Kentucky Fried Chicken in Neumünster

Unfortunately, I'm not at all impressed. The staff seem friendly and the food is usually popular, but I guess I'm just unlucky. Every few months I try something new, and this time it was the bacon and cheese with extra cheese sauce. Unfortunately, the bacon wasn't cooked properly; it was almost raw. The chicken was also very soft and barely cooked through, the breading was very soft, and the cheese sauce had hardly any flavor. And this was after I said, "No rush, take your time and get everything ready." I can't really say much more; my visits there always end the same way.

Friendly staff, very good service, highly recommended.

I went to KFC today and had a really great time. The food was fresh, delicious, and served quickly. I'd especially like to commend a young Black man who was incredibly friendly and attentive. His positive attitude made the whole experience more enjoyable, and he was always helpful, even though it was busy.

The food is very expensive, the restaurant is quite cramped, and unfortunately, very poorly maintained. We had to wait a long time for our food and were rewarded with barely warm dishes. All in all, we will not be visiting this restaurant again.

I went to KFC today and I'm absolutely thrilled! 🍗 The food was super fresh, piping hot, and exactly how you want it – crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. The chicken, in particular, was perfectly seasoned and juicy. The fries were also fantastic – beautifully golden yellow and not soggy like you sometimes get at other places. The team was incredibly friendly and attentive, despite the crowds. You can tell they enjoy their work and value good service. The restaurant was clean, everything was tidy, and the service was quick. I'll definitely be back – for me, this is one of the best KFCs ever! 🔥👌 The employee Mohammad is incredibly helpful ✅

The order wasn't exactly fast, but it didn't take too long either, and at least the food was hot. The chicken tasted good, but the cheese sauce I ordered is definitely not recommended. Otherwise, it's perfectly fine for a stress-free meal.

The food was soft, cold, and stale. When I pointed this out to the employee, he told me to let them know next time that I wanted it crispy.

Very friendly staff! We went through the drive-thru, and the food was freshly prepared and still piping hot even after a ten-minute drive. Highly recommended!

15 minutes waiting time at empty KFC

It probably couldn't go any slower. I waited more than a quarter of an hour, even though there was hardly anything. When I asked, I only got a rude answer.

The chicken is quite tasty, but the fries aren't good. The Coke is completely watered down, even without ice.

How should one judge fast food? It was okay. The service was super friendly and courteous. It came quickly, and everything was perfect.

Delicious food, friendly staff, and if something does go wrong, it's resolved very quickly and with a customer-focused approach. Unfortunately, I have to take care of it. Some things get forgotten when ordering, and the staff are no longer friendly. The food was old and cold. You're practically thrown out 15 minutes before closing time, so you can't finish your meal. It's a shame, the place used to be different.

We were here at 11:40, practically right after they opened. It was clean, bright, and the food was very hot and well prepared. It wasn't very busy.

If you like fast food, fine. But unfortunately, we're not fans of fast food. We just wanted to try it out.

The crispy chicken had a bite in it which made me gag and the KFC employee took a hot wing without gloves and ate it secretly. Unfortunately I puked after the visit, never again. I would call the place more of a poop-fries cocktail = KFC. The employees are nice but the food is cheesy, fatty chicken skin. I wouldn't recommend it, it wasn't worth the money. Almost forgot the burger also had a small moldy spot on it. No thanks for the food, it wasn't even free. I would eat it again, bye 👎👎👎

Well I'm disappointed, it's such a disgrace to spend money on this. I had a bucket for one and the chicken was delicious but the chips were really unappetizing, not seasoned, totally soggy and not crispy. However, the staff were very good and the food came quickly. Still, I wouldn't recommend it and on top of that there was a hair on my straw that was gone for a while 🤮

Waiting an hour for an order at a fast food restaurant is way too much!!!

The food was okay, and overall everything was perfect. However, the tables could be a bit cleaner, as could the vending machine, which didn't seem particularly well-maintained. On the plus side, there are significantly fewer annoying flies here than at the nearby McDonald's, where I was last. Overall, it's solid, but with a little more attention to cleanliness, it could earn 5 stars.

Unfortunately, only one star. We waited a long time for our order, over 40 minutes! And then a lot of things were forgotten: one burger, one corn on the cob, and all the sauces. We still got the burger and corn on the cob after asking. I didn't feel like going back for the sauces. The staff were very busy, but you should still check your order before it goes out.

