Great atmosphere and super delicious. Always happy to come back.

We were served by an extremely friendly server, which is 5 stars for that. However, the food was disappointing. There were six of us here, and we had various dishes, all of which left a lot to be desired. Each dish averaged €25. For that amount of money, we could have eaten much better in Neumünster. We should have been suspicious, as the restaurant was completely empty. It's a shame, I remember the El Paso from earlier times.

I recently visited this Mexican restaurant and was pleasantly surprised. The cozy, colorful atmosphere is immediately noticeable upon entry, and the staff member, Leon, greets you very warmly. The food was excellent – ​​large portions, freshly prepared, and perfectly seasoned. I especially recommend the chicken salad: the meat was juicy, the ingredients fresh, and the combination simply delicious. Another highlight is the happy hour with drinks 2x1. The cocktails, especially the Mexican Love and Melon Kiss, were freshly mixed, balanced, and incredibly delicious – just the thing to enjoy a relaxed evening. All in all, a great restaurant with delicious food, fair prices, and a relaxed atmosphere. Perfect for an evening with friends or as a couple. Highly recommended! 🌮🍹

Visually, it's not a gem, and it was a bit too dark inside for me, but the staff was super friendly, the food was served very quickly, was well presented, and tasted really good. We had steaks and hamburgers, and our little ones had nuggets from the kids' menu. I definitely recommend it.

We were there on Sunday evening with seven people. Well, where should I start? Pros: There were two servers for the entire place, both of whom were very attentive and tried really hard, yet they were hopelessly overwhelmed. Cons: We had reserved a table for 6:00 PM, so we could order drinks at 6:30 PM, and we got them around 7:00 PM. We had asked if we could have a soft drink beforehand because someone at our table had circulatory problems, but that wasn't possible either and was apparently simply ignored. We then waited another hour and 15 minutes for the food. Waiting over two hours for food with a child at the table is a complete disgrace. Now for the food: We ordered various platters and individual dishes. Except for one piece, the meat was completely dry and overcooked, the vegetables had no flavor, the ribs were dry, with no sauce, and tough. The burgers were beyond grilled. We specifically asked if one of the dishes was spicy, and were told it wasn't spicy. However, the food still contained jalapenos, making it inedible for the person who ordered it. As an apology, we were offered a quick shot of schnapps. Conclusion: The price/performance ratio is absolutely terrible; we've rarely eaten so badly for so much money. This was our first and last time there.

Everyone else thought the food was delicious. I didn't like mine that much, but only because I've never had sweet chicken wings before and only just realized I don't like them. The service was very friendly and cheerful. It was a bit dark for my taste where we ate, but if you like that old-American bar atmosphere, you'll love this place. Overall, it's good. P.S. Wow… unfortunately a real descent. The food has deteriorated significantly: cheap frozen vegetables, gristly meat - really disappointing. At the same time, prices were increased, which is difficult to understand given the significantly reduced quality. The only bright spot: the cocktails are still as delicious as ever. The furnishings now seem pretty bland and uninviting. What's particularly unfortunate is that criticism tends to be received in a bitchy manner instead of responding in a solution-oriented manner or with some accommodation. The store used to be really great - unfortunately it can no longer be recommended today.

Four of us ate there and felt very comfortable from the first moment. We ordered two different plates. I would have liked it to have been a little more Mexican seasoned and spicier, but that would be complaining on a high level. I haven't experienced such polite staff as in this restaurant for many years. Everyone was very friendly and very attentive! We will definitely come back! Oh yes, the portions were really gigantic!

