Never again, just keep your hands off, the best solution would be to throw it straight into the trash, but I'd rather keep it and check with the public order office on Monday.

The food was okay, BUT, The food only arrived two hours after ordering. Then, some of the wrong items were delivered. When I asked if I could have my damn nuggets, they said, "We didn't have any nuggets, so we're making wings, you understand?" I replied that they could have informed me beforehand since I didn't want wings and that I wanted either the food I ordered or my money back. At that point, someone started yelling on the phone and got another employee with the same limited German skills as the first one. This employee told me, "No refund, what do you want to do?" I was shocked and briefly silent because I wanted to insult him, but before I could, he hung up. In short, fantastic service, and I'd love to set the place on fire.

This place is a complete rip-off. I ordered through Lieferando from this incompetent staff and only received my order two hours later, even though the estimated wait time was one hour. I was starting to think it wasn't coming because they apparently don't even have the competence to adjust their opening hours to reflect orders. Unbelievable. On top of that, I actually ordered chicken nuggets and received chicken winks instead. So I called and was greeted in a rude tone. The staff was incredibly insolent. Two men yelled at me, telling me it was too late and that I should just accept that they had changed my order because they were out of chicken nuggets. Making out the message from their babble was a real challenge. I pointed out that I had paid for it and that I wasn't going to accept it. At that point, one man handed the phone to the other. He yelled aggressively at me, said, "Well, what can you do?" and hung up. Absolutely outrageous. Not recommended. Furthermore, the food will almost certainly give her stomach aches and nausea. So, definitely a disappointment.

The stated delivery time was 35-45 minutes. After over two hours, a very unfriendly man finally answered the phone. When I inquired about the food, which several people were waiting for, he became loud, claimed it was on its way, and simply hung up – a blatant lie! After another half hour, of course, no one could be reached again! The food had already been paid for, and only after pressure from Lieferando's customer service was the order suddenly canceled and refunded, even though it was supposedly out for delivery... Unfriendliness is one thing, but lying to customers so blatantly is beyond outrageous!

I was absolutely thrilled with my visit to Mi Casa Bayreuth! The combination of Turkish, Italian, and international cuisine is not only unique but also superbly executed. Food: Every dish was a highlight. I had the mixed grill, and the quality of the ingredients and the finesse of the flavors were top-notch. A true feast for the palate! Service: The staff was extremely friendly, attentive, and courteous. You immediately feel welcome and well taken care of. Atmosphere: The ambiance is very inviting and encourages you to linger. Conclusion: If you're looking for exceptional cuisine with warm hospitality in Bayreuth, you must go to Mi Casa! A definite recommendation and a well-deserved 5 stars! I will definitely be back.

My pizza was completely burnt, how can you send out a pizza like that?

I got a dürüm today and I have to say I've never eaten such a bad one in my life. One star is way too generous for this place. Starting with the fact that the dough was partly very dry and partly soggy, the portion size was also quite small compared to other places. The real problem, however, was that about half an hour after eating it, I almost threw up, had stomach cramps, and diarrhea. Furthermore, the staff weren't exactly clean, handling everything from the card scanner to the oven to the ingredients without washing their hands even once. On top of that, the cashier, who also prepared everything, made fun of me for asking if they accepted card payments before I placed my order. I actually remembered the place well, as I got a doner plate there about 10 months ago, which was really good back then. However, a major advantage compared to all the other kebab shops is that card payment is possible here, something most places still don't offer. The ambiance is relatively relaxed and pleasant. All in all, I can't recommend this place unless you want to experience vomiting, stomach cramps, diarrhea, and even potentially food poisoning.

I accidentally ordered a pickup order from Lieferando. I actually wanted it delivered. So I arranged with the operator to cancel my pickup order and place a new one, this time for delivery. However, the operator didn't cancel it. I called again, and they assured me it would be canceled the next day. This didn't happen either; on the contrary, Lieferando showed that I had picked up my order. This is a blatant lie, and as a result, the money was withdrawn. This is a blatant scam. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, as the operator is untrustworthy and customers can't rely on them to protect themselves from being ripped off.

I ordered a pizza yesterday, a family pizza, and it was terrible. I paid €25 for it and was very, very dissatisfied. I wouldn't recommend it at all. I've never eaten a pizza like that in my life. I still feel bad. Zero stars, at best.

Unacceptable: Insect in my food – an absolute no-go I am deeply shocked by what happened with my last order. There was an insect in my pasta dish – right in the middle of the food. The mere thought of it is disgusting and leaves me speechless. Something like this should never happen, especially not in a business that delivers food to customers. Even more disappointing, however, was the business's reaction: no acknowledgment, no compensation. I wanted to speak to the owner himself, but he didn't even listen to me and just continued working. An employee I was able to speak with was very unfriendly and told me: "Then don't order from here next time. The insect in the food was an accident, probably due to the warm weather." Such irresponsible handling of a clear hygiene incident casts serious doubt on the integrity and diligence of the entire company. For me, it's clear: I will never order from here again – and I can only advise everyone to be very careful!

We regularly enjoy the Turkish grilled dishes here. Highly recommended, always delicious and fresh. Afterwards, we always have tea; we love it!

Never again! I received old rigatoni with old Bolognese sauce – inedible! No wonder my additional request when ordering was simply ignored! Not recommended at all! I will never buy from them again!

The food tastes strange, the doner kebab falls apart, and our pineapple pizza tastes rotten. I can't recommend it. The sauce in the doner box also tastes like soap.

We ordered a salami pizza with Gorgonzola and Parmesan (paid an extra €3). We got a salami pizza with pepperoni because they were out of Gorgonzola and Parmesan, according to the unfriendly man on the phone.

