We had a very good and tasty meal in the restaurant. There were two of us and we each had a fish dish. The restaurant is awesome, the decor is like the Nautilus submarine. A real highlight, highly recommended!

We had a very nice time as a family! Right from the start we were warmly welcomed and everything was shown and explained to us. Our room was on 2 floors in the neighboring house with a small terrace. Everything was very clean. Through our dog we were offered to come every day instead of cleaning every other day. The dinner and breakfast are very good. The service was very attentive and friendly. We'll definitely be back. Thank you for the lovely vacation days

An incredibly great restaurant. Unfortunately we didn't stay overnight. The location is unique and beautifully designed. Here you really feel like you are in a submarine or in an underwater world. Lovingly designed. The service staff took great care of us, were always very friendly and even laughed with us. The food tasted very good and we will definitely come here again. A very good German-type restaurant. We ate fish soup with more fish than broth. Delicious fried goat cheese. I highly recommend it. Secondly, liver with additives and 3 types of pan-fried fish. The fish was ok, but the additions were typically German, i.e. deep-fried. And of course large portions. Too much for us to eat. Finally, for good measure, we took one apple strudel. I recommend it because it is served warm with ice cream and whipped cream.

Dear Nautilus, I really liked it with you. I really enjoyed the food and it was very quick. The noodles were very tasty, the sauce was nice and sweet and that was very tasty - as I said. We recently had dinner here. The restaurant is decorated creatively and with attention to detail, really beautifully done. The turtles in the dining room are nice to look at and certainly an eye-catcher (especially for children), but it is an absolutely inappropriate place for the animals. The service was great, the staff was extremely friendly and attentive; the food was good, but not outstanding.

Had a spontaneous meal today, it was super delicious, the decor was exceptional and special, you have to see it when you're on Rügen. It doesn't look particularly noticeable from the outside, but the restaurant comes highly recommended. I can't say anything about the hotel itself, but it's definitely good.

We had a family celebration here. Service was very attentive, everyone was very friendly, children were no problem. If you are on Rügen, you should really eat here. Very nice restaurant, very good food. Hotel has a great quiet location. Rooms nicely decorated and very clean. We were thrilled. It's a shame we only discovered it now.

A culinary experience in a unique ambience – absolutely recommended! We had dinner at the Nautilus restaurant with the whole family – and it was a thoroughly enjoyable evening! As soon as you enter, you feel like you are in a real submarine - the interior is absolutely impressive and designed with great attention to detail. You really feel like you're dining aboard the legendary Nautilus! The food was extremely tasty, freshly prepared and beautifully presented. From the starter to the dessert, everything was just right. The staff was super friendly, attentive and very warm - they responded to all of our wishes. As a special highlight: Because we were there with the whole family, the kitchen even gave us a homemade apple strudel at the end as a small thank you - a really nice gesture that we really appreciated. We will definitely come back on our next visit to Rügen - absolute recommendation for anyone who wants to eat exceptionally well and is looking for a special experience!

I went there for dinner with my girlfriend. And we were thoroughly entertained by the ambience. There's a lot to see and touch. The food, however, was not good. Everything was very lightly seasoned and many things were not freshly prepared. So I can expect that I will be served fresh and homemade ködel. And no pan of dumplings is placed on the plate. And for the prices I can expect that. The location of the restaurant is difficult to reach without a car. The restaurant from the outside also makes a rather unkempt impression. And you can do more with it too. If you like the topic of Jules Verne and really want to watch it, you should do it, but don't expect too much.

I only review the Nautilus restaurant. The interior is uniquely designed based on Jules Verne's novel 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea. The guest room is designed like a submarine, which you wouldn't expect from the outside, with beautiful aquariums and lots of decorations to look at. The staff was very friendly, attentive and everything went very quickly. We really enjoyed our food and the price was also reasonable.

A great experience restaurant. Very lovingly designed as a submarine, based on the novel "2000 Meters Under the Sea" by Julles Verne. The memory card is varied. We all enjoyed the food.

