Nice location, "Germanized" Mexican cuisine, friendly service.

Although located in a touristy area, the overall concept works perfectly! We love coming here. The food is delicious, the cocktails are quick and good, and the dessert is highly recommended. The value for money is excellent! There's nothing to complain about!

The food was so-so; I've definitely had better Mexican food. The atmosphere was great, and the staff was friendly, but a smile now and then would have made things a bit more relaxed.

It's always a pleasure to visit Enchilada. We come here regularly and look forward to every visit! All the dishes are truly delicious. The cocktails sometimes vary slightly in the amount of alcohol, but it's not too bad. Celebrating the arrival of 2026 right on New Year's Eve was an amazing party! At midnight, we lit a firework display in the street and some sparklers. We weren't allowed to take our trash back inside, but they took care of it for us right away. We thought that was very thoughtful! See you again soon!

The homemade nachos as a starter were really good, and the enchiladas for the main course were also delicious! The waiter was good, could have been a bit more attentive, but still perfectly acceptable. Tip: Loaded nachos and Mexican fries – absolutely fantastic!

We had reserved a table, but arrived a bit early – partly because of the cold. We did get a table, but it was the worst one for the evening! Right by the door, where it was freezing cold at -5°C. We made good use of happy hour, and the cocktails were great – the Zombie and Mai Tai were really good. The food was so-so, rather bland! We both ordered the Texican Kitchen platters. The portions were okay, but not generous. My companion's platter was missing the sour cream. The chicken wings weren't spicy or particularly good. The corn, which I assume was fried, had an unpleasant aftertaste. The food definitely needed more zest! The service was okay. Unfortunately, our seating and the bland food prevent us from giving it a top rating!

The food tasted good, but the tomato salad had thyme that tasted like dish soap. A shame. The portion sizes were okay. The server was infrequent, and it took quite a while for the food to arrive.

SO AMAZING!!! The vibe, the food, the staff – we were told we'd have to wait up to an hour without a reservation because it was busy, but the servers found us a table super quickly. The non-alcoholic cocktails were delicious and really reasonably priced, the food tasted exactly as I'd imagined and was incredibly filling. The location is so inviting and the staff were so incredibly friendly, even though they were working on Christmas – a dream come true :)

Although, perhaps a favela-inspired design wouldn't hurt. 😝 (Please don't do that) 🤣

The staff at the restaurant were very friendly and provided good service. However, the food was only mediocre, and the churros were greasy. What annoyed me most, though, was that we were asked to vacate our table, which we had reserved for 6 pm, by 9:30 pm. This wasn't mentioned when we made the reservation. As an alternative, we were offered a table next to the restroom. I probably won't go there again.

Beautiful, centrally located, and reasonably priced. The food could have been a bit spicier, but the excellent service more than made up for it. So, 5 stars.

I was very disappointed with the service. I had to wait a long time before I even got a table – the staff simply walked past without acknowledging me. No one brought me a menu; I had to get up and find one myself. My requests were completely ignored. The cocktails were 90% ice – you could barely taste them. Overall, a very unpleasant experience; I cannot recommend this restaurant.

My girlfriend and I arrived around 9 pm. We were told the kitchen was already closed, so I can't comment on the food. However, the service was very poor. There was a sign at the entrance saying "Please wait, we will show you to your table," but even though there were plenty of staff and only a few guests in the restaurant, we had to stand at the entrance for more than five minutes, which was quite unpleasant. Then we ordered shots and cocktails and asked for the shots to be brought to us first, as we wanted to sit outside at the tables by the artificial fire to enjoy the cozy atmosphere. We were told "okay," but then we received the cocktails immediately, while we had to wait more than 15 minutes for the shots. When the shots finally arrived, the waiter who served us deliberately turned off the artificial fire where we wanted to sit and even removed all the blankets from the spot we had previously indicated. Then we ordered shots and cocktails and asked for the shots to be brought to us first, as we wanted to sit outside at the tables by the artificial fire to enjoy the cozy atmosphere. Overall we were somewhat dissatisfied, and as for the cocktails — the glass was almost completely filled with ice; only the name of the cocktail remained.

