Sehr freundlicher Service, top Essen, Tofu perfekt gebraten, frische Kräuter dabei. Der geringe Preisunterschied zwischen Fleisch und veganen Gerichten hat mich etwas gewundert und leider standen die Tische sehr nah beieinander, etwas zu nah für meinen Geschmack, daher Abzug beim Ambiente

Wir hatten nicht reserviert, wurden aber herzlich empfangen. Dank der vielfältigen Auswahl konnten wir uns unser Essen ganz nach unserem Geschmack zusammenstellen. Wir aßen Ente und Hähnchen mit Reis und Nudeln. Sehr lecker! 👍🏻

Sehr leckeres Essen, frische Zutaten, portionsgröße angemessen und ausreichend. Personal freundlich und aufmerksam. Räumlichkeiten zum Teil etwas eng, bei vollem Betrieb auch recht laut. Ansonsten aber wirklich sehr zu empfehlen.

Donnerstagabend, 16. April, 20:30 Uhr, und dann behauptet jemand allen Ernstes, die Küche sei wegen einer Person geschlossen, obwohl das Lokal noch halb voll ist. Das ist nicht typisch vietnamesisch, lasst es lieber sein…

Ein tolles Esserlebnis , es werden frische verschiedene zum Teil exotische Kräuter zum Essen gereicht . Wer möchte..mit jedem Bissen ein kleines Experiment :)

Super leckere Küche und sehr freundlicher Service. Im Sommer kann man draußen sitzen.

Das Restaurant liegt etwas außerhalb der Stadt in ruhiger Lage. Wir waren unter der Woche dort, und etwa die Hälfte der Tische war besetzt. Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich, das Personal freundlich. Am Essen gab es nichts auszusetzen. Es war lecker, abwechslungsreich und die Portionen waren ausreichend groß. Allerdings war das Rindfleisch im Vergleich zur Ente recht klein. Ich hatte nur drei Fleischstücke auf meinem Teller, was mich wirklich überrascht hat. Ich musste sie fast zwischen dem Gemüse suchen. Wer also eine größere Portion Fleisch möchte, sollte Hühnchen oder Ente wählen. Die Getränke waren gut und kreativ, aber deutlich teurer als üblich. Insgesamt gehört das Restaurant zu den teureren asiatischen Restaurants der Stadt. Die Konkurrenz ist bereits groß, und ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob Erstbesucher wiederkommen möchten.

VyVu ist ein außergewöhnliches Restaurant. Zu meinem Gericht gab es einen Kräuterkorb dazu mit dem man sich sein Essen ergänzen / verfeinern kann. Dazu erhielt ich eine tolle Erklärung wie welche Kräuter oder auch Heilwirkungen haben. Leider ist Berlin weiter weg sonst wäre öfters hier.

Wer sich mal was gönnen möchte unter all der Alltagsküche, sollte dem VyVu einen Besuch abstatten. Frische Küche, frische Kräuter, gehobenes Ambiente, aufmerksame und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Hier kann man nichts falsch machen. Für Geschäftsessen, Dates und andere Besonderheiten, aber auch für einfach mal so - eine absolute Empfehlung! Nebenbei lernt ihr auch etwas über Traditionen. Alle unsere Fragen wurden liebevoll beantwortet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Bis bald mal wieder 😊

Wir waren heute zum ersten Mal da und sind rundum begeistert. Sehr leckeres, frisches Essen, ein wunderschönes Ambiente und vor allem ein hervorragender, herzlicher und unglaublich aufmerksamer Service. Wir kommen sehr, sehr gerne wieder. 🥰🥰🥰

