I have ordered from you many times and have never been disappointed.

One star is too much. I ordered a pizza that was undercooked and tasteless. That's very disappointing. I can't recommend it.

It would be really helpful if at least when ordering by phone there was someone on the phone who also speaks German.

Initially, the directions we left behind were ignored. Instead, the driver asked us by cell phone to come outside. In addition, a dip was delivered for the salad instead of dressing. Due to the distance, substituting it during the lunch break was difficult. This significantly limited the enjoyment. A solid dip simply doesn't replace a creamy dressing, especially since the taste was completely unsuitable for the salad. So, we were forced to eat the salad without dressing :-( But when, to make matters worse, we find wilted lettuce leaves in our salad, we simply can't continue eating. My emails only receive evasive replies. Apparently, the texts aren't read in their entirety. A voucher for the next order of €5.00 was offered, which wasn't even worth the value of the salad. After this experience, we will obviously not redeem it, as we won't be ordering from here again.

I placed an online order with the special note that the casseroles should not be made half full. But, they were repeatedly only half full. Years ago they were always full! At a price of EUR 12.45 I expect a larger portion. As always, the taste of the food was okay, but the price was also rather expensive. I cannot recommend Mundfein in this form and will no longer order here to save myself the hassle of the small portions. I'm only giving it 1 star because I don't want to get upset before eating.

Sorry, that didn't work at all! We ordered 2 pizzas, a salami and a Xavier pizza (with apple, bacon, cranberry hollondais sauce and monastery cheese. The pizzas came 40 minutes after we ordered, but they were both almost cold. The pepperoni pizza had almost no taste it was just salty. The Xavier pizza was JUST FATTY, the apple didn't taste like an apple, was very, very salty, and the cranberry hollondais sauce had no taste at all. So we will NEVER order there AGAIN. Oh, and from a previous order, which we had to cancel 3 minutes after ordering due to a medical emergency, we have not received any money back to date, even though the owner assured us that it would because the order had not yet started.

Always been a satisfied customer since 2017. But today, for the first time ever, the food was a failure :(( Pizza was “mushy” and the ingredients weren’t really fresh. The spinach in the pizza rolls smelled and tasted musty. Sorry mundfein team, that was nothing!

Unfortunately, this branch doesn't really have service in mind. The Helena salad we ordered, which we picked up ourselves, was almost nothing like what was in the description. Unfortunately everything was very limp, almost only green salad, there were very slippery, unappetizing mushrooms on it that didn't belong in there and the onions that were ordered were plentiful on top. Unfortunately I threw it away. The staff paid little attention to us and talked and laughed among themselves and sometimes cashed in on the side. Guys, what's going on with you?

How long should you actually wait for your food? 1 salad and 1 small pizza and a 15 minute drive and we have been waiting in vain for our food for 1.5 hours😠
