Kentucky Fried Chicken in Neumünster

Stopped in today with the kids and we know you could say - we would give points! Burger cold fries soft and soggy chicken dry and not tasty! NEVER again for us!

After three years, tested a KFC store again. And it hasn't actually gotten any better. If you have your burgers after a minute at 10 p.m., they have probably been sitting there for some time. That's how it was. Lukewarm and if you look at the pictures of the two burgers, it definitely doesn't look tasty. The most positive thing is that you get three hot wings for free when you rate the place. Here the price-performance ratio doesn't really fit for what you get. For me there are now more years of KFC abstinence.

Got a cold burger and fries for the umpteenth time. Incredibly bad.

Everything was great, all expectations were positively met.

Unfortunately we had to wait 30 minutes for the food. Then the fries were served sticky and cold. The chicken 🐔 was good, sometimes a bit watery and a portion was also forgotten. After pointing out that something was missing, it just said everything was there. Well then, enjoy your meal.

A KFC like any other, both visually and in terms of taste. Unfortunately the staff is completely incompetent and slow. Unfortunately, working was not invented here and should be reconsidered. You can easily wait 20 minutes for an order that includes fries, two small crispy burgers and a drink.

Food was great, there were no problems with the food. Service was also excellent, it was quick and everything was hot. My friend accidentally dropped some nuggets and even brought them fresh to us. Mega mega sweet and accommodating :)

Food is good. Staff nice. Furnishings simple, not for lingering. But nothing special either. Normal standard throughout.

You have to wait far too long for the order, and the employees are extremely unfriendly and make the wrong order and have no insight, even the branch manager is really unfriendly and no insight. Never again!

No. I wouldn't go there again. Staff a bit overwhelmed. Ordered Spezie twice and got something else. The only good thing was the coleslaw.

For a quick meal, something different, it's good so far. Every now and then doesn't hurt, there's a large selection and something for every taste.

Standard KFC. However, the employees are so slow that we had to wait over 30 minutes for a single milk shake, even though we weren't alone. The employees preferred to wait and not process orders in parallel rather than show efficiency.

Ordered at 6:49 p.m., now it's 7:20 p.m. and the employee just told me that the bites are being freshly prepared right now...

Far too small portions at horrendous prices. But it tasted good and the service responded well to me. Ambience is, well, a fast food chain...

Better than most fast food places

Food came quickly, was tasty and the location isn't bad at all, a little bit of space to wait but you can sit well.

The food wasn't very good, the oil seemed rancid, there was practically no chicken inside the sandwich and the flavor wasn't pleasant. The chips were tasteless and unfortunately you can only drink Pepsi Zero and not regular Pepsi. Not recommended.

Very nice employees… nothing against the store…. However, KFC only offers sugar-free drinks across Germany (zero, ect…). Unfortunately for me that's a reason to never eat there again. The person who decided that might want to think about whether that was the right decision…..

Every now and then I get a family bucket here. Unfortunately, in the past I have always relied on the service staff and the last three times I found out at home that something was missing. Either the fries...or the corn on the cob were forgotten...or the salad...or there weren't enough chicken pieces, that's annoying because after all I pay for what I order!!! Whatever happens again and again, .....that the butter for the corn cobs is simply placed between the hot things, ......if you don't have that on your radar.........then you have you quickly get liquid butter in the paper bag, extremely unpleasant!!! I can't say much about the ambience, just a typical KFC.

KFC Neumünster Toilets are just disgustingly dirty. Employees can't even explain the contents of the menu. You can't really get through the fries. There is only Pepsi light or Miranda selection looks different. The ambience is generally nice if the cleanliness wasn't so poor.

Unfortunately my last visit to KFC. I have been a regular guest at KFC and always at peace, but this time it was the last time. Then there's different food on football Sunday. You order a colonel box and forget the colonelburger. It's almost like ordering a bucket and you only get the side dishes. It was crowded, but that would be an excuse to forget the fries or the corn on the cob, although not the main part of the menu. After a call they said I would get the burger next time after I said I wanted the burger now. I was told that I had to come back and pick him up. I was offered a milkshake as an apology, which is commendable, but unfortunately KFC is a no go for me from now on

KFC in Neumünster is dirty, tables are not cleaned, several people come at the same time, the employees are completely overwhelmed and you wait up to 20 minutes for your food. Kitchen works too slowly. The food is super delicious!!!!

The staff behind the checkout seem indifferent and even resentful of having to work here. The food was partially cold. The toilets were downright disgusting! - and then there are four of the staff with nothing to do.

I usually only go to KFC because of my wife, I'm less into chicken myself. This KFC branch is quite new, the employees are motivated and the fast food is good. Compared to the branch in Henstedt-Ulzburg, there is a world of difference. What's still annoying is KFC's really bad smartphone app, and the ordering terminals are also slow and buggy. You probably have to deduct one star across the board until that maybe changes at some point. At this point you can take a look at McDonald's and see how customer-friendly and graphically appealing the app should be.

