The service is extremely unfriendly and when you pay they get very rude and throw you the money saying you need it. Probably because it wasn't enough for her. Overall, this Lolas is not recommended due to the service

One of the classic Asian all-you-eat buffets in the Mühlheim-Kährlich commercial area, Koblenz Nord on the B9. The buffet was plundered most of the time and the food was "thinly" prepared, as were the soups. I didn't find the nickname Mongolian, it was more like the usual Chinese buffet and unfortunately greasy and salty. The sushi looked like it came out of a package. The service was good. Overall not convincing.

We were there for the lunch buffet. But unfortunately very disappointed! Meat was dry and cold, it wasn't refilled when something ran out. Then there was only hot sauces, meat, etc. When asked, it said new chef, I'll ask. But she didn't come back!! When we were paying, we commented on these things and then we heard "can't do anything, that's just the way it is!" So especially in this day and age, I think, as a restaurateur, I have to be interested in whether my guests like it or whether they feel comfortable! It's a shame I really threw almost €17 out the window! Conclusion: once and not again!!

We've eaten here several times and never had anything to complain about, but today (07.11.24) it was the downfall. We were there at 12 o'clock sharp, there were only two people there apart from us, the room temperature was extremely cold (!) and the food from the buffet wasn't much warmer either, just lukewarm and by the time we got to the place it was also ice cold. After 30 minutes a few more guests came and they also complained about the completely cold food, which no one from the staff really cared about. The food itself today was somehow "subterranean", so it smelled a bit strong and didn't taste like anything, and the quality left a lot to be desired. All in all: cold food in a cold place - that's not fun and you don't have to have that! We probably won't be coming back any time soon. Thank God there wasn't a rude waiter on duty today who was only interested in tips! I can only recommend: people dress warmly!

Good all you can eat buffet. We were there with a group of thirteen people, a table was pushed together so that everyone could fit at the table, and one guest with a crutch even had his food carried to the table by one of the waiters. Another positive thing to mention is that the restaurant, which is located on the first floor, has barrier-free access via an elevator. We were in an area that was separated by a room divider, and the noise emissions from the kitchen and other guests were reduced, which created a pleasant atmosphere. The buffet was always full until the end of the visit, apart from the fried bananas, and nothing was missing. Noodles, rice, sushi, fish, chicken, pork, beef, fruit and dessert, the buffet has everything you would expect from an Asian restaurant. The waiting time at the buffet was also limited and the food was delicious. There is also an illustrious selection of liquid cards to choose from. The price-performance ratio is not bad and there are plenty of parking spaces available.

The restaurant is very cozy and quiet even when it is full. The food itself is very delicious. The only point of criticism is the arrangement of the food. Vegetarian dishes and meat-based dishes are very close together and unfortunately there are not enough tongs or ladles, so vegetarian and meat-based dishes are mixed. Maybe it could be separated better so that guests don't first scoop 8 delicacies with a spoon and scoop fried mushrooms with the same spoon.

For the price of €25 for the buffet you would expect more choice. Overall, the food was tasty, but unfortunately not really warm. The room temperature in the restaurant was also rather cool.

09/18/24 our visit to your restaurant on the occasion of my daughter's birthday was a complete disappointment. The table was reserved in advance in the name of Irina for 6:00 p.m., table number 31, but that didn't save us from the terrible service. The waiter who served us was rude from the start. In the middle of the evening he made inappropriate comments about how "inappropriate" we were eating and said there was too much food left on the plate. Is this a new standard in your restaurant – criticizing and judging the guests? Other days you quietly take the full plates with you without any complaints, and today you take it out on us? But that was just the beginning. When we confronted the waiter about his behavior, he began to raise his voice and behave aggressively and disrespectfully. We had to call the boss, but it turns out that your restaurant's policy is: the guests don't care, they should just put up with the rude behavior. What's more, the boss even refused to tell the waiter's name! When we asked another employee, he mockingly said he didn't know his colleague's name. Everyone works without name tags - apparently to better hide their irresponsibility and incompetence. In the presence of children, one of whom was only a year old, the waiter was not afraid to speak loudly and make fun of us in a disrespectful way. No one apologized for this disgusting behavior. Do your waiters think they can do anything? Is this normal in a restaurant? And when we asked the waiter's name, no one knew it. Isn't that strange? Conclusion: The service was a disaster, the sushi rolls contained spoiled avocados. The birthday was ruined. Disgraceful behavior... This was one of our favorite restaurants, but after such rudeness and indifference - never again. And I don't advise anyone to visit this place if you don't want to face outright disrespect and bad vibes.

We went to the Asia Perle for a buffet lunch today. We were served straight away and the buffet was extensive. The attraction of the service robots. The soups were very well balanced, but the rest of the buffet lacked the Asian seasoning, although we don't necessarily eat spicy, it wasn't seasoned enough and some of it tasted bland, the sambal oelek was more liquid in consistency than water. When it comes to desserts, I have to say, I have never eaten such a bad, watered-down tiramisu! We have been to the Asia Perle several times, but today it was pure disappointment for us! It would be nice if some work was done on the quality of the food. We would also like the plate to only be cleared away when the guest has finished eating!

