I went there a few days ago. Steak came after over a hour which was not even the worst part. When she served me she asked me what sides I’ve ordered with my steak no apologies for forgetting my order or for taking so long. My mashed potatoes came after at least another 20 minutes. ALL waiters avoid eye contact when you are actually waving to get their attention, when I got up and said I waited so long for my side and the sauce for steak and my steak was getting cold they gave me attitude and they did not apologize whatsoever. Waitress was running around overwhelmed, so I felt bad for her and still tipped her, they were only 2 servers which was not enough obviously. Tables were all right next to each other it was way too loud. Food was mid. Too much mayo on sushi and steak was too greasy.

Big disappointment! This restaurant lacks warmth, coziness and, above all, professionalism and quality. After a very long wait, we received carelessly prepared drinks, sushi rolls that were much too small, the edamame we ordered were forgotten, and the service staff was annoyed and inattentive. We got there a little early and then enjoyed our first drink outside and immediately got to know our parents' love for dogs. Our dog got a delicious snack mix, the perfect start. Super nice service, drinks came quickly and the food was very good, so good that we ordered more, but the plates were empty, all for the price, but it's okay

Our experience at this restaurant was unfortunately disappointing. My friend made a reservation through TheFork to take advantage of a discount. When we arrived, we were seated promptly, but after that, we were left waiting for nearly an hour without being able to place our order. We asked twice if someone could assist us, and both times we were told they would—but no one ever came. During our wait, we overheard another table expressing frustration about the long service times, which reinforced our concerns. By the 40-minute mark, we still hadn’t been able to order. After another attempt to get service, we ultimately decided to leave. A waiter apologized and explained the situation, but I mentioned that, in such cases, it would be more respectful to inform customers in advance rather than leaving them waiting indefinitely. After an hour of waiting with no service, we left feeling frustrated and hungry. While I understand that busy nights can be challenging, clear communication and basic attentiveness would have made a big difference. I hope they can improve their service in the future. Service: 1

Nutzt Zeit und Geld lieber sinnvoller und ehrlicher *** Wir sind sehr enttäuscht 😞 von diesem Restaurant, wir hatten uns was viel besseres vorgestellt was leider so dem nicht war. Wir wurden sehr lange warten gelassen bis überhaupt jemand kam zum bestellen, wollten Bier es kein Bier da haben wir rabarbaschorle bestellt was es aber auch nicht gab, naja.. das Essen geht so und Preisleistung stimmt überhaupt nicht, sehr teuer, da haben wir viel besser gegessen und es war nicht so teuer. Draussen ist alles ungepflegt und nicht ansprechend. An unserem Tisch war auch ein schmutziges Wasserglas mit Fett Lippenstift. Überhaupt keine Empfehlung, da gehen wir nie wieder hin.

If you love sushi and steak, this is the place for you. There is a huge selection of both. Cocktails and wines are also extensively available. There were 6 of us there and all of us were completely satisfied with what we ordered. So big compliments to the kitchen. Unfortunately, points are deducted for the really long waiting times. It took until we had drinks, until the food came, then we ordered something more and we were there for a few hours. The service was very, very friendly but totally understaffed. Reservations on the weekend are absolutely necessary otherwise you will only get a place here by chance.

A nice insider tip in Hamburg. The initial skepticism (which I have on every first visit...) was dispelled by friendly and competent service. After a short consultation it was clear what we should eat and after a short time it was on the table. Delicious, delicious, delicious. The ingredients were of high quality and the preparation was sophisticated. We really enjoyed it and I think I'll be happy to come back. It was a pleasure!

The restaurant was only 1/3 full and yet the service was a complete failure. Unfriendly when greeting us, inattentive during the meal and while paying, we were left standing and not said goodbye in any way. Despite the small number of guests, we waited almost 45 minutes for the food. The size of the portions was in no way adapted to the price level. Overall not recommended.

I discovered the restaurant in Schlemmerblock, which according to social media was very inviting, but in reality it's not a place where you can feel comfortable. Nothing against dogs, I'm an absolute animal lover, but the dog there was just barking and very annoying. The staff is absolutely unprofessional, open at 5 p.m. and still wiping at 5:30 p.m. and no staff there to bring us drinks. After a lot of back and forth, I ordered and received a Coke and a Mezzo Mix, but payment took 15 minutes because I paid by card. There were moving boxes in the hallway with all the documents, dirt and other things. In my opinion, absolutely not recommended! Sorry.

