McDonald's in Jena

Now the second time after the reopening, I waited 20 minutes for a 2-item order. The food is great, but they are also new machines with new fat and oil, so I expect them. Unfortunately, the staff was completely uncoordinated and overwhelmed, even though there were only 5 customers in the restaurant. A non-German speaking family was introduced to the menu for 15 minutes (nice in itself, but one person to take care of it would have been enough!), but a man next to me was allowed to wait 15 minutes for just a coffee. Unfortunately I won't be stopping here anymore, it has nothing to do with FAST food.

Far too long waiting times at the Mac Drive. It's not even 12:00 p.m. and I've been standing here for 20 minutes without me moving anything! It's clear to see that the employees here are apparently very overwhelmed. A senseless running back and forth. An employee in private clothing and another is walking around and drinking a coffee. What's going on here?

After the renovation it was a complete disaster!! I ordered a small breakfast online while I was out and about, then waited 21 minutes for my breakfast duo in the store. It doesn't work at all!!!

After the renovation it seems much larger and there are more seats. But I miss the bike racks, but maybe the conversion isn't quite finished yet.

No more games for children, fries below ground, I had the Big Tasty Bacon, the thing was ice cold, not even the meat was warm

Since Mac was suddenly closed and Google didn't know anything about it, there was no visit. As far as I noticed, even the employees found out about this not long before and were distributed to the surrounding mecdonaldse.

I have often had problems with Paybal when ordering online. But the employees help in an unfriendly way

If it says open on the internet, it's a nasty surprise when you come across a construction site. So it's closed for renovations!

Leider komplett daneben gelegen. Bei der Ausgabe wurde das Eis komplett vergessen und das beste war in der Junior Tüte hat das halbe Menü gefehlt (Quetschi und Getränk) das muss man erstmal schaffen. Bis jetzt der schlechteste Service.

I'm very angry. I ordered an ice cream with smarties and caramel sauce at the checkout. I got cookie dough with chocolate sauce. Unfortunately, I only checked on the highway.... very annoying, the employees don't understand German or English!

Fast food as we know it. Price-performance is reasonable. There are enough parking spaces available. The waiting time after ordering via the terminal was very long, even though there was "little" going on. Pre-ordering food via the app didn't work or wasn't possible at all the second time. Unfortunately, the play area with a slide outside is closed, inside there is a play area for basketball and an obstacle course, but both are no longer complete or are defective.

Staff unfriendly, toilets dirty, changing room too small, ice machine supposedly broken, no nice indoor play area for children, restaurant always dirty, terminal hardly possible, table service leaves a lot to be desired. So this MC Donalds is not recommended!!! That's not even worth one star!!

We ordered from McDondalds last Wednesday (October 9th). We arrived at 7pm and had to wait 25 minutes for our food. After I complained to the shift supervisor, it resulted in confusion but no apology. Since we were pressed for time and wanted to go to an evening event, I asked him to cancel the order and pay me the money. He said this was not possible even though the food had not yet been prepared. Absolutely not professional and not customer friendly! We are very disappointed.

A somewhat outdated MC Donald in Jena. When you enter, that certain something is missing to feel comfortable It is easily accessible, just outside Jena. The food and staff are fine and helpful. The toilets could be cleaner.

On our last visit, the restaurant was, as usual, very busy. Not a problem per se, but unfortunately this time there was a bit of chaos. There was no table service, so there were a lot of people waiting to be served. The employee in charge repeatedly called numbers into the room because the monitor that normally displays the pickup numbers was also out of order. This was very disruptive during the meal, the quality of which was typical of McDonald's.

I ordered food to take away twice on site and twice it was a complete waste of money.

We like to visit McDrive every now and then before or after work. No matter whether it's breakfast or a burger. And of course don't forget the HappyMeal. We would be happy if items were not missing from an order so often.

We just got our food after waiting in line at the drive for 30 minutes. We had pre-ordered via the app, which was a big mistake. Everything was cold and a burger was missing, although I asked the staff if it was really complete. When the crowds on the drive are so big, you can't prepare the food you order. 44€ for the work...

I was there on August 1st at 11:45 p.m., I made the order wrong, the burgers didn't taste good at all, the fries were at the end, after I went in (because one burger was wrong) he put the burger back behind the counter (maybe around to sell it again) overall extremely unhygienic, if I had the power I would close this shop for the time being and especially fire the “cook”, shame on you for this rubbish

A clean and tidy McDonald's. The employees are friendly. Something unpleasant is that smoking is allowed right next to the playground.