First of all, I don't review food. A driver rings our doorbell at night, even though we didn't order pizza!! Then he stands in our driveway for minutes. You should be able to read the address correctly. Truly creepy.

The pizza was very tasty. Yesterday I got a salami pizza again. Price is ok. Unfortunately, the floor has a cardboard lid, the surface is swampy and salty... Pizzeria is removed from the list...

Unfortunately, the prices here at the time of the review do not match the posted prices. But you only find out about this after you order (see photo). I hope that this is resolved quickly, because that's not how it actually works in this country. The pizza itself looks anything but attractive, but tastes okay (5/10). But the whole thing is definitely not worth 12.50 to me... The ones from the store sometimes taste better.

The delivery person is the most disrespectful person I know He calls me to come down from the fifth floor. I run down and get to the bottom and there is no trace of him. Strangely enough, he just left the food on the cold, dirty floor in front of the building and left before I even got there. And that after waiting 1½ hours for my food.

The food was delivered on time to the minute and the driver was friendly. The baked schnitzel was very good. The fries too. Unfortunately, they didn't provide me with any mayo/ketchup with the fries, even though I ordered it that way and it was on the bill. Therefore the fries were too dry. The salad was fresh and well prepared. The drink was well chilled.

Despite asking several times, I was put off and when I complained the third time that it couldn't be possible that you couldn't get a single pizza out at 11 a.m. on a Tuesday and that I would never order again, there wasn't even an apology. I ordered dinner at 11:40 p.m. The delivery took place at midnight. Everything was warm and delicious. The only thing missing is the tzatziki...but maybe there was an option to choose from. Guys, I don't understand the negative opinions about waiting times. If you order at rush hour...you usually have to wait up to 2 hours...you always have the choice and cook at home. I am satisfied and recommend it! We ate pizza, kebabs, hamburgers and nuggets... everything was great!

I ordered food home: frutti di Mare, which I hadn't had for a while and was really looking forward to it. It was stated that the dish was spicy. It was really too spicy for my taste, even though I can tolerate spiciness a bit. But regardless of your preference for spicy food, there was simply far too little seafood in it! I didn't find any mussels at all, a few shrimps and octopus, that's it???! The sauce wasn't creamy and tomatoey either. I love this dish very much, but I'm sorry, these were the worst frutti di mare I've ever eaten! :(

The MI CASA restaurant is open until 2 a.m. every day. Delivery and telephone orders are possible. The food is basically mostly tasty and fresh. Staff also friendly and nice. Overall, a great restaurant in Bayreuth to grab something delicious to eat late at night. Keep it up 💪

When I called I was told, yes, the driver is on the way and food will be there soon. 20 minutes later the notification came that the driver was now on the way. The food came again 20 minutes later. Very very very bad. Whole pizza burns and unseasonable. None tasted zero. I made many phone calls and couldn't reach anyone.

I ordered something to eat at night and the entire pizza was stuck to the lid. I tried the pizza but apart from tomato sauce I didn't taste anything here. I then called and had one delivered to me, and the unfriendly behavior on the phone didn't work at all. When the boss supposedly arrived there himself, he was discreetly upset that I had already tried a piece. He also said it was normal for the pizza to stick to the lid and all the toppings had fallen off. I put the food down and lost my appetite due to the unfriendly behavior of the employees and supposedly the boss himself. I gave the food to the neighbors. I will never order here again and I don't recommend it to anyone!!!!

Pizza sehr lecker. Allerdings hatten wir ein Restaurant erwartet, das war es leider nicht. Pizzadienst zum holen oder liefern, mit der Möglichkeit, vor Ort zu verzehren. Darum für Selbstbedienung und das etwas nüchterne Ambiente Sterneabzug.

Egal, was man im Mi Casa isst, alles sehr gut!

Habe vor Ort gegessen, daher kamen die Pizzen recht schnell. Man merkt jedoch, dass sehr viel zum Liefern vorbereitet wird. Pizza empfand ich als sehr lecker und qualitativ hochwertig.

9€ für eine normal große Pizza ist schon relativ teuer. Dazu war die Qualität auch nicht sehr gut, denn der Teig war mehr labbrig wie kross. Auch gab es eine durchaus größere Sprachbariere.

Wir sind im Hotel, haben dass erste mal dort bestellt und muss sagen richtig gute Pizza nicht zu fettig oder zu fad, genau perfekt, perfekt für fingerfood, Ich wurde 20 Minuten vorher angerufen und haben Bescheid gegeben dass sie in 5 min da sind. Perfekt. Super netter Kerl und sehr schnelle Lieferung, 3 Pizzen ca. 40 Minuten. Sehr gut nur zu empfehlen, dass einzige Manko, war nicht geschnitten. Dass war aber nicht weiter schlimm da die Pizza kaum fettig war einfach zusammen gerollt und fertig :D

Die Lieferung erfolgte genau im angegebenen Zeitfenster. Der Fahrer war super nett und die Pizza Frutti di Mare war fantastisch! Da bestelle ich gern Mal wieder!

Immer wieder sehr gut! Haben hier stets gut gegessen, egal ob Pizza oder Pasta. Abholtermine wurden termingerecht eingehalten. Preis/Leistung in Anbetracht der Qualität sehr gut. Und der Inhaber Enzo ist stets freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Für einen Ausstand am Abend vorher 4 Familienpizzen vorbestellt. Pizzen waren pünktlich zum Abholen bereit und heiß. Geschmacklich und Preislich gab es rein gar nichts zu meckern. Einziger Minuspunkt: keine Kartenzahlung möglich

Die Bedienung war anfangs eher wortkarg, dann aber zunehmend freundlicher. Das Essen war extrem lecker, weshalb ich mich gezwungen sehe 5 Sterne zu geben. ;-)
