I thoroughly enjoyed my lunch here with my sister. The staff were amazing and really helpful. This place is highly recommended and would revisit whenever I’m in Frankfurt airport.

The waiter is so nice and helpful. The food is so good especially Pho. The vibe is cozy and healing.

We just wanted to order a cold drink, after 30 minutes we were able to do that, another 30 minutes later the drinks arrived, which we then had to take at a table that had still not been cleared. Service and enjoyment are truly different.

Atmosphere is good, but bad service to Asian people. Service is rushed and impolite. Wait for long time for the food and at the end they bang the food in front of me. It's comparable with the Europe customer who sitting beside me, with very short waiting time and great greeting politely with smile from the waitress. Food taste is horrible, this is the worst Japanese food I had in my life, only the shrimp is edible. When making payment, nobody entertain me. I have to go to the counter in front to make the payment. Before the customer in front me has settle with his payment, the way the waitress calls me is just waving a receipt without any face expression. This will be the last time I had my meal here. At the end I still have to search for another food surrounding.

The food was good but the service here is absolute trash. Multiple people had to yell to get someone’s attention so they can leave. If you come here, DO NOT feel like you’re being rude. Yell at them to get your tab or they will ignore you. Jesus I waited 25 mins to close out.

My plane delayed for hours then i decided to wander around for the sake of seeking some foods. And MoschMosch just caught my eyes immediately. The customer service was outstanding. I ordered pho ga and to be honest, that was THE comforting food. Definitely recommend 👍

Its a good place for an airport! The food was nice, the service was good. Great menu to choose from, some healthy options duch as poke/ pho bo, as well as noodles, rice, curry and others. Its refreshing amid hamburgers and fast food!

Water costs money. When I ordered it, I said it was tap water. I didn’t expect that a bottle of extremely expensive packaged mineral water was served...I didn’t dare to touch it at all, but the waiter refused to return it...I’m speechless😅I didn’t communicate in advance, it was really a scam.

I just had a disgusting encounter with an absolutely unfriendly bartender at your cafe today at 3:30pm on April 24th, 2024. The atmosphere was just terrible! I really expect more from you! A little more commitment from the staff wouldn't be too much to ask. Honestly, it was ridiculous and I'm pretty disappointed

Very good food and good service

Japanese-style restaurant, selling ramen, curry rice and fried dumplings as well as some simple drinks, beer, coffee, cola and tea. The service staff is very patient to help you order food and has a good attitude, but the price is not cheap, so you have to have Mental preparation.

OK, Frankfurt Airport. The price is accordingly. But in return you get good, tasty food (ramen for us) and a fresh, well-tempered beer. Service is quick and polite. Ambience clean and stylish. Prices are higher here. I can recommend it.

das MoschMosch im Airport ist eine gute Alternative zu diversen Fast Food Ketten wenn einen der kleine Hunger plagt. Es gibt hier diverse Bowls, Ramen und Curries. Auch nur für einen Drink an der Bar ist man hier willkommen.

Severely understaffed management would want to organise themselves better as their workers which are very busy and overwhelmed stay moving but shouldn't have to have such a work load. Waiting at the minute nearly 30 minutes to give an order.

Very nice opportunity to eat healthy at Frankfurt airport. The food came very fast, they had gluten free options and the atmosphere was very nice and pleasant in general. My food was delicious, i had the curry without extras. Would recommend.

The staff is very friendly. But we waited 1.5 hours for our food. But it's OK, the crowd was very big (Valentine's Day)

When I arrived, the service team was obviously overwhelmed. There were dishes piled up everywhere. I waited 20 minutes before somebody even talked to me and it was because I spoke to them first. I eventually gave up and just got food from the fast line, because I imagine it would have taken forever to make something for sit down. The staff was very friendly, but they're obviously understaffed; so I place the blame on management for not putting enough people on duty. The crappiest part is that it's the only restaurant in that part of Terminal 2.

The ambience attracts at first but then! The service seems overwhelmed and is slow. The meal takes a long time and the most annoying thing is the music, which is made even more annoying by the lousy speakers!

You sit there and it doesn't really feel like you're at the airport. The service was very nice and immediately found the right food for the child.👍 It was just a little snack before the flight.

