You should have the classic hamburger. Then the drinks are sophisticated by homemade taste and looks.

Mice are running through the dining room... no problem, it's a known fact. It's because the doors are open. Closing them doesn't seem to be an option. Just like removing the mold on the baseboards lying in the corner. A bucket with sponges for cleaning the ashtrays sits decoratively at eye level with the dining table... Oh my God, that's just how it is. Thanks for the tip. No words...

The food was okay, nothing special. The waiters leave all the dishes on the table for hours, and empty glasses aren't even cleared away. Mice are roaming the interior. The problem is known, but it's just how it is. Orders arrive late because waiters prefer to be on their phones or chatting with other employees instead of serving the guests. The waiters are unmotivated, lazy, and arrogant. Not all of them, but some of them are. The place wasn't full today, but they'd rather spend hours texting on their phones than take orders. Furthermore, the entire place is covered in mold. It seems they just never clean it.

The seating is nice, and the service was good. The food, however, was mediocre. We had one baked potato with a side salad. The salad was far too sour; the vinegar taste overpowered everything. The Asian bowl was the second dish and a real disappointment. The rice was like a tough, sticky patty that had simply been heated up. The meat wasn't fresh and was way overseasoned. Underneath was the same sour salad that came with the baked potato. The flavor just didn't match the Asian dish. The food wasn't satisfactory. We won't be back.

The bar chef has the ego of a toddler

The ambiance is centrally located in the city yet cozy thanks to the large outdoor area with large parasols and green plants. I opted for a raspberry basil lemonade and a baked potato with sour cream. The lemonade was refreshingly delicious, and the homemade sour cream and the salad dressing on the side salad were incredibly good! Highly recommended for a little break during a stroll through the city.

Very disappointing. It was our first time there and we just wanted a bite to eat. It was around 8:30 p.m., and two of the six starters were gone. The mixed salad only came with two baguettes instead of the four listed on the menu. When we asked about it, they said it only applies to very small slices?...how small must the kitchen be? 😥 The coffee machine was already out of order. ...plus, the music was horrible the whole time.

I was a guest recently and unfortunately had an unpleasant experience. A female employee with long black hair stood out due to her very unfriendly and distant manner. What was particularly disturbing was how condescending and disrespectful she was to the rest of the staff, loud enough for guests to hear it, too. Such behavior is completely inappropriate in the restaurant industry, where friendliness and respectful interaction should be a given. It's a shame, because the ambiance had potential, but the tone of the team was also reflected in the atmosphere for guests.

I come to the N1 Lounge often. I like the shop and the staff. I can recommend it.

We're still sitting here. We had a rump steak, which was delicious, but the veal schnitzel for €25 was a real shame. It was very thin, fried to death in the deep fryer. The fries weren't cooked well. We often eat here and spend a pleasant evening, but today was a no-go.

I came here for a relaxed Sunday lunch. The food from the daily specials was good, but what really impressed me was the great service. A girl with long red hair served me and was super fast with everything, as well as super friendly and funny! I'd love to come back.

Atendimento bem diferentes dos padrões de Londres. Muitas exigências para a entrada na sala, mas estas, aparentemente, direcionadas apenas a algumas pessoas, sem evidente justificativa, visto que a sala não estava lotada e tão pouco disponibilizava boas acomodações. Tratamento sem polidez, grosseiro e pouco exclarecedor. Isso é sobre o atendimento dos recepcionistas, do “bartender” e de alguns atendentes no salão, e especialmente sobre o atendimento do gerente atual do dia (15/04/2025), que nos recebeu apressamento e sem qualquer paciência quanto as diferenças linguísticas, se limitando a nos apresentar um texto pre-escrito, para explicar as políticas de atendimento da casa, do que nos ouvir e, assim, nos possibilitar ouví-lo. Neste dia, muitos brasileiros saíram do local insatisfeitos, e isso não só con o atendimento, mas com a comida e as instalações da casa, que estava quente demais e possuía pouca acomodações confortáveis comparadas a tantas outras no Brasil. Sempre, eu e o meu marido, frequentamos salas “vips” e nunca havíamos passado por experiência semelhante tão ruim. com toda certeza, não recomendamos o local.

