By far the worst restaurant buffet I've ever been to! The meat was like rubber, the fruit was spoiled, and the ice cream was completely dried out. Absolutely awful! I mentioned it to the waiter, but he just listened, turned around, and left :)! PS: And please turn on the lights; it's dark everywhere! You have to eat in the dark!

Enjoyed the buffet food again after a long time and was happy that it was still as delicious as ever.

The selection was very limited; to be honest, I wasn't expecting a luxury buffet to be anything but. We paid €25.50 per person.

Unfortunately, the taste wasn't that great. The food selection is OK, but every dish looks like it's just leftovers. This could be made more presentable without being wasteful. The food was actually lukewarm. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was running at full blast on the day we visited, which made everyone, including the baby, sick. The stars go to the friendly service. It's a shame. Unfortunately, it wasn't for us.

It's OK. The selection is a bit smaller than other restaurants I've visited, but it's definitely adequate. Clean, friendly, and there was something for the kids too.

A classic Asian restaurant with live cooking. The problem is that all dishes are prepared on the same plate. This means that vegetarian and meat dishes aren't separated, nor is there sufficient assurance that unwanted ingredients don't end up in your food. This can be dangerous for those with allergies.

We went on a Friday night and only couple of people were there. Average selection of food and they are full of oil and sauce. Im not happy with the quality of the food. When the bill arrived I rounded the final bill making about 5% tip and the lady was lot happy.

The food is then brought to your table by a cat robot. The ambiance isn't quite as great, but it doesn't detract from the food. It's hard to create a better atmosphere in this place. I'll definitely eat there again; I definitely recommend it.

There were three of us, and my partner was greeted like that at the table. The food at the buffet wasn't hot. (It was warm, according to the restaurant).

Went here today for the lunch buffet. Delicious! Hot dishes, soups, cold dishes, sushi, noodles, rice, fried rice—too much to list. No, they don't offer stir-fry for lunch, but that's mentioned, and we didn't miss it! Ice cream and fresh fruit are available. Ample parking, elevator available (the restaurant is on the first floor). Wide selection of drinks, homemade cocktails, and lemonade. Definitely worth a visit!

If you're planning to celebrate your birthday or any other holiday here like we did, be prepared for it to be ruined and your desire to return will be dampened. We simply came home with a soured mood. Thank you, Asia-Pearl! We thought long and hard about where to celebrate our birthday, and on the advice of our friends who are regulars, we decided to go there for the first time and try it out. After all, it is a birthday. We arrived at 12:30 p.m. First, we tried sushi. Then we decided to take a plate each and fry one meat, one seafood, and one vegetable each. The robot later brought ready-made plates of fried food. I decided to do the dishes, and the maid stayed at the table. Then, around 2:00 p.m., an employee from the lobby approached my friend, the birthday girl, and with a stern look told her that it was impossible (having more than one plate of ready-made fried food on the table—perhaps that's how she understood it). For no reason at all, she spoiled her appetite and, with it, her birthday. But that's not the end of the story. We arrived between 12 and 3 p.m. At 2:15 p.m., we asked for the bill. She charged us extra for the unfinished plate, which the girl refused to eat, citing a ruined vacation. Although we had seen German guests return plates, no arguments were offered. I cautiously asked if, since we were paying for the plate, we could take the food and the girl could eat it at home, as is customary in any good restaurant, or if we could finish eating now. Luckily, we had until 3 p.m. After my words, she became nervous, screamed, and called her colleague for help. I explained the reason. Everyone in the room noticed the situation, and it also made the girl uncomfortable. We paid and left quickly. We hope this extra money will help you go to a good bookstore in the future. Find a book on etiquette there, buy it, read it, and understand that your restaurant's guests don't have any nationality or other characteristics that would make your attitude toward them different. The food delivery robot turned out to be the most human in this restaurant. It was helpful, polite, and cheerful. Robot—you're better than a human!

