In contrast to some other Greek restaurants, you can still eat really well here. The service is very friendly and attentive. The menu is rich and varied. The food is visually beautifully presented and also sufficient. The price-performance ratio is acceptable.

The food and service are still very, very good. Only the tzatziki is anything but Greek. The original is made with Greek yogurt. The tzatziki at Meteora at least tasted like Ouark, was a bit too runny and garlic was hardly used. Otherwise everything is super delicious!!!

Authentic Greek experience – a pleasure for all the senses! I had the pleasure of dining at this wonderful Greek restaurant and would highly recommend it! As soon as you enter you are greeted by a warm atmosphere that takes you straight to Greece. The furnishings are tastefully designed, with Mediterranean accents that perfectly round off the ambience. The service deserves high praise. The staff was extremely friendly, attentive and always had a smile on their faces. You don't just feel like a guest here, but almost like you're at home with friends. If you love Greek cuisine or want to get to know it, you should definitely visit this restaurant. A real culinary highlight! I'll definitely be back.

Wir kamen an einem verregneten Abend ins Meteora, aber dann war man gleich wieder im Urlaub in Griechenland. Die Einrichtung wie fast alle griechischen Restaurants, klischeehaft und etwas überladen. Die Bedienung sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, die sich während des Essens zweimal erkundigte, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Zur Begrüßung gab es gleich ein Gläschen Ouzo. Zum Essen: Der rote Bete Salat mit Walnüssen war ein Knaller, die "παιδακια" (die Lammkoteletts) waren gut und reichlich, beim "σαγανακι με γαριδες" (der überbackene Käse mit Krabben) stimmte auch alles. Auch die aufgetragenen Greichte auch den Tisch um uns herum sahen sehr gut aus. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können das Meteora gerne empfehlen...........

Yesterday the two of us spontaneously went to Meteora for dinner. Even though there were a lot of people there, we got a seat quickly. The restaurant is very well organized and fast with many employees. The boss welcomes the guests directly with a handshake – a very nice gesture. The shop is nicely decorated, we had space for two people with enough legroom and without being cramped, at a nice table with a pleasant atmosphere (small candle on the table). To drink we had Cola Weizen and a Winkler Kupfer, and at the same time we were handed an Uzo. For starters we had garlic bread and manitaria (baked mushrooms with tzatziki). The main course was Piato Saloniki (practically a village/farmer's plate) with various types of meat, rice and tzatziki as well as Kritharaki, Greek rice-shaped pasta gratinated with Metaxa sauce and Edam cheese. At the Piato Saloniki a second mountain of rice wouldn't have been bad, but otherwise everything was very good! We paid €60 and were both completely full. We'd love to come back! ☺️

Very friendly staff. The boss is also always present and takes care of the guests. The restaurant is very comfortably furnished. The food was plentiful, fresh, very appetizingly prepared and tasted excellent. You can't complain about the price either. We've been there twice and definitely not the last time

The food was uniquely good. It's been a long time since I've had such good Greek food.

Anyone who comes here doesn't know "Ask the State". Everything came true. Thanks to the health department and the hygiene control. I wish everyone else a speedy recovery.

Even though we didn't have a reservation, we were able to get a spot thanks to the friendly staff. The menu offers something for everyone, from vegetarian to meat-based. Since I hadn't eaten lamb in a long time, I decided on the lamb shank with giant beans.. Wow what a portion! I haven't been this full in a long time! The lamb shank was very tender and tasty. The giant beans with the sauce rounded it all off. There were also two slices of bread so that I could completely clean the delicious sauce off my plate :) I will definitely eat here again.

We recently visited the Meteora restaurant and absolutely loved it! The price-performance ratio is excellent. The food was simply fantastic - from the starters to the main courses, everything was fresh and tastefully prepared. Particularly noteworthy is the extremely friendly service. The service was attentive and very welcoming, which made our visit even more pleasant. We will definitely be back and can highly recommend Meteora!

There were 23 people in the restaurant and we felt we were in the right place. A super good restaurant with perfect dishes, it was extremely tasty. A top class restaurant. Perfect timing with the serving of the food. Had a starter and a main course (moussaka) one of the best ever. A well-attended restaurant.

Nice Greek restaurant with the typical selection of dishes. The welcome was warm and the service staff were friendly and attentive. The four of us stopped there spontaneously on our bike tour without a reservation, which wasn't a problem. The food was freshly prepared and everyone enjoyed it. The price-performance ratio is OK.

The food in this restaurant was very tasty and the service was friendly and accommodating. However, we can still only rate our visit here with 3 stars. The portions are disproportionately large. The proportion between side dishes and meat was not right, the proportion of meat on both plates was so large that you could neither eat it nor want to eat it completely. In a time when issues such as meat consumption, waste avoidance and healthy eating + obesity are very important to the population, the portions do not have to be that large (1 large turkey steak per portion is completely sufficient, it doesn't have to be 2). It's not about the price either, it is very fair and can remain the same even with smaller portions. For tourists without the possibility of cooling doggy bags, my conclusion is: very tasty food, unfortunately 30-50% of it ends up in the garbage can - a shame!

Dass Essen war sehr gut , und wirklich lecker. Der Service auch . Und der Preis war knapp 19 € ja teuer ist es schon geworden, aber auch gut.

Bauernsalat 1,50 Aufpreis und dann ist es mit Dressing versaut. Lamm leider nicht durch und zum Anschluss ein Galaktabureko das mit einer Grießschmitte nix zu tun hat sondern nur eine Blätterteigrolle mit nix war. Da er der einzige Grieche in Beilngries ist kann er sich das wohl erlauben. Aber ich würde da nie mehr essen.

vom Preis/Leistungsverhältnis bin ich persönlich nicht ganz zufrieden,eher sehr enttäuscht,zu teuer für die Menge vom Essen.

Sehr gut besuchter Grieche. Der Wirt hat , durch die Wärme, sein Lokal Richtung Supermarktplatz erweitert. Die Speisen schmecken gut, Preise okay, und Portionsgrösse sehr gut. Wir können das griechische Lokal empfehlen.

Wer griechisch Essen will, der muss zum Meteora, sonst versäumt man nämlich etwas Leckeres! Nette Gäste, nettes Personal und ein immer freundlicher Wirt! Aber Achtung, oft bekommt ohne Reservierung keinen Platz, so gut isst man dort!

Wir behalten euch in guter Erinnerung 😃👍 Wir sind zum Urlauben hier,aber die Gastro im übrigen Umkreis ist nicht mehr das was hören/ sagen vorgibt . Schniposa locker 14€+ Salat , Bier entsprechend.
