The food was extremely delicious! We arrived at a fairly quiet time, so it didn't take long for our food to arrive. The service was very friendly and attentive. The restaurant is visually very nicely designed. The prices are also perfectly reasonable.

A very nice restaurant. You can sit both inside and outside, and the service is very friendly. The selection is extensive, and it's great that everything is vegan. Great sushi and other dishes are also great. The only downside is that it's relatively expensive, especially for the drinks, but sometimes also for the food, depending on the dish. Still, I recommend it.

Absolutely superb. Possibly the nicest food I have ever eaten. Perfect, quick service. Starters main courses deserts, drinks, every mouthfull suprisingly nice, bute after bite. Very highly recommend.

Very bad restaurant with bad staff. The lady who works there is very disrespectful. She demands money for the toilet, and then we give it to her even though there's nothing written there. We gave her money. She didn't want to accept it. Because it was 50 cents x2, she wanted the entire amount of one euro. Very disrespectful. Not recommended!

I sat outside in the beautiful weather. It's nice to sit under umbrellas and watch the hustle and bustle of the pedestrian zone. Very friendly service. I had a salad with crispy tofu and a cold coffee with Vietnamese condensed milk. Everything tasted great, and the salad was a good price for €10.50.

The food was significantly overpriced for the portion size. Unfortunately, I didn't feel well after the visit! It's a shame, I was really looking forward to the evening.

It was my first time eating at a Vietnamese restaurant, and it was a pleasant surprise. All the dishes are vegan but truly delicious. I recommend the Vietnamese spring rolls, which are truly delicious. You can read the entire menu in advance on their website, so you can get an idea of what to choose from the many dishes on offer. The place is quite small, so reservations are recommended.

I was alone at MY HAO today and was absolutely thrilled! A purely vegan Vietnamese restaurant – and definitely a highlight for anyone who loves plant-based cuisine but is looking for more than just the usual vegetables and tofu. My main course was a Vietnamese rice noodle soup with vegan "sausage," tofu, mushrooms, lotus root, vegan "beef," lots of fresh cilantro, garlic, chili, and a rich, aromatic broth. Simply a dream – full of flavor, varied, and truly filling. The restaurant is beautifully located, you can sit comfortably outside, and the staff was extremely friendly. I would have loved to try so much more – the menu offers many exciting dishes that you won't find everywhere. When I'm back in Nuremberg, MY HAO is definitely a must. A true paradise for vegans!

The food here is very good, and I love having so many vegan options (the whole menu)! I also appreciated having chili oil on the table. However, they raised prices recently. The prices listed on the Google menu are no longer accurate. I ordered a tofu salad, gyoza, and non-alcoholic drink. My total was 32 euros. You will enjoy your meal here, but know that you will easily pay 25-30 euros a person.

I got ramen with an egg. Sadly the broth had a very mild flavor. I think it had to much liquid, because it was really thin. The rest was really good. Staff was super nice 😊 🧡

Unfortunately, the quality of the food has declined significantly. It's more reminiscent of mass-produced food than fresh Asian cuisine! Vegetables were reheated several times, and the tofu was far too soft! Absolutely no longer recommended, even if the service is good.

We ordered via Uber Eats, it was delicious, but there was cilantro in my soup even though I specifically wrote a note saying I definitely didn't want cilantro! 😔

Small update. 5 stars on the food. Service is also good, but the restaurant is a bit inflexible when it comes to special requests. I wanted the crispy duck on the fried rice instead of tofu and charged a surcharge of €5 for it... Well. The ambience is nice inside, there could be fewer tables, the outside area is well thought out. Kitchen should be open later than 9 p.m.

As an omnivore, I find it really, really delicious, even though I don't like many meat substitutes from the supermarket. Pho is filling, even though it "just" looks like a big soup. It has a lot of noodles. The appetizers were also very good.

I love coming here for sushi. It’s always fresh and delicious. Some of the main dishes could be more flavorful, but overall, the sushi really stands out and keeps me coming back.

