The dishes are very tasty and the staff is very friendly.

We were there on Friday evening and ate in. Since I'm not from the area, I hadn't been to the restaurant before. We were there with someone in a wheelchair, and thanks to the ramp, we were able to get in without any problems. The staff immediately rushed to help us open the second door. The restaurant wasn't crowded, so we were able to get to our table without any trouble. The service was very attentive and friendly. We had Adana fries with rice and chicken skewers with fries. Beforehand, we were served a small salad with fresh parsley and a basket of freshly baked bread, which was very crusty. There was also a selection of dips. The food was incredibly good, everything freshly grilled and prepared. Afterwards, we were offered complimentary Turkish tea. The ambiance was appealing with a rather modern decor, and everything seemed very clean and well-maintained. Perhaps some background music would have enhanced the experience, but even without it, it was a lovely evening. The price-performance ratio was good; it was worth the money. We were very satisfied and would like to come back again sometime. I highly recommend it.

Now, however, it's served on a separate plate, as a side dish. I've always been given bread and salad, as a starter or between meals. The location is in downtown Wanne-Eickel. So, if you want to sit outside, sometimes the children of a certain clientele are so loud that it's almost impossible to enjoy, even late at night. But the owner can't really do much about that.

For me, one of the best Adana skewers there. And the food in general is excellent and very clean. The shop is also right in the city center. And the hosts are very good, always polite and respectful. It makes you feel at home.

We were regular customers there until yesterday. We ordered a grilled plate for two, two cheese rolls, a meat stew, a small plate of doner meat to try, and two drinks. Price: €85 According to my calculations, Mevlana ripped us off by at least €25. Now my question about why we're the only ones there in the (wannabe) restaurant has been answered. Very disappointed. We were just there and ate there. We had the MENU, a kebab plate with everything that came with it, and a lentil soup. So we didn't order anything else. We then asked the waiter what these various dishes were, and the ketchup and mayo. He said they were our extra sauces because we didn't want them on our plates, and then we asked him to put them on a separate bowl. He then said that because we had them on a separate bowl, we would have to pay extra. We were regular customers. Today was the last time we ate there! Such a shame. It's not about paying extra. I find it ridiculous, even though it was a set menu. (The owner should think a little more about retaining his regular customers!)

Very disappointing! I ordered from Mevlana via Lieferando. After waiting for over an hour, my food still wasn't there. I tried to call the restaurant 15 times, but no one answered. According to Google, the restaurant was already closed at that point – but my order was still accepted and my money was taken! I then tried to contact the restaurant via Instagram, but was blocked :) In the end, I had to order elsewhere because there was no delivery and no one was available. Absolutely unreliable and no customer service. Never again!

I order from Mevlana, especially when I'm sick and can't cook for myself. The food is always delicious. The food arrives to me fresh and warm, and the taste is simply excellent. The portions are generous and the selection on the menu leaves nothing to be desired. What I particularly like is the reliability and friendliness of the team. No matter how stressful the day was, Mevlana always brings a bit of joy into my house. I can only warmly recommend this delivery service - for me it is the best choice when it comes to delicious food!

Food was great. The waitress (a middle-aged woman) was very nice. As a group we each got the Iftar menu. Each of us was very full and even oversaturated :) There was free tea as much as we wanted. I think we will go there again next year for Ramazan

Guten und schnelle Döner zum Mitnehmen und alles Zutaten sehen sehr frisch aus das. Ambiente sieht sehr angelehnt and die Türkei aus, die Luft ist kühl und angenehm man kann Smalltalk mit dem Chef machen.

War zu Iftar da, mir war es wichtig dass das essen auch pünktlich zu Iftar ankommt. Das essen war pünktlich zu iftar da sogar 1 min vorher und was ich sehr schön fand es gab extra sogar eine Iftar menükarte (suppe, Hauptgericht, salat und ein Nachtisch) Sehr freundliches Personal und das essen hat auch sehr gut geschmeckt 🤌🏼

Wir haben schon öfters vor Ort gegessen und auch öfters bestellt. Früher war das Essen durchgehend sehr gut. In letzter Zeit ist das Essen zum Mitnehmen sehr wechselhaft: manchmal sehr gut und manchmal nicht ganz durch. Das ist nicht Akzeptabel.

Glücklich doch bestellt zu haben... Nachdem wir soviele negativen Bewertungen gelesen haben und obendrein noch zum Teil die Kommentare des Admins gelesen haben, welches Aufschluss darüber gibt, dass man kaum bis gar nicht Kritik aufnehmen kann, dachten wir uns, wir versuchen es einfach mal mit dem Restaurant. Wir waren vor Jahren schon einige male da beim vorbesitzer damals und waren recht zufrieden. In der Tat war auch alles super. Essen bestellt Adana in Brot mit Salat und scharfe sauce Döner in Brot mit viel Zwiebel und scharfe sauce und tzatziki, sonst nix an Salat Pide mit Hackfleisch und Käse Alles richtig geliefert. Wartezeit waren nicht mal 20 Minuten Von der Bestellung bis zum Erhalt Preis Leistung war mehr als fair und völlig in Ordnung (21,50 Euro). Kein Plan was es hier zu bemängeln gibt?!! Essen kam heiß! So heiß, dass man Sohn noch warten musste mit dem pide Essen. Döner frisch und lecker aber immer noch etwas zu wenig Zwiebeln für meinen Geschmack, muss ich dazu gestehen. Aber dennoch Mega lecker. Adana war super und meine Frau hat seltener Weise auch mal komplett aufgegessen. Also 5 sterne mehr als verdient. Vor Ort waren wir noch nicht essen also kann ich zum service nix sagen bis jetzt. Aber der Mitarbeiter der die Lieferung ausführt ist Mega nett... Wir "kommen" bzw bestellen wieder... P. S. Wir haben direkt im Restaurant angerufen und bestellt und nichts mit lieferando etc etc.

Kann die ganzen negative Bewertungen hier nicht verstehen. Man gibt sich hier immer soviel Mühe. Selbst wenn ein Fehler gemacht wird oder es vielleicht mal nicht so schmeckt wie man erwartet hat hier wird keine Mimik verzogen und sofort versucht den Kunden zufrieden zustellen ohne viel Gerede.

War mit Freunden spontan dort essen und dir Ardana im Dürüm war so lecker , dass ich mir die letzten Tag auf dem Nachhauseweg noch einen mitgenommen habe . Nur zum Empfehlen nettes Personal und schöne Einrichtung