Wir sind sehr enttäuscht von diesem Restaurant. Wir sind mit unseren Freunden aus Frankfurt dorthin gekommen und wollten sie zu einem schönen Abendessen in einem schönen Lokal einladen. Unser Essen kam erst nach etwa 40 Minuten. Nach dem Essen wollten wir für die kleine Tochter unserer Freunde ein Eis bestellen, aber uns wurde dies verweigert, weil man uns sagte, wir hätten nur noch 10 Minuten Zeit – der Tisch sei in 10 Minuten für andere Gäste reserviert, und man werde uns jetzt die Rechnung bringen. Das kleine Mädchen war sehr traurig, und wir waren total enttäuscht und verärgert. Sie hätte in diesen 10 Minuten problemlos noch ein Eis essen können. Es war schließlich nicht unsere Schuld, dass das Essen so spät serviert wurde. Außerdem stand mein Sohn kurz auf, um schnell zur Toilette zu gehen, und wollte danach seine fast volle Cola austrinken. Doch kaum waren wir aufgestanden, wurde unser Tisch abgeräumt. Als er zurückkam, war sein Getränk bereits weg. Absolut unprofessionell und überhaupt nicht kundenfreundlich – man hat uns den Abend ruiniert. Unsere Rechnung betrug 175 Euro, für dieses Geld ist ein ruinierter Abend doppelt schade. Wir werden nie wieder hierher kommen und können dieses Restaurant niemandem empfehlen.

Authentische vietnamesische Küche! Sehr guter, zuvorkommender Service. Die Pho Bo ist erstklassig. Zu jedem Essen werden frische Kräuter serviert. Das schwarze Sesam-Eis ist ein Gedicht und der Vietnam-Cafe ist vorzüglich.

Der Besuch im VyVu, diesem vietnamesischen Restaurant war eine rundum gelungene Geschmacksexplosion. Schon beim Eintreten spürt man die warme, gemütliche Atmosphäre und eine Duftnote von frischen Kräutern, die Vorfreude weckt. - Die Vorspeisen waren perfekt austariert: knusprige Frühlingsrollen mit einem zart-würzigen Kern, dazu eine gehaltvolle, hausgemachte Süß-Sauer-Sauce. - Die Pho Bo war von satter Brühe getragen, klar und aromatisch, mit hauchdünnen Scheiben Rindfleisch, Reisnudeln in perfekter Konsistenz und einer Auswahl frischer Kräuter, die jedes Bowl zum Lebendigen machte. - Das Carry Do überzeugt durch authentische Aromen: Ein rotes Thay Curry, das mit cremiger Würze, frischer Schärfe und ausgewogener Süße direkt ins Herz trifft. - Reis, Gemüse und gebratene Ente ergänzen das Gericht perfekt; jede Komponente trägt zum harmonischen Gesamterlebnis bei. - Die Ente ist knusprig gebraten und saftig im Inneren, das Curry wirkt aromatisch tief und schön aromatisch ohne zu overpowern. - Die Qualität der Zutaten spürt man: Frische Kräuter, knackiges Gemüse und eine sämige, aber leichte Currysauce, die lange nachklingt. - Die Balance zwischen Würze, Cremigkeit und der milden Schärfe macht es zu einem Gericht, das sich immer wieder bestellen lässt. - Fazit: Carry Do ist ein authentisch gut zubereitetes Thai Curry-Gersamtgericht, das durch Konsistenz, Geschmack und liebevolle Zubereitung überzeugt. Ein wirklich köstliches und vor allem authentisches vietnamesisches Restaurant in der Stadt! Als sehr wählerische Vietnamesin, die aus Vietnam stammt und jetzt in Südkalifornien lebt, bin ich extrem anspruchsvoll, was Bo la lot angeht, und hier ist es einfach perfekt – saftig und lecker. Ein weiteres Highlight ist die Vielfalt der verwendeten Kräuter, die den vietnamesischen Gerichten ihren authentischen Geschmack verleihen! Ich freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch.

Vyvu is one of the best Vietnamese restaurants I've ever been to. The food is 100% freshly prepared, and the chef himself checks your meal before it leaves the kitchen. It tastes exceptionally good. The ingredients are meticulously selected, and you can tell from how you feel after eating that they don't use MSG! Reservations are a must during the colder months!

If you don't like the food, you really don't know what good food is. It's simply amazing with everything that goes with it!

A very nice Asian restaurant, which we visited for the first time today. I had a very tasty beef dish. But beware: you can order really spicy food here. The restaurant's owner isn't exactly a star, as she spices this dish with 15 Thai chilies. I had 4, and that was quite a lot. In any case, we really enjoyed it and would gladly come back.