Not a recommendation. The two ladies in the afternoon weren't very motivated. Despite the completely empty outdoor area, I waited over five minutes for a server, even though they were sitting two tables away. Orders were short and sweet, and no one asked during the meal if they needed drinks, etc. No soy sauce was brought to the table; I got it myself from three tables away. The food was so-so; the spring rolls were great. The rest was below average at best. I wouldn't go back again.

It's wonderful that there's a vegan restaurant!!! Asian cuisine with typical dishes. My husband had duck (very crispy crust), but I only found one gluten-free dish on the menu (vegetables with tofu and chili sauce). Prices are okay. The drinks are very expensive (0.25 L (!) water €3.80, all other non-alcoholic 0.3 L (!) drinks €4.50-5.) It's a shame that beer is cheaper than water, that's a no-go!!! At these prices, I'd rather not drink anything here.

Great restaurant with lots of delicious dishes, but I went there an hour before closing and felt really sick that evening after dinner; I was vomiting the whole time. It was probably because I went there right before closing, which meant my food might not have been fresh. Oh well. But otherwise, it's delicious.

Incredibly delicious food. I've eaten there several times and it's always a pleasure. I especially find the crispy duck with peanut-coconut sauce very tasty. What I like best is that everything is vegan and I don't have to worry about something accidentally not being vegan.

Absolutely the best vegan restaurant! The food is always very tasty. The employees are very accommodating and always friendly. For my taste, the music could be a little quieter and the ambience could be improved a bit, but these are just small things. However, I find the water brand “Aqua Panna” that is served here a bit questionable. A German water that doesn't belong to Nestle would be great.

I got the Pho and a simple sparkling water. My food was served in less than five minutes, which was a pleasant surprise, although that is to be expected since the store was pretty empty at that particular time (Tuesday approx. 5 pm). The Pho itself was pretty solid, but a few more vegetables wouldn't have hurt at all. The tofu and the meat substitute were very tasty, and there has been a satisfactory amount of it. The amount you get in proportion to the money spent is pretty standard. In total, I spent 19€ including a tip. All in all, it's a pretty decent Vietnamese restaurant, not a must visit, but I'd recommend it.

We were in Nuremberg for an evening and were looking for a vegan restaurant. This was recommended to us and it was worth going there. The restaurant has a large selection and we were particularly impressed by the vegan duck. It tastes very authentic. The restaurant itself was very nicely decorated, but a bit cramped. Great food, in my opinion the vegan substitute products are very close to the real ones and therefore totally uncomplicated for our group, which also included vegetarians. Everyone has their own taste. The price is completely okay and the ambience is quite good from my point of view, but I also like it close together like you would imagine an Asian person to be.

This place is not worth visiting. The two female staff working in the afternoon were extremely rude. When you look at them, they immediately avert their eyes with an annoyed expression, as if they’re already irritated by the thought of a customer asking for something. The slim staff member with heavy makeup didn’t even say “Excuse me” or explain the name of the dish when serving food. She just suddenly came, dropped the food on the table, and walked away. Later, I asked the second, fat staff member if they had spicy Vietnamese chili. She frowned and silently pointed to the chili oil without saying a word. That’s not what I was asking for. The staff never checked on our table until we finished our meal. If their English skills are poor, they should at least try to be polite, but the staff here are not only bad at English but also incredibly arrogant. I’ve traveled to Vietnam before, and it was the worst destination I’ve ever been to. The lack of basic manners and poor civic awareness in Vietnam left a terrible impression on me. Today confirmed it for me Vietnamese culture is consistent, even in this restaurant. There is not a single exaggeration in my review. To make matters worse, the food here isn’t even good. I will never visit this place again.