Ordered online to eat there, but it arrived as takeaway. Instead of two large fries, I got two small ones, and the description of my kids' menu stated that there was a toy (which wasn't available either). The toilet was cramped and not clean, and the toilet paper was empty. Submitted feedback to customer service, but after over a week, they tried to get back to me, but still nothing... poor service, both in the restaurant and zero customer service...

The food is always outstanding and seems far healthier than the competition. The restaurant is well-kept and inviting. You can always refill your cup with soft drinks, water, etc. for free. What I would like to emphasize most is the employees, who are always extremely friendly and make you feel good about eating there. When there isn't much going on, you can always have a good chat with your colleagues and they are open and in a good mood over a chat! All in all, the best system catering in Neumünster!

A completely American-style restaurant with seating. Unfortunately, it took a relatively long time for fast food, and the order was delivered incorrectly. Visually, it was far from what I expected from the advertising. The taste was okay. The restrooms could be cleaner.

Unfortunately, it's smaller than described. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. A small mistake in the order was handled very charmingly. Sitting outside isn't really suitable, as you'd otherwise get the fumes from the drive-in cars. Still, 5 stars. It was incredibly busy and very busy. The food was fresh and delicious. Really bad experience. We bought food here because we had to leave our car, but it was a really bad decision. Unfortunately the food was nothing to shout about. The fries were soggy (hadn't had enough) - the chicken was just some they had reused/fried again and not fresh. The milkshake we got was crystallized and didn't taste like chocolate. So it ended up with nausea and a stomach ache. Not here we choose to get take out next time we leave.

I always do a drive-thru. Everything went smoothly today, requests were accommodated, and the young man with black hair was particularly friendly, which I really appreciated. The KFC is much better than the one in Kiel.

I often order via Uber Eats. However, I've often encountered delays where one or two orders were missing. On the phone, I only get unfriendly employees who seem to not care about anything and give indifferent and sometimes rude answers. The physical location is relatively small and often not always clean, especially at the service counters.

We like to stop here on our way home. A typical KFC with a small, free parking lot and a drive-thru. If the parking spaces aren't enough, you can also use the huge free parking lot at the EKZ Freesencenter shopping center. Nice terrace. Clean restrooms. I have nothing to complain about.

I'm only giving a one star rating because a zero star rating is not possible. We ordered three large fries, two of them with ketchup. When we opened our bags we realized that the largest size was relatively small. We also only found one packet of ketchup even though we had paid for two. On top of that, there was no toilet paper left in the women's restroom and we had to make do with the toilet paper from the men's restroom, which was in a very questionable and disgusting condition. Unfortunately, one large fry was not enough to fill you up. The fries were extremely soggy and had almost no salt in them, not to mention the seasoning.

The fries were lukewarm, soggy, and undercooked. The two burgers were also more cold than warm, as if they had been sitting there for a while. This was further confirmed by the visual impression. The chicken was okay. This was my first and last visit to this branch.

This was my first time at KFC, and I was disappointed. The atmosphere wasn't great, I don't know anything about burgers, and it was difficult to order one. The ordering process itself went smoothly. This isn't a fast-food option for me. The floor was sticky with every step, which was kind of weird. The Uber Eats driver pours the drinks himself, which was kind of weird. It's a shame, maybe I'll try somewhere else and it's just a bad day.

We really like the food at KFC - it tastes delicious and fresh every time, especially the chicken is super crispy. The employees were very friendly and attentive during our visit, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, the cleanliness in the restaurant was not at the same level: some tables were not wiped down, the floors appeared unkempt and the toilets definitely needed a more thorough cleaning. This somewhat clouds the otherwise positive overall impression. It's a shame, because with a little more attention to hygiene the visit would have been perfect

Ok, it's Easter Sunday. But I've been to a lot of KFC in D'land. And those were the worst fries and HotWings I've ever had.

First of all, you were simply left waiting outside for a long time without any reaction. Then we had 2x fries in the order, both of which were undercooked and wobbly! Back in the drive in a new one, the end of the song wasn't quite finished again! And then totally rude. Never again !!

I like the colorful atmosphere. Orders are only made here via terminal, where payment is also made. Then you wait for your order and then enjoy your meal. The food was very tasty. All in all a very good grade.

I ate there several times. I was actually quite happy. Even today it was actually okay. Got me the deal menu for Got 9.99. I got into the car and put the bag on the passenger and thought to myself: something to snack on in between. I think meat was as usual. The fries, however... I don't know how that works, but somehow the fries were quite cold, had little to no salt on them and, in my opinion, sometimes tasted like mold (like bread). I briefly thought that I might have imagined it. Now I'm lying here with a stomach ache.
