MoschMosch in Wiesbaden

The quality has deteriorated significantly; it used to be a good place to eat. I went back after a long time, and it was inedible. The meat was still raw, the rice was a sticky lump, and the curry was so thick you could use it as a spread. Tasteless and carelessly prepared. After complaining, the meat was as hard as a pastry. The service was courteous and friendly. Even a fast-food joint could do better. In my opinion, there are no chefs working there. It's a shame it's fallen into such disrepair. Never again.

I had one of my best evenings in Wiesbaden here. From the ambiance to the food, everything was perfect. Everything went quickly, and I've never encountered such friendly and professional staff! My 20th wedding anniversary was a dream, thank you to the entire Mosch Mosch team and especially Emily!!!

I ordered the bowl, but the soybeans were missing, and the edamame was unsalted. I rarely order because of the prices, and I think simply leaving out ingredients is really cheeky. Especially since there's not much you can do with delivery. They advertise a high-protein bowl and then leave out the protein. Overall, the taste wasn't that great either.

Ate there twice and got stomach upset twice in a row! Never again!!

I actually come to MoschMosch in Wiedbaden quite often. Today I had a truly inedible MoschPoke bowl. Lumpy burnt rice that, mixed with its ingredients, tasted like vinegar. After a few bites and a polite complaint, I was told, "Some people like it, some people don't." My request to swap food was denied! I was offered a drink instead. However, I was hungry and not thirsty, so €16.75 for nothing—thanks!

Very good service. My phone died, but thanks to the charging cable provided by the store, my phone was revived. Overall, the food here is average, of course, as someone who eats Asian food every day. But the environment here is elegant and comfortable, which completely makes up for the mediocre food.

This was our first time here. We'll definitely be back. The food is incredibly delicious. As a new guest, you get 3 x 2 for 1 and many other extras. We're looking forward to our next visit.

A very varied menu. Friendly service, even though we sat with empty glasses and plates for at least 20 minutes after our meal. In justification, the restaurant had just started to fill up, and we were seated in the farthest corner.

MoschMosch is the first port of call for classic ramen if you value authenticity, flavor, and freshness. In addition to the large selection of ramen, they also offer curry and fried noodle dishes. The wide selection of vegan and vegetarian options is particularly positive. Some dishes are completely vegan, and meat (e.g., tonkatsu) can be added as a topping for an additional charge.

Simply delicious (especially No. 62 with duck or super protein and an iced tea/joy-of-life juice)! The staff is also super accommodating! A dream. We'd love to come back from Bonn :) See you soon.

We've been there a few times recently, and the food was really good again. After not being so great for a while, it's gotten a lot better again.

I was a guest at the restaurant recently and found the food very good. Even better, almost exemplary, was the service, a young lady with an infectiously good mood and a lot of active help to make the stay a pleasant one.

After a long day, I wanted to eat something before going to the hotel. I chose the MoschMosch. The staff is very nice, the selection of vegan dishes is very good. I decided on a vegan ramen and drank the Japanese lemonade Yuzu with it. The ramen was a huge portion and extremely tasty. I had problems with the chopsticks because they are made of stainless steel and are therefore slippery for eating if you are not used to them. The ramen in my Japanese canteen was nowhere near as tasty as the one here in the restaurant. Thank you ☺️

One of my favorite restaurants in Wiesbaden that I visit regularly. Super delicious food, with a seasonally changing menu. One of my favorites on the menu is the fried noodles, but the ramen is also very good.

I've enjoyed eating there for years and picking up ordered food. Today we ordered 3 dishes with "grilled chicken breast strips" and we received thick, tough chicken pieces full of tendons and some bones. Was inedible and disgusting

Nice shop with a pleasant atmosphere, a little removed from the main action of the city. The food was again very tasty and made with fresh ingredients, which is what I appreciate about the entire chain! The only stupid thing was the space at the tables, which were so close together that you didn't know where to put your feet :) We received friendly service and had a quiet stay on site!

Last visit was 8 months ago and it was terrible quality food and poor service. I usually like MM tried in other cities. Wir waren mit insgesamt 9 Personen unserer Familie hier zum Abendessen. Meine Frau und ich hatten beide zwei unterschiedliche Ramen, und beide waren sehr lecker. Die Zutaten waren alle frisch und knackig. Preislich ebenfalls absolut fair. Wir würden wieder hierher kommen, wenn wir nochmals in Wiesbaden sind.

