Nice view, food sounds excellent on the menu, unfortunately we weren't impressed at all, service was friendly

Very tasty food, attentive waiters, great atmosphere and great view. The menu in particular is highly recommended. The water flat rate is also nice for just under €5 per person 😊

I have been visiting Neni in Berlin for years. The quality of the food has deteriorated enormously. What happened to the Sabich? Not so the prices, they have doubled. Very unfortunate. Unfortunately I won't be going there anymore.

Highly recommended. Friendly staff and delicious food. Not exactly cheap but high quality. We'll definitely be back. Also highly recommended for vegetarians. Update: we were back at Neni after about a year (4 adults and 1 child). Since we weren't very hungry, we only wanted to order the menu for 4 people. Unfortunately this was not possible, we had to order a fifth main course. We also had to wait about 1.5 hours between the starter and the main course. We then had to have dessert packed because it was almost 11.30 p.m. by the time we finished the main course. The waiter was super friendly, but with mistakes like this you expect a little more than just an apology. Therefore from now on only 3 stars for the ambience.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An absolute highlight in Berlin! The three of us stayed at the Neni Berlin and had an overall successful visit. The breathtaking view of the Berlin Zoo is an experience in itself - watching the animals from here while you eat is simply unique. The cheesecake was to die for – creamy, delicious and definitely a treat! Although the restaurant is not cheap, the fantastic view and the great ambience are absolutely worth the price. A perfect place for special moments and enjoyable hours – we would love to come back! Many thanks to the Neni team

Cool, modern location on the 10th floor, super tasty, very interesting cuisine and extremely friendly service. Just right if you want to treat yourself and your guests to something special. Our menu included as much of everything as you like. You had to be very careful that there was still enough room in your stomach for the great desserts. There is a parking garage, but you can easily get there on foot from the Zoo S/U station in just a few minutes.

Get out of here! Ate rib eye steak with potatoes and it was the most disgusting thing I have ever eaten in my life. Ordered medium well, but the steak came completely with the consistency of a ripe. They kindly corrected the order and brought a new steak. Meat was okay, but the sauce was just subpar, really. Just a mix between sweet and sour like Vietnamese and tomato sauce like on a pizza. And the entire steak was simply marinated in this disgusting mixture. With all respect and love, whoever cooked this belongs in prison. It was just extremely disgusting. Ambience is great, service okay but food... the worst rib eye of my life.

We ate here with 4 people. We had reserved a table in advance. The atmosphere is very cozy and we had a fantastic view of the zoo from the window on the 10th floor. The food was super tasty. Starter, main course, dessert - everything is simply delicious. The staff is very attentive. We had a wonderful evening at NENI.

The food was basically good and nicely prepared, but 30 euros for a main course without a side dish is simply too expensive. The location is great and the service is great. But it's too expensive for me for a quick lunch. Tap water 4.50 per head. For two of us, we spent around 70 euros for 1 salad, 1 main course with a side dish and water. Too much

The view is super beautiful and the service was very attentive. But I would rather come here in summer to really enjoy the view. The food was tasty, but not particularly good. In my opinion, there is better Israeli food in Berlin (in a less nice atmosphere).

Inattentive staff, 2-3 things were forgotten with every order, with the next course we always had to ask for cutlery, which was then carelessly slammed on the table. Senior portions, i.e. half portions are served as the main course. Prices like in the star store, the food is served on cold plates. You can carry on like this, in a word disastrous and weak from the owners. Under no circumstances go there!

Great location, good food and great service from Rochi, who was very attentive and charming and made staying there a great pleasure. Stefan had already welcomed me warmly at the entrance and given me a place with a fantastic view. Thank you very much for that and see you next time.

A great location with a great view in almost all directions over the roofs of Berlin Mitte, close to the zoo, because you can see the enclosures. The menu from Morocco to Israel to Romanian dishes, small dishes similar to tapas, very tasty. Service was very friendly, we were lucky because it was around lunchtime on Friday December 6th. There wasn't much going on, otherwise a reservation is necessary at least for the evening days in advance. Next door on the same floor is the Monkey Bar with a view of the zoo's monkey enclosure.

One of our favorite restaurants, we've been there almost every week for a year with the whole group of girls. Everyone we bring along raves about it afterwards. We are super happy to have found such a great restaurant in our district!

