We love Milan, especially the pizza.

Delivery was supposed to take 45 minutes. After 1 minute and 52 minutes, someone finally arrived. No apology, nothing about the delay. Food was sticky and cold. Never again.

We ordered €22.40 today. And they paid me with a €50 bill. They said, "Make it €24." The driver then gave me €20 and started counting his change. Then he gave me a €4 bill and 40 cents and said I still have that. Probably hoping I'd say it's true. That seemed odd to me. Suddenly, he had a €5 bill and a €1 bill, so it fit. I don't want to imply anything, but it seemed like a scam to get more tips.

Schnitzel was great, croquettes weren't crispy and the salad lacked a bit more dressing.

I've ordered from here several times and have been completely satisfied every time. The pizza is simply fantastic – a thin, crispy base, generous, high-quality toppings that taste truly fresh. The pasta is also a real treat: cooked al dente, with delicious, homemade sauces that are rarely found elsewhere. You can tell that a lot of love and quality goes into every dish. Another big plus is the delivery service. The food always arrives amazingly quickly and still piping hot – perfectly packaged so nothing spills or gets cold. I don't recommend this delivery service. Unfortunately, the ordered food wasn't delivered even after an hour and twenty minutes; when I inquired, I was put off twice. On both calls, they claimed the food was on its way, even though that wasn't true. I suspect the staff, who speak only very broken German, are completely overwhelmed.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the food today. I ordered a burger with fries. The fries were very soggy, and the burgers tasted like a Penny Markt ready-made burger. I've ordered there often, but unfortunately, today it was really bad.

You get a lot for the price here, and delivery is always super fast. Whether it's lunchtime or late at night – it arrives hot and tastes just like it was made there. A definite recommendation if you value taste, value, and fast service!

I've been a customer there for over 5 years. The food is delicious and the price-performance ratio is very good. The only thing that's often disappointing is the constant wait time, which is regularly over an hour.

The food was okay. But waiting 90 minutes for the food, although I called after 60 minutes and was told it would be here soon... Pretty weak. The driver didn't really have any change... I'm giving up on this place!!!

Actually the taste is okay but the delivery times are incredible. It would be something different if you gave a time that was correct and didn't have to wait for over an hour like every time even though it says 25 minutes

We order from Milano every now and then. We have always been very satisfied so far. Unbeatable price due to menu offerings. Friendly drivers and the food usually arrives within 45 minutes.

Received advertising despite a sign saying no advertising should be inserted. For this reason alone I will avoid this store.

Extremely poor delivery service! I wouldn't recommend anyone ordering food from there. Once again, the food has been fried for far too long. The man was accused of lying on the phone... simply incompetent and poor delivery service. DO NOT ORDER.

Milano gave a chance and totally failed Bolognese schnitzel is disgusting with the croque you get the wrong sauce calls say bring the right one and what is they bring mayo pizza tastes burnt so I'll never order there again

I gave Milano another chance...that was a mistake. Ordered pizza last night, raw dough. Complained and got the same pizza again today at their expense. The dough is raw again. It's not the first time something has gone wrong. The lady on the phone was nice, but you should seriously think about how long it takes to bake. For me it was the last time at Milano

It used to be my favorite pizzeria, but for some time now the food has been terrible, I don't know, maybe the chef has changed, but the pizza is not as good as it used to be and the toppings were stale.

Food arrived 12 hours late - an absolute disaster - the delivery person couldn't speak English or German

Unfortunately I had to wait almost 1.5 hours then the food came almost cold, the giross was like rubber and the rest was also very liquid

Orders there have been forgotten several times. In my opinion, it shouldn't happen that you only get your order if you call them and ask where the food is.

The food didn't taste good at all, it was just wobbly and almost frozen because of the fries.

I ordered the Hawaiian flatbread... The flatbread was so hard that you couldn't even get through it with a knife... And an unfriendly delivery person...

According to the internet time, delivery took 30 minutes, unfortunately the wait was over 1 hour. The food was warm but the sauces for the meat tasted too tomato-like and salty.

So far I've been reasonably satisfied when ordering from there. Today the pizza rolls were half cooked, the dough was soft and still kneadable, only the thinner ones could be eaten. There was also 1 piece of salami and hardly any cheese in it, otherwise it was just dough... I don't know if I'll order there again...

Pizza took about 1 hour to deliver. Everything was warm, but the two pizzas only tasted salty. The dough had almost no taste.

Delivery was a disaster, I had to accept the food over a fence because the delivery person didn't want to deliver properly. Salads that are in the menu online are missing. And when you call you are treated unfriendly

We always order simply delicious party pizza. I can only highly recommend it. The price is also relatively okay.