Horrible, cold food, fries old and unsalted, the ice cube machine doesn't work. Corn on the cob and mashed potatoes are missing. Never again.

The ordering machine is very misleading, it took us 3 restarts to place our order. The card reader canceled the payment three times and told me that I had removed the cell phone too quickly, but I paid with a card and it was still directly on the NFC reader at the time of the error message. The order was incorrectly placed on the tray, but corrected without any problems.

No table service, paying with card was only possible at the checkout, dirty tables, long waiting time... Conclusion: We won't be coming back here

Everything was fine so far, the food was hot and fresh and delicious as always, only the cleanliness of the places needed to be improved. It was pretty dirty there. But otherwise good.

Kfc was for me the best fast food ever but for a time I see that the price for a small meal you must to pay 15 euro. I think next time to be more careful if I must to eat to kfc or to go at a restaurant for 20 euro meal.

Big juice shop. Fries like yesterday and put through the microwave once, got regular Pepsi instead of Max and burger tastes like nothing + consistency like car tires. Great ✨

Clean, modern KFC - smartly decorated and well presented. Unfortunately there is no play area for children, but maybe that will come. Order and pay by card at the terminal, pick up the food from the front after calling the number. Everything happened super quickly, the food was delicious, the staff was friendly. Everything was very clean, including the toilets. The sink is in front of the actual access to the toilets, I've seen this in several KFCs now that a sink is accessible to everyone. There are enough parking spaces, but in Neumünster you don't stand directly in front of the entrance, but on the side. That doesn't matter, but I find it unusual.

Went there for the first and last time yesterday. Was "greeted" at the ordering terminal with the words: 'Sorry, but dogs are not allowed at KFC!" Shouted across the store from the counter. Very professional. #ironyaus I then left the store immediately. Every restaurant regulates the issue of dogs differently by house rules, and that doesn't bother me at all. But the way the service employees on site deal with potential and hopefully still valued customers (?) was once again a German masterpiece. A pity.

The food was delicious. But a little hotter would be good. The employees were consistently friendly. The outside furniture is just uncomfortable. A really solid idea. In my opinion, the ambience was a bit fancier than other fast food chains, friendly service and the food was good and worth the price. Actually five stars for the type of food, in absolute terms, i.e. compared to a restaurant, but (of course) something is still missing. A recommendation for Tesla chargers, the Superchargers are almost next to it.

Unfortunately, the food is bland and has hardly any taste. The breading usually falls off the chicken and overall the food is wobbly and not crispy. No recommendation.

- sauberes Restaurant -Essen war lecker -Personal sehr freundlich - der Filalleiter war unserem 2 jährigen Sohn besonders freundlich gegenüber 👍🏻

Nettes personal, nur leider haben die Hähnchenteile echt alt geschmeckt und waren nicht in der gewünschten Qualität.

Ich finde das Hänchen das günstigste Fleisch ist, sind die Preise viel zu hoch.

Hatte das Gefühl das die Produkte nicht ganz durch waren. Die Pommes waren sehr wappelig und das Geflügel auch.

Die Hähnchenteile für stolze 23€ waren überhaupt nicht lecker ! Dann lieber die 6€ Box .Nachtrag das geht gar nicht Pommes schmecken als ob die doppelt Frittiert wurden Hähnchen trocken Bürger mäßig belegt . Ich bin durch mit dem Laden.

Kleines Restaurant mit sehr gutem Ablauf. Ist sehr viel los wartet man auch hier etwas länger, das Essen ist aber oft überdurchschnittlich schnell fertig. Ebenso schnelle Bedienung am Drive In. Trotz der kleinen Fläche viel Sitzmöglichkeiten. Wenn viel los ist gibt es mal einen schmutzigen Tisch, der wird auf Nachfrage aber stets gesäubert. Das Essen war immer gut, mit Coupon oder im Angebot auch recht preiswert. Portionen für den kleinen Hunger empfinde ich jedoch aufgrund der Menge auf dem Teller als teuer. KFC macht sich gut hier, ein leckerer Konkurrent zu MC Donalds und Burger King.

Schneller und netter Service. Essen wie immer heiß und lecker. Es ist sehr sauber und d es steht kein Müll herum. Die Toiletten sind sauber. Wie immer gut.

Und wieder ein Baukasten Bau. Essen war bisher immer frisch. Sauber. Leider wird bei mittelmäßiger Auslastung bereits der Tischservice eingestellt.

Immer wieder lecker, wir würden gerne öfters bei KFC essen, anstatt immer nur BK und Mcces. Doch den Weg von Büdelsdorf nach Neumünster nimmt man ungerne in Kauf, eine Filiale in der Nähe wäre super!

Essen war gut, die chicken waren noch lange warm und lecker, die Pommes wurden schnell kalt und waren nicht so lecker. Parkplatz zu klein, alle Stellplätze war besetzt.