Not an accommodating store. Really not recommended. You're better off in almost every other restaurant in Berlin!

We were very happy - unfortunately we can't understand the hype and the reviews. Yes, the location is really great, then the “bouncer” who treated some people in a very uncool manner. When we got to the top, the staff seemed very stressed. It was very, very loud, you could hardly understand your own words and somehow there was no positive atmosphere - the food was OK but absolutely overpriced.

We went here with friends (6 of us), we were really looking forward to go to this place but we got disappointed in the end. The food was not good, none of us liked anything, hummus taste was normal and all other mains that we ordered were very oily, infact Felafel were burnt as well. It's not at all worth the price. Service was nice and waiters were great, also the location is great, but food definitely No for me.

We have been here twice in the last four weeks (four of us each time) and it was simply wonderful both times. The service, food and ambience are excellent. With attention to detail when preparing and serving the kitchen is even excellent. A big thank you to the entire team for the great evenings we were able to spend at NENI. A little tip for other guests: There's even hummus from NENI at Rewe to enjoy at home. We definitely buy it more often now and like to think about the great evenings in the restaurant when we eat.

Very nice staff, but the fun has to be over in 2 hours, then the next guests will be at the table (concept!). Eat? Spicy and fatty, but delicious. Beautiful view!

The food was very good, especially the desserts. Our waitress was very attentive and the ambience is of course distinctive - on one side, a view of the Tiergarten and on the other side a view towards West Berlin. Everything is beautifully bright and modern with hanging plants.

Beautiful place in the center of Berlin great hummus and waygu lamb kebab. The house lemonade is great, the service is attentive and the atmosphere is calm. All around a nice place for lunch or dinner.

Essen war wie immer lecker, man wird sehr oft warten gelassen.

Tagsüber ist es schöner, weil man die grandiose Aussicht genießen kann. Ambiente sehr cool. Essen ist gut, aber nicht mehr außergewöhnlich wie zu den Anfängen, zu wenig vegetarische Varianten für unseren Geschmack. Auch der Service leidet unter der Popularität. Da kann man schon mal 10 Minuten warten bis jemand die Bestellung aufnehmen möchte.

Whether you are planning a romantic dinner or to spend sometime with friends; this place is simply great. The variety of food in this high Israeli cuisine is amazing. Best option to order is their degustation plate; allowing their visitors to taste their offer with a great pairing of wine.

Finally eaten here again. A reservation is still urgently required. The service was again super friendly and attentive. The food great too. We would love to come back.

Das Balagan-Menü ist fantastisch und jeden Cent wert. Bei der Auswahl der servierten Gerichte wurden unsere vorher nachgefragten Wünsche berücksichtigt und jede Erwartung übertroffen. Wir kommen garantiert wieder.

Reservation impossible for groups of 5 people or more, the jug goes to the well until it breaks. The food was delicious, but currently very popular and unbookable. Hopefully bad times never come, then I won't be able to come over with the 9 unconfigurable friends anymore, not even to the Monkey Bar... by the way, that's the reason for the business. Eating then bar is not possible from 5 FTE!

Wir waren heute das erste Mal im Neni und wurden leider enttäuscht. Trotz weniger Gäste, mussten wir sehr lange warten, bis jemand zu uns an den Tisch kam ( erst nachdem einer von uns nach vorne ging und nachfragte). Dann war wieder lange Wartezeit angesagt und letztendlich kamen Getränke und Essen zusammen. Gerne hätte ich meinen Kaffee vorher getrunken. Das Essen war gut, aber komplett überteuert. Kein Nachfragen, ob Getränke fehlen, Dessert oder Espresso erwünscht wird. Hier mussten wir wieder nach vorne gehen und nachfragen. Schade, dass ein solches Lokal so einen schlechten Service anbietet!

The NENI in Berlin is simply great! The food is an absolute delight – fresh, creative and with authentic flavors that are perfectly balanced. The service was also first class: friendly, attentive and always with a smile. The atmosphere is lively and inviting, so you immediately feel at home. If you want to experience exceptional food in a great ambience, this is the right place for you. A must for anyone who wants to discover Berlin culinary!

Overall appearance of the dishes we ordered (3 starters; 2 mains) was basic. Burnt cabbage was very under cooked (almost raw), our complaint was heard but the dish hasn’t been replaced. Overall taste was okay and the portions rather small. Service was great. I had a much better experience 8 years ago.

