Worst. Ate there twice. Everyone has two chances. Vomiting diarrhea again!!! I advise you to stay away from the store! Hygienic is also questionable if meat falls down and is picked up again! Is that normal for you? 🤢🤮

The best kebab shop in Jena, I can only recommend it. We have ordered kebab here about 8 times, always the highest quality, friendly service, they always remembered us and what/how we eat. Thank you very much 😊

The kebab was really not tasty. Neither salad, nor sauce, nor the bread. Only the meat was okay. This has absolutely nothing to do with a Berlin kebab.

We've been coming here regularly for Dürum and kebab food for over 5 years. The quality is consistently very good. Our child really likes the pasta with the tomato sauce. We don't go to any other kebab shop in Jena. The guys are all always friendly, highly organized and quick. Card payments have also been possible for some time. The feedback from your customers is important to you and you always get a smile when you come in and you always feel welcome. Keep it up!

Every now and then I go there to eat. Service is right. The food tastes good. Price and performance are okay in my opinion.

Had veg döner here for 6 euro. It was tasty and spicy. Would recommend and try again here. Man at counter made döner spicy on request. Ambience was nice though. Thank you.

Habe hier eine Pizza gegessen. Der Boden war verbrannt und der Geschmack war ganz okay.

Gerne wieder! Essen sehr günstig, aber dafür echt gut. Super freundlich. Und alles sehr sauber.

Mittelmäßiger Döner zu hohem Preis. Im Osten so viel Geld für einen Döner hinzulegen, der nicht mal richtig schmeckt. Naja, immer hat die Bude lange auf und versorgt einen nachts noch mit etwas zu beißen zwischen den Kiemen

Mekan zählt nun schon seit vielen, vielen Jahren zu unserem liebsten Imbiss in Jena. Ob Döner, Nudeln oder Pizza - es schmeckt immer. Hier kann man auch sehr gut vegetarisch essen. Die vegetarischen Nudeln sind eins meiner Lieblingsgerichte. Der Service ist immer freundlich. Je nach Tageszeit muss man etwas Geduld mitbringen, aber es lohnt sich. Würde es einen Lieferservice geben, würden wir sicher noch öfter bestellen ;)

Ein einfacher Döner hat 15 Minuten gedauert. Bei 2 Kunden ist das nicht akzeptabel.

This small restaurant offers a great variety of food. Among its dishes are the most famous of Turkish food (döner and Kebap), Italian food (Pasta and Pizza) and even vegetarian food (salads). The taste of the vomit is good and the price is not high. The employees are nice with the clients who do not speak German, they have a lot of patience and make an effort to communicate in English.

Für 7 Euro nicht grade ein Hochgenuss mit Sättigungsgrad. Der Döner ist mit Curry überzogen, nicht sonderlich groß aber anscheind dementsprechend teuer.. 🤷 Ansonsten waren die Bedienungen nett und freundlich. Zubereitung dauerte etwas bei wenig Betrieb.

Ansich alles ganz ok. Wird aber der erste Döner in Jena sein, der 10€ kostet. Letztens 8€ bezahlt. Mitarbeiter eigentlich immer gut drauf.

Bisher habe ich dort eine „Standart Döner“ bestellt. Dieser ist absolute zu empfehlen, dass Fleisch wird frisch geschnitten wenn man bestellt und der Döner hat eine ordentliche Größe. An Soße und Salat wird nicht gespart somit nicht nur großes Brot sonder auch voll gefüllt mit Salat, Fleisch und Soße. Schnelle Zubereitung, nettes Personal.

Leckerer Döner zu noch okayen Preisen. Vegetarischer Döner oder Dürum für 5,50€ im Oktober 2022. Schade dass der bestellte Falafel und halloumi Käse am Sonntag alle war, aber es wurden passende Alternativen (frisches Gemüse und Käse). Dürum war unten auch ordentlich geschlossen und es tropfte nichts heraus. Der Döner war leider unten etwas eingerissen, aber das passiert eben manchmal. Update Oktober/2022: Heute habe ich eher einen Kinderdöner erhalten, Brot sehr klein und Füllung mager, es ist also eher durchwachsen.

A nice fast food place based off of Turkish and Middle Eastern cuisine, including Döner. Pizza and Pasta have special days: Monday is €5 pizza. Tuesday and Friday is the day for pasta at a cheaper price. It is a good place to go to either way there or takeaway. Open late night and convenient for students partying in the city to grab some food after party. Very friendly customer service. Limited seating.
