It's a shame, in such a great location, such poor service, unfriendly and snippy 😞 and on top of that dead-fried vegan nuggets and soggy fries. Next time it will be Fritz Mitte again, at least it always tastes just as good.

Delivery took 2 hours! After an hour I was assured that my food would be delivered in the next few minutes. The food was cold, the fries were soggy, the nuggets tasted like they were from the day before. These sheds are now absolutely impudent, but dear Boris Werner doesn't care about the whole thing. Employees are saved where they can, the main thing is that the cash register rings!

Well, it's just eating fast food. Very dingy and you have to pay extra to go to the toilet.

Both the dining room and the toilets were very unclean. They ordered things incorrectly or didn't even give them. Tray shelves overflowing and the floor full of leftover food.

If you love McDonalds, it's ok. Toilet only for a fee. In return you get a voucher for the meal, you have to know in advance. ;-).

I have never seen such an unclean restaurant from this chain. The tables were dirty, there was rubbish lying around, the floor was sticky and one of the two toilets was blocked but you couldn't lock the other one. The small hot chocolate had not dissolved properly, two things were missing from the happy meal and the tray was brought to the table already dirty. The rest of the dishes were ok, but of course there was a strange aftertaste given the cleanliness there.

The branch is normally full at 6:00 p.m. in the evening. Lots of staff present. Unfortunately, unacceptable waiting time. Response to demand a bit annoyed but in keeping with today's zeitgeist... Surveyed customers wait up to 30 minutes

The food was good but the McDonald's employees were way too stressful.

Dirty tables crispy burger is soft as hell didn’t gave me straw for drinking many things to say… Never again

I have no idea what's going on, but running out of shakes (everyone affected) shortly after 11 a.m. is ridiculous. Even though there isn't that much going on. There's no chai latte here either... I don't understand. Breakfast is otherwise very tasty (unless you order online shortly before the end of the time and arrive a few seconds late, then there is no more...) and the service at your desk works wonderfully. Only the offer itself is questionable. Now I didn't have the breakfast I wanted, nor the shake that I wanted as a replacement, nor the chai latte, which is generally my favorite drink 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

Ich habe schon viel erlebt bei McDonalds, aber Jena hat alles getoppt. Unfreundlich bis zum "geht-nicht-mehr", egal ob die Dame der Bestellannahme oder die Dame, die das Tablett an den Tisch gebracht hat. Die Worte "Hallo", "Bitte" und "Danke" sind in Jena scheinbar unbekannt, das Wechselheld wurde wortlos hingeknallt, das Tablett ebenso. An den Servicestationen weder Servietten noch Trinkhalme, der Tablettwagen voll, so dass ich es auf dem Tisch stehen lassen musste. Und unter Stress hat da keiner gelitten, ich war um 11:30 Uhr dort und es waren ca. 20% der Plätze besetzt.

Why McDonald’s persists on selling only breakfast menu until 10:30 (10:30!!!) when it is obvious that the sell is dropped significantly. Don’t they consider statistics in their management?

The food itself is good and tasty, but some of the employees... Every facial expression really falls off your face. Waiting 30 minutes for an MCflurry is absolutely outrageous. I have no idea whether you were simply forgotten, but in any case the employees in question are absolutely incompetent.

I ordered a Mc Sundae with chocolate sauce, there was hardly any chocolate sauce on it, when I asked for more I was rudely insulted and sent away (without any more chocolate sauce). The same game with my friends

I ordered a burger without tomatoes and there was even a sticker on the packaging and then saw later that there were tomatoes on it Bottomless impudence ☝🏻

I had an order of iced shake schoko today and the woman who served didnt put whipped cream in it and they gave me without closing the lid. What kind of service is this?

Unfortunately it's currently the dirtiest McDonald's, it didn't used to be like that!

Super dirty today. It's stuck everywhere on every table, bench. Very disappointing Staff is like this. They seem annoyed.

Even as a customer you have to pay to go to the bathroom, intolerable.

Not really a big fan of McDonalds but there are worse things in the world. McDonald's has at least made a little effort in recent years and the workforce in Jena fits. Burgers are fresh and really edible.

So the concept of “fast food” is way past... unfriendly and sometimes incompetent staff... you stand in the drive-in for over 30 minutes and wait for something to happen. Food ended up cold in the bag… Thanks for nothing!

Didn't get what you ordered. And then the waitress snapped his finger because he wanted his sign back instead of taking the chewing bar apart... and the floor was dirty... crazy!

Fast and good value for money. Clean restaurant. Enough seats. Some unfriendly employees Maybe again.

The staff is very unfriendly and thinks that the customer has no point because he ordered sweet and sour sauce individually and because he forgot and the fries are green.

We ate ice cream and drank coffee, as always good at McDonald's. Unfortunately the store is dirty and the employee is snotty and rude.

