We ordered food, but it never arrived. When we called, he told us to pick it up ourselves and that it had been sitting there for 30 minutes. Very unfriendly service. What a shame.

The staff is very friendly and the food is excellent. The portions are generous. The decor is tasteful and the restrooms are clean. The prices are reasonable. We will gladly return.

TOP QUALITY - WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK I was recently invited here and was thrilled: super friendly staff, delicious food, and a very tasteful ambiance. Unfortunately, we devoured our food far too quickly, so I only managed to photograph one appetizer, but that can certainly be considered high praise for the chef. The appetizers, meze, both hot and cold, were delicious, and we were particularly impressed by the lamb and the sea bream. All in all, it was a very successful experience. Thank you, we will gladly return!

We ate at Achillion for the first time this evening. We got a table at very short notice and were very surprised. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were shown to our seats and immediately given the menu. We started with a cold ouzo, and the drinks weren't long in coming. After the appetizer and salad 🥗 with fresh bread, the main course followed. The portion size was more than sufficient. I have a healthy appetite, but I was really at my limit here. You certainly won't leave Achillion hungry! 🤣 Before paying, I had a second ouzo on ice 🤫 and, because it was so nice, a third before leaving. 🙈 Everything was on the house, of course. 🤝 Even though I personally found it a bit too loud and hectic at times, I can highly recommend Achillion, both for the staff, the food, and especially for the Greek hospitality. 🏆 Here you're truly among friends 🇬🇷 and get real value for your money 💸! The restaurant was nicely decorated and you enter to a warm atmosphere. The foods were delicious as many Greek restaurants. The Mezes were tasty and big enough to share with friends. The service was good but our orders arrived a bit late, maybe it was due to our crowd. The owner was a very nice & friendly person.

The food is okay. The tzatziki has a consistency more like mayonnaise. The staff is untrained, but they're hard-working. They recently raised their prices considerably. The fries are soft, not crispy, and very greasy—I recommend rice. We might come back sometime.

Very nice restaurant with delicious food and very nice staff

I've ordered food twice and had it delivered. It tasted great each time and was beautifully presented in the packaging. Delivery via Wolt was super fast, and the food was still hot. I'm completely satisfied and will definitely order from there again. In my opinion, Achillion is one of the best Greek restaurants in Stuttgart. Please keep up the good work 👍

Cold and hot Appertiser are 5 stars. The reasons for 4 stars are the waiting time until we get the food, it was friday evening and the outside area were full but inside was only max. 2 tables. Still we had to wait really long until we could order, and frist only allowed to order drinks, then wait, then order food, then wait.... the service was really really slow. Also the main dishes, we had lamb and fish, both meats were great but the sides, spinach risotto and noodles were overcooked and taste pretty funny. Overall, we would.go back and order double appetisers😃

The service was incredibly friendly. Ouzo was on the house. We thought the appetizer platter and the baked gyro were only okay. You can sit outside, but you'll obviously notice the street noise.

Ambience: We sat with a larger group in the adjoining room, where it was dark. Food: The food was consistently good, not outstanding, but good. Service: The service wasn't particularly good, completely emotionless, and we were rarely granted a smile. Conclusion: You can go, but you don't have to.

We were there for lunch and were absolutely thrilled! The Greek food was outstanding – the grilled baby calamari was a real highlight: tender, perfectly seasoned, and sensationally flavorful. Today for the first time, but not for the last time. The ambience, friendliness and food were very good. I can recommend it without hesitation.

We often go there for lunch, the owner changed about a year ago, things weren't going well with the previous one, small portions for lunch and no extra. Now for lunch, ouzo and a small dessert, as well as a choice between rice and fries. Service was very nice, always satisfied, we'll be back.

Stylish ambience, service that comes from the heart, excellent food. I've never had such a good tarama. We also ate very tasty bifteki, juicy spicy gyros, excellent lamb, rice with a special flavor and rich salad with homemade, fresh sauce. As we are accomplished amateur chefs ourselves, we are often disappointed when we go out to eat - but not at Achillion. We left not only satisfied, but thrilled. If we come to Stuttgart again, we know where we will eat! Absolute recommendation!!!