Milo Sushi & Steak Club in Hamburg is an absolute highlight! The sushi is super fresh and delicious, and the steak is cooked perfectly. The atmosphere is chic and inviting, and the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. The perfect place for a special dinner or a relaxed meeting with friends. I can only warmly recommend it!

Based on the price category, a horror experience. The "crunchy" sushi is absolutely sticky and tastes cheap. One can only agree with the other negative reviews here. A snack bar does it better. Edamame+Pimientos starter bad, not seasoned, very poorly seasoned. The beef fillet for €55 was ordered medium well, arrived partly well done, then went to medium and finally to English. The raw piece was sent back to the kitchen to be repaired, and in the end it came back partly well done and partly raw. The piece was served on a new, small plate and was swimming in cheap frying oil. Was then left lying there. Drinks were ok. The staff seemed unstructured, they checked what was ordered several times, and you could also see it at the other tables. There were 2 things on the bill that weren't ordered, unfortunately only noticed afterwards because you just wanted to get out. The social media presence was simply good marketing, the store should strictly reduce its prices, it is by far not at home in this price segment. Extremely bad. Toilets look like Öz-Urfa.

We had made reservations for a 30th birthday for 7 people on a Monday evening - we were seated in front of the door on a cold winter evening, unfortunately the service was very unsympathetic and unfriendly and our really very small order of sushi and meat took 2 and a half hours and didn't taste particularly good . Probably the worst restaurant experience I've had in my entire life. What a shame!

Very disinterested waitress. We had to ask for the bill a total of 4 times before it came. In addition, the calculation at the end was wrong. Luckily we checked again and two things that we hadn't ordered were charged extra. The taste is indistinguishable from much cheaper sushi from snack bars. Although the place was really quite empty, we were seated at a high bar table, as the empty tables were supposedly intended for several people (they remained empty all evening). Despite reservations, we didn't get a table reserved but were simply shown to the bar table. I would definitely not recommend it here.

I would give 0 stars for the service if it were possible - we had to wait almost 1 hour for our drinks and then another 1 hour for our food (which is so much too expensive for what you get!). There was no apology or anything. Unfortunately, absolutely not recommended. If we hadn't saved 50% through TheFork, we would have paid €280 for 4 people - for 2 hours of waiting and sushi, which you can also get in the same quality from the 0815 delivery service.

Unfortunately disappointing, the shop presents itself great on Instagram and tiktok, but the sushi looked and tasted poor. 19€ for a mini roll that felt smaller than maki rolls, and the rice was very mushy and unseasoned. Every roll fell apart because it wasn't rolled properly to the end. Things are forgotten by the waiter even though the place is only half full. There was also a 1.5 hour waiting time. In the evening we left €120 for mini sushi rolls, but unfortunately we'll never have a nicer store again. After eating I had really strange stomach cramps.

Reservation for a company party, inattentive, slow service, the food was good, but it took so long. However, this restaurant actually deserves -2 stars due to its lack of honesty and seriousness. You can also ask for a receipt for entertainment with emails and phone calls free of charge. Of course, it was never issued on site, but rather it was stamped with the saying “you can get it from our accounting department”.

It tastes as good as it looks. In summer it is very nice to sit outside on the terrace, it feels like a small hidden oasis right off Mittelweg. The interior is nicely designed. If you plan to have lunch, better allow some extra time, but if you can afford the time, the food is worth the wait. Beautiful and delicious.

I made a special reservation a month ago for a birthday and called two days in advance about the decorations to clarify. Then I was suddenly told that there was an exclusive event taking place that day and that I had been called. Unfortunately I wasn't, even though the correct number was given. The employee on the phone was friendly, but the whole process was really unprofessional. What if we had gone there? Really a shame and rude towards people who take extra care in a timely manner. You lose potential guests because of something like that.

