Miss Hong in Regensburg impresses with its delicious food, especially the large selection of sushi, which is a real plus. A visit is definitely worth it, but reservations are recommended, as the place is popular and can fill up quickly. The restroom is clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The only minor criticism is the somewhat messy basement entrance; otherwise, the restaurant makes a very good impression. If you're looking for good sushi and Asian cuisine, you'll find it here. I'd be happy to return and highly recommend Miss Hong.

We visited Miss Jong's over the weekend and received a very friendly welcome. Reservations are definitely recommended on weekends. We wouldn't have been able to get a seat without a reservation because the place was very busy. The udon noodles with curry are highly recommended; they taste great. They also offer a variety of delicious drinks. Vegetarian dishes are also available. We'll be happy to come back.

A somewhat hidden restaurant in Regensburg's city center. We had a reservation, which is necessary most days if you want to eat in a restaurant with a short wait. Unfortunately, there was a long wait for sushi that day. Still, a good restaurant.

A huge variety of sushi – everything sounded delicious and exciting. The selection is truly fantastic, with something for everyone. Unfortunately, it took quite a while for the food to arrive – so we had to be patient. Payment is only possible in cash or via PayPal, so be aware of that beforehand.

Anyone who wants to eat at Miss Hong should definitely make a reservation in advance. Without a reservation, you'll have to wait and be moved around – but that's fine with me. The food has always been fresh and delicious – and the waitresses are attentive and friendly. However, I've noticed several times now that the cloths used to wipe the tables smell. This is not only unhygienic, but also, and especially, unpleasant if you linger and eat at that table for a while.

Unfortunately the service is very unfriendly, you never get a seat and when there is one available you are treated even more unfriendly!

I ate bibimbap today. Unfortunately, I didn't like it. It came steaming hot and everything was already mixed together, it wasn't fresh, and there was an inch of oil at the bottom. The rice and the entire dish—as I said, everything was mixed together from the start—were coated in an incredible amount of oil.

Great food, but the sauce was a bit too sweet and heavy, I would like a bit less of it in the bowls (dons)

The food was very, very good, and the selection of dishes was fantastic. There was only one server, and with so many customers, she was naturally a bit overwhelmed. You could either pick up and pay for your meal yourself, like in Japan, or hire more servers so you don't have to wait so long for everything.

This was the third time I've experienced this when picking up my order: the server allegedly didn't have enough change in her wallet and therefore wanted to give me less change, essentially forcing me to tip. The first two times I accepted it, but the third time I insisted on getting my full change, which I was given. It seems like a scam to me. Apart from that, the food and service are impeccable. I eat and order there regularly.

The location is nice, the staff very friendly. The food selection is good. Unfortunately, a regular rice and meat dish was completely oversalted, but it was returned without complaint, which is a very positive point. The sushi was OK. Therefore, overall, a satisfactory experience, nothing more, nothing less.

I've been there several times with my boyfriend, almost every time we're in Regensburg. Reserving a table is super easy and always works out. The staff is very friendly, and Miss Hong is a wonderful woman. The food is excellent: sushi, soups, and today I had the chance to try the Korean cuisine, and the food never disappointed me. We always love going back, and I'm looking forward to the next time.

Super delicious food! The gyoza are especially recommended as a starter. Service is also good, even when it's busy. Reservations are definitely recommended in the evenings! All in all, a really good restaurant that I often go to with friends. It's not too expensive, the atmosphere is nice, and it's not too loud.

Exceptional Asian food, delicious and large portion

We had reservations for 8:30 p.m. and arrived at 8:35 p.m. Unfortunately, our table wasn't free yet and we had to wait as if the reservation hadn't even existed. Maybe that's common there, but I know from other restaurants that a reserved table is actually available. That seemed a bit disorganized. We also had to wait over 40 minutes for the food. Maybe that's normal here, but it was too long for us. The taste of the food was okay, but after so much waiting we would have expected something more. Overall, the staff seemed rather stressed and not attentive. It was also very warm and stuffy inside, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. We were actually looking forward to the evening, but unfortunately the visit was disappointing overall. For a city like Regensburg, which welcomes a lot of guests, that doesn't leave a particularly good impression. Unfortunately only one star.

Went spontaneously for lunch, very cozy atmosphere, super nice and friendly service at the place with great advice on the choice of dishes. After ordering, it took less than 10 minutes until all the dishes were on the table. Very large selection of food and drinks. The food was great! Good portions, very fresh and deliciously prepared and by far the best soy sauce (house sauce) I have ever eaten! A real revelation! Conclusion: very cozy, rather smaller restaurant that is lovingly run and the food is excellent! It can also be ordered to take away and the employees (boss & boss?) are incredibly friendly and really enjoy their roles as hosts! A great experience, I'll definitely be back! 👌🫶

Amazing atmosphere with authenticity. One of the best Ramen I had in Germany. Their sushi is alsoreally good. I have been here several times and I cannot recommend them enough. They are very helpful. The place itself quite small and cozy so make sure you make a reservation if you don’t want to get disappointed

The food is very tasty, the portions are absolutely sufficient. The service is good and the atmosphere is appropriate. The best place to park is at Dachauplatz (parking garage), then it's only a few minutes walk.

