By far the worst food I've ever had at a McCoy's. Sometimes, for some reason, the coupons didn't work, and redeeming them was a nightmare. Nothing worked, even though I just wanted to leave some money behind. The food was cold, and the fries were unsalted. This resulted in a pesky mood. This McCoy's is going on my blacklist.

This shop is located in a privileged spot, with no breakfast options nearby, including a bakery. And the breakfast is precarious; please be careful with the eggs and the amera, how they're prepared. They're not fresh and have a very strange smell.

If you want to throw up, you've come to the right place.

I waited half an hour for a standard burger and fries. It wasn't that busy, so I wouldn't have waited that long. I ended up leaving without the food.

The food was okay. However, everything was extremely dirty.

Ordered an espresso macchiato and got a disgusting tasting coffee with milk.

The staff was extremely relaxed; they couldn't even answer questions whose answers can be found on the McDonald's website. The ice cream had melted before it reached the table. As I said, the staff were very chilled...never again.

You don't have to be a fan (and maybe you shouldn't be), but I always enjoy being here 😉

A typical McDonald's restaurant with current ordering systems but also conventional cash registers can still be used. Everything as it should be, friendly staff and, if desired, table service. Very nice!

I go to the Golden Seagull maybe once or twice a year, but I have to say it tastes good and I'm satisfied.

The double burgers are a joke; a single roll is bigger. The meat patties are only a few millimeters thick, and there's barely any other topping. Never again!!!

McDonald's like McDonald's 😅 Recently renovated: it looks more modern, but also darker and a bit less spacious. There's a small play area with a projector 🎮✨. A new option is to pick up your food directly from the parking lot 🚗🍟—a bit reminiscent of the early drive-ins. Overall, solid 👍

CHECK your orders! 1st time: Ordered plant-based nuggets at the McDrive, but realized at home they were meat. At first, I thought, "Maybe it's a new recipe," and bit into them...angry and crying. That's NOT OK. Thoughtlessly putting meat in vegetarian food is disrespectful and more than just a simple mistake. 2nd time: A week later, I went in and wanted a simple iced coffee shake with caramel. I ran out and tried it first...it was a strawberry shake. Being the people-pleaser that I am, I didn't really want to make a fuss, but the nuggets were still in the back of my mind. So I went back. They didn't understand what was going on at first and had to look at the receipt five times. After five minutes, I got my "new" drink. I tried it again outside. Not a bit of coffee. It was the strawberry milkshake, only this time with a kilo of caramel syrup!!! I didn't go back because there's no sense of competence in this store anyway. The shake ended up in the trash. INCREDIBLY RUDE. Even after complaining. I will never order from there again. They double-check everything! It's a disgrace. There are also things like allergies.

The food counter area is too small. The faucet in the women's restroom was broken, so the water would sometimes run continuously. One of the two restrooms was broken, and the one remaining one was much too narrow. The men's stall was also too narrow. The display board at the counter was broken. The ice cream and fries were delicious, though, and the staff made a great effort.

That was an unpleasant experience today: I used to enjoy eating a wonderfully crisp, colorful salad at McDonald's. What I got in this box today was pretty outrageous: lettuce leaves completely shredded and no longer fresh, 3 cucumber and 3 tomato slices much too large and unripe, the onions I had specially ordered and paid for were hard to find and of zero quality, and on top of that, there were unidentifiable, cheaply breaded pieces... I'm still stunned... and better stop any further descriptions of today's experience there.

There are often very long waiting times at the Mc Drive.

We got everything we needed at the McDonald's near the highway. We drank two coffees and tried a chocolate crossie, which my wife, who tasted it, said was "okay." Ordered via app, everything was perfect, but the women's restrooms were a definite downside: there was barely any space and the space right next to the toilet was so cramped that you could barely sit there. It doesn't seem to have been optimally planned.

For services I would actually give 10*.

