We ate something there yesterday and even though it was very busy, ordering via the app was very quick and everything was grilled to perfection. 😀

Chicken nuggets were anything but delicious. My child couldn't eat it and it was simply thrown away.

Like any other branch, I wasn't given enough of a hamburger in the bag, which was very annoying.

Waiting time of over 20 minutes for 2 ice creams. Other people who ordered after us got their food before us. This is called a fast food business

Everything was ok here again. Only the toilets weren't that special this time.

We just got our food after waiting in line at the drive for 30 minutes. We had pre-ordered via the app, which was a big mistake. Everything was cold and a burger was missing, although I asked the staff if it was really complete. When the crowds on the drive are so big, you can't prepare the food you order. 44€ for the work...

I was there on August 1st at 11:45 p.m., I made the order wrong, the burgers didn't taste good at all, the fries were at the end, after I went in (because one burger was wrong) he put the burger back behind the counter (maybe around to sell it again) overall extremely unhygienic, if I had the power I would close this shop for the time being and especially fire the “cook”, shame on you for this rubbish

I was over earlier and failed five times. I only ordered a croissant and I had to wait forever and no change of money in the cash register was ridiculous.

A clean and tidy McDonald's. The employees are friendly. Something unpleasant is that smoking is allowed right next to the playground.

On our last visit, the restaurant was, as usual, very busy. Not a problem per se, but unfortunately this time there was a bit of chaos. There was no table service, so there were a lot of people waiting to be served. The employee in charge repeatedly called numbers into the room because the monitor that normally displays the pickup numbers was also out of order. This was very disruptive during the meal, the quality of which was typical of McDonald's.

Disappointed. In the current campaign, strangely enough, the codes for ice cream, cola and apple turnover had already been loosely and obviously redeemed by the staff, because they were invalid after I redeemed them in the app. It's nothing earth-shattering, but something like that is absolutely not possible!

Staff unfriendly and not fluent in German, toilets very dirty

We were here on July 21st. I really want it! The service is excellent and they are very attentive!

I don't really know, it used to be okay. But today the food doesn't taste good anymore. The employees are just grumbling and there are ants crawling around everywhere.

The food is very practical for our little ones and also very cheap. The adults don't really find good options, but the coffee at McCafe is good. Service is mostly friendly, but not always clean and the playground is often so-so...

Food OK Unfortunately no table service, tray return was overfull. Tables very dirty, at least one table was cleaned upon request. Probably a lack of staff... 🤷‍♂️

Completely failed three out of three times, Eternal waiting time Never, really never order completely, let us give you receipts and check every item, nobody here can count to three. Oh yes and if you want your topping to be somewhere in your box and not somewhere, go to another store, unfortunately absolutely nothing works here.

Holy shit, people here complain when they have one too many pickles in their burger. Relax, you whining Karens. If you were to cover your eyes from your smartphone for 2 seconds and look into the kitchen, you might realize how stressful it is to have to serve dozens of customers at the same time in this cramped kitchen. It should be clear to you that small mistakes happen. If you want high-quality fast food, you don't go to McDonalds but go to a fancier store. But 1 star deducted for the sometimes cheeky prices. I know; Inflation this but almost 6€ for 6!!!!! chicken nuggets is already deadly bold!!!

I waited 30 minutes for a chisburger and a chickenburger, one big failure, the service was not nice, I do not recommend it, they also gave the wrong order

The food was cold, after a row due to the long waiting time, I was served the wrong burgers. The atmosphere attracts customers because the service is supposed to feel good. The toilet is as dark as a cave.

People don't need to waste any more words... for old and young, those on a budget, vegetarians,...

Super slow staff unfortunately and unfriendly when you ask why you have to wait 20 minutes for fries and a standard burger when there are few visitors. Unfortunately the quality is getting worse and worse.

I go there about once a month and I have to say the store isn't bad, but usually something that you ordered is missing. Mostly it's just little things like sauces but sometimes something is forgotten in the Happy Meal, at least it has happened to me that the book was forgotten. When you eat there, sometimes the tables aren't wiped down.

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐ It's just McDonalds, you shouldn't expect too much. Good for a quick snack on the go. Sometimes something is forgotten, but if you let us know, it will of course be given to you later. Our dog loves the cream! 🐕

That's a record: waiting 25 minutes for two burgers. Slow food instead. Fast food. It was also very crowded, I admit that. But that's not possible. To cancel my order and get the money back is cheeky! Burgers were fresh and flawless

After every appointment at the Jena University Hospital, I visit McDonalds. Since I rely on a walker, the service staff brought the food I ordered to my table. Thanks !!!

Don't offer table service, paddy is burnt, I didn't want that many roasted flavors.

Weak! Big advertising for Coca-Cola glasses at the McDrive order counter. The output then suddenly says: no longer available This is misleading advertising!

It's getting worse in Schkeuditz. MC Flurry stands in the warm again for 10 minutes until he is given. Suddenly no one can speak German when spoken to.

If you have a lot of time you can go there, long waiting times on the holiday

Very rude attitude towards visitors. The female cashier worked as if she was doing me a favor. A regular cheeseburger took 20 minutes to make, and customers who arrived later received their orders much earlier. When asked why it took so long, they received a dissatisfied face and the answer: “No problem, just stand there and wait.” It feels like this cashier hates the whole world. Next time I'll better go to another cafe.

Super, for everyone who loves McDonald's and a definite plus they are open on Sunday, when most shops and other things are not open on this day in Germany. There are free parking spaces, even on Sunday. Well, McDonald's itself is like everything else, clean, fast and inexpensive.

