Based on the rating, our path led us to Meze Meze. And the reviews are right. Best ambience with really good food. Very courteous staff, there immediately and always super nice. A reasonable price rounds the whole thing off more than positively. Many greetings from us to the team and see you soon

Very tasty Greek food, nice restaurant and above all super fast service. One point deducted for the wine, which wasn't particularly convincing and that you had the feeling that you couldn't sit comfortably and that the staff would like to call it a day.

The food is delicious. The seating in the restaurant is a bit cramped, but it can also be comfortable.

The first impression of the restaurant was very good. You could feel the Greek flair inside and outside. Menu is similar to a "tapas" menu where you choose different things. We ordered a total of 9 things. After everything was there, we started eating to determine the quality wasn't right. The lamb souflaki was not of high quality. Very fatty and only streaked with tendons. The feta in puff pastry with sweet fig was not good at all. The sweet fig was made of sugar?! And the puff pastry was really bad. In addition, the shrimp in tomato sauce with feta wasn't worth the price. Tomatoes chopped like they were in a can and the prawns pre-made and simply thrown in (the ones you can buy in the store for 3 euros). The dips and bread were positive. However, the meatballs just weren't tasty either. Anyone who has ever really learned Greek, e.g. Anyone who has eaten in Greece will notice that worlds collide here. When we said the quality of the meat and everything else didn't suit us, the waiter just said: "yes, we can't influence that". In the end we waited over 20 minutes to be cashed in and despite complaining that we didn't like the food, there was no one to come forward. Neither an Uzo or anything taken off the bill. In the end it was €82. With that money I would have received much better quality and hospitality elsewhere.

The ambience is very nice, the food is also delicious. The fried food was sometimes too greasy or oily. You just tasted the oil. In addition, in my opinion, the price doesn't quite match the portion that ends up on the table. Service is very friendly. The food comes relatively quickly

Unfortunately I can't write a good review: Souvlaki was dry and streaked with fat and tendons. The shrimp in tomato sauce tasted like it came from a can. (In retrospect, I read other reviews that probably had the same problem with the shrimp and the souvlaki). Feta in puff pastry and sweet fig with no real taste. The rest was “fine”. The waiter showed no reaction to our comment about the miserable souvlaki. “We can't do anything about that.” and cleared the full plates without accommodating him. Everything doesn't always have to run smoothly in the kitchen, I don't expect that, but it's more than disappointing when you don't accommodate the guest, even if it's just an ouzo or a measly espresso on the house. MezeMeze doesn't seem to care about that. The next highlight was about 20 minutes. Waiting for the bill, despite 3 different waiters being informed about the payment process. In summary: Price and performance are absolutely not right here. There are definitely better Greeks in the area.

Went there for dinner last week. The food was okay, not bad, but it was also better there. But everything is ok. When I paid, the bill came to €90. I told the waiter that it would be €92. I didn't really want to tip more because I didn't think it was appropriate given the level of service and friendliness. He then asked if it was really €92 that I wanted to pay, I said yes twice. Today the surprise was that €100 was debited from me, I saw it on my account. I hope it was just a mistake and not intentional on the part of the waiter, even though he checked with me twice.

The service seemed a bit arrogant, the food wasn't anything special in terms of presentation or taste and I don't have to eat in a restaurant to get a convenience product (puff pastry filled with shrimp and feta). The water glasses on the tables were stained and dirty, which we told the cellar, no excuse for that, the glasses that were then brought were even worse, even one glass had lipstick on it.

Super tasty Greek, the dishes are incredibly good. I am a vegan and very happy with the vegan and vegetarian offerings. The waitresses are all super nice too, I would recommend 10/10 to everyone!

The food may be good. However, when you unpack the leaf blower at 8 a.m. on a Sunday morning, you get the idea that no guest has a leaf on their foot. Of course it's worth it to keep the neighbors from sleeping in on their day off.

Great food, great service. Reserved outdoors, got space indoors. But everything is super fast. However, it was really hot inside and when it's full (which it was) it's pretty loud. But 5 points from me - I'll always come back.

Was here 3 years ago and I don't know what it's like today, but where I was there the atmosphere was really great, service was very nice and the food definitely tasted good, of course not like in Greece but it was still very good , I recommend going there and I think I have to pay a visit myself.

Greek mezes on lock. Takes bills with them, everything tastes good. Your vegan friends also have a choice.

There is an unfriendly lady sitting at the reception who has been very unfriendly from the first second. Maybe she doesn't feel like sitting there but that gives an unpleasant impression. There are enough waiters but you wait for a napkin and get one after constant reminders. The food is partly/partly but the meat skewers would be discouraged. CONCLUSION: There are very friendly and hospitable restaurants in the area. Before you throw your money out the window for such service/food, you should go somewhere else and enjoy the evening.