We were there with a group of almost 20 people. The staff was completely overwhelmed. There was a complete mess with the drinks. Just me and my husband were missing a beer, the starter and a main course were forgotten. When the main course came and we asked for the starter, we were looked at reproachfully as we no longer wanted the starter. The missing main course was then brought later upon request. The food was edible, but the price-performance ratio was not right. It was also very dirty inside and out. There were cobwebs everywhere, as you could see in the dark, there was mold in the window frames, and the toilets weren't clean either. There was dirt on the doors and walls that I don't want to know what it was. The result was that I had herpes the next day. Conclusion for us: Never again

Actually a full 5 stars because we come often and have always been satisfied. On Saturday evening, however, it was actually too much for us and we were more stressed after dinner than before. We arrived and had to wait 10 minutes after we told the service lady that we had reserved. After we were almost seated in front of the door, we had to wait a whopping 30 minutes before we were even allowed to order drinks. Then another 20 minutes until they came. We were actually toying with the idea of ​​leaving because we come from the catering industry ourselves and that's an absolute no go. Our food came after 1 hour. We really love the food itself, but that day it tasted a little different - but not bad! My husband was constantly jostled by service and guests as he sat nicely at the entrance/passage and overall it was just too much of a good thing. But we don't want to complain too much, otherwise we were more than satisfied the last few times. However, we were usually there during the week when everything was more relaxed. So we probably won't come back at the weekend and hope that it will be a little incentive to pay more attention to the guests and maybe point this out to the staff. Kiss goes to the dark-haired/tattooed service lady, she was the only one who really tried to pay attention to us! ❤️ and also to those who otherwise work during the week, we always felt comfortable and well looked after. 🥰

The food is really delicious. Unfortunately it's not really hot and the two tea lights don't keep a plate warm for two. Something should be done about this as quickly as possible.

I recently visited the El Paso in Neumünster and overall I was very satisfied. The atmosphere is cozy and the ambience fits perfectly with the American-Mexican style of the restaurant. The staff was friendly and attentive and we were served quickly. The food was delicious and the portions were generous. I particularly liked the fajitas and the burger – everything was fresh and tasted good. The selection of food and drinks is diverse, so there is something for everyone. The prices are fair for the quality of the food. A small negative point was the noise in the restaurant, as it was quite busy. Nevertheless, it didn't really bother us and we were able to enjoy the evening. All in all, El Paso is definitely worth a visit if you are in Neumünster and are in the mood for American-Mexican cuisine. I would definitely come back! 🌟🌟🌟🌟

I found the music a bit loud during dinner. But the food was good and plentiful and the service was very friendly.

The interior has certainly seen better days, scuffed table edges, stained windows, damage to the walls... The food was average but edible. The service was friendly but not very attentive; when we had the rest packed up our glasses were empty. We didn't ask if we wanted anything else and no one showed up for the next 15 minutes. In order to pay we had to go and let us know ourselves. Definitely worth a visit again for cocktail happy hour, but not for food.

Nice Mexican - American restaurant. Plenty American and Mexican food to choose from. All dishes were delicious, well filled tocos. The only thing I can say wrong about it, is that the ta iscos should made with cheddar cheese. But I also say it also tasted good. The service was very friendly and helpful. I will be back.

The Mexican dishes are similar in taste. You know pretty quickly what the whole meal is going to taste like. It's not a culinary excursion, but it's still delicious. Definitely an alternative. The service was extremely good and friendly. Just try it. There is a large selection of good cocktails with happy hour from 7 p.m.

We were there early so we had time for everything. Therefore we cannot speak for rush hour. The food was delicious and plentiful. Actually more than we could eat 😄 It was warm enough to eat outside 👍. That makes it even nicer. A recommendation from me. I'm not a food blocker, so no pictures🤷‍♀️

We had finger food for 3 people for 15.90 p.p. What came to the table for just under 50€ was far too little for 3 people, plus the substandard quality of the products, mostly frozen goods from the fryer (mozzarella sticks, onion rings, etc.) The cost of goods felt like 5€. That evening it was happy hour... we weren't quite so happy about the fact that the alcohol in the cocktails seemed to be completely forgotten, unfortunately it had nothing to do with cocktails. Overall, the service offered seems to meet provincial requirements; the good utilization can only be explained by the lack of competitors.

