Mr. Thai in Frankfurt am Main

My Coke was (forgotten). He wanted to send it back to me with a credit note. Suddenly, the driver had a Coke in the car and told me to just tell him I should cancel it with a credit note. I had to pay again, and the credit never arrived. The Coke cost me a total of €8.20 :) Truly rubbish service that uses dirty tricks to take advantage of other people's kindness.

The food was literally slapped down. There was way too much sauce on the burger, it was really sick. After eating it, I had severe stomach cramps and was nauseous. My partner felt the same. We will never order from there again!

In contrast to Food Rockers (which tastes really good), this "food" is a farce. I ordered fried noodles with just bean sprouts: There was egg in them. Okay, it happens sometimes, no big deal. Maybe it at least tastes good. I don't know what happened to the noodles, or what they threw in there, but the taste and quality bordered on pure assault. Old, disgusting taste paired with cold, wobbly noodles. After six bites, I got stomach cramps and gave up. I have no idea how a place like this is still open; it's just disgusting. And the fact that a chef isn't ashamed to serve customers this is all the more surprising. Apparently, no one at Mr. Thai cares. Bottom line: If you need a quick bout of food poisoning (e.g., to call in sick at school or work), this is the place to go. If you want good food, not.

The food is of the lowest quality. I always ordered here because it was cheap, but now the prices are so extremely high that I don't see the point anymore. In addition, they have not only increased the prices extremely, but are now also stingy with the quantity. I'm out, not with me.

Simply too nice. The food was also amazing, and for the price, you can't complain.

Delicious Asian dishes. The sauces are sometimes a bit thin and rather flavorless. But otherwise, everything is very tasty. The delivery time is sometimes significantly too long (about 1:30 hours).

I ordered Thai food here via Lieferando. Unfortunately, I got severe food poisoning and ended up having to stay in the hospital. Therefore, I can't recommend this restaurant!

My food was supposed to arrive at 12:20 AM, but it didn't arrive until 1:30 AM. On top of that, the spring rolls were very soft, and the burnt noodles were equally mushy and extremely soft. I'm very disappointed. It's a shame to spend €20 on a meal like that...

The food in the pictures doesn't correspond to the real thing at all. I ordered crispy duck, but I received cooked duck. They weren't willing to provide a substitute. Very unfriendly and inedible.

After more than 20 years, Foodrockers has one less loyal customer, because the massive changes of recent times have unfortunately all been extremely negative. I used to find the burger really tasty – not anymore. A cheap, run-of-the-mill burger sauce instead of ketchup and mayo makes the burger unbearably sweet. No more crispy onions, just soft-steamed mush. There's not even enough for lettuce leaves anymore. Sorry, I'm not spending money on that anymore. Sweet, bland, and mushy – maybe that'll appeal to younger customers? The delicious Thai salads and glass noodle salads – discontinued. The delicious hot dogs – discontinued. The stuffed tortellini (best noodle option) – discontinued. I often ordered the red Thai curry because of the delicious Thai basil – it now comes with regular basil, which is cheaper. New, interesting dishes on the menu instead? Unfortunately, not. Will I order again? Unfortunately, not.

Simply delicious! 😍 The pizza was a hit: crispy, flavorful, and topped with really fresh toppings. Perfect for a sunny moment with a cold drink. Friendly service and a great atmosphere. I'll definitely be back!

The delivery with Lieferando took a good hour and a half, with the delivery status saying "immediately with you" for 45 minutes. Upon calling, the delivery was announced as "arriving in three or four minutes." Twenty minutes later, it finally arrived. Unfortunately, some of the food was incorrect. At least the driver returned the money. Still, it's all pretty unpleasant when ordering food late at night in an exceptional situation.

