Tolles, uriges Ambiente, Essen sehr gut, es wird auch auf spezielle Wünsche ( z.B. bei Unverträglichkeiten) eingegangen, Sehr voll, schade, dass es keine Theke gibt, an der man bei einem Getränk die Wartezeit überbrücken kann. So blieb uns nichts anderes übrig, als draußen in der Kälte bei strömendem Regen zu warten oder ins benachbarte Geschäft zu gehen.

I tried Schnitzel. Except for what makes schnitzel schnitzel, it didn't have that fried crunchiness, so I didn't like it very much, but the taste was good and the plate was quite full.

German specialities, with a nice taste. We arrived at around 9pm, there were quite some people, so service was a bit slow, when the waiter came first we were not yet ready, and it took quite some time for him tor return. Otherwise no issues found in the place.

Not far from the Brandenburg Gate, not spectacular, but somehow solid restaurant. Unfortunately, my rump steak was not medium rare, but rather well done, green beans were almost raw, and fried potatoes could have been in the pan longer. But the service was extremely nice and friendly, in a good mood and after complaining we were at least given a compensatory schnapps and espresso on the house.

Locale molto carino anche se da fuori sembra molto turistico. Sicuramente lo è, ma il cibo è delizioso! Dalla cotoletta viennese, al fegato di vitello con mele e cipolla, e goulash. Personale molto cortese. Consiglio per assaggiare il vero cibo tipico.

Very nice restaurant that I visit every time I'm in Berlin. I know that real Berliners don't eat currywurst there, but I really like the cucumber-heavy potato salad. It is located near the Brandenburg Gate, so there are more tourists than “locals”, but the quality has remained the same over the years. In addition to currywurst, I like to eat potato soup or bullets there. Home cooking the way you like it. The employees are nice, the drinks are cold and the food is hot and delicious!

Unprofessional, with the waiter we have already started badly when greeting each other. When it came time to take the note and serve it, it was as if my son and I were invisible. But the worst was when paying... I didn't leave a tip... I just didn't want to. However, the sparkling water that was served to us was tap water carbonated by them. As written on the bottle, €6. Too bad because the dishes are good and plentiful

Noisy, very noisy. The quantity is present on the plate. Average quality overcooked meat. We found a piece of plastic on the plate, apologies from the server, offer to renew the dish which we declined as it was almost finished. We were rather expecting a gesture in return like a free dessert. But nothing, nada. Plus the bill is expensive. I think we pay for the avenue, the location. In summary, to avoid there is much more quality for less money in Berlin.

Beautiful authentic restoration, unfortunately the rump steak ordered medium rare came almost well down. After the cut, the waiter was brought to the table and the only answer to my complaint was: "I'll let the chef know..." It was Saturday 11.45 a.m., only about 10 guests in the restaurant, so everything was still stress-free. It's a shame, but for well over 30 euros I expect at least a perfect cooking point

By using Google AI, I found a traditional restaurant in Berlin, Germany. It was a great place to eat authentic German food. This is a store I would like to come back to when I visit Germany.

Average restaurant with a clear focus on tourists. Relatively long waiting times, but food is okay. Prices are high and tips are encouraged. Does not have to be. (After all, that's why I paid over €30 for a schnitzel.) I saved on water; a 0.75l bottle would have cost almost ten euros.

A typical place that attracts tourists! Terrible service. The waiter did not take us to the table, he just handed us the menu and waved his hand towards the table. He then passed the wrong instructions to the kitchen and we had to replace one dish. I can forgive this if there is a lot of traffic in a tourist location. That's why I left the smart guy a tip, which I really regret! At the very end he did not bring the bill in the form of a receipt. He came with something that looked like a phone, he just listed the things we ordered and that was fine. We paid by card. However, after calculating calmly, it turned out that he added €5 to us out of thin air! It was not a percentage for service, and there is no mention anywhere that they added anything like that. Ask for the bill in writing! For me, cheating on guests is a disqualification for any establishment.