Stayed at Achillion today. Very friendly staff. Typical Greek cuisine. Clear menu. Something for everyone. From fish dishes to gyros. Everything is very carefully combined. Had the “Athens Platter” with a side salad. SUPER DELICIOUS. And everything cooked perfectly. As a welcome and after the meal there was an ouzo on top. That's what I call hospitality. The ambience is cozy, and when the weather is nice, the garden terrace invites you to linger. Also very clean

The rice doesn't suit my taste buds... but since there are so many people, they keep giving it to me when they serve it. The service is not good. There are a lot of people. It seems to be delicious for the general public.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Achillion Restaurant in Stuttgart and it was an outstanding experience. As soon as we entered we were warmly greeted and escorted to our table. The ambience is modern yet cozy, with warm tones and a welcoming atmosphere. The menu offers a wide range of authentic Greek dishes. For starters we chose the cold appetizer platter, which offered a delicious selection of tzatziki, sheep's cheese cream and seafood salad. Every component was fresh and tastefully prepared. For the main course I chose the grilled baby calamari with vegetables – a real culinary delight. The meat was tender and perfectly seasoned. My companion chose the gyros with tomato rice, which also tasted excellent. The service was consistently attentive and friendly. Our waiters were always available to answer questions and made sure we didn't lack for anything. The relaxed atmosphere was particularly pleasant and allowed us to enjoy the evening to the fullest. In summary, I can highly recommend the Achillion restaurant. It offers authentic Greek cuisine in an attractive ambience with first-class service. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

We ordered from Achillion on Valentine's Day as soon as the restaurant opened because we wanted to treat ourselves to something special that evening. So that nothing goes wrong, I called ahead to find out how best to order. It said about Lieferando. When asked whether there was a lot going on at the moment and whether it would work well, the answer was "Yes, order via Lieferando". Then we did it. It should take 34 minutes. Of course the time went up, no problem, as it was set very low. After 80 minutes (at Lieferando the status was now that the driver was waiting for the delivery at the restaurant) the order was suddenly canceled without any warning, I then called the restaurant and asked what happened. Completely lacking in empathy, they asked what my problem was and when asked further, they said at some point that it wasn't their fault, that I had never received an order. (Money was debited, the order went through safely as normal) Even after I said my name to which the order was placed, in a split second I was answered with "No, we don't have an order". As if anyone even looked at it! No apology nothing. The joke is that the same thing happened to us on UberEats with the same restaurant. But at the time I thought there was too much going on because of Saturday evening. The unfortunate end is now frozen food on Valentine's Day. Total mood killer and trouble in the stomach. It was really sad that the restaurant didn't even say a few nice words! If you offer the delivery service, you should also be able to fulfill it. Maybe the food is delicious, I don't know, but I can only advise everyone NOT to order here! You risk waiting a long time and getting nothing in the end!

Salad dressing was a ready-made sauce. Chicken breast and vegetables were frozen, which is not possible at all. Restaurant not recommended.

We were swayed by the positive reviews and were honestly surprised. The place is cozy, well-kept, and clean. It started off very well with the friendliness of the waiters, but what surprised us was the delay between courses. It took too long to serve, and the flavor was disappointing considering the excellent reviews it had received.

UPDATE November 2024; We were there again for the first time after the change of ownership. The reception was very friendly and we were given the menu straight away. After a short time we were able to place our orders. We had Bifteki and the Achillon burger🍔. Both dishes were impeccable and tasty. Our waitress was very friendly, attentive and helpful. We come definitely again😀. ================================== Nice staff. Lamb shank, Kos plate and Artemis plate highly recommended. Were outside, so no rating for the ambience. Six years ago, we rated the "old" Achillion four stars. Now, after having been to the new restaurant a few streets away a few times, we can absolutely give it five stars. The service is super nice, friendly, and attentive, and the food, no matter what it was before, is always amazing! Great products, perfectly cooked, a feast for the eyes, and to finish off, the obligatory ouzo on the house—what more could you want? The only thing is the noise level is insane. Staying there for long isn't much fun, but it's absolutely recommended for a meal! Update: The "old team" has quietly disappeared, and the restaurant is now under new ownership. But everyone is friendly and welcoming, the food is good, with a slightly smaller menu, and a bit more expensive!

The food was very good. The calamari was slightly salty. At the beginning, like many Greeks, there was an ouzo or something non-alcoholic, then there was a salad, a main course and finally there was dessert. The staff is very attentive and friendly and the atmosphere is appropriate.

We are regulars here. The food was always good. When we saw the new menus after the month-long closure, we suspected something bad. Usually it gets worse or more expensive or both. They were basically the same dishes. It still tasted good. We ordered the same dishes as always. It tasted good. It was just saltier than usual. Unfortunately, the receipt confirmed the fears. A mere 40% more expensive...The wine was about €5 more expensive Too bad. 40% expensive. Even with the new VAT regulations, this cannot be explained. It's just too much...