Two days ago, I ordered food from them. First, the wrong food arrived, then the correct one was delivered. The driver asked for the wrong food back, saying it had to be returned to the restaurant. I was shocked to discover today that he had left it NEXT to our trash can. They could have thrown it in the trash, or I could have kept it as an apology for the mistake and the double wait. The employee's behavior is unacceptable. They're trying to attract rats. I will definitely not order anything from them again and will tell my friends about it, because the food wasn't very good either. They had rice, overcooked vegetables, dry meat, and peanut sauce that was way too oily. And for €17, that's it. Poor quality, poor service. It's a shame I can't upload photos.

I think the place is very well-designed; the temperature is good and the space is nice, and the music isn't too intrusive. The burger was great, the fries were incredibly good and deliciously seasoned :) The service was very attentive and friendly. I would eat here again :)

Chicken special with sucuk 10/. Breaded chicken with peanut sauce 7/10. Peanut sauce is always a bit watery. Often strange driver who keeps calling to come down and pick up the order. Very funny. Otherwise everything is ok for the price. Delivery times are adhered to (evenings).

To be honest i really love their thai selection. However the price really went up a lot. I’ve never been to this place but I’ve ordered from Liefrrando for the longest time. The thai curry was always on point until today. I think they need a little encouragement. Too many people giving them 1 star without any reasoning or purely blame it on delivery. They definitely has some issue on delivery and need to improvise for example giving a bag and cutlery by default unless otherwise requested not to. If you want a simple meal with free delivery, try order the thai hot food. Pizza might not be a good option as it will get cold, go eat at a restaurant.

So I've been ordering Thai food for a long time, but the prices have gone up so much! E.g. Fried rice,,, chicken used to be included for €11.50, now the vegetarian version costs €15.90 with chicken €1 more and you can look for the vegetables! So every now and then I convert into DM... That's 33.80DM for a portion of rice with chicken???? I now prefer to cook RICE for myself at home more often!!!

Ate very tasty. Four of us were here during our lunch break. Everyone was satisfied.

Bad store, really really bad. The whole clan wants to come see you if you grab a tomato from a burger. This restaurant cannot accept criticism or deal with it. I don't even know what everyone has here. 🤷‍♂️ I've been ordering here for many years, but never burgers or Thai, only American style pizza (= thick crust). This tastes really fantastic and is, in my opinion, one of the top 3 pizzas in all of Frankfurt. 🙌 If you want a nice, greasy and delicious pizza like in the USA (keyword: Pizza Hut), you'll get your money's worth here. My type: Margherita + Sucuk + mild pepperoni. 🤤 A poem! Double cheese is not necessary at all, there is already a lot on it as standard. 😋 I will still order here if there is a 1 in front of the decimal point. 😁

Ordered once via Lieferando - you don't have to do it again

I ordered it and it took me 1.5 hours for a single dish. I called twice, the first time it was 7-8 minutes and after 25 minutes no one was there. I called again and it said 3-4 and still nothing because hookers only asked for money

The employee I spoke to on the phone at 2:10 a.m. should be ashamed of himself. If I had him in front of me, I would give him a damn straight away. I order a pizza at 1 a.m., wait until 2:10, call the store and am told that the driver was there at 1:50, called me (the store did the same) and they didn't reach me. My cell phone was on loud the whole time and there wasn't even a text message that someone was trying to call me. I told him that my name and phone number are always on the bill, but he lies so coldly on the phone and tells me that there is only a phone number there, nothing else. When I said that I canceled the meal and wanted my money back, I only heard a yes, yes, yes no topic ciao. I've been ordering there for a few years, but what happened today was the highlight and the brother can be happy that I know his boss and tell him what kind of employee he has. Were there yesterday and the burgers were cold and my Chinese noodles were over-seasoned. When I wanted to pay, I assumed that they would accommodate me in terms of the price due to the defects. Instead, it said a higher amount than on the card and it was ONLY at the checkout that I was informed that it was there A QR CODE with a new menu or price list would be where I refused to pay, so I only paid the amount on the card but was very upset and will neither eat there again nor recommend it. Minus 1 star and all thumbs down.

