So far only ordered to take away. Very tasty and good portions, lots of vegetables and delicious sauces

The food (I had salmon bowl) was delicious and the vegetables were fresh. The prices are moderate by today's standards. The ambience is simple but pleasant and cozy. Overall very good value for money.

Nice place for dinner or lunch. What we wanted wasn't on the menu, so the waitress offered the closest alternative. It wasn't amazing, but it was still very nice. I would visit again if I returned.

The ramen was awesome 10/10. The kimchi was exactly my taste. Price/performance is also great! You get a quality for your money that I wouldn't have expected and the portions are more than generous. Ordering via QR code and paying via Paypal works perfectly. The service staff comes across as a little unprofessional, especially when it comes to serving (serving drinks without a tray), but they are all super nice and you can ignore that because everything else was really good! I'll be back very soon!

Asiatische Systemgastro in der Heidelberger Fußgängerzone. Ich hatte die Spicy Miso Ramen Chicken Suppe. Scharf war diese tatsächlich, und die Mungobohnensprossen waren knackig. Die Hähnchenstücke waren leider recht übersichtlich. Insgesamt hätte es für mich etwas mehr Inhalt in der Brühe sein können. Auch die Crispy Skin Gyoza konnten mich nicht überzeugen. Optisch schlimm, geschmacklich nichts besonderes. Das von der Seligenstädter Brauerei Glaabsbräu gebraute Hausbier mit japanischem Sorachi-Ace-Hopfen fand ich wiederum mit seinem Zitrus-Hopfengeschmack recht lecker. Hat mich weder von der Einrichtung noch vom Essen her überzeugt.

The dishes were tasty and nicely seasoned & they provided attentive service. Food came out quickly and the restuarants atmosphere was fitting. The only down side was that the cuttlery was left on the table which might not be the most hygenic thing, inviting previous customers to touch all over it.

Unfortunately I have been disappointed twice. The food tastes like it was thrown away. I couldn't even eat half of it. The first time I ate a poke bowl and threw up. Second time try a coconut curry. The “lucky rice” was already too cooked and the peanut sauce wasn’t a hit either. Vegetables were overcooked and I only had princess beans and carrots and 2/3 broccoli, nothing more. Unfortunately very disappointing.

Very tasty food. The frame soups are particularly recommended! Nice service and very nice decor, but you often have to wait in one place. Otherwise very good.

Very tasty food and super nice service. Gluten-free and vegan possible. There is a list where all intolerances are listed and where you can see which dish is gluten-free, for example. I chose No. 44 because it is gluten-free. You can order extra topping if you wish.

Okay tasting noodles, no longer authentic atmosphere. Sometimes you wait a little longer for a free table and a very long time for food. The cheap products from the Asian store are too expensive and original. Far too few Enoki mushrooms for the fat price! We won't be back that quickly.

3 waiters in a normally busy restaurant & above. 45 minutes waiting time for the bill. After asking for the bill twice, we were told again “We'll come to you shortly”, even though the next batch of guests had already occupied our table… A joke actually. The food was passable, but the mood wasn't there at the end.

Tasty food, unfortunately the portions were too small. Despite the starter I didn't feel full. The cocktails were delicious, the service was quick and friendly.

Unfortunately it wasn't at all as expected. According to the staff, the salmon bowl was supposed to have raw salmon, but was served with cooked, way too sour (lemon-soaked) salmon. The vegetables in the coconut curry were very hard and the curry was very thick (something I have never experienced in other curries). It's a shame given the rather high price!

Good experience at MoschMosch Heidelberg. I recently had the pleasure of eating at MoschMosch in Heidelberg and I loved it! The restaurant offers a modern take on Japanese cuisine with an emphasis on ramen and other Asian specialties. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, with a clean, modern design. I particularly liked the warm wooden elements and the relaxed background music, which made the stay pleasant. As for the food: the selection of dishes is large without being overwhelming. I have the [name of the dish, e.g. B. "Shoyu Ramen"], and it was cooked perfectly - the broth was flavorful, the noodles had just the right consistency, and the fresh toppings gave it that special something. The side dishes, such as the crispy gyoza, were also excellent. The service was friendly, attentive and quick. What was particularly impressive was how well the team responded to special requests - truly a service with heart. Prices are reasonable for the quality and freshness of the food. For a delicious, uncomplicated Asian meal, MoschMosch is a clear recommendation. I will definitely come back and look forward to trying more dishes.

My food was cold when it arrived, and we waited 45 minutes. Ramen with fish was not tasty but my udon delicious

This was my second time at the restaurant and I wanted to try frames based on recommendations from our friends. The food was very spicy and the vegetables were overcooked. Starters were ok. The service was very nice and the ambience, well not for my taste.

The food tastes really excellent. When we were there it wasn't that full and we got a seat easily. The waitress gave you some time but we weren't in a hurry. The food we ordered came quickly. The restaurant. Located in the middle of Heidelberg's old town.