We were very dissatisfied with our visit. Due to an intolerance, I wanted to omit the grilled vegetables from my main course. Unfortunately, this wasn't possible with either dish, as the waiter informed us, since they were already prepared and simply reheated. Instead of offering a solution, he mocked our request to omit the grilled vegetables, which I found very disrespectful. It was also news to me that it's impossible to customize dishes and that everything is simply pre-made. We ordered an appetizer platter, which arrived very promptly, and just two minutes later, our main course was brought to us. The timing was completely unreasonable. This was my first and last visit.

Worst Mexican food I have ever tried. I think they do their own tortilla chips because they taste really wrong. The corn tasted weird. And my quesadillas wasn't great either flavour wise and it was so soggy that I didn't know how to eat it. The vegetarian tacos was ok but not the other one

The service was pleasant and helpful, the environment was nice. The beer was without any significant flaws. The drink was properly prepared. We had one meal for two and the helpful staff brought two plates. The Mexican food was really great. What I do not recommend at all is the burger. It is our fault, ordering a burger in a Mexican restaurant was stupid. Don't make the same mistake.

I was so excited for Mexican/Texan cuisine again and then unfortunately felt a little sad. We ordered the Snack Platter as an appetizer, and the main courses were Plato Mexicano and Plato Verde. The dips were good, and the way everything was presented was also good. Unfortunately, the taste wasn't quite as convincing. I pretty much lack the taste for Mexican/Texan food (unfortunately). Whether it was the beef taco, mini burrito, or quesadas, the main ingredients (meat and cheese) were pretty scarce in my opinion. I understand that everything in the city center is made in large quantities and that they should/are/must cut down on the ingredients today, but we missed the "Mexican/Texan soul" in the food. We still ate the appetizer, but I (unfortunately) left the main course at a good 60%, and my companion at about 40%. With the burrito, I felt like I was chewing on something lightly seasoned, a kind of dry mass, and everything else wasn't great either, unfortunately, in our opinion. When the plates were cleared, someone asked me if I enjoyed it, to which I naturally responded with a shake of my head and the statement: It wasn't great. The waitress asked me if it wasn't mine, to which I replied with a resounding no. I would have been happy if they had asked me again (including from the kitchen when such plates are returned). Overall, friendly service, a great atmosphere, and the cocktails also made a good visual impression at the neighboring table. Enchiladas is a really nice place 🌮✨ I've been there a few times, and although I really like the place, I haven't been completely satisfied with the food so far 🤷🏻‍♀️. Maybe I just didn't choose the best dishes, but I'm missing a bit more of that authentic Mexican taste 🇲🇽. But what I can definitely say is: The cocktails are amazing 🍹😍 great quality and really delicious! The service has been very friendly and helpful every time 😊.

Unfortunately, we can't really recommend the enchilada food. We got a snack plate for two and left it at that. The corn on the cob was inedible, completely floury and raw. Very disappointing and questionable in my opinion. The chicken wings weren't crispy or anything like that. Cheap barbecue flavor. The dips, except for the yogurt dip (which was really good), were awful (just incredibly sour and spicy), and we didn't need the weak tortilla chips again. It's a shame, because the place really has something to offer. Our reserved table wasn't that comfortable either. It was like sitting on a serving platter, right in the middle of the action and right by the entrance. When we asked for a different seat, we were only told we could sit at the bar stool tables. But that would have been even more cramped. The noise level wasn't particularly pleasant either. We had to speak very loudly to even hear each other, as everyone around us was also loud, and the music drowned us out. I would come back again just for the cocktails. But unfortunately, they're also very full and watered down with (crushed) ice...like the lemonades. Still, they taste great, and during happy hour, they're also fairly priced!

A pretty good Mexican restaurant with a well-decorated interior. If you're looking for a Mexican restaurant in Dresden, I would recommend this one. The food was authentic and the noise level was pleasant. However, the table arrangement could have been improved. Nevertheless, I highly recommend this restaurant.