Prepare to have a great time with great food and friendly, excellent service. Outdoor ambiance is a plus. Try the Berliner Riesencurryworst dish. All of it was tasty. We also ordered the Knusprige Schweinshaxe in Schwarzbiersoße, and that was also good, but there was too much food for the two of us. The riesencurryworst with the gherkins and bread appetizer and a beer+wine would have been just enough for us. We didn't have space for desserts, but we salivated over the next table's Warmer Apfelstrudel. That looked amazing. The only downside to this restaurant is that you might not get a table at peak hours just walking up, so definitely book a reservation in advance.

it's a restaurant that treats foreign (Asian particularly) customers very badly, I felt the discrimination and hostile attitude from the staff toward us as Asian people. If you guys are asian, better DO NOT visit this resto. If you are white, go on you will enjoy their wonderful service. Staff in the front door are very rude and hostile toward us when we ask for a table, they speak loudly, well almost like shouting to us like we are begging for food, if it's not my companion said to stay, I should be left already. We asked to sit outdoor tables, there are still few empty tables, but they said "No, you cannot sit outside", I thought maybe those tables are reserved, nevermind, but I felt it's weird already. Then when they bring us in, there are lot of empty tables in the main hall, but instead of gave us a table there, they gave us a table deep inside in the corner just outside the kitchen door. I don't want to be judging, but honestly I felt like it's a racist act from them. Both outdoor tables and main tables are all serving White people, you don't see any asian sitting there, it's all white, my judge is that they didn't want to let Asian faces sitting outdoor or main hall that affects their restaurant's image. So they throw is into the deep corner that no one see is Asian eating there. Why I have this judge? Because when there were having zero Asian faces in outdoor tables or main hall, when we arrived the deep corner table, the table next to us are all Asians...wow... in my mind, it's like they created a "concentration camp" in the restaurant for Asian people, what a German style of racist act... while you can't see any Asian faces in the whole restaurant, you find all the Asians in the deep corner, wow... Shocked and Astonished, after so many years, these German are still doing this kind of ugly thing? Segregation? Shame... Regarding the food, it's average taste and quality, but the price they charge is not average, so much have higher than other resto. You can get better food in other resto for sure. So for Asian tourist, DO NOT go to this resto, you got many options still, check others.

Excellent dinner with typical Berlin dishes

Sure, it's Unten den Linden but 28 for a Schnitzel seems a bit steep. Anyway, we went for a Wurstlparade and a Giant Currywurst. Told the waiter to bring also a Berliner meatball (on the menu as a possible addition to anything) and he brought the whole dish. Anyway, we were hungry. Overall, not great, not terrible.

The service was ok to say the least. When I asked if one could have fried potatoes instead of dumplings for a dish, the response was to grumble as I walked away. There was no answer until the food came. Well, as I had almost thought, it didn't work or the lady just didn't feel like saying anything in the kitchen. The meal was okay. When other guests wanted to sit down, they were turned away because the kitchen had already closed, very strange since Google says the restaurant was open until 11:30 p.m. and at that time it was just 10:08 p.m. The opening times should be adjusted here. Advertising with 11:30 p.m. and sending people away more than an hour beforehand is not particularly satisfactory. Conclusion: Not a second time.

Kurry wurst was just terrible, yellow colour inside and tasteless. Schnitzel was good. Atmosphere was nice. Service was somewhat slow. Dishes more expensive than average. On top of that, waiters are really pushing you to leave tips, which is weird for Germany. Overall my sentiment when leaving was between bad and average.

The blonde lady who spoke English and was able to communicate with tourists who, like us, did not speak German was very good. Fair waiting times and fast service. Really enjoyed our dinner here. Food was great, service was great, ambiance was great. I tried the boiled pork knuckle for the first time and was so impressed with the result, I can’t wait to try more dishes here in the future hopefully. Gulasch was hearty and rich, with very tender pieces of pork. Even the salad to start the meal was really good. Strongly recommend this spot.

Amazing restaurant. It was very hot on the day we ate, but the food here was very appetizing as soon as it was served. The potato soup is simply a classic and delicious! ! Pork and fried mushrooms are a bit average compared to potato soup, but they still taste pretty good. The waiters were very welcoming and I think it was the best service I have ever had in a Berlin hotel.

According to the waitress, this was because we were there too late and the kitchen's supplies were exhausted. In my opinion, you can't charge the full price or you have to take the dishes off the menu. Otherwise everything was great. Our dog was also immediately given a bowl of water without asking.