I have to say that I personally like the sushi very much, but I personally think that waiting a whole 2 hours for 4 rolls of sushi when the shop isn't even full is a bit too much. Today my visit to Milo Sushi & Steakhouse was unfortunately a complete disappointment. When we entered the restaurant we had to wait five minutes before anyone even came to greet us. After we were finally shown to a table, it took another 20 minutes for someone to take our order. We ordered edamame and beef wagyu as starters. The edamame was inedible - undercooked and completely unsalted. The taste was accordingly bland and unpleasant. The wait for our main course was even more sobering: a full hour for a steak that wasn't even seasoned. To make matters worse, the waitress spilled the beef teriyaki juice all over the table, making it and the floor dirty. When we asked for cutlery as none was brought to us, only two forks came at first. It took another five minutes before a knife was finally provided. Our attempt to order Cola Zero failed as it was not available. The reason: The supplier hadn't come yet. In the end we had to make do with water. The salad we ordered as a side dish with our steak didn't arrive until ten minutes after the main course, meaning we couldn't eat it as a side dish as planned. Overall the visit was a complete disappointment, from the waiting time to the quality of the food and the service. Therefore I can only give one star.

Our reservation was overbooked. We waited over an hour for our table. We then waited another 1.5 hours for the first starter; other tables had a similar situation. The wine we chose was not available. There was no paper or hand paper in any toilet. We decided to leave 2 hours after getting the table. The fact that we were able to cancel the main course without any problems shows that it wasn't even being processed 3 hours after we entered the restaurant. It wasn't just us that evening. Other tables waited a similar amount of time for their first meal and complained. It is clear to see that the restaurant is overloaded and cannot keep up with the number of customers and reservations they are accepting. The staff will be aware of this - we were still lied to our faces several times with “about 10 minutes left” excuses. The prices quoted for the food are a disgrace.

We are very disappointed 😞 with this restaurant, we had imagined something much better which unfortunately wasn't the case. We were made to wait a very long time until someone came to order, we didn't want beer, we didn't want beer, so we ordered rabarbaschorle, which wasn't available either, well... the food is like that and the price is not right at all, very expensive, we have a lot Eaten better and it wasn't that expensive. Better use your time and money more sensibly and honestly*** We decided to give “Milo Sushi & Steak Club” a chance because of a discount promotion, but unfortunately we were disappointed. The service was inattentive, slow and unfriendly which made the entire experience very unpleasant. The sushi rolls were noticeably small, and given the high prices, the price-performance ratio was not at all good. Another major drawback was cleanliness: many tables were not cleaned for a long time after the guests had left. We didn't receive the bill on a receipt, but only shown it as a number on a calculator, which seemed very unprofessional. A particularly annoying incident was a cocktail that, according to the menu, was supposed to contain champagne, but did not contain it. Nevertheless, it was billed for a whopping €14. The staff seemed overwhelmed even though the restaurant was only half full. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend “Milo Sushi & Steak Club” and recommend trying other alternatives.

Despite repeated inquiries and eye contact with the waiters, the service was practically non-existent. Of the different types of steak on the menu, only one type was available, which was not mentioned in advance when we made the reservation by telephone. The worst thing, however, was the waiting time. We waited over 1.5 hours for our food - without success. During this time, no one from the staff took care of us or informed us about the delay. After this long wait and the feeling of being completely ignored, we finally decided to leave the restaurant without eating. A beautiful evening that we had imagined differently was completely ruined. It's a shame - we were looking forward to a good meal, but we definitely won't recommend this restaurant.

For one set the price was even €5 higher than on the card at the front and therefore too expensive. You can't stay in the restaurant for a long time, very loud, unpleasant music.

I went to the “Milo Sushi & Steak Club” with 3 business friends went because I always wanted to eat good sushi and steak. Unfortunately I was extremely disappointed. Many tables outside were dirty and unkempt. The service was inattentive, slow and unfriendly, which made the entire experience very unpleasant for me to my business friends. At first there was no waiter present, but the cook had to serve. But he didn't know anything about the map. The food was quite tasty, but the price-performance ratio was not at all good. In the end they couldn't issue me a hospitality invoice, only a payment receipt via email. The waiter promised that the correct invoice would be sent immediately by email. It has now been more than 4 weeks since the meal and despite several email inquiries and phone calls I still have not received a bill. Now I can only reach my mailbox anyway. Unfortunately, I can only advise against “Milo Sushi & Steak Club”. Hands off!