I'm an absolute MoschMosch fan, unfortunately we don't have one and I was really happy when I ran past him by chance. The food came to the table very quickly and was of good quality. There is a point deduction for service because we only had the starter for 2 minutes before the main course arrived. Otherwise the service was very quick and friendly.

We had the vegan ramen “Glücksfühlen” (with vegan mince) and the yakiudon with marinated beef. The udon noodles were very tasty thanks to the sauce, the beef was solid but nothing special. The vegan ramen was good, but it lacked a little something special - maybe I should try the other variations. The portions were generous overall, especially the ramen. The lemonade with lemon and ginger is also recommended. We would definitely come back and try more dishes!

There were ten of us there. We were warmly welcomed and shown to the square. There are a variety of Japanese dishes, excellent in taste and attractively prepared. A children's menu rounds off the offer for families in a great and affordable way. The kimchi is a bit too spicy for us, but that's a matter of taste. If you can't manage everything, there is also an ideal transport box for ramen. We'd love to come back.

Bland, just bland. The hoisin sauce that is on every table is delicious...

We have just taken our order (delivery via UberEats) for around €90. A complete main course was missing. After a phone call, the employee told me that they were only four waiters and that the entire restaurant would be there without a shift leader/management. I was not offered any accommodation. Unfortunately, the food itself was cold across the board. Completely carelessly 'dressed' with brown lettuce leaves. The sauces were lying open in the side dishes so that everything was soggy. The vegetable fried rice was a joke. No spices whatsoever. Hardly any vegetables. We will never order from this restaurant again!

Every time I'm in Heidelberg, I come to eat here at least once. We started the tradition after the marathon and the ramen is just heaven. Well seasoned and delicious. Simply balm for the soul. And the service was always great too!

Probably one of the worst Asian food I had since living in Germany for 3 years. The soup is blend and has no near resemblance to a proper Japanese ramen. The enoki mushrooms are hardly cooked. The soup wasn’t not lukewarm when served. Do reconsider if you like to come.

A bit crowded here on the main street. But the food is highly recommended, especially with the accompanying sauces. But the portions are just too small for my taste. 3 times there, each time a little bit is missing. Therefore 4 stars.

Good food with lots of choice. I found the beetroot in my Crispy Chicken Bowl pointless, but next time I'll just order it without it 😄 In addition, you come to a quiet place away from the hustle and bustle of the shopping street.

After a 5-minute wait, we were able to get a table on a Saturday evening because we hadn't made a reservation. After 10 minutes we were served. The Raman was super delicious and what else we saw invites you to eat more. THANKS

It's unbelievable to charge so much money for this.. the glass noodle salad simply tastes like nothing since the sauce was replaced and there are almost no vegetables left in it.. so much money for a box full of glass noodles.. Unbelievable.

The food was ok…to digest, nothing special. I don't understand why this is so overrated?! The service was also “great” :), we waited exactly 40 minutes for the food and ordered after about 20 minutes because no one told us that we could also do it via the app. 👍

In short. Preparation takes a long time. Some dry duck with noodles costs €21. Beef curry came almost cold. Unfortunately it wasn't any fun.

The place seems a bit too big for the staff as it gets loud and messy during rush hour. So you wait for someone to take your order until you realise you can actually order and pay through a webapp. The system doesn't seem to work so well as every waiter seems to be responsible for the whole restaurant. Food was good though, we had two vegan ramen. We were satisfied without any upgrades. Some of the prices are too high for what you are getting.

The MoschMosch in Heidelberg is a nice, open restaurant where you can have a delicious meal. The service is quick and friendly.

The service and kitchen were overwhelmed at lunchtime (Monday). Our starter arrived after a long wait with the main meals, both of which were partly lukewarm to cool on the surface, so had clearly been there for a long time. Charging 12 euros for a small plate of very mushy vegetables is not appropriate. The quality is simply not right. The fried noodles for the same price were ok. Overall disappointing. I'm used to better things from MoschMosch.

The three of us ate there yesterday around 7 p.m. We got a table without a reservation. The food was good and served quickly, the service was friendly, and the price-performance ratio was okay. We were satisfied and would go again.

Unfortunately, after I ordered, I had to wait exactly 1 hour and 15 minutes for my food and was therefore in a bad mood. The waitress said it would be “normal” to wait over an hour for your food. So if you want to eat here, you should have plenty of time and ideally not be hungry and have no plans for afterwards.

The portions were a good 1/3 larger 2 years ago, so the prices weren't appropriate...

The food was always good, unfortunately the prices were first increased significantly and now the portion sizes were significantly reduced. A ramen with tofu has a thin slice of tofu... pretty sporty for €16. Unfortunately, the price/performance ratio is no longer right

The service was very nice and the food came quickly. We were there on Sunday and therefore couldn't make a reservation, but there was still enough space at 2 p.m. The selection of food is based on Japanese food but is more westernized. The Gyoza were very crispy and definitely recommended, but the Redo Karre was a bit tasteless or nothing special and the noodles were a bit hard (I wouldn't order them again). Portion sizes are perfect and the selection is great too. Next time I'll try the ramen. Otherwise the restaurant is very nicely decorated.