Ci siamo recati senza prenotare, il ristorante si trova in cima ad un palazzo. Abbiamo chiesto alla reception e mi hanno fato salire per chiedere. Dopo 15 min di attesa ci hanno fatto accomodare. Il cibo e buono e la location è molto bella, i sapori sono medio orientali. Il conto è proporzionato al cibo e al posto (non è economico). Per il dopo cena accanto al ristorante c'è anche un bar con DJ set, non è richiesta la prenotazione.

Im Rahmen einer Geschäftsreise waren wir am Abend im NENI. Im Gegensatz zu hohen Erwartungen bez. des Essens, hatte ich keinerlei weitere Erwartungen und/oder Erfahrungen mit dem NENI Konzept. Schnell war ich jedoch überzeugt und wir konnten in der Gruppe (7 Personen) einen tollen Abend bei fantastischem Essen und guter Atmosphäre erleben. Sicherlich, wer es leise und ruhig mag, ist hier nicht am rechten Ort. Jedes Gericht, dass serviert wurde, war stimmig und liess uns die gepriesene Küche der Levante von Haya Molcho erleben. Tolle Aromen, tolle Konsistenzen (besonders der Hummus), tolle Kombinationen. Die oben erwähnten Erwartungen an das Essen wurden komplett erfüllt, eigentlich sogar übertroffen. Danke NENI Berlin.

Once again a culinary experience with really good service! Unfortunately, I had a small mishap when booking; I had booked for the following day. Stefan was totally confident and solution-oriented. We had to wait a bit and he made it possible for me not to completely embarrass myself in front of our guests. We were shown a great table without any complications. Josi absolutely topped the service, she was so warm and read our every wish. We'll definitely be back!

A special place with good food. Portions are not big. It's not cheap.

The waiter didn’t seem interested in us at all; the salmon was overcooked. It was disappointing since it was our father in law’s last night in Berlin, and this was his least favorite dining experience. It’s a pity because we have dined here before for special occasions, but likely won’t again due to this experience.

We had a super delicious menu for two. Our waitress Rochi gave us friendly and competent advice and service and Robert guided us through our menu very well. The ambience is simply amazing - with the view over Berlin and the Tiergarten. We would come back at any time and can only recommend it to everyone.

The atmosphere is nice, the staff is attentive and the view towards the zoo is definitely worth a visit. But don't come for the food. Carelessly prepared dishes in mini portions. Tastes good, but nothing more. This is clearly better. And charging 11 euros for a 0.1 liter Grüner Veltliner is “sporty”.

We were there for the first time today. We reserved a table and got a really nice seat. The atmosphere is great, we found it straight away and the parking garage is in a great location. We decided on the menu and were super happy with it. The service was great. Once we had to wait a long time for our food. But they apologized and we got a drink on the house. That was completely ok for us. We'd love to come back.

Essen für 2 Personen wurde zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten serviert. Schlecht!!!! Hähnchenfleisch nicht vollständig durchgebraten und Kartoffel nicht warm. Personal freundlich , aber dennoch enttäuscht 😞!

Unser Besuch bei NENI war ein absolutes Highlight unsres Belin Besuches! Die Aussicht ist der Wahnsinn, der Kellner Julian und das ganze Team waren spitze. Das Essen war einfach nur köstlich.

Food great, service forgets something, ambience great, entrance a bit hidden

Wir hatten das Balagan Menü und wirklich jeder Gang war gelungen. Der Gewürzeinsatz ist wirklich stark, aber genau so mag ich das. Das Ambiente im zehnten Stock des Bikini-Hotels ist selbstverständlich toll. Lediglich die Tische und Stühle könnten etwas mehr Gemütlichkeit ausstrahlen. Der Empfang ist leider ist etwas überfordert, sodass man auch mit Reservierung mehrere Minuten wie bestellt und nicht abgeholt am Eingang steht. Da ist sicherlich Verbesserungspotential. Der Service im Restaurant ist aufmerksam und freundlich, könnte jedoch leere Getränke besser im Blick haben.

Nice view (if you’re by the window), food average. The hostess was rude, refused to give us a table with a view (by the window), though the room was 2/3rd empty (and remained so), pretexting one « can’t change a reservation »… Coming from the US, it is hard to imagine such a hostile attitude towards customers anywhere else. Overall, the experience was forgettable. You can find a other nice views over Berlin, with nicer service and better food.

