Disappointing Visit – Unfortunately Not Recommended We had high expectations but were disappointed. The wait was extremely long – we had to be unusually patient for both our drinks and our food. The restaurant is apparently run by an older couple – she in the kitchen, he in the front of house. They are both friendly and likeable people, which is commendable. Unfortunately, this doesn't compensate for the other shortcomings. The prices are far too high for what is offered. The quality of the food leaves much to be desired. Overall, the entire concept seems outdated. Younger staff are urgently needed – both in the front of house and in the kitchen. A breath of fresh air and modern ideas would do the restaurant a world of good.

It's an old traditional restaurant. Unfortunately there is a lack of staff. The owners tried very hard to ensure that it didn't take too long. But the kitchen is also understaffed with just one person. The food really wasn't that bad. I'm sorry it took off like that.

We didn't feel very welcome at first, but we were really hungry, which unfortunately prevented us from leaving immediately! After placing our order, we received our drinks in dirty glasses 😝, 🤔 well, these things happen, we thought. We immediately asked for some clean glasses, which we were supposed to receive right away?! What we got were rinsed but still dripping wet glasses that we then had to dry ourselves with our own tissues 😳. As for the food, the price-performance ratio was simply outrageous. Luckily, we had a discount booklet and only had to pay half price for this bad experience. We certainly won't be using it again.

Unfortunately, the welcome wasn't very friendly! A long wait for the menu! A very long wait for the food! My wife finished my meal! Unfortunately, the taste wasn't even good! However, the staff were friendly when paying and leaving! The worst thing about the whole thing was that there was absolutely nothing going on. A real shame!

If you have enough time, you can eat there after waiting long enough for the menu. Food was ok, even though I was almost finished by the time my husband got his food, even though there was nothing going on. You don't need it again...

Here the boss still cooks herself, a traditional restaurant as we still know it from back then.

Unfortunately we had to wait almost 2 hours for the food. It's a shame but not recommended.

I had the vegetarian vegetable pan with Röstitaler and egg for €13.90. Unfortunately I received frozen vegetables. The Röstitaler were also frozen goods. The egg looked and tasted like it was freshly prepared. I understand that businesses are having an increasingly difficult time, but I find that they offer products that have a purchase value of < €1, then just let them thaw briefly in the pan, fry them and charge €14 for them. The service was friendly, but wasn't interested in why I left the food. My companion had a tarte flambée with bacon. Tastes okay, like at the Christmas market. Just like at the Christmas market, it looked like a ready-made meal, which in my opinion is sold at too high a price.

Nie wieder! Wir haben uns sowas von geärgert. Wenig Essen für viel Geld.Johannisbeerschorle.....4.50 Euro 0,2 L,Toast viel zu stark gebacken,Käse trocken 12.90 Euro......Schinkenbrot mit Billigschinken und 2 dünne Scheiben Brot mit Lachgarnitur 9.50 Euro ,dafür von 18.30 Uhr-19.35 Uhr gewartet,es war nicht ersichtlich warum.......also so einen Reinfall möchten wir auch nicht mehr erleben! Nicht zu empfehlen

Wir waren angenehm überrascht das es so etwas nettes überhaupt noch gibt. Sehr nette Wirtin Wir waren sofort mit ihr im Gespräch. Das anschließende Essen war sehr lecker. Das Meierhof Stüble ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Badischen Gerichte sind sehr gut und wirklich zu empfehlen. Hier gibt es auch seltene althergebrachte Speisen. Salat ist auch gut. Das Putensteak in Currysoße hat nicht überzeugt. Preis-Leistung aber ok. Schade, dass keine Kartenzahlung möglich ist. Zu Stoßzeiten empfiehlt sich dringend eine studentische Aushilfe o.ä, alleine kommt der Wirt sonst kaum hinterher. So ließen sich auch mehr Gäste bedienen und mehr Umsatz machen.

Ganz im Ernst das unterstützungswürdigste Restaurant im Umkreis. Schnitzel, Wurstsalat und Brägele waren wie bei Oma und die Wirtin ist wirklich super nett. Ja, man muss ein bisschen länger warten wenn viel los ist, aber die beiden Besitzer schmeißen den Laden nur zu Zweit! Bestes Badisches Essen wie ich es von früher kenne, und dabei finden Vegetarier auch ohne Probleme etwas. Schon lange nicht mehr so gerne 5 Sterne vergeben, und liebe Grüße aus Leipzig!

Ich hatte Sulz und Bratkartoffeln, mein Männe Rindfleisch mit Meerrettich, alles sooooo lecker. Und mit Liebe zubereitet. Nur zu empfehlen
