Pizza eher sehr durchschnittlich (eher geschmalslos). Creme brulee vorbereitet, nicht flammbiert. Ich würde sagen: sehr lieblos, Kettenambiente, sorry.

It was blah blah. Long wait when the restaurant is not even half full. Warm and tasteless pesto pasta for €16 is expensive! The pizzas are a little better. No options with vegan proteins. In short, really disappointed. On the other hand, the waitress was smiling and pleasant.

This bowl! She was just absolutely amazing. You definitely get something for your money there. Incredibly large, diverse, absolutely delicious and above all: very healthy.

Yesterday we had the pleasure of dining at this Italian restaurant in the heart of Leipzig, just in time for the European Championships, and we loved it. The atmosphere is warm and cozy even though the room is very large and has a large capacity. The service was excellent, the staff was super friendly, and we felt at home from the moment we arrived. The menu is very varied and offers something for every taste. There are delicious options for vegans and vegetarians, but also for those who prefer traditional dishes. The pizzas are large, so we shared three pizzas for five people - Diavola, Margherita and Vegan - and an extremely delicious salad! After the game on Augustusplatz was canceled, we returned to the restaurant where the game was broadcast on three screens. Moments of pure emotion – an experience that should definitely be repeated.

Hello everyone, I've eaten at your place many times and I don't always write a review, but in this case I'll do it because it was actually excellent again! I love Italian cuisine and exactly what I like to eat tastes great with you... Our waitress, I think her name was “Maria”, was apparently new, but still very ambitious, friendly and accommodating. The prices are okay for Leipzig city center and we'll be happy to come back ;)

I ordered a lasagna for almost €17, but it arrived cold. Then I gave it back. I then had my old lasagna served on a new plate. At least it was warm. - it's a shame, the restaurant looked pretty good, but nothing more. :(

Price-performance is very bad. The herb butter with my steak was still frozen and my partner's lasagna was cold. €50 is definitely too expensive for that

Great store! Highly recommended ;) Service was super nice. There were a few more people and we were served quickly. The nice waitress also responded to special requests. I don't even want to start with the food, I haven't had pizza this good in a long time. Feel free to come back at any time!

Very nice atmosphere. You feel very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The price-performance ratio is good, I would say :) It's definitely worth a visit.

The online reservation worked well. The pizza and salad were very good. But the bruschetta was below average. All in all, recommended.

We were looking for something to eat before our evening program. We ended up at Pizzaria Micello’s. We got a seat in the pizzaria even without a reservation. The restaurant itself is barrier-free, but the location is not. The restaurant itself is furnished in a rustic, modern way. A lot of effort has been put into creating Italian flair. The staff is nice and friendly, but sometimes seems a bit demanding. The selection on the menu is large and there is something for everyone. We chose the Pizza Capricciosa and the Pizza BBQ. We actually wanted an appetizer, but it's a good thing we didn't take it because the pizzas were huge. We also had homemade house lemonades. One pear ginger and fresh lemon lemonade. The pizzas were very good. Unfortunately, we deducted one star because we absolutely cannot understand why take-away packaging for leftover food, which is standard in other restaurants and is given away free of charge, is charged €0.80 here. This is out of date and should be reconsidered for an Italian restaurant that is in direct competition with others.

I was here first and I have to say I really liked it. The raspberry mojito was fantastic as were the lemonades. We all enjoyed the pizzas. We will be back

Wir haben uns für diese Lokalität entschieden, weil wir dachten, dass wir dort Fleischesser als auch rein pflanzlich Essende zufriedenstellen könnten. FAZIT: Fleischesser: 2 von 3 zufrieden, weil sowohl das Kartoffelpüree als auch der »Entschuldigungskaffee« kalt waren. Rein pflanzlich essende Gäster: 2 von 2 sehr unzufrieden, weil die einzigen zwei veganen Gerichte ( Pizza Pane &Pizza Verdura) nicht nur lauwarm waren. Darüber hinaus war besonders die Pizza Verdura ungenießbar. Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass niemand jemals die Pizza Verdura selbst probiert hat. In der Theorie mag dieses Gericht lecker sein, doch in der Realität schmeckt sie regelrecht »ekelig«. so als würde man dafür bestraft werdenl, keine anderen Gericht zu wählen, wobei eine rein pflanzliche & gleichzeitig leckere Variante gerade von Pastagerichten so einfach sein könnte... Die Einrichtung ist ansprechend, die Bedienung freundlich. Wäre tolle, wenn die anderen genannten Aspekte es auch wären.