His explanations of the dishes are not only informative, but also take you on a little journey through Vietnamese cuisine - charming, approachable and full of enthusiasm. From a culinary point of view, VyVu impresses across the board. The cooking here is uncompromisingly fresh - no glutamate is used at all - and you can taste it in every bite: the vegetables are crunchy, the herbs smell intense, the flavors are finely balanced and wonderfully clear. You rarely experience something like this, even in sophisticated restaurants. Conclusion: VyVu is more than a Vietnamese restaurant. It is a place where cuisine, hospitality and authenticity come together - with a lot of feeling and without airs and graces. A real gem for everyone who wants to enjoy consciously. Food, service, ambience: everything was top. However, the prices on the Google map (3 years old) have sometimes doubled. You definitely have to expect 30 euros including a beer and a tip. But it’s worth it 👍🏼

The restaurant is located in the eastern part of the city, in a renovated neighborhood near a small harbor. It has its own parking lot. The decor is somewhat modern, fairly clean, pleasant, and not very spacious. The service is prompt, although some of the waiters are very young and perhaps not yet experienced enough. The food, the centerpiece, is relatively well prepared, depending on what you order. I personally liked the soup and the fresh, flavorful salad. The coffee was quite good, for someone who is particularly picky in this area. The prices aren't exactly cheap... You notice this immediately when you open the menu. I probably had too high expectations after reading the rave reviews. In any case, this restaurant is worth a visit if you're in the city for several days.

It's a shame there aren't 0 stars. The service left a lot to be desired, the price-performance ratio is an absolute disaster. The juice spritzers had so little juice that I could have ordered water. All in all, don't pretend you can when you don't deliver. Goodbye forever.

We wanted to have our table because it's not necessarily pleasant to eat next to the toilet, so the waitress immediately became very annoyed, rolled her eyes and immediately became rude. We said we could leave if it was so stressful to organize another table, then the guy took the cards away from the table. A very unprofessional behavior. So we got up and left. He acted like he was doing us a favor by letting us in. Terrible. We will not come back and advise everyone not to eat there.

Freshly prepared dishes with the original taste of Vietnamese cuisine. In contrast to many Asian restaurants, the manageable menu is great to ensure freshness and good taste even without glutamate. The service and advice on food selection is very friendly and competent. A very nice place to have a good meal - a table reservation is recommended. The prices are reasonable for the quality and performance.

The food is delicious, but still totally overpriced for Regensburg standards. Just like the wine, 10€ for a glass of Lugana where the bottle probably only costs 7€ in the retail store (at least that's how it tasted). Considering that the restaurant is not in the city center, the price-performance ratio is not at all good. 2 main courses, 1 water and 2 glasses of wine for 70€... I can get more for my money elsewhere

We were back at VyVu after ages. We were really excited at the time. This time we were unfortunately very disappointed. In my opinion the price/performance ratio is no longer right. My main course was a bit tasteless, but my companion's main course was totally seasoned. Unfortunately, the very high prices were not justified. The service is still top.

Im Vyvu war ich schon des Öfteren beim Abendessen. Es war jedes mal köstlich, so auch beim letzten Mal im Dezember 24. Das Restaurant kann ich wirklich empfehlen, vor allem mit den frischen Kräutern schmeckt das Essen extra lecker. Besonders fällt mir auch der sehr freundlich Service auf, man ist gerne bei euch zu Gast.

In my view, VyVu serves authentic Asian cuisine, featuring delicious curry sauces and a wide selection of fresh herbs on each plate. The food was excellent overall, offering what felt like authentic Vietnamese cuisine in a wonderful atmosphere. However, the prices were slightly higher compared to other Vietnamese restaurants in Regensburg that serve similar dishes. Although it's located 2km from the city center in a less appealing area, the restaurant is still worth the visit.

Incredibly delicious! You pay accordingly for it, but in my opinion it's worth every cent. The staff was very friendly and despite the seats being full, the food was prepared very quickly. We'll be back!

In my opinion, the price-performance ratio is not right

Calling this Vietnamese food is simply wrong. I ordered “Vit Pak Choi” and first of all the prices are absurdly overpriced – the dish costs 26 euros. When the meal was served I was given a plate of raw herbs, rice and grilled duck. The herbs (they were herbs, not lettuce leaves!!!!) were served separately, and I had no idea whether I should mix them with the rice and duck myself. The waiter didn't explain how the dish should be eaten. In addition, the rice was of very poor quality - it was completely overcooked and way too mushy. As an Asian, I can't say I know every Vietnamese dish, but I'm sure this restaurant can't even be remotely described as Vietnamese.

