In my opinion, the quality of the food leaves a lot to be desired, and I doubt the freshness of the individual ingredients. The "Asian-style" noodles only tasted of fat and smoke. Delivery time was significantly longer, despite pre-ordering with a time limit. A real shame.

I ordered soup that was inedible, judging by the sticker on the bell pepper.

I ordered food from their website. I was charged via PayPal. After two hours, I called them. They told me my order would be at my home in five minutes. After another hour of waiting, I called back. They told me they never received my order.

The positives: - The portion size was good. - The mozzarella sticks were tasty. - The delivery person was friendly. Otherwise, the pizza was okay, but unfortunately, despite our request, it was delivered with cheese for our vegan friend. The duck was either too fatty or just as dry as the rice. The chicken was burnt and also dry. The fried pasta was more like spaghettini, and the sauce tasted like it was mainly made with Maggi seasoning. For the price, the order was a complete disaster. Overall, none of us can remember the last time we ate such bad food.

It took four calls to direct the order and delivery to the correct address, which was actually easily done online and was less than five streets away. On top of that, there was a pricing error in the system, which is passed on to the customer. If you have a problem with the online display of prices and a customer orders accordingly, then own up to it and fix it. Such inconveniences are unnecessary and not appropriate for a sale. The only bonus point is the generous portions, even if you shouldn't expect much in terms of quality from the food. You get what you pay for. But unfortunately, that doesn't pull the cart out of the service abyss. One time was enough.