It was our first and last time there. We arrived at 6:10 p.m. The Peking duck with sweet and sour sauce is actually my first order of business at every Mongolian restaurant. This time, I was extremely disappointed because, although the duck was cooked brown, the skin was incredibly flabby instead of crispy and only lukewarm. Simply disgusting. The sauce tastes fruity, sweet and sour like pineapple elsewhere. Here, it tastes more like water and vinegar. The waitress (female) was extremely unfriendly. When it comes to drinks, they only ask for your drink, but don't ask if you want a 0.2 or 0.3, and simply bring you a 0.3 (you can earn more). The robot isn't exactly a winner either, so you can overlook some things. All in all, too impersonal.

The buffet had a mediocre selection. Everything tasted dry and like it had been left over. Service was pleasant.

I can definitely recommend Asia Perle. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very attentive. Luckily, you can also pay by card. Even for me as a vegetarian, there's a great selection, especially among the grilled dishes with lots of vegetables. And the little robot waiter is always funny.

A slow death! Things aren't getting better here - unfortunately! Sunday, 6 p.m. The selection is quite limited :-( Generally, no fresh supplies... only occasionally. - Sushi, only leftovers - Shrimp refills thrown into the bowl as a block of ice from the freezer - Soups lukewarm at best - Food generally only lukewarm, so they're almost cold when you get back to the table - Fried rice very dry and no longer fresh - Meat from the live cooking fried far too long - dry, and this happened in all our sessions! - Farmer's salad carelessly cut into large pieces (onions quartered! Cucumbers large pieces) - Mango carelessly cut into strips, served with the peel! - Baked bananas and baked apples have probably been warmed up for a very long time, so the bananas are mushy like rubber - Vanilla sauce empty for the pudding - etc. And now that's enough, because this evening we only got full marks for the tiramisu and the water - that's sad but true. Just under €130! For 2 adults and 2 smaller, almost-adults... Clearly, the price-performance ratio isn't right here. The staff was friendly, but when paying, they didn't offer a "thank you" or "goodbye"! They just turned around and left! Unbelievable! Was it because they didn't tip? If so, that would be very sad. You have to earn a tip... It wouldn't have been appropriate here. Recommendation? There's a similar "gourmet" restaurant about 2 kilometers away... A bit more expensive, but the price-performance ratio is right!

When outside temperatures exceed 30 degrees, you can use the air conditioning more.

Good Mongolian buffet with very decent sushi – and a cute serving robot!

I was passing through. I arrived around 8:30 p.m. on a Sunday. All the food was cold, and some weren't refilled. For a total of €34 including two drinks, you'd get better service at any other restaurant. Many of the dishes were really cheap. Jelly for dessert, peeled banana with a little chocolate sauce? Most of the dishes were baked in a filling, thick coating. I've been to many Asian countries. There's no Asian flair here. Typical Asian dishes are missing. It's a shame. Disappointing for me, and I can't recommend it.

The food is pretty good; I've been here several times, and the quality is always consistently good. Unfortunately, when you order a plate freshly cooked, it's often cold by the time it arrives at your table. But the rest of the food is really good and I definitely recommend it.

The food was simply cold! The plates should have been warmed up. By the time it was brought to the table, it was already cold. The sweet and sour super was inedible; I've never had such a bad one anywhere. The same goes for the service. The waitress seemed listless and unmotivated. After paying, she didn't even thank us or wish us a nice day, as we're used to... No, but thank you! We're never going there again. It's a real shame to write all this, but that was our impression after visiting this restaurant.

No, the food from the lunch buffet was consistently cold at 12:15 p.m. Tip: Simply refill small amounts directly from the stove every few minutes, instead of loading up the unheated pots at 11 a.m. and leaving them there forever. Of course it's cold an hour later. Especially since there were only a few guests in the huge store. Why? I won't go there anymore.

We spontaneously went to eat here for the first time with a group of five people and got a table straight away. Even though we ate here before a holiday, it was very quiet. But there are also a lot of seats available. The selection of food was very large and varied. Mongolian buffet, which you can have freshly prepared and typical Chinese dishes. The Mongolian restaurant is located in the industrial area. Signage could be a bit better. We would be warmly welcomed. There wasn't much going on that evening. The selection of food was huge. You could have fresh ingredients prepared. It was a successful evening with a good group.