Had dinner there with my wife. Had two burgers both cold. My wife fried noodles with prawns which cost €5 extra and were not on the plate. We only got them when we asked. Then they wanted €3 more than what was advertised on the menu. We then received a notice that there were new prices and we had to scan the QR CODE, a small sign on the counter where there wasn't even a notice to read. We insisted on the price from the menu. This shop won't see us again. I could have thought of something like that if no one but my wife and I went there to eat at lunchtime.

Food arrived cold, had ordered rice instead of pasta, which didn't arrive. The sauce consisted mainly of oil, the “vegetable mix” was beans and peppers and it didn’t taste good. Absolutely not recommended! Then make yourself some bread in the evening :)

We had our food delivered about an hour ago and often order from Food Rockers. An entire dish was missing from our order of over 60 euros. Unfortunately, since we ate at a different time, we didn't notice this until later. After we called to let us know, the man on the phone reacted very rudely and said that he couldn't do anything anymore because we were calling so late and assumed that we were lying. He didn't engage in a conversation and then hung up on him impudently. When we called again and asked for his name he said "I don't have a name" and hung up again. So you can't expect any customer friendliness here. Tip: check your food while the delivery person is still there and it's best to never pay with a card ;)

If I had the reviews on here, I wouldn’t have ordered from Lieferando! DO NOT ORDER! The estimated time when I placed my order was 35 minutes. Shortly after i placed my order, I received notification that my order was on its way. Since then I have waited for my order for over 1 hour! At 11pm, I am still waiting….! I called the restaurant to find out what’s going on. They said it’s on its way but taking long. They were very unapologetic and rude. They did not care at all about the delay and simply said if I want, they would cancel the order and I have to request a refund from Lieferando. Never received such a horrible service in Germany. They should be ashamed of themselves. I am having to go to sleep while pregnant and hungry!

How can you do without your guests like that? Literally speaking. I called for the first time at 2:30 to order because the price was already higher than Lieferando. At 3 a.m. I called again to make sure my order had actually been taken, and I was assured that the food would be delivered in 10-15 minutes. After I called there 4 times then after my long wait. And I was pushed away and the pizza driver was standing in front of my door at 3:45. I didn't accept it because I won't waste my penny on you anymore. Just a rip off and poor quality.

Really rude and cheeky on the phone. The man makes me wait on the phone for 5 minutes and does something in the background and I also had to explain 3 times what order I had. After I had to explain it again, he became very rude and yelled at me to order somewhere else and hung up on me. This isn't the first time I've ordered there. This man didn't speak German well and didn't seem to like nice service or his work. For my menu, which I usually order, I always pay 14 euros and he wanted 18 euros, which I didn't understand why. Get nice and competent employees and not such a rude bunch!

We picked up Thai food there on the weekend and everything was wrong, what the man on the phone said was ignored. On the one hand it said no vegetables then it was full of vegetables. The other dish was supposed to have more paprika, but it wasn't included and it was very spicy, although that wasn't in the description. It's happened here often. Far too expensive for the service and taste.

As we had a good experience with Mr. Thai in Wiesbaden and we wanted to try our fav dish - American Black Tiger Pizza. The pizza was good but could be better. It needed more seasoning. The service was friendly. He forgot one of our orders and he apologized to us again and again. Only one thing that I kinda didn't like was the smell of cold smoke was quite strong. Otherwise the atmosphere would be so much better.

this is really an excellent restaurant! The food here is really very authentic. All Thai dishes, especially Na Pahd with meat and duck, are delicious. I have ordered here several times. And am quite surprised to see negative reviews! But if you look closely, these reviews are about food delivered late. I think this is due to high demand and poor delivery services ( Lieferando ... etc.).

Unfortunately the delivery arrived after over an hour. The food was lukewarm, the rice was overcooked and tasted strange. The portion itself was outrageously small. The sauce was not spicy as described. Just disappointed.