It was my first time there to eat. The food and service was very good. As a tip, use the 2 for 1 voucher from the Schlemmerblock 😉 Food is only available until 9 p.m. Unfortunately it's not on the internet!!

Our waiter was really nice, and we noticed that very positively. Unfortunately the food wasn't good. Our poke bowl was sour and tasted a lot like vinegar, which disappointed us after the good first sight. The ramen noodles were very tasty but the broth was inedible. It was extremely thick, more sauce-like and, even though it wasn't stated on the menu, it was very spicy. We tolerate spiciness very well, but we were not prepared for this. Unfortunately, for almost €17 for the ramen “soup”, this was really disappointing. Unfortunately not recommended.

Nice atmosphere, but unfortunately I wasn't really satisfied with the service or food. It took forever before we could even order, and then we had to wait another long time for our food. The starter came to us lukewarm to cold. Main courses were okay, but nothing special in terms of taste, which makes the price-performance ratio not quite right. I wouldn't recommend this chain, there is much better Asian food in other restaurants :)

Were in Wiesbaden for the first time today. We were 4 people with starter, main course, dessert and drinks. Everything tasted wonderful. I was skeptical about the homemade lemonade, but it tasted really delicious. My boys and I had ramen and it was really tasty. When we're nearby we'll go there again :)

Unfortunately, the food today wasn't of the quality that we were used to from MoschMosch. The curry was only lukewarm and the topping was breaded for too long and was almost black. Hopefully just a temporary event!

Food was okay, unfortunately the gyoza wasn't to my taste at all, but the soup was very tasty. Unfortunately the waiters weren't completely attentive, only after asking for the third time did a waiter finally come to settle us... The ambience was quite nice, you sat comfortably outside in the city center and had a very good view Unfortunately I wouldn't come back!

Restaurant is nice but some tables are cramped. Loved the ramen aprons they offered. The ramen was a little bland, but it was ok.

First the praise: Super nice and attentive staff... great :) Ambience is ok The criticism: The food is not good. I had the vegetables, which simply tasted like soy sauce, inedible. I also ordered extra chicken. The chicken was very dry and far too little for almost €5 (3 small pieces). In order for me to be able to eat my food at all, I was forced to order extra rice (again 3€). The quality and the price don't match at all. It was very disappointing and I can't recommend it :(. My dad had a frame that just tasted like watered down peanut sauce.

For the love of my son, I went to Mosch Mosch with him and my husband today. He loves it there very much. Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the service. The glass noodle salad I ordered came with few vegetables (very few thin pieces of cucumber, some red pepper and a few soybeans). There was also a bit of mint. Personally, the dressing was too spicy for me, so I returned the salad. After I had to ask the staff about it after 20 minutes, I told them that I didn't want a new salad and that it should just be taken off the bill. I had eaten a forkful... The employee said nothing and took him away. When I paid she informed me that the management had forbidden her from taking the amount for the salad off the bill. I'm really disappointed about that. Almost €20 was thrown out the window. Unfortunately, I will no longer eat at Mosch Mosch in the future. September 2nd: Thanks for the answer to the person who unfortunately can't spell my name correctly. I think it's good that a reaction is shown. However, that doesn't help me now that I've thrown the money out the window for the glass noodle salad. :( a voucher or something similar would help.

I get food here regularly and sometimes eat on site. I have never been disappointed. The food is always very tasty and prepared with fresh ingredients. It's also great for people who follow a vegan diet.

Wir waren mit zwei Personen vor Ort. Auswahl ist gut, geschmacklich fallen die Speisen ‚ab‘. Wie in anderen Bewertungen zu lesen, sucht man die ‚Japanische Küche‘ vergebens. Meine Rahmensuppe war maximal Durchschnitt und das kenne ich anders. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist durchschnittlich, Personal ist freundlich, Wartezeiten waren akzeptabel. Kartenzahlung möglich.