We came across the restaurant by chance and were not disappointed. We were lucky to get a table for two on Monday evening, so a reservation would be recommended. The food was very tasty and the service was quick and courteous. The organization is top. Despite a full outdoor area, we received our food within minutes. Priced completely reasonable. I've been there several times, I live nearby. The quality has declined significantly over time. This will be the last time I visit this restaurant. Nothing tastes good anymore. All the food we ordered was either very oily or overcooked or not cooked properly. And prices are very high now. It's no longer worth it. Also, after eating I had diarrhea. Only the fries were good. Never again.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience at this restaurant. The fish was very dry and tasteless. The prawns in tomato sauce were also disappointing. I suspect the shrimp were frozen and the tomato sauce came from a cheap can. The vegetables (peppers, etc.) in the tomato sauce were not steamed well and were partly raw. They were the worst shrimp I've ever eaten. You also had to pay an extra €5 for the bread, which I find excessive. The only thing I liked were the hard cheese fries, which were really tasty. The service was nice though. In addition, the prices have become very expensive, which justifies the disappointing food even less.

Paid a lot of money to eat what felt like only oil. A “Meze” was returned because it smelled strange and tasted bitter. The small meat skewers of 3 people were served on a mini plate with the note: "Kebab", so the person who actually ordered kebab got it and the other two who ordered souvlaki went away empty-handed. (Everything else beforehand came on individual plates - we didn't share and we weren't told it was supposed to be for 3 people - it didn't look like that either). There is also 0 goodwill or insight when paying.

Meze Meze was a great experience. All in all we were very satisfied. The only point was that the food really had too much olive oil. For some it's ok, a little too much for my taste. But otherwise great. Recommended.

First and last time I went there. They put us at a high table with very uncomfortable high chairs... Even though we didn't want to sit with other people, after 10 minutes they put two at that table, and then two more girls... it's like I'm in fast food. Long wait for the waiter, first you have to order drinks, and only when he brings you drinks can you order food, which you then have to wait for half an hour again. Then they bring the food part by part (although it was ordered to be all at the same time, which is logical, because we didn't take the appetizer and then the main course, but fish and meat with side dishes)... and after 15 minutes only the rest... Food as food is tasty but the portions are very very small. All in all, a very bad experience unfortunately.

We were there for the first time today and were very excited! The food was excellent and was served relatively quickly. The portions are very generous, you will definitely be full! My colleague and I often go on business trips, so we have eaten in a lot of restaurants, mainly Greek. But we've never been to a Greek restaurant like this before, the service was friendly but very incompetent, we each wanted a starter and a main course, as is usual, but the waiter thought it was right to bring all the dishes at once. The food was also very modest, everything was swimming in oil and not really fresh, my lamb tasted more like old goat. The atmosphere wasn't particularly appealing either, despite having a reservation we still had to wait 15 minutes. We don't know where all the reviews come from, but they can do the job!

Were there yesterday and the lady in front of the door was extremely unpleasant! Rolls her eyes when you ask something or give her an answer.. no nice smile or polite goodbye and the way she talked was extremely rude!! There were 6 of us there and none of us were enthusiastic about her. Having such an employee there hurts the business.. because we were Greek ourselves and don't like coming there again!!

I can only give the Meze Meze in Bad Cannstatt full marks. The wonderful ambience outside in a kind of pavilion brings the Greek flair to life. No Poseidon plate or anything similar, but very classic with a large selection of different Greek specialties to share at the table. Gladly again!

The food was a bit off for my taste and it was all in oil. Laughing is not my thing. Otherwise very nice staff, the ambience was a bit too loud for me.

Such rude staff and even worse owner rarely or never experienced!!! After we ate the inedible food (even the pita bread was swimming in oil) we asked for the bill, we each wanted to pay individually. We, 5 people, were asked by the waitress and the owner that only one person pay the bill. i.e. One person pays with his EC card, in this case it was around 250 euros, so the rest of us transferred our share to that person, how outrageous is that?!? Do you have to do that??? Or demand from the guest????

The food is overpriced for the taste. The pita swims in olive oil, the calamari is like breaded bicycle tubes. The zatziki looks like it comes out of a ready-made bucket. The price has increased by almost 200% and the taste suffers greatly. Unfortunately, this was probably our last visit and we were very often the trip wasn't worth it...

The food in the restaurant was great! The zucchini fritters and the fresh tzatziki are particularly recommended. The portions were generous and the value for money was very good. Overall, the food in the restaurant was really outstanding, but the service could still be improved. Greek music, beautifully decorated space, friendly service and very tasty food! Several choices in meat, fish and appetizers, the same applies to drinks. For those who do not speak German, the menu is also in Greek and the staff speaks Greek. Unfortunately, it is difficult to find parking spaces in the area, but luckily there is a paid parking lot opposite the shop.