On Tuesday evenings ALL U CAN EAT PASTA! Highly worth recommending!! 3 types of pasta, 3 sauces, 2 homemade pestos, plus pasta coated in large Grana Padano cheese with topping! Very, very nice service and chef, plus happy hour for drinks that tasted so excellent!! A 5 ⭐️ rating for a really great evening! P.s. Attention is paid to allergies, which is also a big plus!

We come here often. Today we were there for lunch and ordered pork medallions with fried potatoes and a pollock fillet with potato salad. Drinks and food arrived shortly after. Very tasty food and friendly service. There's always something new and delicious on the menu. We enjoy coming here and will be happy to come again in the future! Highly recommended!

I ordered a pizza and unfortunately it wasn't good at all. There is no hot sauce or similar in the restaurant. Service was also poor and not customer friendly. Was my first and last time.

The food and drinks are bad. The restaurant is so dirty. I found mice and rats in the restroom, and the kitchen is next to the restroom, disgusting! The staff are disrespectful!

I wonder why they think, people are actually prepared to pay money for this place more than once. Endless menu, but no wine listed on it, although they have some. Food is expensive and below average. Mice running around on the floor. Waitress accompanied by a child. She hardly even looked at the customers while talking to them. It’s just not worth the money.

The food was okay and the prices were fair too. However, the restaurant wasn't very full and we had to wait almost an hour for two pizzas.

Came especially for the aforementioned Pasta Tuesday, which is so well advertised on a platform. There are five pasta sauces to choose from (one is double as shown in the picture) so four, of these four only two to choose from. So just panna e funghi and Napoli, the waitress at least offered us pesto. Be that as it may, the food was unfortunately very bland and we didn't notice anything from being tossed in the cheese wheel.

We had reserved a table for New Year's Eve but were told on site that the kitchen was closed today due to an event. Then why could you reserve online????

The cocktails were ok at best, the pizza was very thin and with few toppings. The price of the food is overall too high for the quality.

I can confirm mice in the restaurant. Eternal waiting time for the food. Several different people who obviously didn't work there keep going into the kitchen with their jackets on. I don't want to know what the kitchen looks like when people in civilian clothes keep scurrying through the kitchen.

Titel: “Reserviert? Ja, aber für wen genau?” Heute durfte ich eine ganz besondere Erfahrung in der N1 Lounge in Mannheim machen. Schon beim Betreten des Lokals wurde ich freundlich darauf hingewiesen, dass “alle Tische ab der Treppe reserviert” seien. Gut, dachte ich, das klingt ja professionell organisiert. Doch dann der Twist: Keine Schilder, keine Namen, keine Hinweise – einfach nur ein unsichtbarer Vorhang der Exklusivität, der diese Tische offenbar vor Normalsterblichen wie mir schützte. Ich schaute mich um. Keine Partygesellschaft in Sicht, keine Schlangen wartender VIPs, nicht mal ein Kellner mit einem Tablet voller Reservierungslisten. Die Tische standen einfach leer da, wie kleine Inseln der Einsamkeit, und warteten vermutlich auf unsichtbare Gäste aus einer anderen Dimension. Der Höhepunkt? Nachdem ich höflich fragte, ob man vielleicht doch an einem dieser mysteriösen Tische Platz nehmen könnte, wurde ich mit einem fast ehrfürchtigen „Nein, die sind reserviert“ abgespeist. Wer auch immer diese geheimnisvollen Gäste sind – ich hoffe, sie wissen ihre unsichtbar markierten Plätze zu schätzen. Für mich bleibt die N1 Lounge ab sofort ein Rätsel. Vielleicht kehre ich eines Tages zurück – mit einem unsichtbaren Reservierungsschild in der Tasche. Fazit: 2 Sterne – einen für den Humor der Situation und einen für die hübsche Einrichtung.