Phew, I have to say, I'm unfortunately really disappointed with the quality of the food. We used to visit Mosch Mosch quite often and now we ate there again after a long time. The portions have become very small. The udon noodles are no longer thick, but the size of spaghetti and unfortunately not that tasty. In Reddo Kare Don, it feels like vegetables have been deselected. I actually had 2 small pieces of zucchini, 2 small broccoli florets, 2 carrot slices and otherwise just beans. The taste has also deteriorated a lot... That's such a shame, we used to be big MoschMosch fans

The portions are getting smaller and smaller... The glass noodle salad costs almost as much as the udon noodles but unfortunately it is only the size of an appetizer... After we complained we were given a portion of gyoza for three... It's a shame. We won't be coming anymore...

Very tasty Cha Han. Super nice service. The terrace is really very inviting while the water rushes from the fountain. The Yuzu lemonade was also super refreshing.

As a vegan who also follows a ketogenic diet, Mosch Mosch is one of the few spots where I can enjoy a wholesome meal and don't have to make do with 3 leaves of lettuce in oil, like in many other restaurants. The prices are quite high - especially for the extras you really pay a lot more (Beyond Meet extra, over 7 euros for a patty!). The service has always been friendly, but sometimes they have a bit of difficulty answering questions about ingredients. But overall, I enjoy eating here and would highly recommend it, especially for vegans.

I always compare it to the ramen I ate in Japan. Of course you can't get these in Germany, but in comparison these are very good here.

Unfortunately, this time I was very disappointed compared to my previous visits to Mosch Mosch. I've been to Mainz many times and just as often to Mosch Mosch in Wiesbaden. After a long time, I wanted to go to one of my favorite restaurants again. Well, today the portion size (which was also evident from the smaller bowls) was significantly smaller than I was used to. 3 small pieces of chicken in morning dew ramen. One of them was cartilaginous in the middle. I ate in the evening as usual, but today I had to eat something again after I got home because my stomach was growling due to the small portion. The same thing happened to my blackhead, the dish was significantly smaller than the picture on the menu shows, that was the summer special. In the picture of the menu you can see pieces of chicken across the dish, but he received 4 small pieces instead of many medium-sized ones. Furthermore, we were asked far too often while eating whether we needed anything else, as well as during the ordering process. We could really save ourselves trying to upsell. Sure, there was one question about whether everything was okay while eating, but I found it very tiring to interrupt eating four times. Last but not least, there was no soap or disinfectant, no towels/paper to dry off in the men's toilet. Accordingly, totally unhygienic. The only really positive point I can still give is the ambience. As a suggestion for improvement for the outdoor area, I would also like to sit with a backrest. I'll avoid Mosch Mosch for now and try again in a few months to see if the portion size is still as small as it was during today's visit. I just don't think it's enough for the price. Sure, Mosch Mosch has always been more expensive, but in the past it was absolutely worth the money since there wasn't really comparable ramen nearby. Unfortunately, my visit today wasn't worth it for me and my dining companion agreed with me on all points. It's a shame and hopefully you can fix it...

The red curry is simply the best. Always in a good mood, nice and quick staff, sitting outside is also nice. The place itself is certainly not Wiesbaden's flagship, but that doesn't take away from the delicious food!

Overpriced and definitely not the best Asian food you can find in Wiesbaden. I ordered a bowl that I couldn’t even finish due to the bitter taste of the dressing, the salmon was unseasoned and the portion so small that I couldn’t understand why they would charge 17€ for something like that. On top Of that the rice was party undercooked or maybe old, it was uneditable. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but i was so disappointed with the quality of my food. I wont be coming back ever again. If you can go somewhere else please do it, there are many other options in Wiesbaden for less the price.

The positive first: the employees are great and the price-performance ratio is ok. Why ok? Two spring rolls for around €7 is too much, but the 6 gyoza are very cheap for €7. Had a ramen with chicken which was too inauthentic for me personally in terms of cuisine. Very mildly seasoned, little beilgae in the soup and the ramen noodles themselves were very tasteless. For two people with 3 starters and two main courses and three drinks we came to a total of €65 which is ok.

The food is really very good, the service is very accommodating. The ambience could be a little more inviting, the furnishings are functional, but nothing more. No table reservations possible.