We've enjoyed coming here regularly since it opened over 10 years ago, but the service and cleanliness have become increasingly disastrous - even though the food and selection on the menu isn't bad, we don't come back anymore. Not only did we have to ask the waiters to come to the table several times each time to even be able to order something - like today, at 30*C, having to wait over half an hour before you can even order your drinks is an imposition. But well, it's hard to find staff and maybe that was simply unfavorably planned by the restaurant manager on each of our visits... But the absolute highlight were the toilets - they have always been very neglected, but they are unhygienic and just a complete disgrace: two toilets For the ladies, one was out of order (locked) and the other had no lock (!)... I don't know if I've ever experienced a publicly accessible toilet not being lockable. Apart from that, apparently nothing had been cleaned for hours (days?), the sink drain was so clogged that the water rose higher every time you washed your hands. That's simply a no-go. If the kitchen is as well maintained as the toilet, I will definitely not eat there anymore. What a shame!

It was a worst experience we ever had in any restaurant. No one cares about the order and the order served after 2 hours of taking the order. We also never received any recommendation from the waitress about the type of food/drink and any special drink. THe waitress is very rude and received other germans well. Also, we ordered noodles, rice with chicken but unforunately they delivered VEGAN and took another 1 hour to give us chicken. In total we spend 3 hours and none of them satisfied with the service.

Food took almost an hour to arrive. But taste was okay. Unfortunately it only has stools to sit on. Therefore very uncomfortable.

Unfortunately it has worn off a bit. I'm a little disappointed that the yakitori are no longer classic yakitori, but much more like regular grilled chicken on a spit. The yakiudon was a bit greasy this time. Still, overall still tasty, but in my opinion not as bombastic.

There is much better in the old town! I ordered a homemade lemonade 0.5l. This was stale and not edible. After asking whether this could not be changed, the waitress simply said that I would be happy to have a new drink for free. The food had a strange bitter aftertaste and wasn't really good for the price. I had number 92.

Atmosphere is nice and all, but it is one of the tasteless ramen I have had. The service is also bad and incredibly slow, we waited a long time even though we tried multiple times to get their attention. We asked for an allergy and the waiter was very annoyed, he said he asked but I got the allergic reaction. Luckily it is not fatal. Would not recommend at all and be VERY careful if you have any strong allergies

We went to this restaurant today and everything was fine except the waitress. I don't know what her problem was, but she's so cold to us. She didn't even smile or greet us. When we told her we would pay she just said “okay”. My girlfriend and I wanted to pay separately, but she didn't even ask if we would pay separately or together, she just gave us the receipt and said goodbye. Weird. We like to tip when the waitress is nice, but when not , we won't even give you 1 cent. You do not deserve it. 🤷‍♀️

Means nicer loading. Pretty crowded in the evenings. I ordered ramen and had never eaten it before. They just tasted like noodle soup and were only lukewarm when they arrived. For dessert I ate cherry cheese kisses and I advise everyone to KEEP AWAY FROM IT. They smell like chicken nuggets (probably because of the breading) and taste like something indefinable, but unfortunately anything but good. I can't even begin to taste cheesecake. I can't comment on the rest of the dishes, but my meal wasn't particularly good. Except for the dessert, it wasn't bad either

The “ramen” is absolutely cheap and inedible. Is this even real chicken? The Dim Sun chicken was very tasty, even if 4 pieces for just under €7 is a bit expensive. The service was friendly.

We dined here as an Asian family. As we entered, no one even entertained us. We tried to get a table but they said they didn’t have space for us, but happily entertained the Germans. We spoke with them in German too, so I don’t see the problem there. We waited 40 minutes for a table. When we finally got a table and ordered, the order took more than an hour and a half to arrive. On the contrary, the Germans, who had arrived later than us, had already been served. I don’t see any other possible reason for the difference in treatments between us and the other customers. Really disappointed that an establishment like this would treat us differently because we’re Asian. The staff were extremely rude to us and tried to turn us away immediately at the door. They got our orders wrong too. Racist establishment. Do not support.

I think the ramen is really tasty and the other dishes I've tried so far have been great too. Can highly recommend it.

The food was good as usual, but it gets incredibly crowded on weekends. We had to wait about 15 minutes until a seat became available, even though we didn't go out to eat until around 2 p.m. in the hope that it would be emptier by then. The flow of guests never stopped, which of course also speaks for the MoschMosch.

Ordered online and picked up. We used to eat at Mosch Mosch several times but the taste got worse from time to time. The red curry sauce was completely thick and tasted very artificial with flavor enhancers. For the price it was out of the question, unfortunately it was the last time we ate there.

Unfortunately closed at the moment due to water damage... unfortunately it wasn't listed anywhere online.

for EXTRA 5.50€ that's how many small shrimps I got: 4 and a half. In addition, the Udon tastes like sugar syrop and a bit of soy sauce. Shame on this pitiful place.