Habe vor dem Abflug hier noch eine Pho gà genossen,hervorragend, für den Flughafen kann ich das nur empfehlen, anstatt zu bekannten Fastffoodketten zu gehen.Schönes Ambiente,freundliches Personal.Befindet sich bei den Gates E 2-5

Absolut in Ordnung für den Flughafen! Leckere asiatische Gerichte! Yakiudon ist aus meiner Sicht sehr zu empfehlen.

There is little to do in this part of the airport but thankfully the food here is amazing.

Although at the beginning i had to ask the waitress at the cashier to get my order, after that was everything smooth. The foods arriving quickly, and very delicious! The portions are big.

Sehr leckeres Essen! Klar, befindet sich im Flughafen im Abflug Terminal E, deshalb teurer als vergleichbare Restaurants. Auf jeden Fall ist der Service von Kong besonders zu erwähnen. Man spürt, er liebt seinen Job, bedient und behandelt die Gäste einfach super und zuvorkommend. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Echt leckeres Essen. Schneller Service. Wer vor dem Abflug noch schnell etwas essen möchte, dort ist er an der richtigen Adresse.

Wir waren heute kurz vor unserem Abflug hier essen. Die Preise sind flughafentypisch. Alle Gerichte haben uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Das Gemüse war nicht zerkocht und alles war gut gewürzt. Ich kann als Getränk den hauseigenen Eistee empfehlen, sehr gut. Die Bedienung war freundlich und - was am Flughafen wichtig ist - auch sehr schnell. Ich freue mich, dass ich MoschMosch besucht habe. Wen der Preis nicht stört, macht nichts falsch.

The Mosch-Mosch restaurant at Terminal 2 at Frankfurt Airport has a pleasant atmosphere and offers good Asian food. Of course, as at all airports, a bit overpriced. But otherwise well suited to bridge the waiting time.

This is not Japanese restaurant. It’s more like Vietnamese here. Had a seafood ramen and very disappointed at the presentation of the food and taste too. The price is average tho. That’s a big shame that this is the only restaurant you can find when you depart. Try other restaurants in food plaza, to be honest it would be better than this.

It is one of the best restaurants in Frankfurt airport. Very good food and friendly staff. It's on the pricey side since it's at an airport but overall it's ok

If you want healthy fresh and tasty food, this is the place to go. You wouldn't even know you are in an airport restaurant! Great choice. Really good vegetarian and vegan food and a good choice of drink.

In der Vergangenheit war ich schon in verschiedenen moschmosch Filialen. Um ehrlich zu sein habe ich das Essen dort deutlich besser in Erinnerung. Das soll nicht heißen, dass es hier schlecht war, jedoch hat es mich nicht wirklich überzeugt. Die Preise sind vermutlich der Lage Flughafen geschuldet ziemlich gesalzen.

Waren heute da essen, Personal super aufmerksam und freundlich. Essen hat auch super geschmeckt.

War an einem Samstag morgen dort frühstücken und haben mir ungewöhnlicherweise gebratene Nudeln mit Kaffee bestellt. Kaffee war gut und das Essen auch gewohnt gut Hätte etwas mehr Gewürz vertragen können aber das ist Geschmackssache. Die Preise sind wie überall am Flughafen hoch. Service war gut aber leicht unterbesetzt an dem Tag.

No rating for food, as I didn't eat. But menu looked miles better than what I had earlier. Shame I didn't know about this place then. But they had Oliver Zeter Rosé, which pleasantly surprised me, served at the right temperature.

As a traveller from Asia, I wouldn't rate the Asian food highly. The taste is acceptable, but the presentation of it could be better if this is for a restaurant of this stature. The food preps showed an unhappy cook/chef in the kitchen. Premium street food at best. Service is rushed, and it seems that the waitress is not bothered to recommend/interact.

Hier super lekker gegeten. Alles is vers bereid. Ze hebben heerlijke zelfgemaakte limonade. Vriendelijke bediening. 2 avonden achter elkaar hier gegeten.

I had a flight on Emirates and since their lounge was closed, I was given a 25Euro meal voucher which I used in the restaurant. Great ambiance. Food was also good.

We didn't fancy fast food and decided to eat here, we had many dishes and starters along with mains or to a high quality and very tasty, would recommend and seek out again!