Well, what can I say? My daughter was visiting with friends over the weekend. And I was surprised at how honest she was with me. They sold her alcoholic cocktails without asking her age. She's not yet of legal age! Even if it's stressful in a restaurant, they should be careful here too and ask for ID. I find it a shame when I consider that they ask for ID for a box of chocolates in the supermarket, and nobody cares here. On top of that, the typical Mexican flair is lost. They play current charts instead of local music. What a shame.

The ambiance is very nice and the service is also very friendly. The food was very good, but unfortunately the fries were cold. Hence "only" 4 stars.

I have to be honest, I've been there three times in the last six months and I'm always disappointed by how poor the service is. It doesn't matter whether you're sitting there as a couple or in a group. It's a shame. The food is frozen/prepared, and it's really okay. But the service is terrible. They don't take orders, they order incorrectly, and they don't bring the ordered items. That's completely unacceptable. Nothing against hiring people from other fields, but please train the people and get them up to speed properly.

The atmosphere is incredibly cozy. My chicken bowl was too small for the price, in my opinion. It's not likely to fill you up as a main course. The cocktails are great, as always!😍

As promised, here's my review of the Enchilada. Since Enchilada is a chain, you could say the food is standardized like at McDonald's. But I wasn't here for food, I was there for a cocktail. And to make things comparable, it was another mojito. At reception: very friendly service, you're shown to your seat. No, I don't want anything, just my mojito. It takes seven minutes: then it's there. And that's what a mojito should look like. The first suck on the straw tells me immediately: it tastes just as good as it looks. This is the perfect mojito, surpassed only by Cuban bartenders who have absorbed the right mojito recipe with their mother's milk. The flavor is amazing. A balance between the individual components, a shot more alcohol than necessary, self-dissolving white sugar, a composition worthy of a mojito. B sample a day later: new staff. Even friendlier than the day before, and the mojito is still of the same quality. Top, top, top - everything was done right. Congratulations to the host, great staff, and a first-class taste experience for the guest.

We ordered tacos — there was no explosion of flavor at all, it just tasted like plain tortillas. The meat (the beef option) was dry, and the vegetables were bland. In my opinion, the price is quite high for this level of quality. I was disappointed.

Delicious food in a lovely atmosphere. Even without a reservation, we received a friendly welcome and were seated outside. Since the restaurant is located on a major street, it's easy to watch the people passing by while waiting for the food, which took a bit longer to arrive, but was still very hot and delicious.

Very generous portions, making it a great value. All the dishes we ate as a group were delicious. We'll be happy to come back next time we're in Dresden.

The dessert was delicious, and when we asked about any allergies, we were immediately handed the allergy card. The drinks were excellent and the staff very friendly. The atmosphere was also great. The music volume was just right.

I went in a Monday for dinner, not crowded, slow service, I asked for the burrito supremo, it became with a side no extra, they bring the incorrect side twice; I ordered with fries (single french fries) they bring me the first time rice with something else not wanted, they changed and give to me a french fries with a not the best guacamole and french fries was cold. The burrito supremo was not tasty and the tortilla looks not fresh. In summary, I will never come back to this place, not recomended.

I ordered the vegan Burrito New Meat with the mixed salad side, which was really tasty and fresh, I enjoyed it a lot. But the portion was quite small for the price, so one star less for that. The atmosphere is nice and the waitress was extremely kind :)

Very good food, tastes excellent, and the dishes and portion sizes were explained very well. The staff were very prompt, and we got a table even though it was very busy. You sit a bit in the passageway, where there is some passing traffic. Otherwise, a beautiful restaurant, very good value for money.

We were there on Saturday evening with a group of seven people. I had to pay €5.90!!!!!!!! for an elderflower spritzer, and the waiter said, "Well, I don't have 10 cents," so he took my €20 and gave me back €14! How cheeky can you be? Especially since the price is very surprising, since the elderflower spritzer is listed online as €3.90. I know it's not easy with a group that wants to pay separately, but this is a rip-off! We won't be back.

Cheesecake liquor (special here) is highly recommended. We also got horchata booze drinks which were amazing.