As soon as I entered the restaurant, I was kindly informed that “all tables from the stairs onwards were reserved”. Good, I thought, that sounds professionally organized. But then the twist: no signs, no names, no clues - just an invisible curtain of exclusivity that apparently protected these tables from mere mortals like me. I looked around. No party in sight, no queues of waiting VIPs, not even a waiter with a tablet full of reservation lists. The tables just stood there empty, like little islands of solitude, probably waiting for invisible guests from another dimension. The highlight? After I politely asked if I could maybe take a seat at one of these mysterious tables, I was fobbed off with an almost awestruck “No, they are reserved.” Whoever these mysterious guests are, I hope they appreciate their invisibly marked spots. For me, the N1 Lounge remains a mystery from now on. Maybe one day I'll return with an invisible reservation sign in my pocket. Conclusion: 2 stars – one for the humor of the situation and one for the pretty decor.

Attention mice!!!! In this shop, mice run around between the customers' tables. When the staff asked about the mice, they said: "We know the exterminator has been here several times, but we can't get rid of them." Absolutely no recommendation.

There are mice in the restaurant. The waiters didn't care. When they were asked about the mice that were running around under the guests' tables, they weren't surprised and said that they were always in the restaurant.

As always nice 😊 the menus have changed over the years, so that pizza and handmade burgers are even offered 😊 I ordered Pasta Salmone for the first time, but wasn't so convinced about it. I didn't expect the tomatoes and leeks, I think they're distracting and don't fit in there. Was the oily thing the lobster butter? I wasn't sure about the taste, but overall it was delicious :) Another time I ordered Hawaiian pizza, which was very good and super big. I'll keep trying in my one and only home location. 😊🤍

So we've eaten here several times. But they were mostly disappointed. A rather thickly breaded pollack with a few potatoes and sauce and 2 lettuce leaves. The chairs are old and torn, the tables wobble. We'd rather go somewhere else and spend more money on good food. The baked potato with rattatoui vegetables was still very hard inside. It's a shame about the money that was spent here. The chef should take the many bad reviews to heart.

My girlfriend got the wrong food. Food was a bit greasy but still edible. The big outrage comes at the end with the bill. You add mayo and ketchup sachets. Paid €1.80 for ketchup and mayo without this being said. I find it disgraceful to pay such prices for ketchup and mayo without saying anything. In every other restaurant you get something like this for free. But just add it without you wanting it and then such outrageous prices. Only again!

I can only agree. We used to go to the N1 Lounge every week and it was always great: both drinks and food. Unfortunately, this time under new management, only the service was convincing. Unfortunately, the pizzas were inedible, they didn't taste like anything (I don't even know how to do that). Unfortunately we won't be coming back.

When guests pointed this out to the staff, all they said was casual: “They’re just little mice, nothing bad.” Not even an apology or an attempt to take the situation seriously! Hygiene doesn't seem to play a role here - this is actually a matter for the health department. Once and never again!

If you want a real restaurant experience without uninvited guests, you should stay away from this restaurant. I recently went here for a birthday dinner and I'm just horrified. While we were ordering our last drink, a mouse suddenly walked right in front of my feet. Apart from the hygiene aspects, my girlfriend, for example, is terrified of mice. We immediately brought this to the attention of the waitress, hoping it was a one-off incident. The answer: "Yes, we have a mouse problem, but they are very small, you don't have to be afraid." No apology, no insight - instead our concerns were simply dismissed. Unfortunately, it didn't stop with just one mouse. Over the course of the evening we saw at least three different mice scurrying around the restaurant. Given this scene, we don't even want to think about what's going on in the background, especially since the door to the kitchen also has a large, open gap. We used to enjoy visiting this restaurant, but now it's an absolute health department issue for us. By the way, there was no apology or compensation. Very disappointing and absolutely not recommended!