Perfect if you love Israeli cuisine. Incredibly delicious. And you have a great view from the roof terrace.

Die Karte ist nicht sehr gross aber dafür eir alles frisch zubereitet. Man muss schon ein Freund von Gewürzen und Schärfe sein, denn selbst wenn es pikant ist, wird auf der Karte nicht darauf hingewiesen . Wir haben recht lange (45 min) auf unseren Hauptgang gewartet obwohl es um 16 Uhr nicht mal halb voll war im Restaurant. Der Service war sehr freundlich und mein Hühnchen sehr lecker !!

The ambience and the quality of the food are great. However, the portions are very small. We had the menu for six people. This consisted of different dishes, each of which was served twice, so three people each shared one of the dishes. At the table next door, a couple also had the menu. As far as we could tell, they got the same amount for two people. The amount would have been ok for four people, but it wasn't enough for six.

In the heart of a subdued atmosphere, the service was impeccable. The incredible view of Berlin gave the moment a magical feel. The cuisine is excellent. Thank you for this moment which will mark me forever when I think back to my stay in Berlin!

Freundlicher Empfang, wir wurden zum Tisch geführt, äußerten jedoch einen Änderungswunsch, dem nach Rücksprache mit einem anderen Servicemitarbeiter sofort entsprochen wurde. Sehr aufmerksamer und unaufdringlicher Service. Gute Erläuterung der Gerichte, bevor sie auf den Tisch gestellt wurden. Uns haben alle Gerichte des Menues sehr gut geschmeckt. Der Blick auf Berlin ist super. Die Hintergrundmusik war nicht ganz unser Fall, doch nicht nur der Musikgeschmack ist halt individuell. Insgesamt geht es sehr lebhaft zu, hat uns jedoch nicht gestört.

On Monday we had lunch at the NENI restaurant. What can you say about that? First of all, a wonderful view of the zoo and the roofs of the city. We had a table by the window where we could enjoy the scenic view. The food in the restaurant was excellent! I would also like to highlight the service! Our waitress Emma was fantastic! She was attentive and friendly and gave us great recommendations. It was our first visit, but certainly not the last.

My friends and I were at the restaurant on Saturday evening. We were served by the waitress Emma. She offered us delicious dishes and told us about them. She works quickly and professionally, and is also very friendly. Thank you very much.

Wir sind immer wieder da und jedes mal vom sehr leckeren Essen und der Freundlichkeit des Personals begeistert . Gestern hatten wir einen schönen Tisch am Fenster zum Zoo und es war ,neben der etwas zu lauten Hintergrundmusik, auch wirklich dunkel. Am Nachbartisch wurde zum Lesen der Karte die Handylampe bemüht. Das ist gemütlich für einen Barbesuch, aber für ein Restaurant störend....schliesslich möchte man sein Essen auch sehen.

An almost spontaneous stop (requested a table at 1 p.m. and got something at 5 p.m. under the butterfly for 4 people), which turned out to be a wonderful evening for us. The food was consistently delicious and fresh. The oriental touch is something different and very lovingly implemented in his dishes (the open kitchen is a dream). Everything was rounded off by our very attentive, friendly but unobtrusive service, Dr. Rochi.

Wir waren mal wieder hier essen, weil wir im Bikini-Haus auch einkaufen waren. Einzigartig ist natürlich die Lage und der Blick über den Zoo. Das Essen war auch wieder top, vor allem geschmacklich ist es immer eine tolle Abwechslung. Ich bin ja eher der Fan von rustikaler, deutscher Küche. Aber hier hat man geschmacklich mal wieder eine andere Welt. Einzig Abends ist die Umgebung in der Budapester Straße inzwischen gewöhnungsbedürftig. Laut, skurrile Menschen mit Polizei und Autorennen sind gerade nicht das, was man als Familie gerne sehen möchte. Wer dort ist unterwegs ist, weiß was wir meinen. Abgesehen davon trotzdem 5 Punkte

Such a great experience, from amazing food to amazing service and an unforgettable view!!! Be ready for a flavour explosion. We were 3 people and shared 3 starters, 2 mains and the dessert platter. An fancier option do eat in Berlin but so worth it and still casual ;)
