Great restaurant that I always enjoy going to. However, I haven't been there for a while and was pleasantly surprised by the extensive and varied menu - there really is something for everyone here! Whether steak, schnitzel, burgers, salads or tapas, everything looks very good and invites you to feast. I also thought there was an offer for vegetarians that was well worth seeing. My companion's steak and schnitzel were great, my grilled vegetables were also really tasty, and the portions were more than generous. The service is very friendly, quick and attentive, the atmosphere is cozy, the prices are moderate. I should go back more often!

So there were five of us eating here, everyone had something different and we have nothing to complain about. We can wholeheartedly recommend it

Always nice here. However, sometimes a bit loud when it's full. But that's normal. The beer garden is fantastic. The food was tasty and good portions. The staff is always super friendly and attentive. I like this place a lot!

Nice to sit outside on warm summer evenings

We really liked the restaurant. The food was fresh and tasty, there was a nice selection of dishes. The beer garden is very inviting, ideal for a relaxing evening outdoors. The staff was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Overall, a pleasant experience that we would happily recommend.

There are things that cannot be said nicely: The service was quite overwhelmed, but made up for it somewhat with friendliness. The lady who had her first day was really motivated, cheerful and nice. Unfortunately that was it with the good words. Unfortunately the food was really bad: Schnitzel was deep fried and almost black at the edges and therefore hard and dry, hollandaise sauce from the tetra pack, cheese bought already grated and not nice to look at due to the separating substances and not so nice in terms of mouthfeel. But that was only mentioned in passing. Fried potatoes, on the other hand, were freshly made, with bacon and onions and actually not bad in terms of craftsmanship. So everything could be better, that's what was shown here. Burger review in a nutshell: the meat had a bit of a sting, the homemade sauce wasn't that great either (very tomato paste and vinegar heavy), the cheese wasn't cheddar as described on the menu, but processed cheese, the fried onions were bought ready-made and despite that, without Ordered tomatoes, with tomatoes. Result: malaise and diarrhea. But let's come to the point that cannot be accepted at all: The cook loudly criticized guests who, rightly, complained about the food. This was then discussed with other guests in the beer garden. That doesn't work at all! In addition, the guests also had to pay for the food that was returned. Since when do people act like that? If you make a mistake, are nicely pointed out and then do it just as badly again, then I won't demand that both dishes be paid for! You make repairs and charge a maximum of once but not twice if something was wrong with one meal that was returned to the kitchen. Unfortunately for us it was a very bad experience and due to the behavior of the cook there was no store for a second chance. Especially since every housewife cooks at a higher level. Too bad...

We were in Remscheid on business and actually became aware of Miro through Google reviews. The first impression was pleasant and inviting. However, we were told right at the beginning that there would be a longer waiting time due to the number of guests. No stress, just sat down... and then the fun began. ;) After 20 minutes we were allowed to place our drink order (six drinks in total) which was probably too much of a good thing. Half of it was missing. But you could still smile. Hunger is now spreading....after another 20 minutes....order. There were two small starters (nothing fancy, I would argue, the way it was made...preparation time MAXIMUM three minutes. About 30 minutes later the “starters” arrived. But don't think... it's all done now... no... after about an hour our actual food arrived. Until then, I didn't know how to add salt to fried croquettes. And otherwise it was rather below average. But the highlight was a portion of noodles. The noodles were at best "poached" and had seen a maximum of four (!) minutes of warm water & were still "raw". UNDERGROUND Conclusion: about a three hour stay, absolute desert of service and for the price... not even tasty. A little tip to the innkeeper, tell people right from the start that you don't feel like having guests. That would have saved us money and you “stress”. We classified it as a life experience and wish the operator continued success.

Ich war mit Freunden da, um einen schönen Abend mit Essen zu verbringen. Wir hatten einen Tisch bestellt, allerdings mussten wir 2 Stunden auf unser Essen warten.!!! Uns wurde erklärt das sie an dem Abend personalmangel hatten. Naja wenigstens gab es Brot mit Ajoli und Natchos als Gruß des Hauses. Hätten wir nicht so viel zu erzählen gehabt dann wären wir woanders hingegangen. Das Essen war sehr lecker, als es endlich kam auch ist es im Miro gemütlich.

I was at Miro in Remscheid with some friends on August 15th at 6:30 p.m. and wanted to have dinner there, unfortunately we didn't get this opportunity because we sat for 45 minutes and there was no service. Firstly, I would have to get the card myself and then no one would take the order. I also have to say that it wasn't just us because we decided to change the restaurant after waiting so long and so we and others also made the same decision. Hence my bad rating.

Beautiful venue located in the center of Remscheid. The food is quality, the staff are really friendly and kind and the environment is super welcoming. I was passing through with some of my colleagues on a business trip, and I must say that I would return to Remscheid specifically to stop by here again! Great!

Mega friendly staff, delicious food

We were in the beer garden and it was very nice. Pre-ordering went well and there was always someone there to ask about the drinks. Food was great as always. A nice bistro. Highly recommended.

Had dinner there yesterday. The food was super tasty. What impressed me most was that they also offer smaller plates for guests who don't eat so much. Everything was great. I'll be going there more often now

Sometimes work colleagues and service staff become the best restaurateurs! Heart and mind…… used correctly! And now you have a wonderful location, with a beer garden and music events... with friendly attentive service, good atmosphere, delicious drinks and very tasty food! Price performance is definitely right here. Hats off to Annabel and Torsten!