The food was excellent. I love Vietnamese cuisine but this was another level. I can fully recommend this place. I will come back here for sure 😊

The two of us were there to celebrate our anniversary. Unfortunately, the ambience was disappointing for a romantic evening: the tables for couples are placed so close together that you inevitably overhear the neighbors' conversations and at the same time can hardly concentrate on your own conversation. This takes away any intimacy and peace from the atmosphere. Right from the start we noticed that our table was still wet - obviously wiped but not dried, which wasn't a pleasant start. The food itself tasted okay, but the price-performance ratio left a lot to be desired. For just under 25 euros, the duck with rice was a fairly sparse portion. A few thin pieces of meat, a carrot on the side, one and a half mushrooms, a quarter of a zucchini - definitely not justified for this price. Taste good, but not outstanding. The biggest shock, however, was the dessert. Two tablespoons of sticky rice with about a quarter of a mango and a dash of coconut milk sauce - and that for an impressive 9.50 euros! The price level was absolutely disproportionate for the quantity and quality offered. By the way, if the mango is more brown than yellow, then something is wrong. Conclusion: Never again, to be honest. If the main course had cost 18 to 19 euros, I would have readily given it 4 stars. 5 stars would have been possible if the service had been good, the distance to the neighboring tables had been greater, and the food had not only been good but really outstanding.

The four of us made a reservation at 8 p.m. and wanted to end the evening with drinks and conversation after dinner. Desserts consumed at 9:55 p.m. At exactly 10 p.m. all the guests were taken out. I understand labor savings. But we definitely won't eat there again. These are American gastronomic methods.

For my taste the best Asian in Regensburg. A highlight is the "boss" - an Asian with an accent-free, deep Bavarian - always in a good mood and super friendly. Special feature: With the meal there is a basket with lots of fresh herbs - from coriander to Thai basil and mint to... A real recommendation - but reserve well in advance!

We spontaneously had dinner here. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The portion of the food was large, it was briefly explained to us when it was brought to us. All in all a successful evening. Sound-absorbing walls, curtains, etc. would be desirable, but in the end it got a little louder when all the seats were occupied.

Was there for the first time, but definitely not the last. The decor is tasteful, we had delicious drinks, for starters I had the Pho which came with fresh herbs and was incredibly tasty, for the main course I had beef with curry so fresh and delicious, for dessert I also had sesame ice cream which was also good. The service was friendly and the boss personally gave us advice and explained the dishes. I'm thrilled

In my view, VyVu serves authentic Asian cuisine, featuring delicious curry sauces and a wide selection of fresh herbs on each plate. The food was excellent overall, offering what felt like authentic Vietnamese cuisine in a wonderful atmosphere. However, the prices were slightly higher compared to other Vietnamese restaurants in Regensburg that serve similar dishes. Although it's located 2km from the city center in a less appealing area, the restaurant is still worth the visit.

Discovered on Maps while passing through, with an attractive map and a good rating. Without a reservation, we received a friendly welcome and were able to get a table outside. We were warmly served. The drinks were very refreshing and the shandy was exactly my taste. The selected dishes were explained and, after serving, a detailed description was given as to how to best prepare the taste for the palate. A taste experience even without the spiciness. The restaurateur also told us a little about his career, which really impressed us. All in all. ten points 👍🏻

I was craving for Asian food being away for almost 3weeks on business trip in Regensburg, so we tried this restaurant which is just less than 10minutes walk from the hotel we’re staying. Since it was a last minute decision to have dinner here, we tried to book for reservation but the staff told us it is fully booked. But being it’s already late we tried our luck for walk in and surprisingly we were given a table. Maybe they are really not more into reservations 😉. Nevertheless the food was good specially the mango sticky rice. my drinks is also nice but i forgot how’s it called, it looks so fancy too. Price is also just fine, I would say moderate expensive. Place is also cozy for a nice afterwork chat with colleagues, which we did. Maybe I will try this restaurant again if I will be back to Regensburg.

Wow! It's been a very long time since I've had such good Asian food. Innovative, very tasty and, it seems, high quality ingredients. The service was just as good as the cuisine, and the boss was an excellent host. Thank you for the lovely evening!

Food tasted good. However, the price-performance ratio is not right. For what it is, it's a bit too expensive.