My girlfriend and I visited Enchilada Dresden and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience due to the attitude of one of the waitresses (a young woman, possibly Asian—just to identify her, not meant in a negative way). We asked for a table for two, and she immediately started walking us inside without asking whether we preferred indoor or outdoor seating. When we told her we actually wanted to sit outside, she responded quite rudely: “Then why didn’t you say so?” As a server, she should have clarified that option rather than assume—especially in a restaurant with both options clearly available. When we sat down, we noticed that each outdoor chair had a blanket, but only one of our chairs did. My girlfriend asked if she could have one as well, and the waitress responded dismissively with: “Then go take one yourself.” This is not the kind of attitude you expect from hospitality staff. It made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. The food and ambiance might be nice, but the service left a bad impression that overshadowed everything else. Staff should be trained to be more polite, accommodating, and attentive to guests’ basic comfort.

I'm extremely disappointed with the "happy hour" cocktails on offer. The first Pina Colada was excellent. The rest were a complete financial flop. I drank five. They included more ice than anything else. This is pure, deliberate rip-off of the customer. Nothing like "it's done by a machine." Who would stop this? 🤔 A real human being. I won't be coming to you anymore. Even if it's nice in itself.

If you don't like it too spicy, you might want to steer clear of the chili peppers. Service could be a bit faster. It's also busy during the week, so it's best to make a reservation online.

I met a friend there on a Saturday evening. We didn't have a reservation, and a young waitress tried very hard to get us a seat. The restaurant was full, so the noise level was a bit loud, but what do I expect on a Saturday evening? Despite the full house, the food was served quickly and tasted excellent, piping hot, and very flavorful. Yes, the price is on the upper middle range, but given the location, I wasn't surprised. I don't understand some of the reviews, but they're surely just snapshots and that's how it felt at that moment. It's a shame for the restaurant. I/we really enjoyed it.

We had made a reservation online, which was a big hit with us. Whether we wanted to sit inside or outside was up to us on the spot. The server who served us was very friendly. My ordered drink, "elderflower spritzer," was made with a syrup containing sweetener. Unfortunately, this wasn't listed on the menu. If I hadn't tasted it right away, my intolerance would have been immediately apparent. The server immediately swapped the drink for one of my choice. Ingredients like these, in particular, have to be declared on a menu. That put us in a bad mood. We didn't even have to wait 10 minutes for our food. That really surprised us. I had a burrito, which was tasty. Fries came on the side. They were "sloppy" and barely salted. My husband had a Classic Burger. Well, what can I say? It wasn't anything spectacular and a burger that wouldn't fill you up. The prices don't reflect the quantity and quality of the food. It's a real shame, because the ambiance is truly beautiful and the service is genuinely attentive. There wasn't a feeling that the food was prepared with love. Just a quick "tourist service."

Unfortunately, it's not authentic. At a real Mexican restaurant, you don't have to worry about celiac disease, since everything is made with corn. Show me a place in Mexico that only serves flour tortillas. But otherwise, it's fine. Good drinks 👌

The ambiance is very nice. The drinks menu leaves nothing to be desired. Unfortunately, the food doesn't have much in common with authentic Mexican cuisine. Nevertheless, everything is beautifully presented. A little tip: mention that the dishes are garnished with cilantro... many people can't tolerate or even dislike cilantro.

A typical restaurant where you feel like you're being deliberately ripped off. The prices are extremely high, even by today's standards, and completely unjustified. Even worse, however, was the service: The waiter completely ignored us, even though we were long overdue to pay. Instead, he preferred to serve the next table – and even poured cocktails to obviously underage girls there. This is irresponsible behavior that you shouldn't expect in a reputable restaurant. Absolutely not recommended.

There are no stars!!! On Saturday evening, around 11:15 p.m., we found a free table and sat down. After a few minutes, a waitress came over and asked if we had sat down ourselves. We were asked to sit at another table to avoid confusion. The seat at the recommended table was wet. I asked for it to be wiped down. This was done, and from then on, we were ignored. The waitress chatted to another waitress. We left after a long wait.

Anyone who wants to enjoy Mexican cuisine will definitely get their money's worth here. The service was friendly, and despite the many other customers, she frequently came by to ask if we had any other requests. I found that pleasant. The dishes were reasonably priced and very tasty. I would have liked to try more, but oh well :) If you have the opportunity to stop here, you should definitely do it!