Unfortunately, the food in this restaurant did not impress us. The vegan sushi quality, unfortunately not satisfactory - I've had better. The soy sauce was way too salty, which further affected the taste. The two soups we ordered were fine. However, the chicken substitute in the dish was completely unnecessary. My partner's food also left a lot to be desired: the ingredients were roughly chopped and substitute chicken was once again used. The Vietnamese sauce was also not tasty in taste. Gyoza were ok. Unfortunately, I had already eaten better. Conclusion: like a former Chinese cheap takeaway. 😔 Overall, we cannot recommend the vegan cuisine here. We had much better experiences at kokoro/Kokono. If you are looking for good Asian food, you are much better off in Nuremberg with other well-known restaurants that also offer vegetarian or vegan dishes. The quality of the ingredients plays a big role. The waitresses were very friendly… that’s why they got the most stars!!!

Centrally located in the pedestrian zone, you can find authentic Vietnamese cuisine here. The highlight: 100% vegan. We are here regularly. In addition to the very good food, also impeccable service. Reservation makes sense.

We came to My Hao at short notice and were fortunately able to get a place (2 people). However, it is definitely better to reserve in advance. It's super nice to be able to just order something without having to think about whether it's vegan! Everything came very quickly and the service was absolutely friendly. From appetizers to sushi, soup, rice noodles with spring rolls and drinks, everything was beautifully presented and super tasty! We'll definitely be back to try more!

The restaurant does not comply with German restaurant law. A liter of a non-alcoholic drink must be cheaper than a liter of the cheapest alcoholic drink. Here 1 liter of beer costs €7, 1 liter of water costs €14 and 1 liter of cola costs €11.4. In addition to violating the law, I find the price of water outrageous. Unfortunately I didn't receive an invoice otherwise I would have reported it to the consumer advice center. After I mentioned this violation when paying, the waitress, who I think was also the boss, suddenly no longer understood German.

I'm skeptical of the friendly reviews. The staff here are incredibly rude. I have traveled and dined in many European countries, but I’ve never encountered a place as rude as this. I can speak a little Vietnamese, and the two servers were making negative comments about the customers. It was an uncomfortable experience throughout the meal. Their behavior was also unhygienic—one of them was scratching her head and cutting limes at the same time. Shockingly, all of this happened during a visit of less than an hour. To top it off, one of them used profanity as she watched us leave. Don’t assume that all foreigners can’t understand your language. I felt sorry for the other tourists in the restaurant. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Unfortunately it has diminished significantly. Were there 2 weeks ago and all of our food was lukewarm or cold, even though the restaurant was almost empty. The peanut sauce tasted like it had been stretched with water and neither the vegan duck nor the vegan chicken can compete with other vegan restaurants :(. I'm super disappointed, otherwise I really enjoyed going there. Also, the drinks are usually a bit too small well too expensive

The food was very good, but the service when paying was unfortunately terrible. You can't spend the evening in peace because you have to leave straight away after eating.

Rude, arrogant and unprofessional. Even 1 Star is still too much. After ordering we were already pissed off and wanted to leave. At the end we did not leave and regreted after this experience.

This place pleasantly surprised me, we entered without knowing that it was vegan and we realized when we finished because we read it. The PHO soup typical of Vietnam was very good, I thought it came with beef, highly recommended. Their Sushi menu is very good and it also looked like fish, everything was very well prepared and delicious. Good value for money. The service is good as is its atmosphere.

Wife - “I have been all around the world and no where was as good as here. The density of the soup with the right amount of salt and spice made each bite make me feel like I was in heaven. We came to the restaurant without reservation and asked for a table. The employee was not so friendly at the entrance, she was nervous to hear that we don’t have a reservation. She didn’t say something. We waited likely 1,5 minute in silence and wondered what she will say. At the end, she offered a table for 1 hour for us and we sit. The offer was really kind and I appreciate, but we were also ok if there were no place. It was not needed to see a nervous face. The problem is the behaviours of the employee. It irritated us in this way. Restaurant offers total vegan options. We ate crispy duck, gyoza and Miso soup. Generally they were good.

After the visit (eating + drinking) we left our umbrella at the toilet. We noticed it outside shortly afterwards. We wanted to go back in and get him. They didn't want to let us in because they thought we were toilet tourists. The service lady didn't understand enough German to explain it or didn't feel like it. Another “accepted” guest helped us and then got an umbrella.