Best place just like green goose

Great place. Very tasty and plentiful food at a fair price. The service was first class and the ambience was very nice

I had reserved a table for 6 p.m. and specifically stated when making the reservation via Quandoo that we had theater tickets for 7:30 p.m. and asked whether that would work at the time. We also offered that we would choose and announce our dishes in advance. I didn't receive an answer and assumed there wouldn't be a problem. Even though we were the first in the restaurant, our order was taken later than other guests. We received our starter with the main course and had to have it packed up. Our previous inquiries to the waitress were only answered with the comment that there was a lot going on. The reference to our email in advance was ignored. However, another waitress was very friendly and apologized several times. Food was tasty. If you go there, you shouldn't have any follow-up appointments such as going to the theater or cinema. I would have liked an indication in advance that time might be tight. Then we would have chosen another restaurant that opens earlier. That would have been more relaxing for the evening and the meal. The 2nd star for service goes specifically to the waitress, who sincerely apologized several times

The food has deteriorated over the last year

The food (had a burger) was really great, as were the fries and the drink too. Service was very friendly, I can only recommend it to everyone and I'm looking forward to the next time. It was a great evening with the right people.

The Miro is rather inconspicuous on the inside, but becomes an absolute top restaurant as soon as the chef has an order. No matter what dish you choose, you can easily enjoy it and get your fill here. Given my order, it was simply too much to order an appetizer. Freundliche Mitarbeiter und gutes Essen

Wir durften dort eine kleines “Karaoketreffen” umsetzen. Die Location ist wunderschön und sehr gemütlich. Dank Annabel, der lieben Wirtin, und Ihrem tollen Personal hatten wir einen wunderschönen Abend. Essen, Getränke und die Preise sind top. Bis zum nächsten Mal

Wir , eine kleine Truppe von Karaokeliebhabern durften im Miro einen tollen Abend verbringen. Vielen Dank an der Stelle nochmal an die liebe Anabell. Wir durften dort einen Karaokeabend verbringen, wir waren eine kleine Truppe von ca 25 Personen. Die Kellnerinnen waren super freundlich und super aufmerksam, dass Essen (Burger im Vordergrund 😀) waren super lecker , preislich top. Vielen lieben Dank nochmal für diesen tollen Abend, wir sehen uns wieder ☺️

Schöner Biergarten und sehr leckere Schnitzel

Ich wusste bisher nicht, dass das Miro einen Biergarten hat. War zum ersten Mal da und ich muss sagen, hätte ich das vorher gewusst, ich wäre schon viel öfter da gewesen. Ansonsten ein sehr netter Service, gute Auswahl an kleinen Speisen und Getränken. Top Preise, hat mir sehr gefallen.

Zu meiner Schande muss ich zugeben das ich zum ersten Mal hier gegessen habe. Jetzt weiß ich das ich viel verpasst habe. Die Speisen waren köstlich und die Getränke gut gekühlt. Die Speisekarte ist sehr vielfältig und hat für jeden Geschmack etwas anzubieten. Das Lokal und der Biergarten sind gemütlich eingerichtet und alles Mitarbeiterinnen waren mehr als freundlich, ebenso wie die Chefin. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder

Der Burger war echt Klasse. Wartezeit war sehr hoch, Laden war allerdings auch echt gut besucht. Der Geschmack vom Bürger hat es aber wirklich raus gerissen. Die Preise sind gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, was auch für die Chefin gilt 👌

Hab schon viele Burger gegessen. Aber der El Taco Burger im Miro war ein Hammer. Diese Zusammenstellung von Fleisch, chilicheesesoße und Tortillas. Für mich der beste Burger den ich bisher gegessen habe. Freundliche Bedienungen, tolles Ambiente und frisch zubereitetes Essen. Es war ein schöner Abend. Wir kommen wieder.

Gerne immer wieder. Schöner Biergarten mitten in der Stadt. Noch nicht da gewesen? Denn probiere es mal aus. Obwohl, der Salatteller mit Putenfleisch für fast 16 Euro, da hab ich schon etwas geschluckt.

Ich habe heute mit meinen Schwestern mein Geburtstagsessen im Miro gemacht. Das Essen war super lecker und der Service sehr nett. Als kleine Geburtstagsüberraschung gab es für jeden von uns dreien ein Stück Apfelkuchen. Vielen Dank nochmals dafür habe mich sehr gefreut und einen wirklich tollen Abend bei euch verbracht.

Gemütlich und modern. Freundlicher Service für gutes Essen und gepflegte Getränke. Toller Biergarten, als schöne, ruhige Insel inmitten der Innenstadt. Gelegentlich wird Sonntags-Brunch angeboten, dann ist eine Reservierung erforderlich.

Tolles Ambiente, super zentral gelegen(Busbahnhof in 5 Min zu Fuß erreichbar)leckeres Essen unheimlich freundliches Personal sowie einen tollen Biergarten bietet das Miro.Auch Veranstaltungen werden regelmäßig geboten,kann auf Facebook/Installation verfolgt werden!Ich war schon des öfteren dort,ob mit Freunden,Familie oder mit Arbeitskollegen. Man kommt auf jeden fall wieder!!!

Das Miro ist einzigartig in Remscheid und sowohl die Speisen, als auch der Service sind ausgezeichnet. Wir saßen bei schönem Sommerwetter im liebevoll gestalteten Biergarten, der ruhig und geschütz gelegen zum Verweilen einläd. Wir klmmen gerne immer wieder!