The food was much better back then. Spare ribs have lost a lot of their taste. You can eat it but unfortunately it's not as good as it used to be. It's a shame, but there is room for improvement. I hope you find your way back to old standards

The restaurant was busy on a Saturday evening. It took over an hour before the starter was served. The time between starter and main course was reasonable. The meal was okay.

I was there with my girlfriend on a Saturday during happy hours. The wraps were great, and my friend's vegetarian one was great too. When it comes to drinks, there is something for everyone, whether with or without alcohol. The only thing that bothered me was that it was really loud there, probably because of the happy hours and generally Saturday. I will definitely go there again

Yesterday was a bit like coming home. All of you in service make me feel welcome. After a disappointing visit to a restaurant, nine of us were there yesterday and stayed for a long time. Somehow, despite the “hut being full”, the large table just to the right of the entrance was suddenly free for us <3 Your smile, your attention, your ideas for my special requests (intolerances) are great! I love your non-alcoholic cocktails! Everything I've eaten so far has been really tasty. Not everything seems to be made in-house, and I don't expect that from a bar and restaurant business. I definitely feel “very comfortable” with you and really enjoy coming.

Zum ersten mal im El PASO zur Betriebsfeier dort gewesen. Man hat schon das Gefühl , der Service kommt kaum hinter her. Getränke Bestellung wurde nach 40 min Aufenthalt aufgenommen. Essen nach 1,10 Std - was dann ziemlich schnell an den Tisch serviert wurde. Essen schmeckte 🍴 Ich persönlich empfinde die Preise sehr hoch - für 2 Enchiladas mit Huhn dazu 2 kleine Dipp und Beilage Salat Ambiente ist sehr nett Service sehr bemüht Wie überall zu wenig Personal. Zu empfehlen

Essen sehr lecker, Preise angehoben,was ja berall Standart leider ist, aber dass die Portionen auch kleiner werden ist schon eine Schweinerei.

Ich nehme sonst immer die Ofenkartoffel, welche immer super schmeckt! Beim letzten Mal hatte ich mich für die Nachos mit Dip entschieden. Diese werden dem Preis leider gar nicht gerecht. Die Nachos schmecken nach nichts und die Portion Dip war viel zu wenig für die Menge an Nachos. Leider war das ganze auch super lieblos auf dem Teller angerichtet. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Essen war lecker, auf was man Ewigkeiten warten musste . Im Service lief einer rum der Bestellungen aufnahm, um man Ewigkeiten warten musste, bis man etwas bestellen konnte. Drei Leute im Tresen machten Getränke und standen rum. Im Laden war es voll, das brabbeln aller Gäste war sehr laut und anstrengend und es wurde immer wärmer. Um einen entspannten netten Abend zu verbringen ist das der falsche Laden.

Mega leckere und große Burger (5 inch), die reichlich belegt sind, von den man wirklich langanhaltend satt wird Die dazu bestellten Pommes-Twister sind vernünftig gewürzt und sehr lecker : Außen knusprig und innen saftig-weich. Auch die Cocktails sind einfach super und ebenfalls sehr lecker! Das Ambiente ist mexikanisch-gemütlich. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und Wartezeit für Essen ist normal. Nur bei den Cocktails könnte es vom Ablauf etwas flüssiger sein. Anstatt zwei Personal-Kräfte, lieber drei oder vier Personal- Kräfte. Das würde die zwei Personal-Kräfte entlasten und die Wartezeiten für die Gäste verkürzen. Daher für Service nur 4 Sterne. Leider gibt es keinen barrierefreien Zugang.

Super leckeres Essen, wir haben uns zu 3 eine Platte geteilt. Wir hatten Hühnchen, Rind und Vegetarische Optionen und alles war mega lecker. Es war auch für uns etwas zu viel, haben es eingepackt und am nächsten Tag in der Pfanne warm gemacht, war immernoch lecker. Komme gerne wieder hier hin!