Hier ist immer unmöglich dreckig. Klebende Boden, dreckige Tische, Müll überall. Anpassungen zu der Bestellung werden oft vergessen. Essen ist manchmal ok.

It is an accessible branch located in the center of Jena. The food preparation is very quick and the taste was good. The interior of the establishment is very dark and usually feels warm. The tables and seats are dirty and there is garbage everywhere, cleaning needs to be improved.

Wer wenig bezahlen will bekommt auch wenig..2 Cheeseburger auf niedrigem Niveau..Pommes die ersten 2 Minuten gut dann schon nicht mehr...

Euch zu erzählen, wie es bei MC Donalds ist, wäre ja Verhöhnung. Ich glaube kaum, dass jemand auch nur im Ansatz meine Bewertung braucht. Guten Appetit..

Classic McDonald's quality. The food tastes like plastic. The restaurant is very noisy and the WC is the opposite of clean.

Qualität hoch , Personal unhöflich oder überfordert! Gibt bessere Macces, aber auch deutlich schlechtere

Bissl schmuckloses Ambiente und das Essen recht ungesund und ekelhaft. Solala. Aber mit Freunden ertragbar. Chilisauce ist aber 10/10.

Ich muss sagen, ich war nach einer Veranstaltung nachts um 1:00 Uhr noch in diesem McDonald's. Klar ist nicht alles immer sauber und die Mitarbeiter kamen wirklich kaum hinterher mit den Bestellungen. Trotzdem war der Burger frisch und du hast gemerkt, dass das Brötchen richtig gut getröstet war. Hier halte ich gerne wieder an.

Bei diesem MC Donalds gibt es sogar Frühstück 😁

Essen ist wie Essen bei McDonalds. Die Toiletten sind die schlimmsten Toiletten in Jena. Zudem auch noch kostenpflichtig.. Ekelhaft!

Meine chicken nuggets waren schlecht fritiert. Fast noch "roh". Das kenne ich so in diesem Mc Donald's Restaurant nicht. Schade!

Nach langer Zeit, waren wir jetzt mal wieder hier, um kurz was zu essen ( hatten sich die Kinder gewünscht). Und wie auch die letzten Male, war auch diesmal, wieder so gut wie nichts funktionstüchtig. Weder die Geräte, zum bestellen, noch die Anzeigetafel funktioniert. Und die Eismaschine, macht anscheinend auch, 350 Tage im Jahr Urlaub. Nachdem Umbau, und dem fehlenden McCafe, leider nicht mehr zu empfehlen. Leider auch nicht sehr hygienisch. Die Toiletten sind absolut ekelhaft und müssen hier auch noch bezahlt werden. Aber hieran, sind wohl vor allem, die Gruppen von Teenagern schuld, die hier die Nachmittage verbringen und McDonald’s, als Freizeitzentrum für Jugendliche ansehen.

Kann man machen sehr nett, gute Behandlung und sonst auch ziemlich gut es ist sauber !

Bestellung wie gewohnt unkompliziert. Nettes Personal und eine kleine Spielecke für Kinder vorhanden. Etwas nervig ist natürlich, dass die toilettenbenutzung für erwachsene 1€ kostet, kann die Maßnahme aber nachvollziehen…

Das war mal richtig mies! Im Eingangsbereich roch es extrem nach Kloake. Haben auf einen weiteren Aufenthalt in diesem Restaurant aufgrund der "Gerüche" verzichtet. Essen und Personal ohne Bewertung da nur 20 Sekunden dort verweilt.

Unfreundliches Personal und es riecht nach Ekligen Körperlichen Ausflüssen

Ich gehe in dieser McDonalds Filliale bestimmt min. 1 pro Monat essen, weil es schön in der Stadt gelegen ist und ich da meist vorbei komme, Essen schmeckt und ist schnell zubereitet.

Gab Bestellung zurück Bürger und Nudgeds kalt. Bekam einen angeblich fischen Bürger der allerdings ebenso kalt war. Nach Diskussion mit dem Geschäftsführer bestand ich auf ein messen mit einem Thermometer dies tat man mit viel Murren 45° ergab die Messung. 65 ° muß es doch haben bei Ausgabe. Das weiß er selbst. Auf meine Aussage hin dass ich schon lange Kunde sei bestätigte der GeschÄftsführer mit " Das sieht man". Und bezeichnete mich als Paranoid.

Unabhängig von der langen Wartezeit muss man extra für Toilette bezahlen totz hoher Bestellung. Auf Nachfrage hieß es " Vorher kundig machen". Für Familien nicht zu empfehlen. Na ja, ich gehe dort nicht mehr hin.

Schlicht und einfach , klein und fein , sauber und Freundliches Personal , Speisen waren wie erwartet heiss und Lecker