A special restaurant, far away from the monotony of big cities. Very well thought out and stylishly furnished restaurant on the edge of Putbus. We were always served very courteously and friendly. The salmon noodles are highly recommended - a delicious combination of good salmon fillet and creamy tagliatelle. Anyone who is on holiday on Rügen must definitely visit this address! We were just in restaurant. But i wouldn't recommend there to eat. At least paprika... Made totally tasteless... All you feel its extremely sour sauce with not suitable spices and dry couscous... Interieur exceptional but unfortunately not a food... Sadly...

A very big compliment to this great restaurant experience 🫶🏻. We had reserved a table for 6 people for January 1st, 2025 and got a nice seat inside the Nautilus. Our totally attentive and friendly waiter looked after us fantastically and also had one or two stories about the Nautilus in store. Such restaurant employees are simply worth their weight in gold. We had various fish dishes and a pork loin cooked sous vide in port wine sauce... and now the real kicker: it was simply delicious and everything was totally fresh. An absolutely successful evening and simply a real heartfelt recommendation ❤️. There is so much love in the interior design of the restaurant, you have to experience it to be believed.

Stopped at the restaurant on the hike. Without pre-order. We were allowed to sit on the bar stools. Since we just wanted to drink something warming, it was totally fine. All tables reserved. For a December 30th but not unusual on Rügen. All I can say is very nice service

We were in the Nautilus for the first time today and absolutely loved it. You immerse yourself in a completely different world, everything designed with attention to detail. The service was super nice and the food was simply delicious. In a word, the visit was simply perfect.

It was our first time there and we really liked it. As soon as you enter the restaurant you are rewarded for the journey. You actually feel like you imagine it would be on the real Nautilus. Furnished with attention to detail. We also really enjoyed the food and the service was very friendly. The only thing I was missing was a little history about the restaurant. What was it before, how did it come about and how long did it all last? You have a little time to read while waiting for your food and there are plenty of questions. We can happily recommend the restaurant.

The restaurant is visually stunning, absolutely not run-of-the-mill. The service is super friendly and on the ball. There are still no 5 stars. The noble fish platter was delicious, but I expected a homemade sauce and not a ready-made hollondaise.

I can't write anything about the rooms on site as we only visited the restaurant. However, that was impressive. The entire interior is based on an old submarine. Of course, there was no aquarium in the nautilus back then. However, with a little imagination, you believe that you are on an exploration trip and see the underwater world outside. The food was simply the best we ate on our entire vacation. So simply put, unsurpassedly delicious. Our big thanks go to the service force. We stayed in the beautiful Hotel Nautilus in Putbus/Neukamp for a week. We had a captain's suite with a view of the bay. A dream. The suite was beautifully furnished with its 38 square meters. Everything was very clean and lovingly furnished. On the first day we had a small problem with the stopper on the sink. We let them know and when we came back from breakfast everything was already fixed. Breakfast was rich and there was something different to choose from every day. The staff were all friendly and attentive. So we immediately realized that we preferred a latte macchiato and got one every day. We ate in the restaurant in the evening on 4 days. You just have to see it from the inside. Every detail is recreated from the Nautilus submarine. Simply amazing. Here too, the employees were all super nice and attentive. And the food is just great. Requests for changes were noted and implemented immediately and without any “murmurs”. In any case, it is advisable to make a reservation, otherwise it could happen that you do the journey for free. All in all, we were thrilled with our stay, where the price-performance ratio was also good. We'll definitely be back. Be it the hotel or the restaurant.

Update from October 24th, 2024 Unfortunately, a service worker tears down everything that the kitchen has built. The food was, as always, very good. Sufficient portions and very well presented to the eye. The problem started with the drinks. Unfortunately, the Diet Coke wasn't as fresh as you're used to. The answer was that it was poured fresh from the bottle. Topic settled. The service staff came by several times at all the other tables and asked if everything was OK or if something was missing. Unfortunately that wasn't the case at our table. Well presented. But why we are writing this update is that when we wanted to pay the bill, the question was what to give back. Begging the guest for a tip. We have never experienced anything like this before and were shocked that something like this happened here. Without words. But as I said, a service person can tear everything down. Whether we will come again is currently up in the air. OLD: You wouldn't believe what's inside the building. Incredibly beautiful. Here the word “dive” takes on a whole new meaning. Nice and friendly staff and great service and food. Be sure to reserve in good time. We'll definitely come back. Thank you for the hospitality.

