The restaurant is located a little outside and there are enough parking spaces. Unfortunately, the playground is totally loveless and looks out of place. Unfortunately, it can also be very loud inside, simply because of the size of the rooms. The food is okay, but some of it just isn't tasty, such as the duck, which just isn't crispy, just limp. The staff is very nice and totally helpful.

Yes, exactly as I described it before, more bad than good! You should no longer enter the STORE at all. The unfriendliness can no longer be surpassed. It's better to play around with your STUPID cell phone than to receive GUESTS!! But the problem is probably like that everywhere. What are GUESTS anyway? People have probably forgotten this in general, even in GERMAN restaurants. Maybe something for anti-social eaters. The accompanying drinks don't do it either. The quality of the ingredients leaves a lot to be desired given the prices. Made with inferior ingredients. There's something wrong with the "store" anyway. Even the staff loitering around, waiting for something, is very noticeable. But who cares when you can overload your plate to the brim as if you haven't eaten in 3 days.

The restaurant is no longer what it once was. The quality of the food has deteriorated, only the quantity or selection options are okay. I'm not coming back anymore.

Reception was mediocre, the food such as sushi was not cooled, some were ok, some were not at all, to be honest, it is already better than the pre-packed food in the store. The restaurant has a fairly large buffet, especially the chilled products could be better.

All you can eat for a reasonable price, with plenty of choice in food and drinks. If you have something grilled, they bring it to your table when it's ready, which is nice! The supplies were well replenished and the food was tasty. It was quite warm inside, which made it a bit less enjoyable to eat.

We like to come here either as a family or as a couple. You can always eat very well here, the atmosphere is fine and the service is also excellent, the food is very varied and the price is reasonable.

Mengu Buffet is an Asian restaurant with a nice concept. You pay a fixed amount and for that amount you can eat and drink unlimitedly. For €17 per person we enjoyed grilled dishes and "normal" ready-made dishes such as noodles, nasi, foe yong hay, babi pangang and many other dishes. They also have fries and frikandels. The drinks are in refrigerated display cases and you can grab them yourself. They are half liter bottles of the well-known brands. You can order what is not in the display cases, but there will be a payment involved. You don't have to stand in line at the baking tray because you have a metal peg on the table with your table number and a letter. You put this clip on your plate before you put it on the bar near the baking tray. Your plate is neatly brought to the table. In between you can have a drink, have a nice chat or grab something from the "ready-made". The price is very reasonable and the food tasted good.

We wanted to celebrate a nice graduation there and ordered for 50 people!! Unfortunately the restaurant was unable to arrange the tables to form a beautiful table. So we all had to sit at small tables scattered around. We were placed in the area where empty bottles, dishes and cutlery were collected. The service staff did this at a loud volume! The food was quite good, unfortunately relatively unseasoned. All in all, you can eat there and you'll be full! In our case it was a real shame.

Extremely unfriendly staff. You don't feel welcome. I can't recommend it to anyone. It's actually a shame because the ambience and location is very nice. But I will never go there again.

We were there for dinner. The buffet including drinks costs 25 euros per person and offered a lot! The food was fresh and tasty, the selection was large. The drinks included in the price were also really good. Vio lemonade, Coca-Cola, iced tea, beer, wine, coffee. There's nothing to complain about when it comes to price either. No cheap stuff and everything in original bottles. Top. There was fresh salad, various fruits, sushi, different types of fish and of course the classics. Duck, chicken, fried rice etc. I have reason to complain about the drums. Some of the service staff were more busy with their cell phones than with the service. There were also guests on either side of us with music on their cell phones and very loud, private videos. I would have liked the operators to intervene here. Unfortunately they don't have it.

Very varied food, very well stocked sushi 🍣 bar. Live cooking at lunch and dinner, chocolate fountain. Drinks all inclusive for 16 euros at lunch and 28 euros in the evening. The only downside is that there is no crispy fried duck here, I prefer the duck crispy. Absolutely recommended

A good place to meet friends, you can also buy banquets to go, e.g. sushi for PLN 6.6 or a container of food. Everyone will find something for themselves here.

One of the best Mongolian restaurants in the Kleve district.

We had dinner there on Saturday with four people. We booked a table in advance, which was definitely better as it was very busy in the restaurant. Payment was made in the entrance area and then we were allowed to choose a seat. You were allowed to take drinks from the fridge free of charge; these were included in the price of 29.99. The food was okay, some tasted better, some tasted worse. The selection was very large and plentiful. In particular, the buffet for "having it fried" was very balanced, even if it perhaps offered a little less than in other restaurants. The buffet wasn't the biggest in general, but it was still great. Unfortunately, a few of the signs were no longer up to date or were simply wrong, so we reached for pork and ended up with fish. All in all it was OK, but we wouldn't come back. It was also just too crowded. Price/performance top.