A friendly boss, but who may have worked as a cook or in a comparable position, behaved in contrast and reacted immediately and unwillingly, with a loud tone that I only really wanted to take a swing at when I asked for help at reception. The lady and the boss were able to calm me down and explain the situation in detail. The food actually tasted very good, especially considering I only paid 20 euros for pizza, rolls and gyros. Therefore I can only say high praise.

A few weeks ago we ordered a party pizza that was soooo great. With this enthusiasm, we ordered the same party pizza again last night. It was a big disappointment. The floor is very firm and the covering is very thin and dry. That really wasn't nice!

I live 13 miles away and the food arrived HOT! Faster than delivery time and super tasty! It's a shame I couldn't give the delivery person a tip :(next time for sure! I'll be back!

Heute das erste Mal bestellt essen kam Fahrer war freundlich und nach dem bezahlen merkte ich leider das etwas der Bestellung fehlte. Ein Anruf es wurde ohne zu zögern sofort nach geliefert. Portion sind groß und das preis/Leistungs verhältnis stimmt. Ich kann den leiferdienst nur weiterempfehlen

Pizza schmeckt sehr sehr sehr gut. Alles ist perfekt. Der Dip (am besten Remoulade), der Teig, die Beilagen und das Preisleistungsverhältnis. Kann ich jedem nur empfehlen.

Gestern war meine erste Bestellung bei Milano. Pizza Salami: der Teig war gut aber so viele Käse darauf, wie eine dicke Decke! Oh man, alle Käse weggeschmissen habe und es war so Salzig. Pizzabrötchen (Hänschen) war sehr lecker, und perfekt.

Immer mein Stammlieferdienst gewesen. Leider nach einem gestrigen Vorfall nicht mehr. Die Bestellung wurde einfach an eine falsche Adresse geliefert, zu der ich zwar schon bestellt habe aber nicht dieses Mal. Mit einer langen Verzögerung habe ich dann meine Lieferung erhalten. Das Essen war leider schon kalt. Suche mir jetzt einen neuen Stammlieferdienst.

Die angekündigte Lieferzeit wird eingehalten. Calzone sehr üppig belegt. Und wird heiß gebracht. Freundlicher Fahrer.

2 x Gyros mit je 7 Cevapcici per restablo-App bestellt. Schnell geliefert (40 Minuten), wirklich lecker, preislich völlig in Ordnung. Der Salat knackefrisch, Gyros & Cevapcici saftig, Saucen eindeutig „Self Made“, Brot noch warm, Sonderwunsch (Knoblauchsauce statt Tsatsiki) wie selbstverständlich (ein Mitbewerber hat sowas gerne häufig „übersehen“) bei telefonischer Nachfrage ‚vor‘ der Lieferung bereits gelesen und erfüllt, somit eingehalten. Freundlicher Fahrer, freundlich am Telefon - aktuelle Karte lag auch dabei… Was will man mehr? @Milano: Jetzt habt Ihr einen Stammkunden mehr - gerne wieder 👍🏽 Danke

Die Pizza ist ist in Ordnung. Aber wir haben gesagt, dass wir die eine Seite mit Chicken und die andere Margherita haben wollten, weil wir Vegetarier unter uns hatten. Sie haben auf die ganze Pizza Chicken gemacht. Bodenlose Frechheit.

Gestern das erste Mal bestellt! Lieferzeit wie angekündigt, Pizza war lecker, Pizzabrötchen(Thunfisch/Zwiebeln), da waren mir persönlich zu viele und vorallem zu grobe Zwiebelstücke drinne, der Thunfisch Geschmack ist gänzlich untergegangen, aber die Portion war groß und der Dipp gut! Vllt, die Zwiebeln etwas feiner hacken! Wir werden definitiv noch mal bestellen!

Ich bestelle immer, weil es helal ist, laut Betreiber. 2 Hamburger Pommes und Salat für ca 11 Euro ist wirklich gut.

Seit mehreren Jahren Chicken crossis mit Pommes Kunde. Immer super Qualität knusprige perfekte Pommes wie es kein anderer Lieferservice schafft! Oft über Restablo bestellt, hatte nie etwas auszusetzen. Essen kam immer heiß an. Gerade die Pommes sind meisten sogar noch knusprig. Auch die Portionen sind dem Preis wirklich angemessen. Top.

Ich habe eben das Essen bekommen ich muss sagen wie immer top Lieferant top essen und top Lieferzeit. Ich bestelle jetzt seit knapp einem Jahr da und habe nie Probleme gehabt echt zum empfehlen immer gerne wieder. Danke Milano Team.

Pommes waren in ornung currywurst geht garnicht sie ist hart und ist ungenissbar wie von gestern aufgewärmt und heute 27.7.22 wieder bestellt croquebrot hart wie stein und schmecht wie von gestern wieder warm gemacht