The food was delicious and well prepared, the service was quick and nice, the only drawback is the ambience [toilet] and it was a bit cold for us as there was no way to heat the room. A bit too expensive in terms of price.

The restaurant is very lovingly decorated with small figures, stuffed animals, Japanese lamps, etc. You really feel like you are in Japan. The menu is large and it is difficult to choose. There is also a large selection for vegetarians and vegans. Our food was excellent, very authentic and a highlight in Regensburg's gastronomy. The service was also very friendly. Reservations are recommended as it was very busy. We'll definitely be back!

Wir waren aufgrund der vielen positiven Bewertungen in dem Restaurant Essen und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Das Restaurant ist sehr liebevoll dekoriert mit kleinen Figuren, Stofftieren, japanischen Lampen etc. Man fühlt sich wirklich wie in Japan. Die Speisekarte ist groß und so fällt die Auswahl schwer. Es gibt auch eine große Auswahl für Vegetarier und Veganer. Unser Essen war hervorragend, sehr authentisch und ein Highlight in Regensburgs Gastronomie. Der Service war ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Eine Reservierung ist anzuraten, da es sehr voll war. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

The food was delicious 😋, and the price-quality ratio is very good 👍🏼 The girl who served came to charge us but we got the impression that she was taking us out because apparently the other people who were going to sit there after us had already come. We thought the way she did it was unkind, plus PAY ONLY IT IS CASH, there is the option to pay with Paypal but the lady did not give us the option (my friend had to ask), in the end we could pay with Paypal but it was an uncomfortable situation. In addition, there was a long line of people waiting outside and at the door and it prevented people from leaving smoothly.

Everything we ate was very tasty. Sushi and gyoza are highly recommended. The cocktails could contain a little more alcohol 😁 Make sure you make a reservation and no card payment is possible, but they do offer PayPal payment in case of an emergency. We'd love to come back.

Since the food was really great, I would have really, really liked to give it 5 stars. Unfortunately, our reservation was messed up here and we just stood around stupidly in the full restaurant and then walked around the block for another 10 minutes to pass the time. The tables here are also rather close together and the resulting sound level might be a bit lower for my taste. So you could still work on the feel-good factor. The fact that there are still 4 stars is solely due to the food, which there was really nothing to complain about here. It was really delicious!

I really liked it here. The service was really quick and very nice. We really enjoyed the food. Since the space is limited, you sit very close together with the other guests, but that was ok. (Hence one star deducted for the ambience) I will definitely recommend the restaurant.

Miss Hong in Regensburg is a small but absolutely fantastic restaurant! The ramen in particular is a real highlight – kudos to the chef! Food: The food was okay. The portion size was mediocre, it tasted quite good. Service: Very dissatisfied. The drinks came quite quickly after ordering, then nothing came at all. After more than an hour (!!!) I was rudely told that the food I ordered was unfortunately no longer available and that I would have to order again. After this happened, the food was served after another half hour. Ambiance: I didn't like the ambience. The restaurant was very full, we sat at a small table where there were the next tables on the right and left with a maximum distance of 30 cm, so a private conversation was impossible. In addition, it was already very hot that day and the restaurant was extremely heated, which made the waiting time of over 1.5 hours even more unpleasant. While the heat is largely not the restaurant owners' fault (air conditioning or fans would still have been great), it did contribute to an unpleasant experience. All in all, I'm dissatisfied and for this slightly above-average price I'll definitely go somewhere else next time.

We've been there several times now and sat inside and outside. The service is always attentive and friendly. The food always comes pretty quickly. I like to eat bibimbap there and my mom likes to eat ramen. Kimchi also tastes very good.

Food is good and normal like at Asia XY. Beer was delivered incorrectly. Despite requests and confirmations, half of our leftover food could not be taken away because the kitchen simply threw it away. Never experienced anything like this before ☹️

Ordered to-go here for the first time during Corona. The packaging for the takeaway menu alone was exceptionally good. The content was of course gigantic. What's really practical is that you can put together your own sushi platter online beforehand and can easily google it at the same time if you love sushi but still don't understand the difference between maki and nigiri :D

The food is ok, but the fact that payment will only be possible with cash in 2024 is an absolute no-go. I will no longer eat in a restaurant that does not accept payment by debit or credit card. PS: Paypal payment is possible but one person has to pay the entire bill.

Asian national cuisine. The Thai curry was delicious and not too spicy. I was surprised that Pad Thai was served in a Japanese ramen bowl. There weren't that many noodles, but I was full.