Wir waren zum ersten Mal da, die "Bude" war voll, das heißt auch : ist bekannt und es schmeckt. Essen lecker, viele schmackhafte Drinks, mit und ohne Alkohol. Diesmal hatte ich die Variationen der Spare Ribs mit 4 verschiedenen Geschmacksrichtungen. Leider haben alle 4 Sorten gleich geschmeckt. Die Rippchen waren recht groß und trotzdem nicht mehr saftig. Nächstes Jahr eher wieder etwas Mexikanisches. Und die Treppe war sehr vereist.

Super leckere Sachen auf der Karte

Direkt vor dem Lokal gibt es einen kleinen, kostenlosen Parkplatz. Man kann je nach freier Kapazität und Witterung auf der Terrasse oder Drinnen sitzen. Die Servicekräfte sind überfordert, sodass man lange warten muss, bis man bestellen kann und ab der Bestellung dauert es schon mal eine Stunde oder länger, bis man das Getränk hat. Das ist einfach zu lang, besonders wenn es Drinnen so warm und stickig ist. Die Cocktails sind sehr süß und eher Mittelmaß, dafür sind die Preise außerhalb der Happy Hour eher gehoben.

Die Drinks sind 90ies Style. Viel Saft, ganz überwiegend sehr süß und bunt. Kann man mögen, muss man aber nicht. Das Essen ist echt anständig, aber auch nicht wirklich etwas besonderes. Es gibt viele Angebote Happy hour usw, insgesamt ein netter Laden im dich mit Freunden zu treffen.

Dieses Restaurant ist hervorragend wenn du einen Mädels Abend oder mit ein paar Kumpels etc. Was essen willst. Denn es gibt Platten die ziemlich groß sind, zum teilen, die sich von Preis - Leistungsverhältnis wirklich lohnen. Ich kann nur das Steak aus eigener Erfahrung nicht empfehlen (ist halt kein Steakhaus),da merkt man das die Köche leider nicht so erfahren damit sind. Was ich aber allemal empfehlen kann , ist der Pulled pork burger (die man auch als platte bekommen kann) und die Cocktails!!! Das einzige was mir beim Pulled pork burger nicht so ganz gefallen hat war das sie da Ketchup drauf gemacht haben, das ist allerdings auch nur eine persönliche Präferenz. Die Cocktails sind bis jetzt jedes Mal super lecker gewesen und toll gemischt. Da empfehle ich den "Cherry chok" Cocktail, ist allerdings Geschmackssache. Das Ambiente ist an manchen Stellen etwas rustikal aber wirklich sehr lustig und bunt das gefällt mir ebenfalls.☺️☺️☺️ Zusammen gefasst lohnt es sich dort hin zu gehen.😊

Es ist nicht schlecht, aber auch nicht herausragend. Mein Mann bestellte ein Steak mit Pommes und wunderte sich über die eigenartige faserige Konsistenz des Fleisches. Wir denken dass es evtl vorher eingefroren war. Meine Chicken Enchiladas waren okay. Als mein Mann sein Steak erwähnte fiel mir auch auf das in meinem Essen akkurat geschnittenes oder gewürfeltes Gemüse vorhanden war, was ebenfalls darauf hinweist dass es TK Gemüse war. Ist durchaus nichts Schlechtes, aber ganz frisch würde es anders schmecken. Unsere Bedienung war überaus aufmerksam und kinderfreundlich, da gibt es nichts zu meckern.

Das Essen im El Paso ist jedes Mal zum richtigen Zeitpunkt da, und extrem lecker. Jeder kommt da auf seinen Geschmack. Zusätzlich ist das Personal zuvorkommend und nett. Auf dem Parkplatz ist genug Platz und es ist auch schön dass sie eine Terrasse besitzen zum Speisen etc. Ein Manko hat das alles, denn die rauchenden Kunden schaffen meist nicht einmal den Weg runter von der Terrasse, wodurch gerade im Sommer wo es drinnen zu warm ist ohne lüften, der Rauch schön beim Essen rein zieht. Durch eine Regelung oder eindeutige Definierung eines Raucherplatzes, könnte Abhilfe geschafft werden. Alles in allem bin ich trotzdem zufrieden.
