Mega Burger in Kaiserslautern

Dürüm was untoasted and the chicken was still raw. The first and last time I was there, that shouldn't happen. The wrap was untoasted and the chicken was raw, never again.

I'll keep it short. I ordered food. The doner meat tasted strangely stale. The cevapcici plate turned into a small doner kebab, a complete failure. And the pide looked dried out. Conclusion: once and never again.

This WAS a great place to eat at....good food, good atmosphere. BUT, recently they revamped all their prices.... the price increased considerably but the food portions remained the same for everything on their menu. Too expensive now, in comparison to other Doner places. I will be taking my business elsewhere. 😠💸👎

We ordered food and chose something different from what they had provided. The very unfriendly lady insisted that we had ordered exactly that and refused to correct the order or take the food back. Some of those present are regular customers and even emphasized that they didn't understand why they didn't simply correct the situation instead of trying to lose regular customers. She just yelled at us and didn't let us finish. Her final opinion was, well, don't come back.

The food was delicious and arrived quickly, but card payments are not accepted.

Ordered a mega doner kebab without salad! Unfortunately, I received a doner kebab without meat, but with salad instead. When I complained over the phone, they said I should have specified which salad I didn't want. When I picked it up, they didn't ask me, but simply gave me what I ordered. I don't understand the logic of the argument for only putting salad on it and no meat when I ordered a doner kebab without salad. Instead of admitting the mistake, they pointed out that they'd know better next time. They didn't give me a new doner kebab.

Great food at reasonable prices. Great barbecue. Very good pizza.

This was my absolute favorite in Hohenecken and the surrounding area. Unfortunately, I discovered that a lady working there had nail fungus on all 10 of her fingers. It can't be that my kebab is prepared like this and without gloves 🤨unfortunately that's not possible!!!!

The only in 6km perimeter, so it is not bad but can be better. Was there today for 1st visit, ordered a tuna pizza and got a pizza with anything but tuna. So you need to dbl check your order. C u soon to try the burger.

We wanted to try another Döner then the one from Döner Time and found this location very close to work. Service was quick, outdoor seating available, good variety of drinks. We liked also the fact that you can choose different döner sizes and have a choice of meat ( Veal,turkey or chicken) Had the small döner with veal meat. The bread was toasted, the veggies and salad looked fresh and the meat had the expected crunch. I will certainly go back. Try it out. Q

I was wondering why my kebab is cold. At a ratio of 3 to 1, the chilled salad wins over the same. It's probably cheaper too. It almost passed for a vegetarian kebab. But not bad in taste.

Mega Burger in Hohenecken is really an incredibly good shop! The burgers are terrific and the kebab is just perfect. I haven't been so positively surprised in a long time - everything was great! There is absolutely nothing to complain about. If you like good burgers, you should definitely stop by here.

Very tasty burgers (also a vegetarian option). There aren't many places to sit, but you can find a place somewhere. The location is very central, right on the other side of the bus station. Of course there is a lot going on there, but that didn't bother us.

Doner kebabs AND pizzas taste incredible! And even the toilets are relatively clean! Fits!

Unfortunately, like everything, it's gone... Doner box overpriced and you had to look for the meat too. Stay away now

The employee did not respond to any special requests. A vegetarian kebab was also ordered, but there was meat on it. After calling back to say that the kebab wasn't vegetarian, they said: What should I do now, we're about to get off work.. next time order earlier.. after a long discussion he said he would bring a vegetarian kebab over after work.. none.. on that I'm still waiting today. In addition to all the mud, the kebab meat wasn't even fully cooked and there was no trace of taste. The alleged kebab plate with extra meat would also have fit in a kebab box. What a disgrace I wonder how the kebab shop was able to get a good review. Absolutely no recommendation to eat there, just disgusting. Staff are not customer friendly either, on the contrary you are being ripped off.

A small dôner and pizza place where you can get great burgers as well. They offer indoor and outdoor seating. They also do delivery. It’s self service you can pay by bank card as well. Atmosphere is not particularly special, but acceptable enough to grab a quick bite.

It was very tasty, just too little sauce for my taste but I think the next time I say that I'll get a spoonful more on it.

Doner kebabs are getting worse and worse... I ordered them over the phone and when I got home they were cold. Taste wasn't that good either...I've been going there for years. But today was the last time. I can no longer recommend Mega Burger… It's a shame it used to be very good…

This 1 star is too much. Food ordered online and the pickup time was also agreed in the order. Since the order was already very large. 1 hour later, we came and wanted to pick up the order. The statement we will complete the order immediately. Have you slept for 1 hour? Absolutely no understanding of it. There are other shops in Lautern. Anyone who runs their shop like this should close it down. Order value approx. 130.00 euros wasted, or not even interested in earning it.

Run-down and now quite out-of-touch store. Renovation is still being financed by overpriced and smaller portions. Staff miserable! Wishes are skillfully commented on with “I already did it” and the end product is still wrong. This is how you will soon be made. No longer noticeable compared to 3-4 years ago. Wir waren heute dort und waren sehr enttäuscht. Dönerbox war ekelhaft, Pommes waren alt und eiskalt. Yufka Teig war eiskalt (wurde anscheinend nicht warm gemacht). Der Döner ging. Er war wenigstens lauwarm. Wir haben anschließend angerufen und uns beschwert. Wurde sich noch nicht mal entschuldigt. Die Aussage war, es wären ja auch draußen -1 grad… Wir haben gerade mal 7 min Fahrtzeit und da dürfte nichts kalt sein. Naja, wir werden nicht wieder kommen.