Disappointed. In the current campaign, strangely enough, the codes for ice cream, cola and apple turnover had already been loosely and obviously redeemed by the staff, because they were invalid after I redeemed them in the app. It's nothing earth-shattering, but something like that is absolutely not possible!

The food is very practical for our little ones and also very cheap. The adults don't really find good options, but the coffee at McCafe is good. Service is mostly friendly, but not always clean and the playground is often so-so...

Holy shit, people here complain when they have one too many pickles in their burger. Relax, you whining Karens. If you were to cover your eyes from your smartphone for 2 seconds and look into the kitchen, you might realize how stressful it is to have to serve dozens of customers at the same time in this cramped kitchen. It should be clear to you that small mistakes happen. If you want high-quality fast food, you don't go to McDonalds but go to a fancier store. But 1 star deducted for the sometimes cheeky prices. I know; Inflation this but almost 6€ for 6!!!!! chicken nuggets is already deadly bold!!!

The food was cold, after a row due to the long waiting time, I was served the wrong burgers. The atmosphere attracts customers because the service is supposed to feel good. The toilet is as dark as a cave.

Super slow staff unfortunately and unfriendly when you ask why you have to wait 20 minutes for fries and a standard burger when there are few visitors. Unfortunately the quality is getting worse and worse.

I go there about once a month and I have to say the store isn't bad, but usually something that you ordered is missing. Mostly it's just little things like sauces but sometimes something is forgotten in the Happy Meal, at least it has happened to me that the book was forgotten. When you eat there, sometimes the tables aren't wiped down.

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐ It's just McDonalds, you shouldn't expect too much. Good for a quick snack on the go. Sometimes something is forgotten, but if you let us know, it will of course be given to you later. Our dog loves the cream! 🐕

If you have a lot of time you can go there, long waiting times on the holiday

Very rude attitude towards visitors. The female cashier worked as if she was doing me a favor. A regular cheeseburger took 20 minutes to make, and customers who arrived later received their orders much earlier. When asked why it took so long, they received a dissatisfied face and the answer: “No problem, just stand there and wait.” It feels like this cashier hates the whole world. Next time I'll better go to another cafe.

Super, for everyone who loves McDonald's and a definite plus they are open on Sunday, when most shops and other things are not open on this day in Germany. There are free parking spaces, even on Sunday. Well, McDonald's itself is like everything else, clean, fast and inexpensive.

Personally, I think I get the freshest Big Macs and creamiest milkshakes here! No matter whether restaurant or McDrive!! Thank you to the staff for your effort! The only drawback is that the toilet is very narrow!

It's just Mcdonalds, if you're a little hungry you can do it if nothing else is available. Unfortunately, the prices have now risen significantly, but it hardly fills me up. It's a real shame, it used to be known as quick and cheap. It's only quick on good days, it's no longer cheap for a long time. Yes, the ambience is just like any other McDonald's, except that the pick-up displays never work properly... Every now and then I like to eat ice cream there.

It was not possible to order a complete order at the terminal; various side dishes/sauces simply could not be ordered. So we, 6 people, just left annoyed and won't be coming back anytime soon. In summary, very, very bad ordering system! You lose your appetite.

Definitely suitable for quick hunger pangs. The plus point is that this McDonalds is right on the highway and can therefore be reached quickly. Ich: Häh? Er grinst, die anderen grinsen. Tja, das ging nach hinten los. Ihr braucht wohl eine neue Agentur!!! Was soll der Lerneffekt für die Angestellten sein? So schnell wie nur möglich zu reden und alle sagen ja - außer mir - und lachen einen aus, wenn man nachfragt? Wenn das das neue Motto ist, dann kaufe ich lieber bei der Konkurrenz! 1 Stern dafür, dass ich das Essen endlich mal sofort bekam.

I picked up breakfast today and ordered every product I ordered exactly twice. For once, since it worked the last few times, I didn't check whether everything was in the bag. Of course, something was missing this time, so one thing was only included once, even though there was absolutely nothing going on in the store. So the employees weren't stressed, but they still didn't put one thing in the bag. I also had several pieces of eggshell in a Bacon & Egg McMuffin, making it barely edible.

As wanted and usual. The price is slowly becoming outrageous.

I was very impressed by the friendliness of the staff and the speed of the food. The order was delivered exactly and nothing was forgotten. We were only in the drive-thru, but everything looked very inviting from the outside. The food was extremely good and filling for a McDonalds.