To breastfeeding mothers: AVOID THIS STORE! As far as the food goes, it's just a McDonald's. However, I'm shocked by one employee. After a two-hour drive, I pulled into the McDonald's drive-thru to quickly pick up some snacks for myself and my son. Unfortunately, I didn't realize there were a lot of cars in the drive-thru (and it was moving SUPER slow). I had a two-month-old baby with me, who got hungry during the long wait, so I took her in to breastfeed. When I was finally served, they handed me my drink with the words, "Food's still coming." As I sat there, in MY car, OUTSIDE the store, I heard a colleague arguing with the young man who had given me my drink. The snatches of words I heard were "what's she supposed to do?", "the child's just hungry," "You eat in public, don't you?!", "this has nothing to do with sexual harassment." We didn't get the food until I quickly interrupted the baby's meal so I could get away. Strange coincidence or pure intention that I didn't get the food until then?! So sorry, but I thought we lived in the 21st century? And if I had known I needed to breastfeed, I obviously wouldn't have driven into the drive-thru. The gentleman (European, in his 20s, I guess) didn't see much either, since I had covered myself as best I could. I then stood in the parking lot and finished breastfeeding there. I'm just shocked. It's sad what social trash cans some people are. PS: Thanks to the nice woman who defended me and the rest of the breastfeeding population so vehemently… unfortunately, some people can't be helped.

Impossible! It started with the parking lot, which is paved at different heights, making it difficult to see due to the few centimeters and the spray paint. I almost fell there, heavily pregnant. Luckily, my husband caught me. It continued inside while ordering. I asked if you could get two chocolate sauces at a regular McDonald's Sunday, since this is also available at other branches (for an additional charge). The response was a very cheeky "it's not possible," in a tone that was not customer-friendly. Until we finished our order, people were fussing about the request for an extra and the exceptions made by other branches. When a colleague joined us, the discussion escalated. My husband and I are completely appalled and know that we will not be visiting this place again.

It's just a McDonald's. Plenty of parking, an outdoor area. You order at those weird places, not personally with an employee at the cash register like before. We waited forever for the food. We paid over €50.00, but 100.00 DM for a small snack. We didn't get full, but you used to be able to have a decent meal at a restaurant for 100.00 DM.

Unfortunately, I had to give it one star. Ordering at the vending machine was incredibly time-consuming. It would have only taken a few seconds with an employee. Clearly, they were cutting corners in the wrong place. Waited 20 minutes for fries, a burger, and a coffee. And the quality was lousy. I'd rather have a kebab—it costs less, is healthier, and at least fills you up. Furthermore, the atmosphere in the restaurant was very unpleasant. Everyone was waiting for their orders and was pretty angry. A gathering of grumpy and hungry people... There wasn't even a screen with the order numbers that were ready. Instead, the employees announced the order quietly and incomprehensibly. I haven't seen such a poorly organized restaurant in a very long time.

In terms of organization, it's a complete step backwards. You order via the app, but then wait half an hour to an hour and have no information about whether your order has even arrived, when it might be ready, how many orders are still pending, and so on. Why the hell are they taking down that stupid display that used to show the numbers?

Dude, how can it happen to you that something is always missing? You have a crappy tablet with the damn order on it and yet there is always something missing.

The interior of McDonald's is very chic and newly renovated, but it's truly astonishing how often items are missing or incorrect when ordering. Furthermore, there's an incredibly rude and rude woman working the drive-through—always in a bad mood, and if you point out a mistake to her, she reacts extremely aggressively. For example, in an order for 20 nuggets, all three requested sauces were incorrect. When I politely pointed this out and told her which sauces I had actually chosen, she snatched the three sauces out of my hand, threw them in the trash, and gave me back two of the sauces I wanted and another incorrect sauce. At this point, I was fed up with her behavior, wanted to avoid further food waste, and left.

The restaurant appears unclean; the tables are smeared with food residue, the floor is dirty, and the seats are sticky. The staff obviously doesn't wipe down the tables, and the floor isn't cleaned of leftovers. I didn't notice anyone here maintaining hygiene and order. The food was cold, the fries were soggy, the salad was wilted, and the Coke was still stale—the ice cubes had already melted. The restroom is dirty; there's no toilet paper or soap for handwashing. Definitely a no-go!

I had to wait 25 minutes for my order. The service and staff aren't very good.