In my opinion one of the best buffets Restaurants. Service is always on the move and people are happy to start a nice conversation with the guests. At the end the waiter even tried to convince me to try some of the dessert. Here you immediately notice that you are welcome. However, one must also say that the word: Luxury buffet is worded somewhat incorrectly. This simply means that there is an extra buffet counter where you can have some freshly fried items. My husband, my girlfriend and I were there for the dinner buffet one day and can't complain. We were greeted very courteously, asked about our wishes early on and served nicely. The buffet was very good, rich and I was surprised by the variety, especially in the fish section. In my opinion, that justifies the slightly higher price. We then chose things that were freshly prepared and brought to the table with the little robot. I found that really funny and a good idea. The whole evening was very successful, we felt very comfortable and will definitely come back.

So far we have really enjoyed eating there...I especially like the freshly fried salmon and turkey...Unfortunately, the third plate of salmon that was served to me was burnt and dry.Turkey meat was also served dried out...I gave the third plate back to the counter for the cook, who probably has absolutely no plan and burns expensive salmon...sad at 30 euros per person...

I always enjoyed going there for the lunch buffet, but the last time the food was nice and cold. Now we were there last night for the luxury buffet which costs 11 euros more. The restaurant was very full, but most of the food was cold again, even the food that was freshly prepared arrived at the table cold. Because of this, we didn't tip, which unfortunately made the waitress unfriendly. For me it was the last time. At 26 euros per person you should be able to expect warm food

We won't go there anymore. Buffet lukewarm, food bland and tasteless. Tiramisu watery and boring. Meat is not replenished for a long time. Drinks too expensive and scarf. 1 cook for a huge train station mission, completely overwhelmed, resulting in long waiting times. Absolutely not recommended. I prefer any canteen. All in all, good food. What we didn't like at all was that the waiter asked us about his tip before paying. I've never experienced that anywhere before. We always give a tip if we liked the service. We come here more often. Very satisfied with the series. Lots of space in the restaurant, very child-friendly, super friendly staff. In terms of quality, I think it's one of the best all you can eat restaurants in the area.

We were guests here at the Asia Pearl once again. There is a buffet here that leaves nothing to be desired. Whether you're a vegetarian, an anti-rice fan,... everything will suit your taste. Since it is of course particularly suitable for families with children, it has always been very crowded there in the last few months, as you can see from the parking lot. But it's not a problem at all, the buffet is always freshly refilled and the service is incredibly friendly and attentive. Above all, because of the direct food offer, it is available immediately and you don't have to wait for your order at a "normal" restaurant.

It's been a long time since I've been to the Asia Perle and we'll be back. The lunch buffet is well stocked. The individual dishes are prepared very tasty. When guests leave the restaurant, the tables and chair backs are wiped down immediately. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

The restaurant only serves a buffet. No menu in the usual sense. Only a drinks menu. And that's exactly what's great.

Service was very friendly. We still managed to get space for 8 people without a reservation. The food was underwhelming. We had the "luxury buffet", but to be honest, it wasn't really luxury. Starting with the sauces, which you can choose with the food so that everything is fried together. The sauces were thin like water. They certainly had a taste on their own, but when you had them on your plate with the fried food, you hardly tasted anything. The selection of dishes to be fried is ok when it comes to meat and fish, but far too small when it comes to vegetables. You could also put together a salad, but here too, there is little choice in almost empty bowls. The Asian dishes prepared were all so ok. For children there is the usual, fries, fried chicken. Dessert was ok. A selection of small items was available, including ice cream and soft ice cream. However, the station with sprinkles and sauces to spice up the ice cream a little was missing. The robot that brings the food to the table is a small highlight, but the choice of music should be reconsidered

One of the classic Asian all-you-eat buffets in the Mühlheim-Kährlich commercial area, Koblenz Nord on the B9. The buffet was plundered most of the time and the food was "thinly" prepared, as were the soups. I didn't find the nickname Mongolian, it was more like the usual Chinese buffet and unfortunately greasy and salty. The sushi looked like it came out of a package. The service was good. Overall not convincing.