We had the all you can eat lunch buffet for €12.50 + drinks. It was very tasty and the service was great. Asian buffet offers something for every taste and diet, there are starters, main courses and desserts, everything was super tasty. I can only recommend.

Wow, that was our first evening with you and it was just really great. The buffet is simply great in terms of the selection of raw dishes as well as the finished dishes. There is even a great selection for children or allergy sufferers and the fresh fruit and ice cream are simply delicious and the price-performance ratio is simply great. We will definitely come back not only for the great food, the friendly service, but also for the little robot 😺

Eight hundred years ago, Genghis Khan went on an expedition to Europe. When I traveled to Germany, I suddenly wanted to eat boiled mutton. The imperial chef was shocked. The buffet is very varied and delicious. The highlight is definitely the robot waiter who brings the freshly prepared food to the table. Unfortunately, the robot is more reliable than our male waiter, who simply sat in a corner with his cell phone and let us dry our drinks. However, the ladies are very accommodating.

Great location, even without an appointment we got a table and the buffet had a lot to offer. The biggest highlight of the day was the little robot that brought the grilled meat, fish, vegetables etc. to the table and played a melody 😍 The employees were all super friendly and always had a smile. Tonight I had dinner here with my family for the first time. Very large selection of different dishes at the buffet. The buffet was completely overcrowded, standard products such as fried noodles were almost always empty, there should have been several individual buffet islands.

We celebrated our birthday in this restaurant. And they were very upset. We paid 26 euros for each adult and we paid for the drinks ourselves. The selection of food was very poor. There was very little fruit. The service is terrible, the waiter forgot my birthday. And the birthday child was left without any congratulations. We give one star to the robot cat that brings the dishes. We will never go to this buffet again and cannot recommend visiting there.

Had a buffet lunch here with my family. Food was good and cheap. The cat robot even brought my daughter a lollipop.

Im Restaurant gibt es ausschließlich Buffet. Erwachsene kosten 24,90, Kinder weniger. Es gibt die typischen Gerichte wie Reis, gebratene Nudeln oder Ente. Außerdem gibt es Abends einen mongolischen Grill mit einer guten Auswahl an Fleisch- und Fischgerichten, welche nach Zubereitung von einem Roboter serviert werden. Die Getränke sind nicht inkludiert. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden und es gibt einen Fahrstuhl, da sich das Restaurant im 1. Stock befindet. Zu bemängeln ist leider der Service, auf Getränke wartet man schon mal 20 Minuten wenn viel Betrieb herrscht.

Eigentlich war alles in Ordnung, leider war es mir am Samstagabend zu voll. Daher war es im Restaurant sehr laut. Hervorheben möchte ich noch den sehr freundlichen Service der Angestellten und das unter größten Stress.

Sehr zu empfehlen während z.B. der Mittagspause. Geht flott, schmeckt gut, akzeptabler Preis für das Büfett.

Das Lokal ist sehr groß und leider da durch auch etwas laut. Die Bedienung ist schnell und freundlich. Es hat uns bis auf den gebratenen Reis und Nudeln, es fehlte an Geschmack, alles gut geschmeckt. Ich denke das ist eine persönliche Feststellung, andere werden zufrieden sein.

War am 31.12.23 beim Buffet essen. Eine sehr große Auswahl an Speisen, super lecker und immer warm. Frisch gegrilltes wurde von einem Roboter 🤖 gebracht. Es war ein sehr schöner Abend und alle meine Freunde waren begeistert.Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Es war sehr gut besucht, lange Warteschlange am Buffet. Am zugewiesen Tisch musste ich erstmal selbst etwas Hand anlegen und säubern. Die erste Getränkebestellung klappte prima danach ließ sich unsere Kellnerin nicht bzw kaum mehr blicken. Am Buffet selbst waren viele Speisen vergriffen. Selbst auf Anfrage wurde nicht reagiert. Selbst mein Highlight die Eismaschine war nicht voll funktionsfähig. Die Eisstation schrecklich sorry für die Formulierung Es sah aus wie Sxx. Als ob eine Horde Wilder gewütet hätte. Schade. Meine Begleiter und ich wurden satt. Das ist aber auch fast das einzig gute. Masse ist nicht alles. Be my Koblenz der Gutschein wurde akzeptiert. Für mich denke ich wird es keinen weiteren Besuch geben. Masse statt Klasse und nicht aufgefülltes Buffet ...... 2 Personen 55€ und je ein Getränk da kann ich aber besser, ruhiger in einer angenehmener Atmosphäre essen. Schade ich weiß es war mal viel besser.

Sehr sehr Leckeres Essen - wir gehen gerne Mittags mit den Kindern (6&8) - kann es sehr empfehlen auch für Kinder. Das Mittagsbuffet ist auch sehr bezahlbar:)

Ich gehe sehr gerne hier essen. Ich hatte bisher nie unhöfliche Servicekräfte, das Essen hat mir immer sehr gut geschmeckt und über die Preise kann man echt nicht meckern.