We had a wonderful afternoon there, the food was absolutely great, we had the "Eat like a Greek" for 2 people. There was a bit of everything, it tasted delicious and we definitely didn't make it all the way through. The staff was also in a great mood and immediately open to every request. All in all a great visit. Gladly again!

Was a pretty mixed experience. There were 6 people. Sat outside. In terms of food, it's pretty mixed. One had liver, this one was quite tough with way too much sauce. Dorade, on the other hand, was good. It's also a problem if you want potatoes (fries) with the liver, all the mezes come together wildly, i.e. fries and 15 minutes later the liver! Or the fish. So it makes sense to bring all the meze you ordered at the same time. The volume outside was extremely high. Entertainment only possible with people sitting next to you. However, the service staff were really great and very attentive.

Despite not having a reservation and being a group of five persons we were offered a table in the big dining hall, which is definitely a plus for the service. However, the dining hall felt impersonal, was way too loud, and overcrowded. Latter was probably the reason for the below-average service at the table. Our waiter was quite fast with the order and told us that we would have to wait some time for our food, since they had many guests. We were surprised when some food arrived after 5 minutes. Because there was still missing a lot from the order, we waited some time and asked the waiter where the rest was. The food still never came and the waiters never showed up again either even after waiting for 20-30 more minutes. When asking for the bill and to remove the never received food from the bill, they reacted unfriendly and still demanded payment for some of the missing Meze. Even though the food tastes quite good, we will not return to this place ever again.

Far too expensive, I understand that shopping has become more expensive, but if you have to pay over 18 euros for an arm of grilled octopus then that's really exaggerated. I sat alone at the table for about 30 minutes because I was waiting for my family and no one asked me if I wanted something to drink, even though service staff and the lady who accompanied the guests to the table kept passing by. Then had to go to the bar and order a bottle of water. The service people are very nice and the food is good, most of it is fried or grilled, so I don't understand the overpriced prices.

Das Essen war katastrophal Personal unfreundlich die Chefin am Eingang arrogant und unfreundlich !und dann sagte sie zu uns als wir zahlen wollten sie können nicht getrennt zahlen muss einer zahlen und macht es unter euch sowas hab ich noch nie erlebt also wirklich nie wieder gehen wir dort hin !!!! Und alle hatten auch noch Beschwerde am nächsten Tag was das Essen angeht ! Also nicht Empfehlenswert !!!!!

We ate at MezeMeze with a larger group. The first point that stood out negatively was the seating. There was hardly any space against the wall and so unfortunately everyone had to get up when someone left their place. The food was okay but I expected more for the price and the reputation of the place. As others have already written, the impression and quality of the food was very different. From very tasty to inedible, everything was there. Although the waiters were friendly, overall the restaurant and the service made a distant impression on me.

On our last visit to the store recently we experienced ridiculous situations. We went at noon (with the shop outside half full) and of course, after making a reservation, they sent us to sit at a table, dalla in the sun. With so much, we decided to sit inside and they only brought us half of the entire order we placed.. After 45 minutes we asked for the other half of our order which we later learned from the loud conversation the staff had among themselves, it was given to another table.. They brought us the same as the other half of the order, and all the food was half fried . We asked for the bill and waited another 15 minutes until someone came to pay. The new store staff seems uneducated and confused. Meze meze was once a very good and organized restaurant.

Never again! It's very uncomfortable to sit. Mezedes were partly frozen and not served well thawed. Main course was ok, but nothing special. The people in service were very friendly. Price/performance is not right. After visiting there, we had a stomach ache and it wasn't from eating so much... We later met a service person in another restaurant. She resigned because the staff was not treated in a respectful and friendly manner. Definitely not recommended. A pity!

No thanks! You sit way too tight. Some of the mezedes were served cold, by which I mean they were frozen and not thawed well! The main courses were ok but nothing exceptional. The water is completely overpriced. But this phenomenon doesn't only exist here. If everything else fits, gladly! The only positive thing was the service staff, who were super nice. After our visit there we had stomach problems… We happened to meet a service worker in another restaurant days later. She probably changed because the owners weren't particularly friendly or appreciative of the staff. It's a shame, this restaurant is unfortunately no longer an option.

Here you can enjoy live music or a quiet evening, the choice is yours! Here you have the freedom of choice and the live music as we know it in Greece with its culture is incredible! The food was very tasty and you go here to experience the community and share the food. We really liked it because the service was very nice and made you feel like you were finally in Greece again! I can recommend everyone to experience something here and not just eat and go home. It's definitely a nice experience!