El camarero no dijo nada y de nuevo tuve que pedirles que trajeran el pedido completo. Had to wait over an hour for food with out any update from the waiter only for the the order to not be complete. The waiter said nothing an again I had to ask for them to bring the complete order. Then they had us waiting for the bill and when another waiter came by presumably to say sorry about the service they had the decency to tell us that we had to wait for their boss to arrive with a card payment terminal. It said 2 for 1, but out of 6 dishes ordered only one was canceled - very incomprehensible to us. Even after asking again, it stayed that way. Even though the quality of the food was good, the sushi rolls were just far too small for the price, so we left hungry. Our service staff was very friendly and attentive. The interior of the restaurant is beautifully designed, but the outside area doesn't match it at all. Overall, we can't recommend it because the price-performance ratio doesn't match at all. Even with the voucher campaign we wouldn't come back, which is a shame because we expected something different.

Incredibly slow, unfriendly and listless staff, I've never experienced anything like that. Instead of bringing us salt after repeatedly asking, the waitress went to smoke and talk on the phone. In total we had to wait 2 hours for our food.

The service was inattentive and slow. The supposedly "exclusive atmosphere" turned out to be a crowded, noisy room. The restaurant is significantly overpriced for the quality and service. My conclusion: There are definitely better options for sushi lovers in Hamburg. Not recommended.

Never ever again! Slow service, only 1 waitress on a Saturday evening and very expensive food compared to quality. I paid around 100 euros for 2 person but we ate our food with a cheap wood chopstick on a “stadtpark table” without even a table cover.

Sehr nettes Restaurant mit familiären Gefühl. Wir waren bereits zwei mal dort - einmal zu zweit, und einmal mit befreundeten Pärchen und beide Male war es super. Cocktails: interessante Kreationen neben den Klassikern auf der Karte und bei uns bisher immer gut gemixt. Weinauswahl: Passend zum Essen und eine gute Range dabei. Nichts zu teuer. Essen: wir hatten eine kleine Challenge: 3 Steaks in verschiedenen Garstufen (u.a. auch Rare) an einem Tisch. Das klappt in sehr vielen Restaurants nicht - hier schon und das auf Anhieb. Alles in Allem: super Restaurant, schön ausgestattet und sehr netter Chef, der sich Zeit für seine Gäste nimmt. Mit Kunden und privat - hier geh ich gerne hin!

Das Sushi ist sehr sehr lecker, hat seinen Preis aber ist es absolut wert. Die Cocktails stehen dem in Nichts nach. Der Service war zuvorkommend und umsichtig. Mir gefiel mein bestellter Wein nicht so gut, hierfür wurde eine Lösung gefunden. Wir kommen gern wieder und empfehlen das Milo stets weiter. Bis bald & Danke für den schönen Abend.

We celebrated our birthday in the restaurant. You can hardly imagine it being worse. I couldn't cope with the condition at all and was completely overwhelmed. Waiting time for food exceeds every limit; When it comes to salad, the lettuce leaves weren't washed and you could feel sand on your teeth. Anything but pleasant. So, never again.

I'm not usually a person who writes a BAD review but today it was just impossible!!! 1. Our reservation was forgotten even though we had reserved for a very special and important day. 2. The service was very rude and didn't come to our aid at all, even though the restaurant was clearly at fault. 3. We were sat at an uncovered table and the cards were simply placed in front of us. Not even after 25 minutes of waiting, our order was not taken and other guests who came to the restaurant after us were served first. 4. When we left the restaurant, we weren't even asked why we wanted to get up and leave. We were skillfully and deliberately ignored. Really impossible!!! You should think about it again if you want to visit this restaurant, which is in the upper price range.

What kind of small sushi portions were they for so much money? Obviously you pay for the location and the ambience. You can get much better and even higher quality sushi elsewhere. We went with a the Fork offer and received 50% off all prices. We had sushi which was really delicious! But rolls too small for my taste & just not worth it for the price. The steak was okay, but again way too expensive for the original price. I ordered medium and it was pretty well done. The ambience there is very nice, for special occasions. But for the money you can get better food elsewhere. I won't go back, maybe for drinks in a nice atmosphere in the future.

