what he is doing and that he sent it out warm. Had he sent it out hot, it may have been warm when it got here. I am tired of these rude individuals thinking they can pass off what they call food in this are because we are Americans. Step up your game and make palatable food that is hot and not cold. Any clown can stack meat on a rotisserie and slice it off. I would not order ever again from a rude carnival stand. What a bunch of hacks!!l

Here you get street parking, there is no regular parking lot for this restaurant and it is located at a somewhat busy area. Finding parking was not super hard for us so I would say for lunch it is not a big deal to drive here. There is no table service it is counter ordering and then you bring your meal to the table yourself. The options here are limited to Lamb ad Chicken. That is if the both meats are available, when I came they only had chicken, they did not let us know that we just noticed that there was only one meat at the cooking thing. I am not a huge fan of chicken so I would definitely had skipped this place if I had known this. They also have pizza options but seems like the doner, is the thing people come here for. There is only one gentleman making the meal over the counter so if you come with a large group things will come out sort of slow. You have to ask for condiments like katchup and mayo if you want some. it was funny that I asked for mayo for my fried and he grabbed a bottle and squirted on my plate rather than giving me the bottle so I could decide how much condiment I wanted. #1 RAMBO DONER WITH CHEESE- I got the Rambo doner with cheese and I would say that besides the fact that it was chicken and I am not a huge fan of chicken, I can say that the cheese was a bit salty for my friends but I loved the cheese. the kind of cheese in this dish is like a white cheese and the sauce that come in the dish is pretty nice, almost like an yogurt sauce taste. I got the spicy option but I did not find it spicy so if you are not a fan of spicy food, this will not ruin your meal if you opt for spicy after all. FRIES- I know the fries Coe with the meal but I wanted to make sure to highlight the fries in this review. I am not a huge fan of French fries anywhere I go where French fries may be a default side to the meal I try to steer away from it, sometimes even paying extra just to have something else instead. however with that said, the fries here at this place are hands down the BEST French fries I have ever had in my entire life! The fries here made me a believer! The place is not perfect by a long shot but I can say that they do have some good items here you just have to order the right thing and you will be happy.

Aufgrund der vielen guten Bewertungen waren wir hier um einen Döner zu essen. Was soll ich sagen? Es war nicht schlecht, aber es war auch nicht sehr gut. Drinnen war es so kalt, dass ich die Jacke nicht ausgezogen habe.

Favorite place for lunch when hanging out in Landstuhl. Friendly and efficient service. Great place!

My date and I went there late one evening when most other places were closed. It is a standard imbiss, neither cozy or welcoming. And it definitely does not serve NY pizza as advertized since I grew up in the NYC and should know.

I wasn’t very big fan of doner places but this place changed my mind. So delicious food with cheap price:) highly recommend

You can't beat these donors on a late night after being out on the town. If you have never tried the famous sandwich it is well worth it and these guys do it right.

We are visiting some family over in Germany and it was recommended to try Doner. It is similar to Shawarma and a gyro. This place, New York, is very good and offer a variety of food.

We'll eat at the New York Doner at least once when we're in the area and it never disappoints. The menu is large and the portions are huge. Go hungry and early. Seating can be tough to find.

I knew when I went in, I was going to get a great kebap. I prefer the rolled kebaps often called Yufka Kebap. The woman at the counter took a ball of dough, ran it through a maching to flatten it and then toasted it fresh. It was perfect. The meat is delicious, all of the other items fresh! The doner was huge and tasty! The menu is vast and I have been told the pizza is excellent. Definitely worth a visit!

Our very first place we chose and it was well worth it. Wish I took pictures to show how much food we got. Huge portions, definitely enough to share. I got the chicken skewers, it came with rice and salad. Husband got a gyro, it was enough for 3 people. I can see why there are such good reviews.

Met up with some coworkers for a late lunch here. The food was good, although know you're getting a deli-style casual restaurant. I ordered the Margarita pizza and was very impressed. Husband ate a Doner and enjoyed the spicy sauce. Overall this restaurant has options that should satisfy a variety of preferences.

The staff is very quick and will get you out quickly. The portions are very large. The menu is very extensive. The Yufka Wrap is excellent.

After a super long day, I was tired & cranky, but the Dönner here made the world right again. HUGE dishes served fast and incredibly tasty I was starving & easily split with friend, nobody left hungry. Decent beer selection Within walking distance of our hotel. A MUST TRY!