Unfortunately, the service is not very customer-oriented. When I ordered for pickup, and after I confused the branch with the one in Mainz, they responded with a lot of disinterest when I picked up my order. An apology for the false statement on the phone would have been nice. Not exactly professional. The quality is really okay, but you can eat better elsewhere - especially at the prices.

I used to often be a guest at MoschMosch and could see how the quality got worse from visit to visit. Today I wanted to give MoschMosch another chance and found that unfortunately nothing has changed for the better. The service “missed” our starters - the waitress's words. At least we got them after the main course. The warm chocolate cake “Globus brand for €2.99 - but in a pack of two” which is sold at MoschMosch for €7.25 was also only mediocre. Too bad.

The service is very nice and the drinks are good. The food is absolutely incomprehensible for the quantity, taste and preparation. We didn't get full, the noodles were ready-made (which, by the way, hadn't been cooked properly, some of them were still in chunks), and the broth for the noodles was also underwhelming. The 'pork belly frame' for me had 2 small pieces of meat. At €15 for a bowl that doesn't fill, it's absolutely not worth it. The service was great tho, the waitress is very nice, friendly and helpful :)

Went to Mosh Mosch today. Due to lack of space, we had to sit at the table with another couple. Unfortunately it's not nice to sit there. There are wooden benches (without backrest) and wooden tables. Doesn't invite you to linger. If I had been to the toilet before ordering, we would have left again. The actual toilet (loo) was clean, but there was a lot of dust and dirt around and behind it. In the washroom the mirrors were dirty and splattered, which couldn't possibly have just come from today, but rather from several days ago. The floor there was also dirty, especially in the corners. Now about the food and drinks. We had a homemade lemonade (it only came with ice cubes, no straw, no decorations such as lemon or mint leaves), the taste was ok, but nothing more. The Pinot Gris wasn't exactly at the right temperature either. It should be served cooler. Food was ok, but the portions were too small for the price. The waiter was nice, but the time to pay took too long. Well, our conclusion: we won't be coming back. I think there are better Asians in Wiesbaden.

The ramen broth is incredibly good and the curries taste great too. Even our youngest child loves going there and, to our surprise, always eats everything.

After many, many years, I spent a great evening with a friend with very delicious food at MoschMosch. It was great before and it still is now! As a starter we ordered kimchi with the nori fries because neither of us knew it. I love spicy food, but this was really intense 😅 We quickly returned it without expecting anything in return. Nevertheless, the situation was surprisingly solved in a very customer-oriented manner - we would like to thank you very much for that 🙏🏼 In general, the service was really great. Attentive but not intrusive. If only we had room for dessert 🤣 But this definitely gives us a reason to come back. It was nice!!!

All in all a good restaurant. Feel-good place. Lots of vegan options. Very generous and tasty portions. We are regular customers. The quality has always been consistent and satisfactory. However, it is worth mentioning at this point that the cooking team appears to have been replaced. This was reflected in the otherwise consistently high quality of the dishes on our last visit. Unfortunately, iced tea is not recommended. The general evaluation is based on the old cooking team. We assume that the usual quality will return after training. The food is very good and recommended. There are a variety of dishes, all of which can be designed very variably according to personal taste. Our favorite dishes are the (vegan) Tantanmen and the (vegan) Glücksfühlen. 4.2/5 The service is always very friendly and accommodating. Everyone has very precise knowledge of the ingredients. The staff is always friendly if you have any questions. 5/5 Pleasant surroundings, nicely furnished, seating is suboptimal - a bit cramped - clean and themed bathrooms. There is a bit of a lack of light sources. 3.5/5

Visited for the first time today. Very positively surprised and think the reviews could be better. They clearly deserve 4.5-5 stars. A well-rehearsed service team that clearly has the store under control, friendly, cheerful, attentive and always with a smile on their faces. Super delicious food, high quality and filling. Not cheap at just over 20 euros per person, but worth the price. Something different off the beaten culinary path. I had the vegan ramen with peanut cream, highly recommended, otherwise we had the ramen with kimchi and a bowl of tofu at the table, everything was great. First we had the satay skewers, which tasted fantastic even without sauce. It was a bit of a shame that the bowl came with tofu, even though none was ordered. The ambience was a bit dark and simple, but that may be typical for the country. Overall, a lovely evening, we'd love to come back!