We ate there on April 3rd, 2024. The meal was excellent. It was pure joy. The restaurant is very nice. The ambience is good. That day only one employee from the kitchen served us. Not everything worked out. Nevertheless, people were very accommodating. Others don't have that. If you want to eat nice sushi and have a good time, this is the place for you.

Visited on a Saturday evening in February. Restaurant is very busy, corresponding to the noise level. Very cool/chic atmosphere. The attentive and very friendly service from the first minute makes arriving and staying easy (even if the temperature in the restaurant was very cool). Drinks of the usual, the food (especially sushi a la chef, pulpo and teriyaki salmon) of excellent quality. The.prices are reasonable. Overall, a very successful performance - we will come back (when it gets warmer). LG

I was guest of a friend a couple of days ago to this fancy place. Location really nice, besides the fact that music is a bit too loud. Food was good, I would rate 4 out of 5 stars. The only negative thing is that the rolls choice is not so huge, plus there are not many simple rolls. But what was really unacceptable was the service. Just a girl for the whole room. We arrived and we got the table after ten minutes, besides we had a reservation. Once we ordered the food arrived after a hour plus the girl never came to ask if everything was fine. We wanted to go for a second round but we couldn’t since we had to wait 30 minutes for just a roll portion, so we canceled the order. I won’t go back. You can’t expect to do nice food but having a terrible service.

The entire experience was disappointing. My partner became seriously ill from food poisoning. He had the sushi. The music was way too loud and it felt like we were sitting in a club/disco. The place was cold, and the guests at one table (who seemed to be friends of the owners) were so loud and not behaving appropriately. The owner even seemed to encourage them and ensured an unpleasant dining experience without any consideration for the other guests. The price you pay despite the discount wasn't worth it. What a disaster!

It doesn't work at all! First of all, the reserved table was not yet free. We waited 2 hours for food and an hour for drinks. Girls who apparently knew the boss came straight in and the first drinks were served after just 5 minutes. Over-fried salmon is not possible!!! The sushi was probably bad too since we're dealing with food poisoning symptoms today. Thank you for nothing.

Price-performance ratio doesn't fit. The tuna fillet was a little too well done, the steak (ordered medium) was still raw on the inside. After it was supposed to be repaired again, the piece of coal was thrown at us as we walked past. The sushi plate hardly contains any variation, there are two rolls each with the same content, 3 individual ones and some sashimi. The service overall actually just made it worse. For the price I expect a little more professionalism. We would neither recommend the restaurant nor come back.

The food was good, cocktails ok, service terrible. We waited 40 minutes at the empty bar before we were offered a drink (and only after we had asked twice if we could order). It was another hour and a half before our food arrived (which we ordered the moment we sat at our table having been waiting for so long). We watched other tables walk out after waiting to order for 40+ minutes. They seem to want to position themselves as the chic "must-visit" spot but with only 3 serving staff with every table taken they need to improve if they want any repeat customers. Whilst the food was good, we both said we would never go back.

Wir waren zum Valentinstag in das Lisbeth eingekehrt und wurden in keiner Hinsicht enttäuscht. Ein sehr aufmerksamer Service begrüßte uns und führte uns an unseren Tisch mit gutem Blick in die Küche (Frau) und in das Restaurant, so dass wir den ganzen Abend neben den leckeren Speisen und Getränken auch noch weitere Unterhaltung geboten bekamen. Wir entschieden uns zum Menü "Hamburger Renaissance" (Gänseleber, Stint, Hummer, Rinderbacke, Franzbrötchen) die Weinbegleitung zu versuchen. Die Weine waren sämtlich wunderbar passend und bereits für sich ein Erlebnis. Kein billiges Vergnügen, aber eine Wiederholung allemal wert.

Reservation by phone is definitely necessary as it is always very busy. We were there for the cheese fondue and have almost all the accompaniments. It was definitely too much for two people, but it was worth it. Unfortunately we had to wait a very long time (almost 50 minutes) for our cheese fondue. The restaurant was also completely full.

A beautiful, clean, and inviting restaurant with friendly staff. The food is absolutely fine, rock-solid. However, considering the price, I find it too expensive. The central location probably contributes to this. It's also a shame that for groups of more than 10 people, you get a separate menu, which is significantly more limited than the regular one, and you're not informed of this when you make your reservation. Overall, it's okay, but I won't be returning.