Even if you can be sure that you're paying extra for the location at Micello's, you should still expect that the overpriced food and drinks will correspond to what you ordered. In our case, the soft drink and spritzer were completely stale. After we had already waited almost 15 minutes for a few guests for the drinks to be taken, the drinks were taken away after feedback and then presented to us again with the words "I absolutely believe you, but sorry." The bottle would be newly opened and medium would be used for the spritzer. That alone is a no-go in the catering industry and you couldn't see or taste any carbon dioxide. We felt insulted. What's the point of such a statement if the waitress even sees it!? Spritzer tastes like diluted juice, but a soft drink without it just doesn't taste good. The next disappointment came when we were served the pizzas (salami & ham/champions). Apart from the fact that one of them was the wrong one - well, that can happen - but every pizza that was otherwise really good in terms of taste was very poorly topped. At just under €17, it shouldn't be a problem that every piece has some of the topping you ordered. 7 small slices of salami - there were also pieces without - sad and actually cheeky. Overall disappointing. It smelled delicious and we were hoping to try a new good restaurant, but this, dear Micello's, wasn't worth the money. A pity.

The food has been consistently good for years, the service is sometimes very good, sometimes inattentive. Very good portion sizes and value for money.

Wow! I've rarely experienced something like this: expensive, long waiting times, mediocre food: and in the end the message is: don't come back. Don't go! Not worth it.

The food was tasty but not groundbreaking and unfortunately way overpriced. We had to wait an hour for our food, which was very annoying. The ambience was pretty fancy but couldn't resolve the disappointment of waiting for mediocre food. Overall, unfortunately only worth 2 stars.

The restaurant is in a great location and I barely had to wait to be shown to my table. The staff was very friendly. The waiting time for the food was a little longer, but it was very tasty and beautifully presented. All in all, a nice lunch, although it was a bit pricey (especially for the drinks). Nevertheless, I will definitely come back.

Waited over an hour for food. Starters were not recommended because otherwise it would take even longer 😳 Drinks came after half an hour. Food wasn't taken until half an hour after we were served the drinks... When the food finally arrived, I was given a very bulky, lukewarm portion. NEVER AGAIN!

To be honest, I don't understand many of the reviews written here and I can't fully understand the price-performance ratio either. We were there with a larger business group and that alone was a problem for one of the waitresses. I've rarely seen something so listless. Two other waitresses, however, really made an effort. The atmosphere is attractive and cozy. The food was tasty and good. But where did you take a wrong turn to pay almost 20 euros for a Pizza Capriciosa? What justifies this price? Because the pizza itself doesn't justify this. It was a good pizza. No more and no less. If it hadn't been a business lunch, the restaurant would have changed. Personally, 20 euros for a pizza is too expensive for me. Some others at the table were also irritated.

You can visit, but you don't have to. Unfriendly waitress, you couldn't order drinks for over 30 minutes because no one came. The food we ordered was mediocre for the money. There are certainly better Italians. It used to be better!

The Micello's restaurant in Leipzig offers an appealing atmosphere inspired by Italian cuisine. The food was delicious and the staff was extremely nice and accommodating. The only criticism is that there was only one waitress who took orders and issued the invoices, which led to longer waiting times. Nevertheless, the restaurant is definitely worth a visit thanks to its beautiful interior.

You can eat and drink really well. It's also really cozy, but unfortunately our waitress was rarely seen and wasn't very accommodating either. It's a shame actually.

The worst Italian place in Leipzig. terrible service. The ordered food was not delivered for two hours. then they brought something that was not what we ordered.

Not recommendable. We waited 1 hour for dinner. After asking several times, we were told that we would get the food straight away. Other customers who came about 35 minutes later like us received their food sooner than we did. Then I politely asked the waitress when we would get our food. I was told that it would still take some time. Then I asked you how it could be that others who came later were more likely to get something to eat like we did. The waitress said she didn't feel like discussing it. Outrageous. Really not recommended. !!!!!!

I've been going to this restaurant for a year. Over the year, the quality of food and service has deteriorated significantly. The waiters are inattentive: they missed items in the order for the second time in a row. The wait for food reaches up to an hour. This establishment is deteriorating before our eyes.