Sehr genossen von unserem unerwarteten Mittagessen. Sohnemann sein Burger war mega. Mein Salat könnte estas weniger grob geschnitten sein.

Das Essen war ganz okay allerdings haben wir für zwei Burger und einen kleinen Döner der wirklich winzig war über 26 €bezahlt und haben der Bedienung gesagt dass es extrem teuer wäre für eine Scheibe Käse 1,50 € extra zu verlangen. Dort zu essen ist nicht sehr angenehm da es sehr kalt ist. Zu teuer zu kalt Fleisch verbrannt und kleine Portionen.

Burger und Dönerbox haben gut geschmeckt und waren früher zur Abholung bereit als vorgegeben.

Wir wollten heute zum zweiten Mal für diese Woche bestellen, rausgeschickt am Nachmittag für 19.30, kurz vorher kam die Nachricht, dass die Bestellung storniert wurde. Das erste Mal nicht verfügbar. Sorry, aber könnte ich null Sterne vergeben, würde ich das tun. Einen dritten Versuch wird es nicht geben!

Die Qualität hat leider sehr abgenommen. Früher, in der Zeit nach der ersten Eröffnung des Ladens, war das Essen echt toll. Vor allem die Burger und Döner waren sehr empfehlenswert. Inzwischen werden horrende Preise, für viel schlechteres Essen verlangt. Sehr schade!

Bei Beschwerde das essen KALT ist wird Geschäftsführerin frech ! Entschuldigt sich NICHT und ist NICHT einsichtig! Lieferung war komplett, die Lieferzeit war sehr pünktlich, Essen war ok. Pizza Salat und Co. absolut ok jedoch war beim Burger ein Paddie so verbrannt das man den Burger nicht wie gewohnt genießen konnte. Ambiente kann ich bei einer Lieferung nicht bewerten.

Essen super,aber es könnte sauberer sein!

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und haben nach einer Möglichkeit gesucht, alle satt zu werden ohne direkt 100 Euro loszuwerden. Die Döner waren lecker, gut gefüllt mit viel Fleisch. Pommes sehr knusprig und auf Wunsch fürs Kleinkind auch ohne Salz zu haben. Chicken Nuggets auch super. Fünf Personen satt für unter 30 Euro, kann ich nur empfehlen.

Der döner war an sich gut auch sehr viel drauf aber leider war er eiskalt denn das Fleisch wurde schon zu früh vom Spieß abgemacht. Auch das Brot war kalt. Schade.

Yufka ist stabil, mein Favorit. Gut für Massephase. Döner und Burger sind auch sehr gut und das Angebot ist sehr vielfältig für einen Dönerladen. Sehr empfehlenswert

Es war einmal ein Geheimtipp Essen wird immer schlechter und wenn man sich Öl über den kalten Döner beschwert wird das junge Personal frech sehr frech. Ich komme nicht wieder

Lecker. Döner, Burger, KinderMenü, Grill Gerichte. Schöner Innen Sitzplatz (mit Klima). Bestellungen laufen leider nicht immer perfekt.

Wer auch mal was anderes will ausser Döner ist hier Richtig. Gebratene Auberginen mit Joguhrt , Lammspiesse u.sw. frisch vom Grill. Mit toller Sitzgelegenheit in einem abgetrennten sehr schönem Raum. Sehr nett. Das Essen wird einem sogar gebracht . Einfach Klasse

Super leckere Döner Und sehr schnelle Zubereitung

Letzte Erfahrung war sehr schlecht, das Essen war eiskalt und total verbrannt. Selten so etwas ekliges gegessen. Die zwei vorherigen Male waren in Ordnung.

Drei Sterne für die Schnelligkeit der Lieferung. Die Patties von dem Burger sehr gut, die Cheddar Power Schale ist okay könnte etwas mehr gewürzt sein ,bei dem Dönerteller das Fleisch und die Schlupfnudel sind gut . Die Pommes schmecken sehr fade und nach altem Fritieröl und sind sehr sehr labbelig so als ob sie nur kurz in der Fritöse waren. Vom Salat fangen wir erst gar nicht an. Also im Großen und Ganzen waren das knapp 70 Euro die in den Mülleimer kommen. Wir hatten nur Gutes gehört und deswegen bei euch bestellt. Schade.

Homepage zeigt ganz andere Preise als auf dem Flyer. Waren gerade so geschockt als pro Menü 4 Euro mehr verlangt wurde vom Lieferer und zudem nun eine Fahrtkosten Abrechnung von 4€ dazu kam, obwohl auf der Homepage stand ab 15€ Bestellung bis 5km kostenlose Lieferung. (Entfernung hier waren 500m) Geht gar nicht das die Homepage noch Preise anzeigt die nicht mehr aktuell sind. Da fühlt man sich als Kunde sehr verarscht. Essen war soweit in Ordnung. Pommes und Yufka etwas kalt dafür das es nur 500m Entfernung war.

Hatten über Lieferando vorbestellt und abgeholt. Große Portion alles lecker. Einziges Manko, wir mussten trotz Vorbestellung fast 30Minuten warten, da nichts fertig war.