The “N Eins Lounge” – once a favorite place, now a shadow of its former self. With the change of ownership, the quality has also declined. The menu is an imposition: confusing, endless pages, incorrectly placed headings - finding a dish was like a labyrinth. In the evening the bistro finally loses its charm: it is loud, too dark, and instead of a cozy atmosphere there is a chaos of voices and shadows. Mice also feel comfortable here and scurry along the walls seemingly undetected... The presence of the little furry four-legged friends adds a flavor to the culinary quality... But even before we were shocked, the food served seemed mediocre at best - a far cry from the previous standards that characterized the restaurant. I'll only come again after a change of ownership.

Received spoiled food for the second time. The chicken salad, whether grilled or breaded, tasted sour. I felt sick afterwards.

The location itself was successful and really chic for me! The staff was quick and friendly, the price-performance ratio is sometimes relative depending on the menu (dish)! The big draw, and therefore points deducted, are the toilets, which are located outside of the location across the hallway to the restaurant opposite (Mexican) and have to be shared with them! What's more, they were in catastrophic conditions! Sry.

I was not satisfied with the service. The staff seemed unfriendly, and I acknowledge that the mix-up with my order was partly my fault. However, the pizza was mediocre, and the drinks weren't worth the visit. The staff was not professional.

N One Lounge was a disappointment. The 2-for-1 drinks only apply to a random, small selection, making it hard to even order what you want. The pizza was questionable at best, and the waiter mixed up the ingredients with zero remorse. While the locale itself is nice, it’s way too dark to enjoy. Wouldn’t recommend.

When you come to Times N-Eins as a long-time regular at the N1Lounge, you can only think back with nostalgia for the good old days. I was there almost every lunchtime and sometimes three times a day because there was always a highlight. Good breakfast in the morning, cheap and tasty lunch dishes at lunchtime and the legendary cocktail happy hour in the evening. After giving the new team a chance several times, I will now stay away from the restaurant. Breakfast only consists of a very poorly baked roll and a sticky croissant. I've had several bad experiences at lunchtime and the new cocktails have nothing in common with the old ones. The guests notice the decreased quality and stay away. Why would you take over a restaurant and run it down?

Went there today and ordered a schnitzel (pork) with fries. Unfortunately I was a little disappointed because the schnitzel was a frozen ready-made schnitzel and wasn't completely cooked. I then got a coffee on the house as a little compensation!

Oh man, that was really disappointing! We've been here many times and always been satisfied, but since the change in ownership it's just been a disaster. After ordering drinks from the lovely waitress, who was only on her fourth day in service, we had to wait an incredible 75 minutes for our food! We asked three times for the soup of the day, three times they said “I’ll ask straight away” and the fourth time there was simply no soup of the day. Fried potatoes? Out of. Beef schnitzel? Out of. Soup of the day? None. Some alcoholic drinks? Not there either. Even though we all ordered at the same time, the first ones had already finished eating when the other dishes finally arrived. After 75 minutes of waiting, we were informed that a dish could not be prepared because the meat was out. That's not possible and doesn't go with good service at all. The communication between the kitchen and the service staff was underground. After our complaint they said the boss would come personally. We would still wait today, the gentleman was probably too nice! Then it was said that unfortunately there was nothing they could do and that they couldn't accommodate us. After another complaint, we got a few drinks on the house. But after this disastrous start, that just wasn't enough. I was happy when the evening was finally over and there will definitely not be a repeat.

We always enjoyed coming to the N1, the shop was in a great location to sit outside and the food was great. We have been to the Times 3 times since the change of ownership... Unfortunately nothing more for us. Too much choice on the menu, last time the chicken salad only tasted like olives, especially the dressing.