We ate at Micello's on a Wednesday evening. Due to the size of the restaurant, it was relatively noisy as Micello's was busy. The service was great. We were warmly welcomed, the waitress was there quickly and served the drinks quickly. We didn't have to wait too long for the dishes either. That was great. The food itself was of good quality, but you didn't get enough for the price. The portions themselves were okay, but there were only a few toppings on the pizzas and only a little fish in the salmon and zucchini pasta. There was no topping at all on the edge of the pizzas, just pure dough. For just under 18-20 euros per dish, it's a little poor, even if the taste was good. Otherwise it was a nice, sociable evening in a chic ambience despite the noise. For 5 stars, the dishes should contain a little more toppings/content and not just a lot of dough (pizza and pasta).

Good drinks, delicious food and friendly service!

We have been to this restaurant twice. The pizzas and especially the antipasti plate are highly recommended. Unfortunately, the service on our second visit was a disaster, the waitress seemed completely annoyed with us and threw the cutlery on the table. When we wanted to pay we had to wait almost 15 minutes, during which time she walked past us several times.

I had dinner here with four other colleagues. A very nice restaurant, clean, spacious, spacious. The prices are reasonable, not too expensive. Our service was discreet, polite and unobtrusive. Two notes: My pasta dish was cold :( We wanted a dessert at the end, but the waitress refused because it was already too late and the kitchen was closed. It was 9:25 p.m. at this point!

Every visit to beautiful Leipzig at Micellos is always nice. Very disappointing today though! The restaurant is not full on Monday lunchtime and the wait for the drinks was still very long. Today we decided on pasta or lasagne instead of pizza and were unfortunately bitterly disappointed 😞. The portion was more like a starter than a main course and only the carbonara was served hot. The lasagne was probably more of a children's portion and at a hefty price! As soon as we finished eating, we cleared away, even though not everyone had finished eating yet. So I have no idea what's going on, but it's slowed down a lot. On the one hand the service and on the other hand the quality and extent of the food. It's a shame, otherwise we were always well served and fed.

It was better... neither the service nor the food were satisfactory today. Service was slow and careless. The kitchen forgot the spices in all the dishes. For the prices that are quoted it's not okay.

We have rarely been so disappointed by a visit to a restaurant! We had booked a table for dinner on Saturday evening. The service was listless and unfriendly, downright snippy. After 90 minutes of waiting, it was already getting dark and we were sitting outside at an unlit table, I asked about the status of our order. The waitress from another table took care of it immediately and we got our order within 10 minutes. Unfortunately, this was rather below average, but perhaps it was because our orders were quickly pushed in between due to the waiting time. So we can't recommend this restaurant and won't be coming back.

Got a table on Friday evening without a reservation. Order was taken quickly and drinks arrived quickly. Unfortunately it took a long time to eat. Guests who came after us had already received their food. The waitress also asked several times in the kitchen. Thank you for the surprise at the end about the longer wait for the food. Food was delicious and service was very good. Great price and performance ratio. See you next time.

Nice Italian in the heart of the city... The food wasn't very spectacular for this price (bruschetta, truffle spaghetti).

€15 for cold gnocchi with tomato sauce (very simple) and grated mozerella on top - leftovers to take away cost extra. The atmosphere is great

Waiting times were a little longer but the food made up for it

On Saturday evening, the restaurants in Leipzig's city center were packed. At MICELLO'S we got a seat for two people without a line at the door or a long wait. Inside, the restaurant has a modern, open feel. This causes it to be very loud. After waiting for a while at the table, we were only able to order drinks. It also took a while until they were at the table. Then we were allowed to place our food order. Here too we would have to wait a bit for the food. They tasted ok. I had chosen paste with salmon - and I actually found 4 or 5 small pieces of salmon. Well, it wasn't that great!

Four of us got a table at short notice. Our drinks arrived quickly. Our pizzas were really big and very tasty. The staff was very friendly. We were completely satisfied. 😁

Thanks to table reservations, we had our place very quickly. Ambience is interesting, but due to the size it was very loud. Drinks and food came quickly, but unfortunately 2 out of 6 dishes were only lukewarm and the type of pasta that the menu said was supposed to be in these dishes wasn't. The taste was ok, but we actually expected a lot more for the price. There was no second round of drinks and no one noticed that the glasses were empty. When we cleared it we weren't even asked if it was tasty, so we made the criticism without asking. Nothing happened, no apology or any kind of accommodation. We then had to wait quite a while with empty plates and glasses to pay.

