Super friendly staff and delicious food, we are regular customers 🤝 The restaurant was clean and well-maintained.

I have nothing negative to say; I love the food there, the people are incredibly nice, and for me, it's the best fast-food restaurant I've ever been to. And please leave the fries exactly as they are; I've never finished fries anywhere made with the new recipe before. Thumbs up!

In decades of eating fast food, though very rarely, I've never experienced such friendly and attentive service as at the KFC in Neumünster. Kudos to the crew. It couldn't have been better. (And it was actually quite tasty...)

The best KFC with the best employees like Mohammed

A very pleasant experience at KFC. A young Black employee was incredibly kind and greeted us with a genuine smile. Despite the huge crowd and my children's noise, he was very patient and respectful, even giving them a toy and making them very happy. As a family, we felt comfortable and welcome. Thank you so much, and we will definitely be back!

The food was fresh and prepared quickly. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The taste was typical KFC and went well with the food. The price was reasonable – I would definitely come back.

Unfortunately, I'm not at all impressed. The staff seem friendly and the food is usually popular, but I guess I'm just unlucky. Every few months I try something new, and this time it was the bacon and cheese with extra cheese sauce. Unfortunately, the bacon wasn't cooked properly; it was almost raw. The chicken was also very soft and barely cooked through, the breading was very soft, and the cheese sauce had hardly any flavor. And this was after I said, "No rush, take your time and get everything ready." I can't really say much more; my visits there always end the same way.

I went to KFC today and had a really great time. The food was fresh, delicious, and served quickly. I'd especially like to commend a young Black man who was incredibly friendly and attentive. His positive attitude made the whole experience more enjoyable, and he was always helpful, even though it was busy.

The food is very expensive, the restaurant is quite cramped, and unfortunately, very poorly maintained. We had to wait a long time for our food and were rewarded with barely warm dishes. All in all, we will not be visiting this restaurant again.

I went to KFC today and I'm absolutely thrilled! 🍗 The food was super fresh, piping hot, and exactly how you want it – crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. The chicken, in particular, was perfectly seasoned and juicy. The fries were also fantastic – beautifully golden yellow and not soggy like you sometimes get at other places. The team was incredibly friendly and attentive, despite the crowds. You can tell they enjoy their work and value good service. The restaurant was clean, everything was tidy, and the service was quick. I'll definitely be back – for me, this is one of the best KFCs ever! 🔥👌 The employee Mohammad is incredibly helpful ✅

The order wasn't exactly fast, but it didn't take too long either, and at least the food was hot. The chicken tasted good, but the cheese sauce I ordered is definitely not recommended. Otherwise, it's perfectly fine for a stress-free meal.

The food was soft, cold, and stale. When I pointed this out to the employee, he told me to let them know next time that I wanted it crispy.

15 minutes waiting time at empty KFC

It probably couldn't go any slower. I waited more than a quarter of an hour, even though there was hardly anything. When I asked, I only got a rude answer.

The chicken is quite tasty, but the fries aren't good. The Coke is completely watered down, even without ice.

It took a little while for the order, besides that very tasty.

How should one judge fast food? It was okay. The service was super friendly and courteous. It came quickly, and everything was perfect.

Delicious food, friendly staff, and if something does go wrong, it's resolved very quickly and with a customer-focused approach. Unfortunately, I have to take care of it. Some things get forgotten when ordering, and the staff are no longer friendly. The food was old and cold. You're practically thrown out 15 minutes before closing time, so you can't finish your meal. It's a shame, the place used to be different.

One star would actually be too much...!! It's a shame the food was very dry and tasteless, and my box was missing almost everything.

A normal KFC of average quality

I've never experienced such great and friendly service at a KFC drive-thru, so I'm happy to share my review here. Customers will be happy to return. The employee at the drive-thru counter deserves praise and recognition for her friendliness!

We were here at 11:40, practically right after they opened. It was clean, bright, and the food was very hot and well prepared. It wasn't very busy.

The crispy chicken had a bite in it which made me gag and the KFC employee took a hot wing without gloves and ate it secretly. Unfortunately I puked after the visit, never again. I would call the place more of a poop-fries cocktail = KFC. The employees are nice but the food is cheesy, fatty chicken skin. I wouldn't recommend it, it wasn't worth the money. Almost forgot the burger also had a small moldy spot on it. No thanks for the food, it wasn't even free. I would eat it again, bye 👎👎👎

If you like fast food, fine. But unfortunately, we're not fans of fast food. We just wanted to try it out.

Well I'm disappointed, it's such a disgrace to spend money on this. I had a bucket for one and the chicken was delicious but the chips were really unappetizing, not seasoned, totally soggy and not crispy. However, the staff were very good and the food came quickly. Still, I wouldn't recommend it and on top of that there was a hair on my straw that was gone for a while 🤮

A normal drive-thru restaurant! But the meat quality has deteriorated considerably! I had 4 chicken pieces! More than 60% bone and fat...

You can tell they're doing their best, even when it's busy. Very friendly service, the order was fresh, hot, and ready super quickly. Waiting an hour for an order at a fast food restaurant is way too much!!!

The food was okay, and overall everything was perfect. However, the tables could be a bit cleaner, as could the vending machine, which didn't seem particularly well-maintained. On the plus side, there are significantly fewer annoying flies here than at the nearby McDonald's, where I was last. Overall, it's solid, but with a little more attention to cleanliness, it could earn 5 stars.

The food was very tasty, and the wait was short. I can't really comment on the service.

Unfortunately, only one star. We waited a long time for our order, over 40 minutes! And then a lot of things were forgotten: one burger, one corn on the cob, and all the sauces. We still got the burger and corn on the cob after asking. I didn't feel like going back for the sauces. The staff were very busy, but you should still check your order before it goes out.

Ordered online to eat there, but it arrived as takeaway. Instead of two large fries, I got two small ones, and the description of my kids' menu stated that there was a toy (which wasn't available either). The toilet was cramped and not clean, and the toilet paper was empty. Submitted feedback to customer service, but after over a week, they tried to get back to me, but still nothing... poor service, both in the restaurant and zero customer service...

Folks, fast food isn't a poem. I was just passing through and wasn't picky. Choose wisely!

The food is always outstanding and seems far healthier than the competition. The restaurant is well-kept and inviting. You can always refill your cup with soft drinks, water, etc. for free. What I would like to emphasize most is the employees, who are always extremely friendly and make you feel good about eating there. When there isn't much going on, you can always have a good chat with your colleagues and they are open and in a good mood over a chat! All in all, the best system catering in Neumünster!

Most horrible food I’ve had at a KFC... But clean bathrooms.

Been there three times, had to wait a miserably long time three times for sticky food served by listless, expressionless staff.

Unfortunately, it's smaller than described. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. A small mistake in the order was handled very charmingly. Sitting outside isn't really suitable, as you'd otherwise get the fumes from the drive-in cars. Still, 5 stars. It was incredibly busy and very busy. The food was fresh and delicious. The service was excellent; we'd be happy to come back. The restrooms were top-notch. 👍👍👍👍🥰🥰🥰🥰