Unfortunately, our visit after the change of ownership was a disappointment. We had to wait 1.5 hours for our food which was unacceptable. The waiters were very unfriendly and seemed uninterested, which greatly affected the service. When the food finally came, it was unappetizing and not at all what we expected. Overall our experience was disappointing and we probably won't be back. I hope that management takes the criticism seriously and strives to improve.

Very disappointing! We have eaten here several times and have always been satisfied, but things have gotten worse since the “change” of ownership! We waited more than an hour for the food. Starters were ordered: baked sheep's cheese, Camembert and grilled pepperoni with aioli. As a main course, chicken skewer with fries, chicken schnitzel with Gorgonzola sauce, caprese toast with a salad garnish and penne funghi. The food came to the table after an hour together (starter and main course) and not separately. The sheep's cheese was inedible because it stuck to the cast iron pan and was already burnt. We complained about it and it wasn't charged. The grilled peppers were merely fried, and the camembert seemed to have just come from the supermarket, with lots of inedible salad on the side. The chicken skewer was very hard and neither salted nor seasoned, and the fries were way too greasy and dark brown. The gorgonzola sauce had nothing to do with gorgonzola, and the penne just tasted like cream. The caprese toast was also inedible (see pictures) We had two bottles of water to drink. For the price of €100 that was a disgrace. Price-performance is more than inadequate here! I cannot recommend this restaurant.

We were there last night and super disappointed after the change of ownership. We had chicken burgers and have never experienced that chicken can be baked so dead and dry, it was hard to cut or chew. There were also baked potatoes with strips of beef, which couldn't even be skewered properly with a fork, let alone chewed. A shoe sole is softer than these strips of beef. The cocktails were delicious as always, the service tried hard but was overwhelmed, sometimes they had trouble getting your attention so that you could get something to drink. The facility is very old. Hardly any chairs are whole and the tables wobble. We first got under the table ourselves and put it under so that everything doesn't fall over on it. We'll look for another location for our girls' night in the future.

Was very comfortable. Cozy people. Everything was nice and chilled out. Not that loud either.

No music. The waitress made a mistake in the receipt but she sure charged it all. The table was dirty and the chairs very used/old. The cheesecake and drinks didn't taste good.

Food great, service flop. I was repeatedly simply ignored by a waitress. Only after I spoke to her several times did she respond. Friendliness is probably a foreign word for her.

I've been a regular customer for many years and have always enjoyed coming here with customers, but recently the waitresses have been extremely unfriendly, especially the female waitresses. I no longer feel welcome. The waitress doesn't pay any attention to you at the table - the empty dishes are left there for ages and you have to ask for follow-up orders yourself and are looked at strangely. I think it's a shame that no emphasis is placed on service and customer friendliness when selecting the service, as I would have enjoyed coming here otherwise. I think the food is great and the cocktails are a dream, unfortunately there are always problems with the toilets as they are often broken. I hope that the N1 Lounge will do better here again in the future, as it would be a shame to have to go to a new regular bar.

Very nice location, the service was super friendly We were irritated by another lady who tried to cash in on us (because she wanted to get off work) even though she had served us zero! If this is "normal", this concept should be reconsidered - as it is not beneficial for the relationship between colleagues.

The food was really disappointing! The salad dressing didn't go well with the arugula salad at all. The fish chips were the simplest fried parts and the sauce didn't go well with them. The noodles were soggy and didn't taste spicy. Ambiance inside good but loud.

Were there for happy hour on Saturday. Very attentive and friendly staff and half price cocktails were good too. Will come again👍🏼

Well, I've been here several times and always the same picture, but today I thought to myself, something has to be said. The DJ thinks he's at TimeWarp, so I admire his enthusiasm, but unfortunately the service and the bar counter don't match, far too disorganized and possibly understaffed. (long waiting times) Regarding the toilet situation, 2 restaurants share a toilet room, at least for the men there are 3 Pisuars, all 3 are broken, only 2 toilets for too many guests. Sorry but there are better bars in Mannheim.