My subjective opinion is that the tomato sauce has little taste. Since the ham and cheese don't have much "oomph" in their own flavor, more basil and oregano in the tomato sauce would be recommended :))

The restaurant is very large, so you have a good chance of getting a table almost any time. The service is very friendly but is often very busy… the pasta with salmon and zucchini were very tasty and cooked correctly al dente. Tiramisù was ok, but unfortunately it didn't taste very strongly of coffee. Price performance ratio is ok.

Our appetizer was served to us before the drinks. For the main course we had to ask for cutlery as they weren't given to us. The food itself was beautifully presented. The taste was okay. The atmosphere was very nice.

You wait forever for every order. Food is forgotten and is sometimes cold, pasta is sometimes overcooked and turns mushy. Italian is different. Especially with the prices. Once and never again! We had reserved as a group for two evenings. We are now looking for an alternative for the second evening... Thanks for nothing!

If the knife had been a little sharper to cut the pizza, the music had been a little quieter or had a little less bass, it would have been a nicer evening. But it was definitely tasty.

The staff looks at you, but none of the four come up with the idea, not even a sign that we are seen, to greet the guest and at least say this: ... a) ... there is no more space or b) ... it still takes a few minutes or c) from my point of view we are undesirable Service seems unimportant here.

We were really disappointed. It's been a while since our visit. We were there for lunch, apparently there wasn't much going on (our own perception). A table was immediately cleared for us, unfortunately it was left extremely wet but ok, it dries. After we decided on bruschetta as a starter and had it on the table relatively quickly, our euphoria quickly disappeared after we noticed that the bread was cold and tasted sticky. After complaining, we had to wait about 20 minutes for new bread.. It was extremely fast before and not afterwards? The waitress apologized for the wait and we were able to enjoy tasty bruschetta. Ordered the main course surf and turf - medium, the meat was obviously well done, but no shoe sole and the prawns were cold. My chicken tasted very good, so we continued eating. After noting that we ordered medium and not done, we were offered free espresso/café or dessert after the whole drama. We were fine with that. It wasn't bad but apparently you have to make a comment before an effort is made.

We were there for the first time and think the location is great. We ordered the pasta made from a parmesan wheel. Taste perfect. 1 star deducted because we couldn't see that the pasta was actually prepared in a parmesan wheel. In Italy this is usually done at the guest's table. Maybe this could be adopted.

We spontaneously walked by on a Saturday evening and asked for a table on the upper floor. We received a rejection with the statement: “Only with reservation”. Since the restaurant wasn't too full, we called a little later and tried to reserve a table upstairs. We were told by another very friendly waitress that there were still a lot of tables available upstairs and that we should just come by. Said and done. Now, after a disparaging look and an additional wait, we finally got a table on the upper floor. The noodles were very good. Unfortunately, the mashed potatoes from the daily menu were also cold.

I had lunch here today (on a Saturday). The restaurant is large, cool and detailed, the staff was very friendly. The selection is huge. The only thing I didn't see at first glance was desserts. But I didn't ask either. The pizza is large & was delicious. top family-friendly: changing room; High chairs available in large quantities; enough space to park the stroller; Children's cutlery. For my toddler I was able to order a small portion of pasta without sauce without any problems (I was asked if there could be a little butter on it) & they obviously tasted good too. I'll be happy to come back!

We stayed at Micello’s because of the visually appealing location. Service nice. Unfortunately, the rest was an imposition and bordered more on classic tourist rip-off than Italian cuisine. Noodles dry, cold, tasteless. Beef fillet dry, stringy…pizza not cooked through. Sorry friends, for the prices that are quoted, at least a minimum standard of quality must be provided. Sorry to the nice waitress who had to endure the displeasure. No recommendation, what a shame.

Dear Micello’s team, stay as you are! You have such great employees who were able to recommend great wines to us, we were very surprised at what there was, I can't put into words how nice it was with you! I found our evening with you to be very relaxed and carefree, the wines were delicious, we ordered 2 bottles and the food was delicious (we had: Maldafine with salmon, avocado bruschetta, spinach dumplings, caprese and pizza) as you can hardly tell , we couldn't resist and started eating straight away, the plates were so sweet that everyone had to try each one :) we were so satisfied that we had to get to know the boss, she was up for a little chat was very friendly and professional, there was no question that she was an expert. Even the way she interacted with her young colleagues was very respectful, something you don't see every day. Overall, a visit here is highly recommended! Treat yourself to an evening with good wine and delicious pasta, pizza and amore <3 see you soon!