The food is always delicious, the waitresses are always polite and courteous, everything inside is clear and the outdoor area is getting better and better. From the playground to the fish pond, everything is there, very nice again.

So it can be classified in the middle category, but as an employee you should stick to the opening times even if almost all the guests are gone by 9:30 p.m. And the rest of those who are still there don't feel like they're rushing to eat because they want to call it a day...

The brochure states that the buffet is open until 2:30 p.m. However, there is no information about whether you have to eat your meal before 2:30 p.m. or whether you can stay a little longer and finish your lunch. It was noticeable that the employees were waiting for all the guests to leave the premises. A brief information at the entrance would definitely make the whole situation easier and otherwise the whole restaurant was great and tasty. Worth a recommendation.

The food selection is very large, unfortunately the quality was significantly better before Corona. There has always been a lot of breaded food (it must have come from somewhere for the owners, but now a lot of frozen goods have been added to the vegetables. If you like frozen broccoli, ok, not me! The range of drinks on offer is very good, all branded items!! The service can no longer be described as such, especially since the huge room at the back was added. It's just pure mass processing of employees who barely speak German and just silently take your plates away. Unskilled cheap workers. If you value a LOT of food, mediocre quality and don't care about service, this is the place for you. In addition, he has to accept an atmosphere like in a large canteen because it has become incredibly loud due to the construction and the crowds. I don't need to say anything about the cleanliness of the toilets, especially during peak times. And the fact that you have to sit to the left of the entrance area next to stacks of empty drink crates and other stuff leaves you speechless. Last but not least, when you go in and out at peak times you walk through a large crowd of smokers, great, even as a smoker I find that unreasonable. A large area, but all the ashtrays right at the entrance - bah! Conclusion: Go there during peak hours, have things freshly fried, eat lots of salad and rice, then it's good and, above all, the meat is still HOT!!! Have a good meal!

For the All CAN YOU EAT buffet...large selection of meat...fish including side dishes, dessert, various drinks such as beer, wine, water, juice, coffee at a fixed price...more than fair!!!!! Staff friendly, nice and helpful. Will definitely come back there more often...

Saturday dinner is 30 euros per person, all-you-can-eat, entry at 6pm, food until 7:30pm. There are many items to choose from, including various fried meats, sushi, fried rice and noodles, salads, desserts, and soups, but the food is not exquisite. The freshly fried meat is very dry and has a strong taste. There are many drinks to choose from, including a variety of sodas, beers and wines, and glasses are also provided. Sorry only 3 stars, I can't give it more and that's still well-meaning. Most of the dishes were cold, and the desserts (mini cream puffs, raspberry rolls, apple pie, etc.) were even frozen. Also strange, you have to pay before you enter the restaurant... Some of the staff didn't really look well-groomed.

For 17 euros what do you wanna have? We arrived there and they said that they didn’t accept cards. Try to search in all the pockets and counted all the coins we can seat. Of course no receive. The woman told us we had an hour to eat but at after 30 min the lady came to tell us if we were done. We asked why we couldn’t have fruits and dessert and they re opened again that part. The waitress told us that they stop to serve food at 14:30. Really confusing. If I really don’t have choise I can say that something is eatable but avoid this place, it’s bad quality food.

The reception was very unfriendly. The Dutch payment card did not work, so we had to pay in cash. The tone in which this was announced was not customer friendly

Very good food and service, at a very good price

Large selection of ready-made meals, deliciously prepared and quickly refilled. Many different types of meat and fish and various side dishes for live cooking. The dishes and empty bottles are cleared away quickly - great! When you use the buffet, you pay before you get to your seat, so you don't have to wait for the bill at the end. Drinks are included in the complete price and, like the buffet, are also available for self-service. All in all a good price-performance ratio.

Staff are a bit cold at reception, but very motivated. Used plates are put away immediately. Buffet is OK. Atmosphere is also appropriate.

The Mengu Buffet is a good, solid buffet restaurant with fair conditions and good food. I think the evening buffet with grill for €27.90 is completely legitimate. I'd love to come back here!

War zum Essen retten hier und hab so geschmeckt, wie lecker das Essen hier ist und komme dafür unbedingt zum Buffet wieder! Sehr nett, vielen Dank!

Gar kein Service mehr, alles Selbstbedienung. Das Essen war kalt und hat auch nach nichts geschmeckt. Selbst die Suppe die immer gut geschmeckt hat, schmeckt wie verlängert. Der Nachtisch war so billig eingekauft. Und von dem Preis gar nicht zu sprechen. Viel zu Teuer, Preis-Leistung nicht mehr gerechtfertigt. Waren wohl das letzte mal da. Und die Sanitär Anlage ekelhaft.