Wir waren in diesem sehr besonders gestalteten Restaurant essen. Zuerst befürchteten wir, dass die echt tolle Einrichtung der Hauptanziehungspunkt dieses Lokals wären. Aber weit gefehlt, das Essen war fantastisch, der Service professionell und sehr freundlich. Wir haben sogar auf Wunsch später noch das Rezept eines Essens zugeschickt bekommen, das uns besonders gut schmeckte. Ein Service, der wirklich nicht selbstverständlich ist. Eine ganz "dicke" Empfehlung für dieses Haus von uns!

We ate in this very special restaurant. At first we feared that the really great decor would be the main attraction of this place. But far from it, the food was fantastic, the service professional and very friendly. Upon request, we were even sent a recipe for a meal that we particularly enjoyed. A service that really cannot be taken for granted. A very “big” recommendation for this house from us!

We were there for 10 days a few weeks ago. We were lucky that we had great weather. The service was very nice. Breakfast was also plentiful. Maybe a small note, since I also worked in the breakfast service myself, a little more variety, maybe make a herb curd myself, cut other fruits into the fruit salad, or put other cheese or sausage platters, but otherwise everything was great. Maybe change the dishes on the restaurant's daily menu, otherwise it's really tasty. There are also hidden places where you can just be by yourself. You can enjoy the peace and nature in these places. We'll definitely be back!! It was sooooo beautiful there, unfortunately too short. We wish the team all the best, stay healthy and see you soon. I had the fillet of Iberico pork with port wine and tarragon jus, on tagliatelle, vegetable nest and sour cream, it was very, very tasty!!! I can only recommend it!

The Nautilus is always worth a visit. Whether in summer or winter. The building looks unspectacular from the outside, but the interior is worth seeing.

I'm only rating the restaurant here because we've only visited this one - twice so far and we'll definitely be back! Unique ambience, a visit would be worth it for that alone. However, it would be a shameful omission not to experience the excellent food. My fish platter was sensational and my husband, who unfortunately cannot eat fish, was also extremely happy with his meat dish. The portion size was generous and the service was friendly. Clear recommendation!

The wealth of detail with which the maritime backdrop was recreated is impressive and creates an incomparable atmosphere. Lunch was also a treat. The menu offered a fine selection of dishes, with the fish specialties particularly standing out. Everything was fresh and excellently prepared, and the flavors harmonized perfectly. We were particularly impressed by the fresh fish dishes, the regional products and the well-balanced spices. It was noticeable that a lot of emphasis is placed on quality and freshness here. The service was also friendly and attentive. We felt well looked after at all times. The combination of delicious food, a unique ambience and the courteous staff made our visit unforgettable. Wir wohnen auf der Insel und laden immer wieder gern Freunde und Familie ein, um einen schönen Abend zu haben. Schon im April wurde uns von einer Servicekraft erzählt, dass der vorherige Koch von 2022/23 nicht mehr dort arbeitet und es einige Gerichte vorerst nicht mehr gibt. D.h. Anfang des Jahres war die Auswahl an Speisen sehr reduziert. Nun waren wir Anfang September 24 wieder im Restaurant und auch das letzte Mal. Einen Koch scheint es wieder zu geben, aber leider schmeckt es nicht mehr. Ich bestelle immer den Pannfischteller und vor dem Kochwechsel gab es 3! unterschiedliche Fischsorten. Vorgestern gab es für 26 € nur noch ein kleines abgeschnittenes Seelachsfilet. Schade, dass ich mein Handy nicht dabei hatte! In einem wirklich kleinen Fischpfännchen gab es nur noch dieses eine kleine Seelachsfilet mit Bratkartoffeln und einer sehr dicken, eher pampigen Sauce. Es sah wie eine Kinderportion aus. Letztes Jahr schmeckte die leichte Senfsoße hervorragend, jetzt kann ich eher abraten diesen „Pannfisch“zu bestellen! Schade, schade ich kann dieses Restaurant nicht mehr empfehlen. Anmerkung zum Gericht unserer Freunde: Spanferkelbraten mit Soße war lecker, aber keine Kruste, da das Gericht aufgewärmt schien und die Kruste ungenießbar.