I'm a tourist and visited this restaurant for the first time. The food was really delicious, but unfortunately, the service was very disappointing. My friend, who speaks German, had left for a moment, and I was left sitting alone at the table—right next to the door. A waitress came over to me and said something in German. Since I don't understand the language, I couldn't answer. After a moment, she asked again. I just nodded, wanting to explain in English that I didn't understand her—but she started shaking her head and rolling her eyes in annoyance. That was very unpleasant and disrespectful. Just because someone doesn't understand the language, you shouldn't treat them that way—especially not in a tourist area. Apparently, the waitress thought I had closed the door, which she didn't like. But the truth is: I didn't touch the door at all. She should have clarified the situation first before making a judgment.

Unfortunately, a very unfriendly old German woman at the cash register. I actually ordered a meal with a glass of Coca-Cola included, but they were out, so I didn't get one (GDR vibes). They couldn't even make an exception and give me a reusable cup instead of the Coke glass. The food was okay. The nuggets were very tasty, the Big Tasty Bacon BBQ was carelessly thrown in (nothing like the picture), but it tasted good, the fries were cold... Unfortunately, a below-average experience. I've had much better at McDonald's.

I went to this fast-food restaurant because of the highly touted McDonald's collectible glass jars, only to be disappointed to discover that this McDonald's doesn't offer any glass jars or any compensation for them. Since most of the coupons couldn't be converted, it was pointless to download the app. The employees weren't helpful, and even the shift manager was annoyed by our questions. We weren't full either.

"We don't have any oat milk right now." It's amazing that something like that still happens in a billion-dollar franchise. No oat milk >> no stars. There's one because the sun is shining.

Was there last week and had to wait 15 minutes at the drive in despite pre-ordering and no business. When I unpacked my order I noticed that all the sauces and my mc wrap were missing.

Were there on a Monday lunchtime, very relaxed, not too crowded. Lots of seating inside and outside, also a very attractive interior. The food was very good, warm, freshly prepared, not so carelessly slapped together with the burger, but rather well and proportionately packed. The staff was also very friendly and quick. The drink even included ice cubes, something that is rarely available these days.

Dann gab es den bestellten Kuchen nicht mehr. Kommentar eines Mitarbeiters: "Da muss man doch vorher nachschauen, was es noch in der Auslage gibt" - in unverschämten Ton gegenüber wahrscheinlich verblödetem Kunden. Dann wollte man uns den Kaffee im Pappbecher geben, obwohl wir im Café trinken bestellt hatten. ... alles in allem sehr ernüchternd mit völlig überforderten Personal

It is one fast food restaurant among many, relatively clean and the employees are friendly. The interior furnishings are also quite ok. But the play area for the little ones had to suffer. With only two game boards on the wall, it quickly becomes boring for the children.

I wanted to have food delivered, but in the middle of the ordering process they simply closed the order acceptance facility. Then it doesn't offer or provides different delivery times. I've never had anything like that before.

It takes a little getting used to after the renovation, but the service is still friendly and nice and the quality of the food is as good as usual. Insider tip: The freshly brewed coffee is outstanding. Great.

Went with 4 people on Monday evening and we were allowed to take our dog with us. Super!! Everything came to our table hot and fresh. Everyone was very nice and friendly.

I don't know if it's always so full here, I'm not here in Jena enough for that. But a well-equipped McDonald's, although with very long waiting times (20 minutes) despite ordering and paying at the terminal. A little tip for perhaps slightly fuller visitors (like me or more) - avoid going to the toilet! Extremely narrow cabins where you need a standing plan to get the door with yourself in the cabin. When you finally manage to sit down, you end up sitting on the trash can at the same time. Bad planning! Except for the waiting time and sanitary facilities, it's ok! Staff is friendly.

This McDonalds used to have a great numbering system with 2 working monitors where you never waited longer than 5 minutes, even when there was a lot of traffic... now people who whisper the number in broken German after you've waited 15 minutes for a McMenu Small next to 20 other people who crowd in the serving area and also harass the employees (without meaning to) because they have to go through the middle when table service has been ordered. It's just horrible who came up with such a bad redesign