We were there for the lunch buffet. But unfortunately very disappointed! Meat was dry and cold, it wasn't refilled when something ran out. Then there was only hot sauces, meat, etc. When asked, it said new chef, I'll ask. But she didn't come back!! When we were paying, we commented on these things and then we heard "can't do anything, that's just the way it is!" So especially in this day and age, I think, as a restaurateur, I have to be interested in whether my guests like it or whether they feel comfortable! It's a shame I really threw almost €17 out the window! Conclusion: once and not again!!

We've eaten here several times and never had anything to complain about, but today (07.11.24) it was the downfall. We were there at 12 o'clock sharp, there were only two people there apart from us, the room temperature was extremely cold (!) and the food from the buffet wasn't much warmer either, just lukewarm and by the time we got to the place it was also ice cold. After 30 minutes a few more guests came and they also complained about the completely cold food, which no one from the staff really cared about. The food itself today was somehow "subterranean", so it smelled a bit strong and didn't taste like anything, and the quality left a lot to be desired. All in all: cold food in a cold place - that's not fun and you don't have to have that! We probably won't be coming back any time soon. Thank God there wasn't a rude waiter on duty today who was only interested in tips! I can only recommend: people dress warmly!

Good all you can eat buffet. We were there with a group of thirteen people, a table was pushed together so that everyone could fit at the table, and one guest with a crutch even had his food carried to the table by one of the waiters. Another positive thing to mention is that the restaurant, which is located on the first floor, has barrier-free access via an elevator. We were in an area that was separated by a room divider, and the noise emissions from the kitchen and other guests were reduced, which created a pleasant atmosphere. The buffet was always full until the end of the visit, apart from the fried bananas, and nothing was missing. Noodles, rice, sushi, fish, chicken, pork, beef, fruit and dessert, the buffet has everything you would expect from an Asian restaurant. The waiting time at the buffet was also limited and the food was delicious. There is also an illustrious selection of liquid cards to choose from. The price-performance ratio is not bad and there are plenty of parking spaces available.

The restaurant is very cozy and quiet even when it is full. The food itself is very delicious. The only point of criticism is the arrangement of the food. Vegetarian dishes and meat-based dishes are very close together and unfortunately there are not enough tongs or ladles, so vegetarian and meat-based dishes are mixed. Maybe it could be separated better so that guests don't first scoop 8 delicacies with a spoon and scoop fried mushrooms with the same spoon.

For the price of €25 for the buffet you would expect more choice. Overall, the food was tasty, but unfortunately not really warm. The room temperature in the restaurant was also rather cool.

09/18/24 our visit to your restaurant on the occasion of my daughter's birthday was a complete disappointment. The table was reserved in advance in the name of Irina for 6:00 p.m., table number 31, but that didn't save us from the terrible service. The waiter who served us was rude from the start. In the middle of the evening he made inappropriate comments about how "inappropriate" we were eating and said there was too much food left on the plate. Is this a new standard in your restaurant – criticizing and judging the guests? Other days you quietly take the full plates with you without any complaints, and today you take it out on us? But that was just the beginning. When we confronted the waiter about his behavior, he began to raise his voice and behave aggressively and disrespectfully. We had to call the boss, but it turns out that your restaurant's policy is: the guests don't care, they should just put up with the rude behavior. What's more, the boss even refused to tell the waiter's name! When we asked another employee, he mockingly said he didn't know his colleague's name. Everyone works without name tags - apparently to better hide their irresponsibility and incompetence. In the presence of children, one of whom was only a year old, the waiter was not afraid to speak loudly and make fun of us in a disrespectful way. No one apologized for this disgusting behavior. Do your waiters think they can do anything? Is this normal in a restaurant? And when we asked the waiter's name, no one knew it. Isn't that strange? Conclusion: The service was a disaster, the sushi rolls contained spoiled avocados. The birthday was ruined. Disgraceful behavior... This was one of our favorite restaurants, but after such rudeness and indifference - never again. And I don't advise anyone to visit this place if you don't want to face outright disrespect and bad vibes.
