We ordered for 50€ for 5 people and no one was full the portions were very very small 4 small tacos for 8.50€ is a joke… never again thank you… the food was cold no cutlery no napkins… since we ordered to the hotel We didn't have any cutlery... it didn't look appetizing either...

Excellent service and amazing food!

I have no idea where the good reviews come from. I ordered pulled pork tacos and got some tortillas with sliced ​​chicken. The "sauce" is watery salsa or something similar and an almost drinkable green liquid, which was probably supposed to be guacamole. However, the service was great. I would probably only eat there again if Arzu & Pizza5 are crowded. As an emergency solution it is perfectly fine.

Really nice employees, and FINALLY some authentic mexican food in Dresden!!! So awesome, really delicious. The chorizo and al pastor was GREAT and the cajeta crepes were awesome too! Very good price on the alcoholic drinks and shots. Will absolutely return whenever I can. EDIT: Except on Saturday. NEVER come in on a Saturday. They have this abysmal self-serve buffet system that was cold, and wasn't stocked at all. Ew...

Super tacos zu sehr fairen Preisen

Das ist das geilste mexikanische Essen, was ich bis jetzt gegessen habe. Die Tacos und Toppings sind super und frisch. Die Drinks sind auch super lecker (unbedingt Horchata holen). Die Atmosphäre ist auch super nett, genauso wie die MitarbeiterInnen und die Musik, auch wenn es auf ersten Blick durch die Nähe am Konsum hektisch wirken könnte. Es lohnt sich wirklich, hier anzuhalten!

The owner, who is also the chef, is such a sweet woman. She cooks great food and gives such a homely vibe. The tacos tasted really nice and a good portion. The meat was seasoned well and cooked to perfection. There is also a vegetarian/vegan taco option, which tastes good as well. She also makes the tortilla chips in house with great guacamole. The Horchata (drink) is also something you should try out. It's one of the best and closest to Mexican food in Dresden. I would totally go back. On Saturdays, there is an all you can eat tacos offer for 15 euros. Just check the timings before you go.

Love it! Endlich ein Laden in Dresden, bei dem es leckere Taccos gibt! Die Quesadillas, Gringas und vor allem die Horchata sind ebenfalls großartig. Leticia kenne ich ohnehin nur als liebenswerte Person. Schaut unbedingt vorbei! Das Mexican Street Food, das ich mir seit Jahren in Dresden wünsche!

Einfach Mal ein authentischer Mexikaner im Konsum. Angemessener Preis gutes Essen. Ist aber im Konsum. Aber ist kein schneller Snack man muss schon etwas warten.

Super authentische Tacos, schmeckt wie in Mexico.

Also eins vorweg, ich esse gerne Taccos, Burritos, Enchiladas, Quesadillas etc. Und habe die schon in einigen Ländern sowie Restaurants sowie selbst gemacht gegessen. Von daher kann ich hier einige Vergleiche anstellen. Der erste, das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis hier ist sehr gut, wenn man ordentlich Fleisch möchte. Denn die Tacos sind nur sehr klein und deswegen passt nur Fleisch mit rein sowie etwas Sauce. Das wiederum macht sie sehr simpel, was nichts schlechtes sein muss, aber nicht ganz mein Geschmack entspricht. Auch ist die Menge für den geforderten Preis Anno Oktober 2022 gut. Ebenfalls als einigermaßen gut bewerten würde die die Qualität des Fleisch, auch wenn das Schwein mit Ananas leider zu trocken und etwas zäh war und die Menge Ananas sowie das Aroma war auch eher so mäh. Und Apropos Aroma, hier war leider bei allen Sorten die hatte Luft nach oben. Chili, Oregano, Kreuzkümmel usw. Die eigentlich merklich sein sollten, waren eher mau im Aroma ausgeprägt. Lediglich beim Pulled Pork fand ich das Aroma gut, auch wenn es etwas intensiver hätte ausfallen können. Was mit abseits davon gefallen hat, ist dass man mit der Taco Platte Saucen nach Wahl und zum Dippen bekommt. Diese sind Geschmacklich auch gut, wobei ich schon bessere gegessen habe. Schärfe war ausreichend, etwas mehr hätte aber auch nicht geschadet. Der Service war nett, mittelmäßig schnell und das Ambiente leider leider etwas darunter im Eingang von einem Supermarkt zu sein. Dennoch ist es nett mit den Schäden auf den Tischen. In der Summe OK, wer wirklich nur wegen Fleisch Taccos möchte, der wird sicher zufriedener, wer aber für die Summe hingeht, der könnte etwas enttäuscht werden.

Wer wirklich authentische mexikanische Küche mag oder probieren möchte, ist hier gut bedient. Die Tacos Carnitas sind sehr zu empfehlen.

Einer der Geheimtipps für kulinarische Erlebnisse, meiner Meinung nach. So viel Auswahl ich konnte mich garnicht entscheiden. Die Tacos waren besonders mit der roten Soße extrem lecker, dazu die Horchata und zum Abschluss den besten Flan. Top!

Authentic Mexican cuisine, made by actual Mexicans. Excellent tacos, homemade salsas. They even salted the bottle of Corona before serving it with a lemon slice. And you can't beat the price. It's located in the foyer of a supermarket, so nothing fancy—no piñatas, no sombrero on the wall. Just tasty realness. Highly recommended!

Mexitaco Alaunstraße, 21 01099 Dresde Tel +49 (160)91834248 Mexitaco, reinaugurado el primero de julio de 2022, es la genuina taquería que vamos a encontrarnos a la entrada del supermercado Konsum, en el nº 21 de Alaunstraße, la Straße más principal de la Neustadt de Dresden. La jefa de cocina es la mexicana Leticia Ortega Flores. Consumada taquera que en sus inicios en la capital de Sajonia, hace más de una década, ya colapsaba las calles de público haciendo cola para probar sus afamados tacos. Pura street-food de puro éxito. El taco define a Leticia, quien aprendió a cocinarlos por amor y hoy le habla quedo y suavecito a los suyos porque así le salen más ricos. Ese es el secreto de tanta delicia. Los mexicanos llaman taco a cualquier comida que pueda envolverse en una tortilla de harina, es decir, un taco sería todo lo tortillable. Aquí, en su flamante taquería Mexitaco vamos a encontrarlos de Carnitas, del Pastor, de Chorizo, de Alambre (pollo) e, incluso, de Mole Poblano. El molito, que le dicen ellas. Un plato muy tardado de elaborar. Además de los tacos, también son harto recomendables sus Quesadillas, Gringas y Kekas. Unas versiones queseras que conforman un sabroso manjar de lo más gourmand. Los matices se amplifican hasta la última espiral del infinito gracias al salseo con el que podemos acompañar estos condumios ancestrales; y que aquí se dispone a discreción del cliente. Para entendernos: en un autoservicio cuya única medida está en el picante, con una muy inteligente y testimonial presencia para que este cumpla su función de avivar y afilar sabores. Por otra parte, estos cuencos de guacamole, salsa roja, pico de gallo (una ensalada de jitomate, cebolla y chile), etc., ofrecen algunos de los alimentos patrimoniales mexicanos que son de lo más bio que puede uno echarse a la boca. El local dispone de barra y de una muy coqueta zona de comedor ambientada con mucho tipismo. En definitiva, un lugar muy recomendable para degustar genuinos sabores mexicanos con una buena oferta de tequilas, con las infusiones típicas de todo restaurante mexicano que se precie de serlo: el Agua de Jamaica y la Horchata de Arroz, y de cerveza. Cerveza mexicana, naturalmente.