Ambiance was good, service was good, but a restaurant is primarily about the food. Of course, since I only ate a main course and a dessert, the assessment is very limited. But the lasagna was extremely boring, only lukewarm and the gratinated cheese was a bit tough. The hot raspberries weren't a huge hit either, but ok. Maybe the other dishes are much better, but I wasn't impressed with the lasagne

We were guests in January and last September. Food and drinks are always really great! Unfortunately, service was almost non-existent both times, we would have consumed significantly more if we had the chance. A pity.

Das Essen war meiner Meinung nach gut! Der Service nur leider etwas überfordert oder unterbesetzt. Wir mussten sehr lange darauf warten endlich bestellen zu können. Auch wenn wir etwas nachbestellen konnten, mussten wir mehrmals winken. Die Bestellung, die dann im Nachgang war falsch, aber wir haben es so hingenommen. Unser Nachbartisch ist irgendwann aufgestanden und zur Theke gegangen, um zu bezahlen. Die Toiletten waren leider ebenfalls sehr dreckig.

Leider muss ich mich bei schlechtem Service anschließen. Wir haben ca. 20 min gewartet bis jemand kam für die Bestellung unserer Getränke. Das Ambiete ist modern und es gibt viele Tische. Das Personal war bemüht, dennoch wurden wir von 3 Kellnern vertröstet und unsere Bestellung wurde dann später aufgenommen. Die Mozarella war ausgezeichnet in Verbindung mit dem Pesto. Als Hauptgericht hatte ich eine Pizza Fungi, die hat mich nicht überzeugt. 2 Sterne gibt es auf Grund der Toiletten, da diese sehr schmutzig gewesen sind.

Kaltes Essen und die Gerichte kamen nicht zusammen an. Essen war sehr wenig, eher was für die Kids und nicht für Erwachsene bestimmt. War sonst ok mehr nicht. Gibt viel bessere italienische Restaurants. Einmal reicht in dem Restaurant.

Das Restaurant ist sehr sauber und groß. Die Bedienung ist äußerst freundlich und auch das Essen schmeckt gut. Es sind wirklich relativ große Portionen und vor allem das Mittagsmenü lohnt sich sehr & ist empfehlenswert! ☺️

Leider war der Besuch zum wiederholten male nicht empfehlenswert. Das Essen war kaum gewürzt, alle 3 Personen von unserem Tisch haben viel nach gewürzt. Zum Thema Service, wir waren 3 Stunden im Restaurant, davon war 3x mal eine Kellnerin bei uns und einmal davon nur durch unsere Meldung. Da ist auf jedenfall Änderung von nöten.

Das Essen war teilweise kalt und der Wolfsbarsch war leider total versalzen. Da gibt es bessere Italiener in Leipzig.

Super nettes Ambiente & super Service. Das Essen hat aber leider für ein paar unschöne Stunden auf dem Klo gesorgt. Die Cabonara war viiiiiiel zu Sahning, schon richtig ekelig, habe nur den halben Tellerinhalt essen können, hat mir leider nicht geschmeckt. Später kam das ganze Essen dann wieder raus. Schade ….

Es war schon der 2. Besuch. Die Pizza war riesig wie beim ersten Mal und die pasta carbonara war einfach hammer. Es ist nur zu empfehlen.

Leider war die Bedienung an dem Tag etwas durch den Wind - kann passieren... Ansonsten ist es eine tolle Location.

Große Gaststätte, Einrichtung ganz witzig, Essen ist gut. Wir waren Mittagessen. Nicht überwältigend. Es war ein relativ Kurzer Aufenthalt. Kann man empfehlen.

Ein sehr modernes und gemütliches Ambiente, Essen war lecker der Service war freundlich und die Teller war wohl gefüllt, was soviel heißt wie, nicht zu viel und auch nicht zu wenig.

Also die Pepsi ist der Hammer so eine im Supermarkt zu finden unmöglich.

Für.pizza 1h gewartet, war dann aber auch nix dolles...

Sehr gepflegtes Ambiente. Wir genossen einen Salat der sehr lecker war.