Wir waren hier am ersten Weihnachtsfeiertag um 10:00Uhr frühstücken. Während alle anderen Restaurants schon ausgebucht waren, haben wir hier einen Platz bekommen, waren aber auch die einzigen Gäste. Zum Frühstück hat man eine Auswahl zwischen 4-5 Gerichten wobei wir uns für die Pancakes entschieden haben. Um 10:30Uhr bekamen wir die Rückmeldung dass die Pancakes nicht verfügbar seien bzw erst gemacht werden müssten. Als Zeitangabe wurde uns "sehr lange" gegeben. Na ja wenn man Frühstück anbietet und dies erst zur Mittagszeit servieren kann dann kann man sich das Angebot auch sparen! Sehr unvorbereitet. Als Alternative haben wir dann das Rührei mit Brot gewählt was leider auch sehr lange gedauert hat. Nach dieser Erfahrung werde ich hier leider nicht mehr Frühstücken gehen. Nachdem mir der frustrierte Kellner dann noch das Rückgeld in 10&20ct. Stücken zurückgeben hat war die Sache auch entgültig für mich gegessen.

Leckere cocktails, schöne Umgebung und eine der wenigen Bars die noch eine happy hour am Wochenende haben. Das Essen fällt eher klein aus aber ist lecker. Daher der eine Stern Abzug

Wir waren hier, um die Cocktails zu testen während der Happy Hour von 17-19 Uhr.🍸 Fehlte bei dem 1. Cocktail der Alkohol oder sind die "eigenen" verwässert? Daher noch einen cremigen Klassiker bestellt, der endlich etwas Alkohol darin hatte. Leider ist es etwas dunkel im Lokal, so dass man eigentlich gar nicht sieht, was man ist, wenn es abends ist. 😉 Endlich mal ein Salat, wo man die Salatsauce nicht suchen muss! Die Hähnchenstreifen waren auch nicht so trocken gebraten. Also empfehlenswert. Den Vorrednern kann ich mich anschließen, was den Service angeht. Luft nach oben und unterschiedlich: die meisten eigentlich freundlich, aber auch pambig! Auch bin ich es von anderen Cocktail Bars in Mannheim gewohnt, dass vorm Ende der Happy Hour die Bedienung darauf aufmerksam macht!

Der Salat mit Hähnchenbrust und Champignons war sehr schmackhaft und frisch. Die anderen Essen sahen auch sehr gut aus. Der Service war sehr freundlich und schnell

Wir haben hier die Abteilungsweihnachtsfeier gefeiert. Es war mein erstes Mal hier und habe davor nie vom N Eins Lounge gehört. Ich war sehr positiv beeindruckt. Das Essen war sehr lecker, zumindest die Bürger, und die Atmosphäre sehr angenehm. Obwohl wir eine Gruppe von 20 Leuten waren und der Ort war relativ voll, konnten wir uns sehr gut unterhalten. Die Bedienung war schnell und sehr, sehr freundlich. Die Preise waren angemessen. Eine klare Empfehlung.

Ich habe die Bar während der Happy Hour besucht, die von 17:00 bis 20:00 Uhr stattfindet. Während dieser Zeit gibt es auf alle Cocktails 20 % Rabatt. Ich habe zwei Hauscocktails bestellt, beide Cocktails waren sehr lecker und gut gemixt. Der Service in der Bar war freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Barkeeper haben sich Zeit genommen, um mir die Cocktailkarte zu erklären und mir bei der Auswahl zu helfen. Insgesamt war ich von der N Eins Lounge sehr positiv überrascht. Die Cocktails sind lecker, die Happy Hour ist ein tolles Angebot und der Service ist ausgezeichnet.

Kein Essen selbst bestellt, aber die Gerichte am Nachbartisch sahen gut aus 👍

Personal kommt sehr selten vorbei, Preis für die Getränke etwas zu hoch für den Service. Toiletten sind ganz woanders.