50 minute wait for 2 cheeseburgers and a fries

I was there, everything was very clean, I really liked it. Keep it up when I come back on May 8th. When I'm back in Jena, I'll come back for dinner 😘🌺

Personally, I think I get the freshest Big Macs and creamiest milkshakes here! No matter whether restaurant or McDrive!! Thank you to the staff for your effort! The only drawback is that the toilet is very narrow!

It's just Mcdonalds, if you're a little hungry you can do it if nothing else is available. Unfortunately, the prices have now risen significantly, but it hardly fills me up. It's a real shame, it used to be known as quick and cheap. It's only quick on good days, it's no longer cheap for a long time. Yes, the ambience is just like any other McDonald's, except that the pick-up displays never work properly... Every now and then I like to eat ice cream there.

We (family) went to this location for breakfast today. We also use the toilets. Everything was fine and clean. Until I lost the key on the couch. Sorry guys, but is this a corner where no one thinks to vacuum? It looks like this under all the pillows. I don't want to let the scumbag Klaus out here. Just draw your attention to it briefly. It was not possible to order a complete order at the terminal; various side dishes/sauces simply could not be ordered. So we, 6 people, just left annoyed and won't be coming back anytime soon. In summary, very, very bad ordering system! You lose your appetite.

Definitely suitable for quick hunger pangs. The plus point is that this McDonalds is right on the highway and can therefore be reached quickly. As a result, it can be very crowded at times, but things are going well at the moment. There are enough parking spaces available. It's always worth it. 😁Still fine.

Super unfriendly staff. Not particularly child-friendly and the outdoor playground is still to be used, even though it has been nice and warm for weeks. Unfortunately it's not particularly clean. There is no Babyccino, although it is excellent.

Mc Donalds, Amsterdamer Str, Köln Sie hatten heute scheinbar einen Unternehmensberater dort. Ich wollte 2 Burger, daraufhin machte er ein Angebot, aber er sprach in Überschallgeschwindigkeit. Ich: Häh? Er grinst, die anderen grinsen. Tja, das ging nach hinten los. Ihr braucht wohl eine neue Agentur!!! Was soll der Lerneffekt für die Angestellten sein? So schnell wie nur möglich zu reden und alle sagen ja - außer mir - und lachen einen aus, wenn man nachfragt? Wenn das das neue Motto ist, dann kaufe ich lieber bei der Konkurrenz! 1 Stern dafür, dass ich das Essen endlich mal sofort bekam.

I picked up breakfast today and ordered every product I ordered exactly twice. For once, since it worked the last few times, I didn't check whether everything was in the bag. Of course, something was missing this time, so one thing was only included once, even though there was absolutely nothing going on in the store. So the employees weren't stressed, but they still didn't put one thing in the bag. I also had several pieces of eggshell in a Bacon & Egg McMuffin, making it barely edible.

As wanted and usual. The price is slowly becoming outrageous.

The food was ok. Unfortunately a little bit of salt on 🍟 and nuggets. You have to like the chili cheese nuggets. A bit unclean in the restaurant.

I was very impressed by the friendliness of the staff and the speed of the food. The order was delivered exactly and nothing was forgotten. We were only in the drive-thru, but everything looked very inviting from the outside. The food was extremely good and filling for a McDonalds.

Wartezeit war angemessen aber Tische und Boden sehr verschmutzt. Reinigungspersonal war die ganze Zeit nicht auszumachen.

Übelste Zustände!!! Ewige Wartezeiten am Mc Drive, Personal total genervt und hat ihr Headset in die Ecke geschmissen. Auf der Autobahn angekommen meinen Big Rösti aufgemacht und siehe da das Fleisch hat gefehlt. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen, lieber weiter fahren und zum nächsten Mc Donalds gehen.

Es ist durchaus nicht die schickste Filiale aber was Charm und Kult angeht hat dieser McDonald's einen wahren Ehrenplatz im Lobedarer-Viertel verdient. Die feine Gesellschaft trifft sich hier an Sonntagen gerne Mal zum Schlemmen.

Ein ordentliches Ambiente, die Toiletten sauber und vom Essen, was man bei McD erwartet. Positiv hervorzuheben war die Freundlichkeit des Personals, auch im Umgang mit Kindern.

McDonalds eben, kenn den Laden schon sehr lange und wurde eigentlich nie enttäuscht.

Das Essen war lecker. Die Pommes und der Burger war frisch. Es gab alle gängigen Produkte.

Kann die schlechte Rezensionen nicht verstehen. Ging schnell und alles war frisch. Danke. Zudem war alles sauber, auch die Toiletten.

Verkehrsgünstig an der Autobahn gelegen wartet diese Filiale mit einem ansprechenden Ambiente und dem klassischen Angebot von McDonald's auf. Der Service ist zufriedenstellend, die Sauberkeit stimmt und das Essen ist lecker.

Naja, man weiß ja, worauf man sich bezüglich der Küche und dem Angebot beim "Großen goldenem M" einlässt... In unserem Fall unterwegs auf der weiten Fahrt für einen kleinen, kurzen Imbiss wegen der Kinder hier angehalten... Freundlich und Schnell ging es. Soweit okay - aber 1. etwas mehr auf die Sauberkeit könnten die Verantwortlichen eigentlich schon Wert legen 🙄 somit stimmt das Ambiente wirklich nicht angenehm und 2. der Indoorspielbereich ist für Kinder bis 3 Jahren definitiv nicht geeignet 🙈 (das machen zumindest andere Filialen besser).

Viel los zur Weihnachtzeit Essen am Counter mit Tischnummer bestellt Lange auf das Essen gewartet Preise sind teuerer bei MC geworden

Leckeres Fastfood. Nicht mehr, nicht weniger.

Mein Sohn bekam sein Happy-Meal schnell an den Tisch gebracht, sogar mit einem Ballon dabei. 🎈 er hat sich sehr gefreut. Zudem schmeckt der Kaffee sehr gut!