Essen war absolut in Ordnung. Wer auf Buffet und Fleisch steht, kommt hier auf seine Kosten. Leider war das Ambiente sehr kalt und die Toiletten total verdreckt und kaputt. Für mich ein absolutes No-Go! Darum leider nie wieder.

Services ist relativ da sich alles selber geholt wird allerdings sind die Personen vom Service schnell mit dem auffüllen und mit dem wegräumen der Teller.

Sogar die Getränke ( außer Schnaps und Cocktails) sind mit im Preis enthalten

Wir waren am ersten Weihnachtstag hier. Das Essen war sehr gut und obwohl es ausgebucht war, war das Buffet nicht überlaufen. Die Mitarbeiter waren wie immer sehr nett. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Das Essen vom Buffet ist qualitativ nicht wahnsinnig hochwertig, muss es für den Preis von gut 27€ auch nicht sein - vor allem dann, wenn man bedenkt, dass diverse Getränke im Preis inklusive sind. Geschmeckt hat trotzdem alles, von daher gibt es eine klare Empfehlung für das Mengu!

Personal ist grauenhaft und unfreundlich. Waren in einer großen Geburtstagsrunde dort und Geschenke und Privatartikel wurden auf Seite geräumt und weg gepackt ohne zu fragen. Stühle wurden während des Essens vom Tisch umgestellt. Bedient wurde unfreiwillig. 30 Minuten vor Beendigung der Mittagszeit wurde man schon fastzum gehen genötigt. Preis Leistung passt 👌🏼

Das eigentliche Essen: geringere Auswahl als in anderen Buffet-Restaurants. UND ALLES LAUWARM!!! ERFREULICH: Jasmin wurde auf Nachfrage prompt gebracht.

Sonntag Mittags für 2 Personen knapp 56€ für Buffet inklusive Getränken . Sofort zahlbar beim eintreten. Das Buffet ist so wie bei fast jedem anderen Chinesen . Man wird nur am Tisch gar nicht mehr bedient, da man sich sogar die Getränke selbst holen muss . Alles in allem ist es ok , aber nicht unbedingt günstig für Leute die jetzt nicht fünf Bier zum Essen trinken.

Puh, wo fange ich an.... Ich schreibe nicht oft Bewertungen.... Entweder weil es mega gut ist, was jeder wissen sollte oder aber weil es so schlecht war, dass man es niemanden zumuten möchte. Das zweite ist hier, leider, der Fall. Wir hatten uns sehr gefreut, nach viel Streß in letzter Zeit, mal wieder gemütlich lecker essen zu gehen. Da wir ein Gutschein hatten, fiel die Auswahl leicht. Es war sehr ungemütlich und viel zu unpersönlich... Ich fange mal langsam an, wir kamen rein es war sehr voll und laut, naja wenn es voll ist, ist es meist lauter.... Die Dame am "Empfang" war nicht sehr freundlich und sprach trotz der Lautstärke zu leise, musste immer mal nachfragen.... Es ging sehr schnell... Fragte nur kurz wieviel Personen und kassierte dann direkt, über den Preis war ich geschockt. Denn unser Gutschein reichte nicht aus, obwohl ich das dachte. Insgesamt über 80€ waren es und soviel haben wir beim Asiaten /Mongolen ect. Noch nie bezahlt für 3 Personen. Dann standen wir da und wussten nicht weiter, sollten wir uns einen Tisch aussuchen, hätten ja auch Reservierungen bei sein können... Nachdem wir nachfragen war es egal. Wir nahmen platz, es kam niemand also gingen wir mal gucken, wo das ist und wie das so läuft. Wir konnten alles finden, erstaunlicherweise war auch Wein im Preis inbegriffen. Leider war das Essen 0815 und dazu noch kalt bis man am Tisch war. Das Personal war von Gästen nicht zu unterscheiden. Es gibt anscheinend keine einheitliche Berufsbekleidung dort, oder jeder darf tragen was er will. Warum es so voll war, trotz des schlechten Essen ist mir ein Rätsel. Zur Toilette habe ich mich nicht getraut. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von dem ganzen und natürlich werde wir dort nicht mehr hingehen und eine Empfehlung werde ich NICHT aussprechen. Eher warne ich davor.

Wir waren begeistert. Auch das man 5€ "Strafgeld" zahlen muss, wenn der Teller nicht leergegessen wird und das Buffet nach Geschäftsschluss an Menschen mit geringeren Mitteln ausgegeben wird, hat uns sehr angesprochen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