Update after 6 months! July 2024 I am really amazed, since the new owner got Achillion everything changed. The atmosphere, the personnel, the food ALL IN ALL 180 Degrees turn from my last time here. The new menu card, are all with labeled for people with different kind of allergies. The staff is friendly and ready to accommodate us. The food is like from heaven. Not only taste ewise but also quality and the size of portions, I am adding some pictures so you will know! January 2024 We visited the restaurant with 2 of my friends. The waiter first tried to sell us a bottle of wine, even though only one of us spoke about getting a glass. And he was just persuing the sell without letting me think of it or say anything. When I asked about the wine menu he tried to avoid it. After I told him several times that I want to see the wine menu, he finally brought it. He informed me, that the wine he was suggesting us was worth it of 30 euros. One not so cheap wine to be honest. After we decided to do not get a bottle he took our orders a bit displeased. I ordered the beef filett ( ordered medium) with thyme sauce potatos and grill veggies with salad which I upgraded for a Greek salad. Total cost 34 euros. As appetisers we got some things for my friends that I could try due to gluten intolerance. So I can't say anything. But we order the Feta in the oven with tomato and peppers. I sweat to God when they Brough it on the table I thought it was a joke. One slice of Feta, with 2 pieces of cherry tomato. 2 pieces of peperoni pepper and some olive slices.. Taste wise was good, was money worth it? Definitely not. In one point the waiter points my friend and says, quite rude in my opinion, "you have been here before" and he does the same while pointing at me. And all this while addressing us "causally" with "du" something that I find really disrespectful as a costumer. My disappointment continues when my food arrived. 2 thin layers, cause you can't call these pieces whey where literally thinner than my picky finger, of meat (max 100gr both combined) . 1 potato cut in half. 5 pieces of pepper and half(!?) Cherry tomato. Some brown sauce on top and thats all. First I eat try the meat, dry with no flavour and nothing close to medium grilled. The sauce was definitely not Thyme sauce. Probably just a regular brown sauce which brings me to my later problem. The potato was at least a day or 2 old and just preheated which gave it a weird texture and taste. I mean if I wanted to eat 3 days old potatoes I would just stayed home. Not paying a ton of money for it After we were done and we asked for the bill another waiter came, I guess he was trying to be "funny" but when my friend asked to pay some specific dishes that we order, he was standing next to her and leaning on the table. He just put the phone-like Maschine and saying loudly and multiple times to her " just press it" JUST PRESS IT " as if is her job to add the things in her bill. We said goodbye and ready to leave we heard some comments about our appearance, apparently they were trying to be flirty just for fun by they end up being disgusting. And even though this evening wasn't bad enough, I realised that even though in the menu was not mention, my food was with gluten in it, probably the brown sauce. So I spent the next 3 days, being in pain and bloated and having even trouble sleeping and eating. Which led me to loose a day of my work. So for me, this restaurant is a no go. Even though when I visited few years ago the service and food were decent. This time is HUGE disappointment.

We haven't been in the West for that long, but Achillion has almost immediately become a local pub.

I had grilled liver. And gyros. The liver was tender and very well seasoned. The gyros are crispy and juicy. Not dry and still has a rusty aroma. The salad dressing on the side salad wasn't that good. A bit thick and sweet, not enough vinegar. For me anyway. I liked it but I didn't think it was tasty. That's why I didn't say anything. Conditions was very attentive and super friendly. We would like to thank you for a wonderful and wonderful evening. On July 11, 2024 We really enjoyed our wedding anniversary there.

Unfortunately I was disappointed. Probably a change in operator/chef as it has been closed for a longer period of time. I had an appetizer platter to share. This was very good and fills a woman up on its own. But the gyro was a letdown. On the first bite I had a very salty piece, but the old meat flavor still came through. Sorry, that's not possible given the prices. Other pieces were ok, but I lost my appetite. Restaurateurs should not be surprised if the number of guests drops due to prices and poor quality.

The food is ok depending on the dish. However, prices are expensive compared to other Greek restaurants. The portions are large and sufficient. What is extremely negative, however, is the service. The waiters are unfriendly and unreliable. In our case, several dishes were either completely forgotten or mixed up; when we pointed this out, we were greeted with extremely rude comments. It's a shame because the ambience looked promising.

Spontaneous decision to eat here on our weekend trip. We weren't disappointed. Beautiful ambience, a friendly welcome, very attentive service and excellent food with an absolutely fair price-performance ratio. There is also a nice selection of really good Greek wines. Here you feel like a guest from the first moment, thank you for a great evening. And even though the entire staff is very courteous and friendly, special praise goes to Stratos! Sympathetic, funny, incredibly attentive, simply great! We will definitely come back when we are in Stuttgart again!

It would be great if online reservations were switched off during company holidays or at least the period was blocked. I made a reservation for a large group this evening and just by chance saw a review here that said the restaurant was currently on vacation. Too bad...
